Weather and cloud cover are two fundamental atmospheric elements that are closely interconnected and play a vital role in understanding, classifying, and predicting atmospheric conditions. Accurate classification of weather conditions is essential not only for meteorological studies but also for practical applications in agriculture, aviation, transportation, and disaster management. Among the various statistical techniques available, correspondence analysis has proven to be an effective exploratory method for revealing associations among categorical variables by displaying their relationships in a two-dimensional graphical map. The primary objective of this study is to examine the relationship between different categories of weather conditions and levels of cloud cover using correspondence analysis. The data were sourced from the Kaggle platform, consisting of 13,200 observations with two key categorical variables: weather conditions (sunny, cloudy, rainy, and snowy) and cloud cover (clear, partly cloudy, cloudy, and overcast). This large dataset provides sufficient variability and reliability to capture the complex interdependence between the two variables. The findings reveal a statistically significant relationship between weather categories and cloud cover levels. The correspondence map visualization shows distinct patterns: clear weather is strongly associated with cloudless skies, while rainy and snowy weather conditions are predominantly linked to fully overcast skies. Cloudy and partly cloudy conditions occupy an intermediate position on the correspondence map, reflecting a transitional state between favorable and unfavorable weather. The first dimension of the map represents a spectrum from favorable weather conditions (sunny and clear) to adverse conditions (rainy and snowy), whereas the second dimension primarily reflects the intensity or density of cloud cover, ranging from thin to thick cloud layers. Overall, this study demonstrates the usefulness of correspondence analysis as an exploratory tool for meteorological data, offering valuable insights into the interrelation of weather and cloud cover categories.

Competition in the local culinary business is getting fiercer as consumers become more selective in choosing products based on quality, experience, and social media influence. Nasi Uduk Pemuda in Doko Village, Kediri Regency, is one of the culinary businesses that strives to survive by leveraging brand trust, distinctive flavors, and promotions through social media influencers. This study aims to analyze the extent to which brand trust, flavor, and social media influencers influence consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach to consumers who have purchased the product. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula to ensure representativeness. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed using SPSS 29 software. The analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous f-tests, and calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that partially, brand trust has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, as does the taste variable, which has been shown to play an important role in driving consumer loyalty and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, promotion through social media influencers showed a positive but insignificant influence, indicating that the presence of influencers does not fully determine consumer decisions in the context of traditional culinary products. The f-test showed that all three variables simultaneously had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.669 indicates that 66.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by brand trust, taste, and social media influencers, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the study. This finding emphasizes the importance of maintaining consistent product quality, building brand trust, and continuing to utilize social media strategically as an effort to increase the competitiveness of local culinary businesses.

Ensuring the delivery of high-quality public services within educational institutions is a critical factor for sustaining student satisfaction, institutional reputation, and overall organizational credibility. Service quality in higher education is often multidimensional and subjective, making its evaluation a challenging process. To address this complexity, the present study integrates the traditional Servqual model with fuzzy logic in order to handle the uncertainty and vagueness associated with human perceptions. The Servqual framework emphasizes five core dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which together provide a comprehensive understanding of institutional service performance. The research was conducted at ITESA Muhammadiyah Semarang, where data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires designed to measure both student expectations and actual perceptions regarding institutional services. In order to capture the imprecise nature of these responses, three types of fuzzy numbers—triangular, trapezoidal, and shoulder fuzzy numbers—were applied to convert the linguistic assessments into measurable values. Subsequently, fuzzy gap analysis was performed to evaluate the discrepancy between expectations and perceptions across the five Servqual dimensions. The results of this analysis highlight that the integration of fuzzy logic into the Servqual model provides a more nuanced and flexible framework for assessing service quality compared to the conventional approach. It reduces the ambiguity in interpreting survey responses, thereby yielding more reliable insights into areas where service performance falls short of expectations. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that each dimension contributes differently to overall satisfaction, with responsiveness and assurance emerging as critical aspects requiring attention. In conclusion, the fuzzy-based Servqual model offers a robust methodological advancement in evaluating service quality within educational settings. The findings not only inform institutional leaders about current performance gaps but also provide actionable insights for continuous quality enhancement, policy formulation, and strategic decision-making to strengthen institutional competitiveness and credibility.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.

Abstract. The advancement of broadcasting technology has driven the demand for reliable and efficient automation systems, particularly in managing the transition from broadcast content to advertisement segments. In this context, the present study proposes the application of the Single Tone Trigger (STT) method as an automatic triggering mechanism to systematically regulate content switching. This method utilizes a single-frequency audio signal embedded within the primary broadcast, which can be detected by the receiving system. The detection of this signal initiates an automatic content transition without requiring intervention from playout operators. A key advantage of this approach lies in its ease of integration with conventional broadcasting systems and its ability to reduce manual involvement that has traditionally been essential in broadcast content management. Through a series of tests, the system demonstrated high signal detection accuracy, low latency, and optimal operational reliability. These findings indicate that the Single Tone Trigger method can significantly enhance workflow efficiency within the broadcasting industry. Overall, this approach presents substantial potential for broad implementation as an automation solution that is not only stable and cost-effective, but also adaptive to the operational demands of modern broadcasting.   Keywords: Automatic Transition, Broadcast Automation, Single Tone Trigger (STT).

In addition to the key findings, the study also emphasizes the importance of fostering a deeper understanding of the role of audit committees within the broader context of financial governance. Despite the recognition of the audit committee’s importance in improving the quality of financial reporting, the findings indicate that there is a significant gap in the implementation of best practices across private commercial banks in Iraq. This gap is attributed to the lack of full compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the composition of audit committees, particularly in terms of ensuring independence and financial expertise. The study further reveals that while the audit committee's independence and expertise play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and relevance of financial information, many banks still struggle to implement effective oversight mechanisms. This situation is exacerbated by the complex regulatory environment in Iraq, where overlapping supervisory authorities and weak enforcement of governance mechanisms hinder the effectiveness of financial reporting processes. The lack of coordination between audit committees and internal audit units, as well as the limited ability to assess financial performance, further undermines the oversight function of audit committees. To address these challenges, the study suggests several recommendations, including enhancing the legal framework to enforce stricter compliance with the formation of qualified and independent audit committees. Additionally, increasing awareness and training among stakeholders about the importance of audit committees and their roles in ensuring transparent and reliable financial disclosures is crucial. Strengthening the oversight function and improving coordination between audit committees and internal audit units will also help in mitigating the existing weaknesses in the financial reporting process. These steps are essential for improving the reliability of financial information, thereby fostering investor confidence and contributing to the overall stability of the banking sector in Iraq.

Systematic Literature Review Journal 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

This systematic literature review examines the philosophy of science approaches to user security in distributed devices, such as IoT and Federated Learning. The review was conducted in response to the exponential growth of connected devices and the increasing security threats, including cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access. As distributed systems become more complex, traditional security approaches, such as cryptography and differential privacy, are often insufficient to address the ethical, philosophical, and contextual challenges that arise in these ecosystems. Distributed devices, especially in IoT and Federated Learning contexts, rely on vast amounts of personal data. This data, often stored or processed in decentralized environments, creates significant risks to user privacy and system integrity. As the number of connected devices grows, security risks multiply, creating challenges in maintaining user trust, privacy, and overall system resilience. Conventional techniques, such as encryption, only focus on technical aspects, often neglecting the deeper philosophical dimensions, such as the nature of knowledge, privacy, and fairness in these systems. These gaps highlight the need for a more nuanced approach that incorporates philosophical perspectives into security frameworks. This study uses a systematic literature review method based on the PICOC (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, Context) framework to analyze the relevance of epistemology, ontology, and ethics in strengthening system security. By examining the foundational principles of how knowledge is constructed (epistemology), what entities exist in the system (ontology), and the ethical considerations around data and user privacy (ethics), the review provides a comprehensive understanding of how philosophical concepts can be integrated into the design and implementation of security systems in distributed environments. The results reveal that epistemological principles, such as the verification and validation of data sources and models, can significantly improve the reliability and trustworthiness of distributed systems.

This finding indicates that motivation, if not aligned with organizational needs, may lead to counterproductive outcomes. Simultaneous testing showed that all three variables significantly influenced service quality, with a coefficient of determination of 68.8%. In other words, nearly 70 percent of service quality can be explained by motivation, work discipline, and work ability. This finding underscores the importance of holistic human resource management, encompassing strengthening work discipline, improving competency, and reviewing the motivation system to align with both organizational and individual needs. Research recommendations include evaluating the motivational models used, consistently monitoring discipline, and providing ongoing training. Continuous training and development programs are essential to sustaining and improving service quality in the Kedungudi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes).
