Background: Many factors influence the completeness of basic immunization, such as parents, geographical location, vaccines, and health workers who provide immunization services. Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Anxiety in the face of labor cannot be separated from the knowledge and readiness of the mother before delivery. Mothers who have good knowledge and readiness about childbirth will take care of their pregnancy and prepare whatever is needed to face childbirth, so as to minimize maternal anxiety before delivery. Anxiety arising from lack of knowledge, such as information about pregnancy and childbirth, will have an impact on maternal unpreparedness, and will trigger a high rate of pathological pregnancies and increase the number of maternal and child deaths. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a glucose tolerance disorder that was first discovered during pregnancy which had never been diagnosed with diabetes in the mother and then showed high glucose levels during pregnancy. Women with GDM almost never give complaints even though the incidence of GDM can be threatening and very dangerous because it can cause several complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth is also one of the causes in cases of maternal and infant mortality. Pregnancy accompanied by diabetes is also at risk of causing maternal death up to 4 times 2. One other prevention that can be done is more intensive counseling and counseling from officers to all pregnant women about the description of the incidence of DMG. This activity was carried out at the Tanralili Public Health Center with the method of individual counseling to pregnant women in turn with brochures distributed to each pregnant woman, after which they took blood/glucose checks while. This design is to determine the effects before and after treatment. The analysis in this study used the t-test. From the results of statistical testing using the T-test, the significance value was 0.000 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded statistically Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that it can be concluded that there is an effect of oxytocin massage therapy on breastfeeding in post partum mothers at Bumiayu Health Center. In connection with the results of this study, it is hoped that post partum mothers with the help of their husbands or families at home can inform the surrounding community so that they can increase their knowledge and insight to apply oxytocin massage as a solution to overcome the problem of unsanitary breastfeeding.

The health of pregnant women is one of the national health indicators. The Center for Indonesian Medical Students' Activities (CIMSA) considers that the health figures for pregnant women in Indonesia cannot be categorized as good. So early detection of pregnancy complications can be used as an effort to prevent complications in pregnancy. The still high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) can be caused by several factors, one of which is the lack of optimal antenatal care and low maternal knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy. Pregnant women's knowledge about danger signs in pregnancy is one of the factors that can influence pregnant women at high risk of experiencing danger signs in pregnancy. The main causes of maternal death, namely preeclampsia, bleeding and infection, can be prevented if the signs are recognized early. These signs are known as danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, pregnant mothers should learn more about the danger signs of pregnancy. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge about the danger signs of pregnancy.
