Sharia based financial technology (fintech) that integrates educational features and securities crowdfunding is considered a strategic approach to address the low levels of Islamic financial literacy and inclusion in Indonesia. This article aims to examine how the integration of Islamic financial education and the use of sharia-compliant securities crowdfunding platforms can serve as an effective model to enhance public participation especially among MSMEs and younger demographics in the Islamic financial ecosystem. The study employs a literature review and case analysis based on recent scholarly works and industry reports. Findings indicate that fintech platforms equipped with interactive financial education modules and sharia investment simulations can significantly improve public understanding of Islamic financial principles and products. Moreover, sharia-based securities crowdfunding offers participatory investment opportunities while promoting ethical and halal economic activities. Nonetheless, challenges remain in regulatory alignment, sharia compliance verification, and public trust. Therefore, collaboration among regulators, industry players, and educational institutions is essential to foster an inclusive, transparent, and sustainable Islamic fintech ecosystem. This model is expected to be an innovative solution to expand access to Islamic financial services while strengthening public literacy and confidence in Islamic finance.

In recent years, the Indonesian government has actively promoted digital transformation in public service delivery, including in rural and remote areas. However, digital adoption among communities in these regions remains inconsistent and often hindered by infrastructural and socio-cultural constraints. This study aims to assess the digital readiness of rural communities in adopting mobile-based public service information systems, with a specific focus on understanding the social and technological dynamics that shape their engagement. Employing a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, the research began with a structured survey involving 150-200 respondents per location, followed by in-depth interviews with key informants such as village officials, service operators, and local users. The quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS to identify general patterns in digital readiness based on the Technology Readiness Index and the Digital Readiness Framework, while qualitative insights were thematically analyzed using NVivo to uncover contextual factors. The findings reveal that while some respondents exhibit a moderate level of digital optimism, barriers such as unstable internet access, limited digital literacy, and fear of misusing technology significantly affect adoption rates. Furthermore, social support from family members emerged as a critical facilitator in overcoming these challenges. This study contributes to the discourse on inclusive digital transformation by highlighting the importance of integrating community-based support mechanisms into system design and policy planning. The implications suggest that successful digitalization efforts in rural areas must go beyond infrastructure development and address the social readiness of users through culturally sensitive and participatory approaches.

Maternal and child mortality remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia, with Brebes Regency identified as one of the regions with a relatively high burden. This study aims to provide a narrative review of strategies implemented to reduce maternal and child mortality in Brebes, while highlighting their relevance within the broader Indonesian health policy framework. Literature from peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, published between 2019 and 2024, was reviewed. The findings indicate that strategic planning at the district level emphasizes strengthening the role of midwives, improving access to primary health services, and integrating local programs with national policies. Behavioral nutrition interventions, such as the Baduta Program, and community-based innovations, such as “Buaian Services,” have shown potential in improving maternal and child health outcomes. However, challenges persist in the form of limited resources, disparities in service quality, and cultural barriers to health-seeking behavior. This review underscores the importance of combining top-down policy approaches with bottom-up community-driven initiatives. Future research is recommended to adopt mixed-method designs for a more comprehensive evaluation of program effectiveness.

A paradigm shift in public services has occurred rapidly due to the advent of digital technologies, which has led to the creation of more efficient, transparent and user-oriented systems. The study aims to examine how the quality of e-services, reputation, trust in e-services and electronic word of mouth affect user satisfaction with technology-enabled public services. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis is used to confirm the validity of the model. This method includes validity, reliability and classical assumptions testing. The results show that all four independent variables have a positive effect on user satisfaction both in general and individually. The quality of service, which encompasses factors such as ease of access, speed, system availability, and data security, has been demonstrated to enhance satisfaction. On the other hand, positive feedback and trust in the integrity and competence of the institution strengthen the relationship with users. Electronic word of mouth is crucial to create positive perceptions and attract consumers to services. The results show that to increase user satisfaction and loyalty in digital government services, the integration of these four elements is a key strategy.

Mangroves are tropical coastal ecosystems that play a vital role in climate change mitigation, ecosystem service provision, and supporting the livelihoods of local communities. However, over the past five decades, the world has lost nearly one-third of its mangrove forests due to land conversion, coastal development, and overexploitation. In Papua, Waropen represents one of the regions with extensive mangrove coverage while simultaneously facing ecological degradation pressures. This study aims to examine the role of Waropen women in mangrove management, particularly following the Women’s School (Sekoper Waropen) initiative launched in 2018, which graduated its first cohort in 2019. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, relying on secondary data from government reports, scholarly publications, and media documentation. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify changes in women’s social, economic, and ecological roles post-Sekoper. The findings reveal a significant transformation in women’s roles. Prior to Sekoper, women were mostly confined to subsistence use of mangrove resources for household consumption and had limited involvement in public forums. After participating in Sekoper, women became more engaged in mangrove rehabilitation, village decision-making processes, and economic ventures such as mangrove-based food and beverage products, including crab dishes and mangrove fruit syrup. The program also enhanced women’s environmental literacy, self-confidence, and social recognition as agents of change. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including limited access to capital, technology, and policy support. This study highlights the importance of gender mainstreaming in coastal ecosystem governance and offers recommendations to strengthen women’s role as key actors in sustainable development.

Government procurement of goods and services is a crucial instrument in achieving transparent, efficient, and accountable governance. One of the key innovations introduced is the e-Catalogue system, an electronic procurement platform provided by the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the e-Catalogue in sports equipment procurement at the Youth and Sports Office (Dispora) of Semarang City, focusing on its mechanisms, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on procurement governance. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving eight informants consisting of structural officials and suppliers. The findings indicate that, in general, the implementation of the e-Catalogue has been effective, particularly in terms of time efficiency, price transparency, and accountability enhancement. However, several challenges remain, including the lack of formal policy dissemination, limited digital literacy among some staff, insufficient internet infrastructure, and unstructured inter-unit coordination. Based on these findings, the study recommends several strategic measures: (1) establishing a permanent inter-unit coordination team, (2) strengthening human resource capacity through continuous training, (3) developing a digital dashboard for real-time monitoring, (4) providing limited public access to procurement reports, and (5) fostering partnerships with suppliers through technical forums and routine evaluations. These measures are expected to optimize the implementation of the e-Catalogue and serve as a best practice model for other local government institutions.

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) provides public access to investment. Investors can invest in various companies through publicly listed securities using capital market processes to obtain returns and dividends. To obtain returns and dividends, investors first read the company's financial statements to avoid losses. Aiming to provide empirical evidence, this study analyzed non-financial corporations listed on the IDX between 2020 and 2023 to determine the impact of financial performance on dividend policy, along with company size as a moderating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach and purposive sampling for data selection, which was updated in line with predetermined indicators. Over four years, 147 different companies served as study samples. The study used warpPLS 7.0 as a data analysis tool and combined outer and inner models to evaluate independent variable hypotheses and moderating hypotheses. The study found that liquidity plays a role in dividend policy, profitability plays a role in dividend policy, activity plays a role in dividend policy, and only solvency does not play a role in dividend policy. It was also found that company size does not moderate the relationship between liquidity and dividend policy, but it does moderate the relationship between profitability and dividend policy. Company size also does not moderate the relationship between activity and dividend policy, and does not strengthen the relationship between solvency and dividend policy.

The integration of Western psychology and Islamic perspectives has become an important issue in the development of contemporary science and education. The rapid advancement of modern psychology calls for a synthesis with the epistemological framework of Islam to be more contextual in addressing academic and practical needs, particularly in the fields of education, counseling, and character development. This article aims to answer the research question: How is the trend of integration between Western psychology and Islamic perspectives in the current literature, and what are the implications for Islamic education theory and practice? This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Articles were collected via Google Scholar and the Publish or Perish application using the keywords "integration of psychology" AND "Islamic education." From the initial 40 articles, the screening process resulted in 5 (five) articles that met the publication year criteria (2021–2025), topic relevance, and open access. The review results show three main themes: (1) epistemological integration emphasizing the Islamization of knowledge; (2) the application of Islamic psychology in education, counseling, and curriculum; and (3) conceptual and practical challenges in connecting Western psychology with the Islamic paradigm. This literature synthesis highlights the importance of an integrative framework to strengthen the relevance of Islamic psychology in both academic and social domains. Future studies need to expand empirical methodologies and deepen the development of cross-disciplinary applicative models.

This research stems from the growing popularity of local tourism, including Pading Lake in Central Bangka Regency, a former tin mine developed into a tourist attraction. However, this destination still faces various management challenges, particularly in terms of attractiveness, facilities, pricing, and accessibility, which influence tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attractiveness, facilities, pricing, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction, as measured by revisit intention. The study used a mixed-method approach, collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The sample was determined using the Isaac and Michael formula, totaling 347 respondents from a population of 3,450 tourists. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the Stepwise approach. The research findings indicate that revisit intention is influenced by five variables: tourism activities, road conditions, price competitiveness, location cleanliness, and parking availability. The tourism activity variable proved to be the most dominant with the highest coefficient value, while public facilities obtained the lowest average value and need to be improved. The final regression model was able to explain 54.5% of the variation in tourist satisfaction, indicating that other factors outside this study still have an influence. These findings demonstrate the importance of tourism managers prioritizing the development of tourism activities, increasing accessibility, and providing adequate supporting facilities to increase tourist satisfaction and loyalty.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Constitutional Court’s authority in reviewing laws and regulations as a means of upholding constitutional supremacy in Indonesia. Employing both normative and empirical legal research methods, it examines the Constitutional Court’s rulings from 2019 to 2024 and assesses their broader implications for the national constitutional system. The findings reveal several structural weaknesses in the review mechanism, particularly related to the enforcement of decisions and the existence of dualism between the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court in conducting judicial reviews. These shortcomings have created inconsistencies and reduced the optimal impact of the Constitutional Court’s role. To address these issues, the research recommends comprehensive reforms, including the unification of judicial review authority, enhancement of the Constitutional Court’s executorial powers, and expansion of public access to constitutional review procedures. Such measures are expected to strengthen the Court’s role as the guardian of the constitution, improve legal certainty, and support the creation of a more coherent and harmonious legal system in Indonesia.

Semarang City has experienced significant growth over the past five years (2020 – 2025). Rapid urban development has been positively correlated with increasing environmental burdens, particularly in solid waste generation. In Indonesia, the largest portion of municipal waste consists of food waste, followed by plastic waste. Among these, plastic waste is the most difficult to manage. It is estimated that around 70% of Indonesian households still burn their waste as a means of disposal. The burning of waste, especially plastics, releases toxic emissions such as dioxins, furans, and fine particulates, which pose serious health risks, particularly to the respiratory system. This practice not only worsens air quality but also threatens public health. This community service program focused on providing education about the thermal properties of waste and the negative impacts of plastic burning on both the environment and human health. The program aimed to improve public knowledge of the thermal characteristics of various types of waste and the hazards of plastic burning through accessible scientific outreach. The initiative is expected to raise awareness and understanding of environmentally friendly waste management alternatives such as waste separation, composting, and recycling. The activity was conducted in RW 01, Tugurejo Village, Tugu District, Semarang City.

Hypertension is a growing health problem, especially among the elderly and low-educated communities. Hypertension continues to emerge as a critical public health challenge, with increasing incidence and uneven impact, particularly affecting the elderly population and low-educated communities. In response to this situation, a community-based study was conducted in Plumpung Hamlet, Galengdowo Village, with the main objective of increasing residents' knowledge and awareness of primary prevention strategies and self-management of hypertension. The intervention method applied was multimodal, including interactive health lectures, distribution of leaflets designed with easy-to-understand language and clear visuals, and provision of free blood pressure checks that served as a screening tool and immediate awareness. This research design used a participatory approach with pre-test and post-test instruments to measure quantitative changes in participants' understanding, accompanied by blood pressure monitoring activities to evaluate the impact of education on physical health indicators. The evaluation results showed the program's significant success, marked by a 57.69% increase in comprehension scores between the pre-test and post-test sessions, while also showing an improvement trend in the blood pressure values of most participants after completing the entire education series. These findings clearly affirm the fundamental role of sustainable and accessible health education as an effective community-based intervention to mitigate hypertension risk factors and ultimately improve holistic quality of life. The implications of this study highlight the urgency of implementing regular, structured, and targeted education programs, especially those targeting the most vulnerable demographic groups, as a long-term health investment to prevent morbidity and complications from hypertension.

Anemia in pregnancy remains a major public health concern, particularly in developing countries where prevalence reaches 38%. Iron deficiency is the leading cause, contributing to adverse maternal and fetal outcomes such as preterm delivery, low birth weight, and maternal mortality. Compliance with iron supplementation is critical, yet data from North Sulawesi indicate that only 60% of pregnant women adhere to recommended intake. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between compliance with Fe tablet consumption and anemia incidence among pregnant women at the Suluun Community Health Center, South Minahasa. Using a cross-sectional design, 100 respondents were selected via purposive sampling based on Slovin’s formula. Data collection involved questionnaires assessing compliance and demographics, alongside hemoglobin measurements to determine anemia status. Statistical analysis employed Chi-Square and logistic regression tests. Results showed that 56.7% of respondents were compliant, while 43.3% were non-compliant. A significant relationship was found between compliance and anemia incidence (p=0.004), with 76.9% of non-compliant women experiencing anemia compared to 23.5% of compliant women. These findings highlight the importance of education, family support, and healthcare access in improving adherence to iron supplementation. Strengthening health programs targeting these factors is essential to reduce anemia prevalence among pregnant women.
