Free Sex is a sexual behavior conducted without commitment and without considering the long-term consequences, which is often experienced by teenagers. High social pressures, lack of understanding about reproductive health, and the influence of social media are the main factors that exacerbate this behavior. Education about the dangers of free sex in teenagers is crucial to reduce the rates of unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and other psychological impacts. This community service activity aims to increase teenagers' understanding and awareness about the dangers of free sex and to instill a healthy lifestyle in maintaining responsible sexual relationships. The method used was counseling through a presentation using PowerPoint media, followed by a question-and-answer session with students from SMP N1 Tumpaan, South Minahasa District. This activity was held on January 4, 2025, with the hope of having a positive impact on teenagers' behavior in maintaining their reproductive health.

The Industrial Revolution 5.0 has a significant impact on social, economic, and cultural life, including religious practices. At the same time, the Antiquum Ministerium document issued by Pope Francis emphasizes the importance of the role of catechists in guiding the faithful towards a deeper understanding of the faith. Therefore, there needs to be an adjustment of catechesis methods and approaches in order to be able to answer the challenges and needs of today's generation who are familiar with technology. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how catechists can carry out and adapt their life callings in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, as well as to identify the challenges they face in facing the changing times and develop effective strategies for Catholic faith education in the digital age. The method used in this study is a literature study. Literature study is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. Literature studies study various reference books as well as the results of previous research. Catechists have an important role to play in teaching and fostering the faith of the people, serving as an example that reflects the teachings of Christ, especially in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 which emphasizes social welfare and the use of technology. In the midst of rapid change, they are expected to bridge the gap between faith and technology, leveraging digital advancements to achieve the catechesis mission. Thus, catechists not only contribute to the teaching of doctrine, but also become agents of change who spread the values of love and hope to society.

Abstract, In recent years, there have been challenges faced by MTs Al Abraar in an effort to improve student learning outcomes, especially in creating creative and innovative learning. The partners involved in this program are teachers at the Al-Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School, Hamparan Perak District, where the main problem experienced by partners is the lack of knowledge in using IT in creating creative teaching materials. Therefore, the solution offered is to provide training in creating creative teaching materials to improve teachers' knowledge and skills in creating, using and optimizing the use of Canva. The location for implementing this program has been discussed with partners, namely at the Al Abraar Tandem Hilir Private Middle School located at Jln. Listrik Emplasmen Tandam Hilir I, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This program consists of stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. In implementing this service, the team implemented the in-house training method. In the implementation of the training, the community service team provided tutorial materials on the use of Canva which would be carried out for 2 meetings (2 meetings per material) and carried out alternately with a duration of 120 minutes each. Training activities on this were carried out on August 8-9, 2024 offline with lecture methods, direct training, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this activity can be seen that the participants of the activity can recognize and can create creative teaching material designs using Canva and its supporting features and are used in teaching. The sustainability of this program can be measured by the existence of teaching materials made using Canva.

This research uses a type of empirical juridical research, namely research that is directly carried out by researching in the field and directly visiting the location that is the research material with the focus being field research research, we seek answers to the efforts of the Medan City Regional Civil Service Agency in implementing sanctions for State Civil Service Employees who violate the rules regarding work discipline. Research findings show that there are still state civil servants in the Medan City Education Office who commit disciplinary violations, including minor, moderate and serious violations. In its implementation, enforcement of sanctions against State Civil Apparatus in the Government Area of ​​the Medan City Education Service is carried out according to established rules. These regulations are stated in Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus and Regulation of the Mayor of Medan, North Sumatra Province No. 58 of 2023. The mechanism includes that if there is a violation, the ASN will be summoned. The summons is intended to carry out an inspection process by the Examination Team. After the examination is carried out and the mistake is proven, the ASN concerned is sentenced to punishment as regulated in Article 7 paragraph (1) of the government regulation, consisting of three levels of disciplinary punishment, including light disciplinary punishment consisting of an oral warning , a written warning and a statement of dissatisfaction. in writing. The type of moderate disciplinary punishment consists of postponing periodic salary increases for one year, postponing promotions for one year, and demotion to a lower level for one year. Meanwhile, the types of severe disciplinary punishment consist of demotion to a lower level for three years, transfer in order to be demoted to a lower level, release from office, honorable dismissal not at one's own request as an ASN, and dishonorable dismissal as a State Civil Apparatus.

Assembling a personal computer and installing the Windows operating system are important activities in mastering information technology. This research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the computer assembly process and operating system installation. The methods used include a Research and Development (R&D) approach, hands-on practice, and question-and-answer sessions. The research results show that systematic assembly steps and proper installation can produce a well-functioning computer. In addition, initial testing after assembly is crucial to ensure that all devices are detected correctly. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for information technology education and enhance students' practical skills in the field of computers.

Hypertension is a condition where blood pressure is abnormally high with systolic and diastolic numbers showing numbers higher than 140/90 mmHg. As a form of concern for public health, development and training for KWT members, cadres, and hypertension sufferers in RW 03, Cigadung Hamlet, Karyamukti Village were carried out. The community empowerment effort carried out is by planting and processing cucumbers and celery. The method used was participatory-based which involved health education through lectures, questions and answers, as well as filling out pre-test and post-test to measure the increase in knowledge. In addition, joint exercises designed to support a healthy lifestyle were conducted. The result of this community empowerment activity is the difference in knowledge level before and after the intervention with a p-value: 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public policy implementation in realizing responsive public services with a literature review approach. The focus of the study is directed at conceptual understanding of the dimensions of policy effectiveness, the characteristics of responsive public services, the relationship between policy and service quality, and implementation challenges in the field. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies from various theoretical and empirical sources. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of implementation is highly correlated with the quality of public services, where factors such as resources, inter-agency coordination, and community involvement are the main keys to success. Bureaucratic reform strategies, capacity building of apparatus, and open and adaptive governance are needed to realize public services that truly answer the needs of the community.

Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries recognizes corporations as subjects of criminal acts in criminal acts in the fisheries sector, but the corporations are not held criminally responsible.This research is a normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach with literature study techniques or document studies. The processing of legal materials is carried out with several processes, namely the validity of legal materials, classification of legal materials, recording legal materials and analysis of legal materials. Analysis of legal materials is carried out in a normative qualitative juridical manner with descriptive and prescriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate  first, the regulation of corporate criminal liability in the current Fisheries Law still has shortcomings/weaknesses, namely it does not clearly formulate when a corporation is said to have committed a crime and based on the history of the development of corporations as subjects of criminal law, corporate criminal liability in the current Fisheries Law is still at stage II where corporations are recognized as perpetrators of criminal acts, but their criminal liability has not directly affected the corporation and only the corporate administrators are responsible. Second, the regulation of corporate criminal liability in the future can be seen in the Fisheries Bill which has answered the weaknesses/deficiencies in the Fisheries Law and has accommodated corporate criminal liability where corporations can be subject to principal or additional criminal sanctions for the crimes they commit.

Snacks are one of the main food sources for school children. However, the snacks available in the school environment are sometimes unhygienic and poor in nutrients.  This activity aims to increase students' knowledge through education about the importance of healthy snacks. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 35 Central Jakarta, on Friday, September 13 2024. The method used was lecture and question and answer sessions. The results of implementing this activity were that students were very enthusiastic, actively asked and answered questions and were able to understand the material about healthy snacks. The evaluation of this educational activity is carried out by providing a questionnaire in the form of closed questions which is given to students before and after education. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about healthy snacks after the education was carried out. It is hoped that this activity can help increase students' knowledge about healthy snacks and that students will be able to build the habit of consuming healthy snacks.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have been the leading cause of death in Indonesia for the past 19 years. This is due to a change in a diet high in sugar, salt and fat (SSF). Adolescents are one of the groups of people who often consume high snacks (SSF). It is feared that this will cause NCDs in the future. The purpose of this activity is to provide education with the theme of SSF Intake Restrictions in the Selection of Adolescent Snacks which is expected to increase knowledge and awareness of the target of SSF intake and avoid the target of the risk of NCDs. Nutrition education is carried out offline using the lecture method, providing e-booklets, questions and answers, and implementing pre-test and post-test using google form. The educational participants were attended by 85 students from 35 North Jakarta State High School. The results of nutrition education have a positive impact on the target knowledge level which is characterized by an increase in post-test scores on each component of the question

The goal is none other than to provide new science and skills about the natural flavoring of oyster mushrooms. The service method is carried out by FGD, socialization, demonstration and evaluation. Based on the results of the mentoring activity, a survey poll was obtained with 6 questions for the assisted partners, after the completion of this activity, 18 assisted partners expressed their agreement with the satisfaction of this service activity, the remaining 3 people answered yes

Behind the importance of a teacher's role in the progress of a nation comes a weighty responsibility. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And the miles and hubberman technique as the data analysis technique, with procedure 1) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) data verification, 2) powerability and 3) dependability as far as the results of this study are 1) education supervision is the development and monitoring activities that are done to help teachers and educators improve the quality of education, 2) supervision of learning at SDN katulampa 04 times a month, 3) supervision plays an important role in making it easier for teachers to improve teaching ability and reduce barriers to learning.

This study aims to classify the level of satisfaction of Dasawisma cadres with the Carik application in West Semper Village by utilizing the Naive Bayes method. Data was obtained through questionnaires, which were compiled based on three main aspects: ease of use, speed of access, and the usefulness of applications in supporting cadre tasks. After the data is collected, a pre-processing and labeling process is carried out, where the level of satisfaction of respondents is categorized into two classes, namely "satisfied" and "dissatisfied". The Naive Bayes algorithm is applied to predict satisfaction classes based on questionnaire answers. The results of the analysis show that the Naive Bayes method is able to perform classification with sufficient accuracy, so that it can be used as an evaluation tool and decision support in the development of the carik application. This method can also help the management understand user perceptions and improve the system based on objective and routine data in line with the needs of field cadres

Personal hygiene is an action to maintain a person's cleanliness and health for physical and psychological well-being, lack of self-care is a condition where a person is unable to perform hygiene care for themselves. Based on the results of observations and interviews, information was obtained that students of SMPN 5 Sumbawa Besar did not understand about caring for a clean and healthy life and how to implement good Personal Hygiene. At the age of adolescence, school children need to be given education related to personal hygiene, but these students have never received such education, therefore based on the background above, the activity of providing personal hygiene education in improving PHBS was conveyed to the community, especially school teenagers. This community service aims to provide students with an understanding of the importance of maintaining personal hygiene in improving PHBS at SMPN 5 Sumbawa Besar. This activity is carried out through providing education using booklets and PPT related to the material presented, in the final stage students will be given a question and answer session, the results of the community service show that students' understanding before and after the provision of education and practice has increased and students are very enthusiastic in answering questions.

Urinary incontinence varies in the form of urine excretion which is sometimes only a few drops or vice versa it is really a lot. One way to prevent urinary incontinence is to treat it, and doing Kegel exercises is one way to deal with it. (Sangga, M.W, R.C Choeron & Y Rosdiana, 2021). This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the elderly about urinary incontinence and how to overcome the problem of urinary incontinence. This community service activity uses the lecture method, and questions and answers and kegel gymnastics exercises. The lecture method was carried out by delivering material about urinary incontinence, the question and answer method was carried out by asking participants about the material that had been presented and doing kegel exercises in the elderly. The results of this community service activity were obtained that participants were able to understand and apply the material that had been delivered and perform kegel exercises independently. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the elderly are enthusiastic about accepting the entire series of activities ranging from the percentage of material delivery to the implementation of service running with Lanca, the elderly are very active in asking and answering questions and actively participating in kegel gymnastics training.

In 2004, for example, the presidential nomination threshold was 10 percent. This research is a juridical-normative research, namely a process to find legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues faced. The data was analyzed descriptively-qualitatively.The results of this study indicate that the Constitutional Court Decision Number 74/PUU-XVII/2020 concerning the presidential nomination threshold (Presidential Threshold) is one of the important decisions in the discourse of democracy in Indonesia. The following is an explanation of the Ratio Decidendi of the decision in relation to the concept of democracy: Constitutionality of the Presidential Threshold The Constitutional Court (MK) in its decision emphasized that the presidential threshold or presidential nomination threshold is constitutional. This means that the provisions regarding the threshold do not conflict with the 1945 Constitution. The Constitutional Court is of the opinion that the presidential threshold is an open legal policy (Open Legal Policy) which is the authority of the lawmakers, namely the House of Representatives (DPR) and the President. The purpose of the Presidential Threshold, the Constitutional Court explained that the purpose of the presidential threshold is to simplify the party system and the presidential system, as well as to create government stability. Youth are an important resource for church development, but youth face challenges in maintaining a balance between spiritual and material life, where behavioral changes are influenced by the environment, technology, and lack of involvement in church services. The purpose of this article study is to analyze how youth behavior changes: analysis of Kurt Lewin's theory in the context of youth activity in the church.  The method used is a literature study by using scientific literature as a data collection tool. Emergence of Business English as a part of English for Specific Purpose gives another challenge to lecturers in providing learning tools that is accordance to the learning objectives. This phenomenon becomes the basis to the aim of the research, that is to know the implementation of Business English module as a learning tool and to examine its eligibility through the lecturer’s ability and students’ response in using that tool. By involving 4D model, the result of analysis can answer the research aim. Literature review to several Business English lesson plan and need analysis to student university related to the Business English learning makes the arranged material relevant and relate to the students need, especially for facing the business and work activities. Lecturers ability to use the module and the practical knowledge of the use of English in business supports the eligibility of the module as a learning tool of Business English course. Meanwhile, students response is also good because they thought that the material is considerably applicable to their activities. The elegibility among the material, lecturer’s ability and students response leads to a conclusion that Business English module is eligible to be implemented in Business English course.
