The advancement or decline of an organization is fundamentally intertwined with the accomplishments of its workforce. Hence, each company consistently endeavors to enhance employee performance, either through the implementation of specific leadership techniques or the observation of organizational citizenship behavior displayed by its workforce. Therefore, this study seeks to delve deeper into the influence and interplay between variables related to leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in relation to employee performance at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch. This research encompasses all employees at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna's Kolaka Branch, encompassing the entire population and adopting a saturated sampling methodology. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach. The results of this investigation confirm the impact that the utilized leadership style and employee organizational citizenship behavior have on employee performance.

The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

Business activities are generally carried out by the community by exploiting the natural potential around them, namely the business of utilizing palm oil stick waste. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. However, there are several obstacles in implementing the Quadruple Helix, namely that even though it has been implemented, it has not been fully implemented to the maximum extent for the people of Sungai Kanan Labuhan Batu Selatan District.

This research was conducted to obtain information related to the ability of cooperative management to be able to optimize the scale of cooperative business, through efficient, productive and rational capital allocation; utilization of business capacity and cooperative capital; cooperation with various parties, both in the form of business, capital and cooperative management in general; and fertilization of own capital, through member savings and the formation of reserve funds. To achieve the above optimization, the stigma of "Cooperative as an association of people not an association of capital" should be removed, which is often considered as one of the factors causing the failure of cooperative financial management. Of course, this is a tough task for cooperative managers in carrying out their cooperative business activities, but with the capacity of the management that continues to be fostered and upgraded in knowledge and abilities, to achieve maximum cooperative goals.

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy for developing tourism potential of Prongil Julu village, Tinada district, Pakpak Bharat district. This study uses qualitative research methods and uses SWOT  (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis with three informants. The results of this study depict that developing tourism potential in Prongil Julu village has several advantages such as fresh air, cultural attractions, quite complete facilities,  hospitality of people and  entrance to the capital of Pakpak Bharat regent. However, there are also weaknesses such as underdeveloped infrastructure, lack of tourism promotion as well as lack of public interest and attention towards tourism. There are also opportunities to develop tourism through community tourism training, partnerships with the private sector and leveraging the benefits of Lae Mbilulu Falls to attract tourists. However, threats such as competition with destinations other than  Prongil Julu Village and environmental damage also need attention. Based on these SWOT results, the author proposes a number of strategies to develop tourism potential such as infrastructure development, increased tourism promotion,  tourism product development and cooperation with the private sector and  Pakpak Bharat District Tourism Board. It is hoped that this strategy can help Prongil Julu Village maximize its tourism potential for economic growth and regional development.

The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. Mazid stated that promotion is a marketing activity to introduce, inform and offer a destination to the wider public so they want to come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with 10 research subjects selected to collect data in the field. The results of this research show that the promotions that have been carried out by the government and the community through face-to-face sales (personal selling), publicity (Publicity), sales promotions, namely an increase in the attraction of tourists to come to visit the Meat Village, although not too much. However, there are changes from the previous year. In connection with the research results, the author provides input for the community government, Pokdarwis to maximize the promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang in a sustainable manner, not just by activities carried out in the meat village such as the Meat art festival and the thousand tent activity as an annual event, but the government provides encouragement, especially to the community. weaving craftsmen to be more effective in promoting, then the community must maintain the beauty of the motifs and continue to preserve the culture of Ulos Ragi Hotang weaving as a superior product from Meat village

The role of human resources is needed to achieve good results within the company. Whether a company develops or not depends on the human resources in the company itself. Companies are required to find and print employees who will later provide good work results. Performance can be influenced by recruitment, selection and training and can be through the role of competency variables. The study aims to determine the role of recruitment, selection, and training on employee performance with competence as a mediating variable at the Aromatique Art Lab Store East Java Branch. The subject of the study was an employee of the East Java Branch of the Aromatique Art Lab Store. The employee sample consisted of 44 employees. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. The study used the Smart-PLS method. The results show that: (1) Recruitment does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Selection does not significantly affect Employee Performance. (3) Training has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (4) Recruitment does not significantly affect the Competency to the extent. (5) Selection does not significantly affect the Competence. (6) Training has a significant effect on competence. (7) Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance. (8) Recruitment has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (9) Selection has no significant effect on Competency-mediated Employee Performance. (10) Training does not significantly affect Competency-mediated Employee Performance. The benefits of research are as material for taking company policies in encouraging employee performance and as a reference for further researchers. The next suggestion of researchers is that they are expected to look at other variables outside the variables used in this study in order to get maximum results.

The right leadership style will make employees respectful at work and willing to contribute their best.  In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

In the current era of very tight business competition, companies are required to improve their financial performance. To be able to assess the company's financial performance, all interested parties need to know the company's financial condition as seen from the company's financial reports. To assess the company's financial performance, it can be shown through the financial reports presented by the company management. The importance of the liquidity ratio for financial performance is because liquidity has a fairly close relationship with the company's ability to earn profits (profitability), namely liquidity shows the level of availability of working capital needed for operational activities. Having sufficient working capital makes it possible for the company to operate optimally and not experience difficulties due to the financial crisis. However, excessive working capital actually shows that there are unproductive funds and gives the impression that the company is releasing them to make a profit. Ideally, the company's working capital should be available in sufficient quantities to finance the company's various activities, which means there is no shortage of capital and no idle resources. In this way, the company's ability to improve its financial performance on its assets is maximized, and the current ratio is one of the components of the liquidity ratio used in this research.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Work discipline and work ethic that have been applied, good and in accordance with expectations will make an employee will be satisfied with his work. Applying high work discipline can improve the performance and achievement of the goals of the employee agency to the maximum. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work ethic on employee compensation. This research is a quantitative study in which the data analysis techniques used are, multiple linear regression tests, simultaneous tests (f), and partial tests (t). The number of samples in this study was 80 respondents with 25 statements on the questionnaire. This study used SPSS analysis tool version 25.  The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and work ethic both simultaneously and partially on employee compensation of the Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Labor Social Security.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, residents' satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. and the role of Employee Performance on Citizen Satisfaction in Child- Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta.This research method is a qualitative description through interviews with informants as key informants who explain or describe the effect of employee performance on citizen satisfaction in Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta. And through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is a group interview that emphasizes interaction on the topics discussed. This study also describes testing the validity of the data, the validity of the data or the credibility of the data, namely in observation, perseverance, discussion and study as well as analysis of the satisfaction of these residents.The results of the study showed that there was a value gap in the views of officials who were interviewed and discussed with community groups who were also interviewed by researchers. So the need for a researcher's perspective and confirms that performance is a substantial factor in creating maximum work. Thus the role of performance on citizen satisfaction in the Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta, is very important. Not only encouraging the creation of new values in understanding citizen satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and evaluate the government's internal control system and cash expenditure procedures in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City are in accordance with applicable regulations or not. This research was carried out at the Surabaya City Government and People's Welfare Office located in the Genteng Village government building, Genteng District, Surabaya City. The analytical method used in this study is the Descriptive Analysis Method. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Cash Expenditure System and Procedure implemented in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has been running well in accordance with Permendagri Number 13 of 2006 concerning Regional Financial Management Guidelines. The internal control system of cash expenditure in the Government and People's Welfare Section of Surabaya City has also been implemented well but has not been maximally marked by the lack of maximum implementation of policies on human resource development so that employees are still found who lack mastery related to cash expenditures and the constraints of the duties of the finance and accounting department.

Technological developments have penetrated in all fields, not only in one area but also in all sectors of human life, including transportation. The internet is needed nowadays, including in the daily activities of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Maxim consumer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sampling technique that is non-probabilty sampling and accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

This research background is that customer satisfaction has not been maximized at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Maumere. This research was conducted to (1) find out how the description of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Maumere; (2) find out whether there is an influence of sevice quality and protionj on customer satisfaction at PT Borwita Citra Prima Maumere. The population in this research was all customers who currently utilized products from PT Borwita Citra Prima Maumere as many as 3178 customers. By using the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 100 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and inferential statisticks, namely simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the t-test. The study’s findings demonstrated that service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) simultaneously influenced consumer satisfaction (Y) where the value of F-count > F-table, 83.486 > 3.09 then H0 was rejected. It can be concluded that both independent variables, service quality and promotion variables, had a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. (Abdurahmat Fathoni, thing: 01 of 2014). Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees.
