The decrease in student enthusiasm for learning at MAN 2 Blitar is caused by the limited physical references in the madrasah library, thus hindering the expansion of students' knowledge. To overcome this, madrasas provide Wi-Fi facilities as an alternative learning medium to increase learning motivation, especially in fiqh subjects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data sources include Madrasah Heads, Curriculum Waka, Fiqh Teachers, and MAN 2 Blitar students. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques, with the validity of the data tested through triangulation, extension of participation, and peer discussion. The focus of this research includes the urgency, implementation, and barriers and solutions for the use of Wi-Fi in increasing motivation to learn fiqh. The results show that the use of Wi-Fi is important because it can reduce the economic burden on students, facilitate the learning process, and create a varied and innovative learning atmosphere. The implementation of Wi-Fi is carried out through online article searches, the use of the Canva application for presentations and poster assignments, and the use of learning videos from YouTube. The obstacles faced include unstable networks, power outages, and misuse of internet access, which are overcome by the addition of routers, the provision of generators, as well as supervision and restrictions on the use of student devices.

This study investigates the influence of TikTok usage on the changes in interpersonal communication styles among university students in Indonesia. The rapid development of digital communication platforms, especially TikTok, has reshaped the way young people interact, express themselves, identify changes in their interpersonal communication styles, and analyze the effect of TikTok usage on those changes. Using a quantitative survey method with 100 active university students as respondents, data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results indicate that students’ TikTok usage is categorized as high, particularly in terms of frequency, duration, and engagement intensity. Findings also show a significant shift in communication styles, especially in language choice, expressive patterns, and interaction modes. Simple linear regression analysis confirms that TikTok usage has a strong and significant influence on changes in interpersonal communication styles (p < 0,001; R² = 0,944). These results demonstrate that TikTok not only serves as an entertainment platform but also plays a substantial role in shaping students’ communication behavior. The study highlights important implications for understanding digital communication trends among young adults in Indonesia.   

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by business actors in facing local market competition through Porter's Five Forces Model approach, which includes: the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of consumers, and the intensity of competition between competitors. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with three categories of informants, namely business owners, employees, and consumers. Data analysis was conducted by identifying patterns, differences, and linkages between the strategies applied and aspects of Porter's Five Forces Model. The results showed that the main strendgth in local competition lies in the high intensity of competitors and the increasing number of alternative products offered. The integration strategy between online and offline marketing is proven to help dealers reach consumers more widely and build customer loyalty. The use of social media, digital promotions, and direct-to-consumer services such as exhibitions and local community partnerships are key to adaptation in the digital era. By understanding Porter's five aspects in depth, businesses can formulate strategies that are more adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the local market.

Production theory becomes the most important part to be studied in meeting individual needs for goods. However existing production has not been able to meet the needs of each individual, so uneven production causes many regions to lack food and other needs. his research is a literature research with descriptive qualitative analysis. Data sources are obtained through searching internet sources in the form of Qur'an and Hadith sources, books, national and international articles, and online news. The analysis technique used is content analysiswhich focuses on the perspective of Islamic economics. This study concludes that the theory of production in conventional economics is based on the Homo Economicus paradigm independent of moral guidance. However, Production Theory from an Islamic perspective is based on the Homo Islamicus Paradigm which implements the objectives of sharia (maqashid sharia). In Islamic economics, research on distribution has always been a heated debate because it talks not only about economic aspects but also about social and political aspects. Therefore, to this day, this research has attracted the attention of Islamic and conventional economic thinkers. Parenting style in adolescents with hedonism behavior: Nowadays developments continue to occur so that many changes in technology and learning appear, one of the behaviors that is happening nowadays is hedonism behavior. One that can influence hedonistic behavior is parenting style. Parenting is one of the things that influence how a child's behavior. Hedonism is one of the behaviors of a child that can be caused by how parents raise a child. The purpose of this literature review is to find out what parenting styles lead a child to have hedonistic behavior. The method used is a literature review. The articles used in conducting this literature range from 2017-2022 which were searched for by the online research database. There are several types of parenting styles applied by parents. This study also explains what is the relationship between parenting style and the hedonistic behavior of a child. The results of research that hedonism behavior in a child can be caused by permittive and authoritative parenting styles. If the permittive and authoritative parenting style is high, the possibility of a person's hedonistic behavior will also increase.

The development of digital technology has changed global business patterns, including in Indonesia, through the growth of e-commerce, social media, and online platforms. This change opens up great opportunities for students as the educated young generation to develop online businesses. This research aims to explore students' online business readiness from a digital mindset perspective through a phenomenological study approach among students in Malang. The research focuses on online business readiness, digital mindset, attitudes towards technology, and the contribution of entrepreneurship learning, which are analyzed using the Theory of Planned Behavior framework(Ajzen, 1991) and Entrepreneurial Mindset Theory. The research used qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with online business students. The results show that students have a basic understanding of digital business, especially in utilizing social media and marketplaces. A positive attitude towards technology has been formed, indicated by perceived benefits and ease of use. However, a gap emerges between technical skills and long-term strategic planning capabilities. Innovation and problem-solving tend to be reactive, simply following trends, while psychological resistance such as fear of fraud and data security remain barriers. This research confirms that online business readiness is not only determined by technical skills, but also by the strengthening of an adaptive, innovative digital mindset. The flipped classroom model emerges as an innovative pedagogical approach that fosters active student participation and cultivates personal responsibility for learning, particularly within the context of distance education. This method presents a valuable alternative for delivering practical-oriented courses such as Applied Ethnomusicology. In practice, the instructor’s role shifts from a traditional knowledge transmitter to a learning facilitator whose responsibilities include guiding, inspiring, and supporting students in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the flipped classroom model in the online learning of the rapa’i musical instrument at the Department of Performing Arts, Syiah Kuala University. Additionally, it seeks to describe the subjective perceptions and responses of both students and lecturers toward this instructional approach. Online learning was conducted using Zoom Meeting as the primary platform for synchronous interaction, supported by WhatsApp for content distribution and communication. A formative research methodology was employed, involving 20 students enrolled in the Applied Ethnomusicology course. Qualitative data were collected through observations of each flipped classroom phase and in-depth interviews with participants. Quantitative analysis was conducted to assess effectiveness via N-gain calculations. Results indicate that all stages of the flipped classroom model were successfully implemented, and the online learning process proceeded adequately despite challenges such as limited internet access and the scarcity of personal rapa’i instruments. Quantitatively, the model demonstrated moderate effectiveness, with an N-gain value of 0.3. Overall, students displayed high levels of enthusiasm and consistent engagement during each learning session, reflecting a significant increase in learning involvement.

The advancement of digital technology has transformed how people search for information and access health services. RSIA Clas C Cipondoh faces challenges related to its brand image, as indicated by low patient engagement with the hospital’s website and digital platforms, based on a preliminary survey. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of digital literacy, website quality, and ease of access on the brand image with digital marketing strategy as a moderating variable. A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach was employed. The study involved 152 outpatient respondents who had accessed the hospital website. Data were analyzed using index analysis with the Three Box Method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating effect. Findings reveal that digital literacy, website quality, and ease of access simultaneously and significantly influence the hospital’s brand image. Partially, each of these variables also has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Moreover, the digital marketing strategy effectively moderates the relationships between digital literacy, website quality, and ease of access with brand image. The Three Box Method analysis indicates that although website quality falls into the high category, weaknesses remain in the interaction quality dimension. The study concludes that strengthening digital literacy, improving website quality, and ensuring ease of access supported by an effective digital marketing strategy can enhance the hospital’s brand image. Hospitals are advised to add interactive features such as chatboxes or live chat to improve patient engagement and online service experience.

This study aims to analyze oppurtunities, threats, and sales strategies through the Tiktok Shop and Tokopedua applications in the Tangerang area. Tiktok Shop and Tokopedia are two major E-Commerce platforms in Indonesia. Tiktok Shop utilizies short video trends and live streaming features to attract young consumers, while Tokopedia offers a strong E-Commerce infrastructure to support online transactions. E-Commerce is a process whereby buyers and sellers exchange information, money, and goods using electronic media. Data collection techniques were carried out through surveys targeting the community in the Tangerang area by distributing questionnaires and using documentation and literature studies that compiled secondary data from official documents published by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, APJII, Data Reportal, and the Tangerang City Communication and Information Agency. The result of this study show that the collaboration between Tiktok Shop and Tokopedia opens up enormous growth opportunities, especially for businesses in the Tangerang area. Tangerang is a region with rapid growth in internet users. The younger generation, who actively use tiktok for both entertainment and shopping, is a highly potential consumer segment. Through this collaboration, businesses can reach markets that were previously difficult to penetrate through traditional marketing methods.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the intensity of playing the online game Mobile Legends and the consumptive behavior of university students at Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban. The research was motivated by the growing phenomenon of digital consumption among students, particularly through virtual item purchases via microtransactions. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, using purposive sampling involving 40 active student players of Mobile Legends. Research instruments consisted of Likert-scale questionnaires measuring two main variables: gaming intensity (frequency and duration) and consumptive behavior (impulsive buying, wastefulness, and non-rational consumption). Data were analyzed using Spearman’s rho correlation test, revealing a positive and significant relationship between gaming intensity and consumptive behavior (r = 0.558; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that higher gaming intensity increases students’ tendency toward hedonic and symbolic digital consumption. The study highlights that students’ consumptive behavior in the digital era is shaped not only by economic factors but also by social influence, self-control, and emotional gratification. The research implies the need for enhanced digital financial literacy and self-regulation awareness among students to mitigate excessive consumptive behavior.

In this study, an interactive learning medium was developed to practice German A1-level vocabulary with the theme “Freizeit”, based on a website created using Genially. This research is classified as development research, in which the development process of the learning medium employed the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study was conducted in the German Language Education Study Program at Universitas Negeri Medan. The research data consisted of vocabulary on the theme “Freizeit”, taken from the Netzwerk textbook and other online sources. The research subjects were second-semester students of the 2024 cohort. The instruments used included questionnaires, pretest and posttest, expert validation sheets, and documentation. The results of the validation from media experts and material experts indicated that the medium was suitable for use in learning, with scores of 92% and 89%, respectively. The trial conducted with students showed a positive response with an average score of 91%. The students’ average pretest score was 58.3, which increased to 84.7 in the posttest. Statistical tests revealed that the calculated t-value (12.45) was greater than the critical t-table value (2.045), indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Thus, the use of the Genially interactive learning medium proved effective in improving German A1 vocabulary mastery and was able to create a more engaging and interactive learning atmosphere while supporting independent learning.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Professionalism of Apparatus in the Implementation of Public Services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Gorontalo City. Viewed from the aspects of: (1) Competence, (2) Effectiveness, (3) Efficiency, and (4) Responsibility. This research method uses a Qualitative Approach with a Descriptive type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in the competence dimension, the apparatus has had adequate technical capabilities, evidenced by mastery of the OSS system and participation in various training. The effectiveness dimension is also quite good, indicated by the timeliness of service even though sometimes hampered by OSS network disruptions. In the efficiency dimension, services have run optimally through the use of online systems that save time and costs, and received support from the SKM results with a value of 90.17 in the "very good" category. Meanwhile, in the responsibility dimension, the apparatus shows high discipline and work commitment, although there are still several cases of delays and permission to leave the office during working hours. Overall, it can be concluded that the professionalism of the Gorontalo City DPMPTSP apparatus in providing public services is classified as good, but still requires improvement, especially in the aspects of effectiveness and responsibility.

This research aims to provide an in-depth explanation of the extension procedure for the Equipment Safety Certificate of the Tug Boat TB. Mitra Jaya XVI. This process is conducted at the Class I Port Authority and Harbormaster's Office (KSOP) Dumai and managed by PT. Berlian Ocean Shipping Dumai as the shipping agent. The equipment safety certificate is a vital document ensuring the seaworthiness of the vessel's equipment and compliance with maritime regulations. The research methodology utilized is a combination of Field Research—involving direct observation at the site—and Library Research—for gathering relevant regulatory and theoretical data. The findings indicate that the process for managing the certificate extension has generally complied with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Nevertheless, applicants still face significant obstacles during the application process. These constraints include delays in document inspection by related parties and technical issues within the online SIMKAPEL system (Information Management System for Harbormaster and Ship Services), which frequently experiences disruption. These system outages repeatedly lead to the postponement of certificate issuance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that while formal procedures are followed, there is a necessity for optimizing the ship agency services and internal supervision. It is crucial to implement improvements to the technical system of SIMKAPEL and enhance internal coordination between surveyors and administrative staff at the KSOP to reduce waiting times, ensuring that certificates are issued promptly for the smooth operation of the vessel.

This study aims to analyze the application of information technology in improving the efficiency of supply chain management at JS Store Florist in Samarinda City. This study is motivated by the rapid development of information technology and its role in supporting supply chain management, especially for small-scale businesses. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, document study, and literature study. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the use of information technology can improve supply chain management efficiency, as seen from the savings in operating costs of IDR 1,300,000 per month, or equivalent to 17.21%. This proves that the application of information technology at JS Store Florist is capable of improving the efficiency of supply chain management. The use of marketplaces, digital recording, and online ordering strategies has been proven to accelerate production and distribution, as well as providing recommendations for the development of a more integrated digital ordering system to strengthen competitiveness and business sustainability in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the florist business.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the influence of Profile, New Feed and Homepage on consumer visits on pempek.lola8 Bengkulu city. The method in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. In this study the data comes from distributing questionnaires (Google Form) which will be distributed online to consumers who have purchased pempek lola.  The population of this study are consumers who have purchased pempek lola, researchers use the hair formula where 19 indicators x 5 = 95 respondents. The results of this study are; (1) Profile partially affects consumer visits to pempek.lola8 city of bengkulu, (2) New Feed partially affects consumer visits to “pempek.lola8 city of bengkulu (3) Homepage partially affects consumer visits to pempek.lola8 city of bengkulu (4) Profile, New Feed and Homepage on consumer visits to pempek.lola8 city of bengkulu simultaneous influence.

This study aims to describe the level of anxiety, stress, and depression in women undergoing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) program and to see the distribution of psychological disorders based on sociodemographic characteristics and the stage of IVF program undertaken. The design of this study was descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique on 28 women who were undergoing IVF cycles in infertility clinics in Yogyakarta Special Region. Data were collected online through a questionnaire containing Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), and Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) instruments. Descriptive analysis showed that most respondents experienced moderate anxiety (42%), mild stress (38%), and mild depression (36%). The analysis also showed that sociodemographic characteristics, such as age older than 35 years, non-working employment status, and low education, had a higher tendency towards psychological disorders. In addition, certain phases of IVF, such as the waiting phase after embryo transfer, appeared to be associated with increased levels of anxiety and stress. This study emphasizes the importance of more intensive psychological support, especially for women who are in the more stressful stages of IVF, as well as for those with sociodemographic risk factors that increase their vulnerability to psychological disorders.

Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in every organization, whether in business, education, or social contexts. If not managed properly, conflict has the potential to reduce performance; however, if handled constructively, it can become a source of innovation. Based on this issue, this study aims to answer the main question: how is conflict understood and managed according to recent literature findings? The method used is a literature review by searching for articles through several online databases using the keywords "organizational conflict," "conflict management," "types of conflict," and "resolution strategies." From an initial search result of 17 articles, after a screening process, 15 articles met the criteria for further analysis. The analysis results reveal three main themes. First, conflict in organizations can be categorized into several types, such as intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup, and intergroup conflicts. Second, the sources of conflict often stem from differences in interests, ineffective communication, and unequal distribution of resources. Third, conflict resolution strategies vary, including mediation, collaborative communication, compromise, deliberation, and approaches based on religious values.

The Web-Based Information System for Family Planning (FP) Participant Registration at the Wee Karou Community Health Center in West Sumba Regency aims to simplify the registration process for FP participants, improve efficiency, and provide easier access for the community to FP services. Previously, the registration process was conducted manually, which often led to delays, data processing errors, and time inefficiency. Therefore, an information system is needed to digitalize the registration and data management processes of FP participants. This system is developed using web-based technology that enables the Wee Karou Health Center to conduct online FP participant registration, monitor program progress, and generate reports more quickly and accurately. The main features of the system include online FP participant registration, participant data management, service schedule monitoring, and the generation of statistical reports related to FP services. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce data entry errors, accelerate the registration process, and enhance transparency and data accuracy. In addition, it provides convenience for the community to register without having to visit the health center directly. Thus, the Family Planning services at Wee Karou Community Health Center are expected to become more optimal, effective, and efficient in supporting government programs for population control and better family planning.

This study is motivated by the importance of improving the productivity of civil servants (ASN) at the sub-district level, which serves as the frontline in delivering public services. Bureaucratic reform and service digitalization demand employees to work more professionally, competently, and productively. Career development and work motivation are considered two crucial factors that influence productivity improvement. The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of career development on employee productivity, to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee productivity, and to test the simultaneous influence of both factors at the Cempaka Baru Sub-District Office, Central Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 48 respondents. Data were collected through online questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that career development has a significant positive effect on productivity (t-value 3.051 > t-table 2.014; sig. 0.004 < 0.05). Work motivation also significantly affects productivity (t-value 3.206 > t-table 2.014; sig. 0.002 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence productivity (F-value 79.546 > F-table 3.20; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, career development and work motivation can be regarded as important factors in enhancing employee productivity at the Cempaka Baru Sub-District Office.

Social media has become a new communication space that allows for the rapid and widespread dissemination of information, including on public issues. One of the platforms that is often used is social media X (formerly Twitter), where users can express their opinions and shape public perception. This study is entitled "The Influence of Hate Speech by Admin @keretacepatid on Patrick Kluivert (National Team Coach) on the Level of Followers' Perception on Social Media X" which aims to determine how hatred influences the formation of perceptions of social media users. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and data collection techniques through online questionnaires to followers of the @keretacepatid account. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of hatred on followers' perceptions. Some respondents showed a dominant attitude, namely agreeing with the negative narrative built by the account against Patrick Kluivert, while others were in a negotiating position, namely understanding the context of the speech but still considering Kluivert's professional background as a national team coach. This finding is the importance of ethical and responsible digital communication management in shaping public opinion in the era of social media.
