The purpose of this study is to find out the mistakes in writing Arabic vocabulary and the solutions to these mistakes. And the research methodology used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research, because researchers analyze facts in general by presenting existing facts to form new ideas based on the research reality. And data collection methods in this study are observation and documentation. And the results in writing Arabic vocabulary in learning writing skills that the researchers got in grade 4 SD Jam'iyyatul hujjaj Bukittinggi: Errors in writing Arabic vocabulary according to the rules as many as 25 students. errors in differentiating the writing of Arabic letters such as: ت،ط،ذ،ز،س،ش،ص،ض as many as 18 students. And errors in the difficulty of writing vowel dhommah as many as 16 students. errors in differentiating writing between tactic and ta marbuthah as many as 20 students. errors in distinguishing short length as many as 25 students. There are many solutions to errors in writing Arabic words, including providing more exposure for students in video or image form to professional writing.

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of morale, work environment, work skills, teamwork, work climate on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees. The population in this study was 150 employees, the sample that was determined in this study was 109 employees using a saturated sample. This study uses SPSS to answer the main facts by using a list of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The findings of this study are that work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi employees, work skills have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni employees Purwodadi, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi, the work climate has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UMKM employees Batik Tulis Seruni Purwodadi  

This study aims to determine the causes of women becoming victims of violence due to alcohol in the family environment. The research method used is an empirical legal research method using a descriptive approach and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors that cause women to become victims of violence due to drinking alcohol in Gorontalo City, namely internal factors consisting of the personality of the woman (victim) and the personality of the man (the perpetrator). While the external factors themselves consist of economic factors and infidelity factors. For victims, with the facts that occur in the field where alcohol is a trigger for domestic violence, it is for the victims, in this case the wife, to continue to provide awareness to her husband in order to place limits on the actions taken. And the perpetrators too so as not to exceed the limits of awareness in terms of drinking liquor so that families at home do not become victims of violence for actions due to excessive consumption of liquor.

Umbawa gandang langngan tanete is a unique tradition in the Toraja area, to be precise, in Lembang Ratte, Masanda District. This tradition is said to be unique because in the Toraja area it is only found in the Masanda area. The umbawa gandang langngan tanete tradition is one of the last forms of respect for the Ma'dika people who have died. The purpose of this study was to analyze phenomenologically the tradition of the umbawa gandang langngan tanete by using a qualitative descriptive research method with interview techniques with informants to obtain data related to the facts found in the research process of the umbawa gandang langngan tanete tradition in Lembang Ratte. . After researching the umbawa gandang langgan aunttete, the results found by the researchers were that there was a unique tradition that was applied to the Ma'dika people in Lembang Ratte Kec. Masanda who carried out a series of Ramnbu Solo ceremonies, namely umbawa gandang langngan tanete. Clinical Supervision is needed by educators to improve professional teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the school principal in the implementation of clinical supervision which has an impact on teacher performance in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng, Ciamis Regency. Improving the performance of teachers at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School is carried out with various activities, including Supervision of the school principal, Educators are motivated so that supervision activities are the desire and awareness of the teaching staff to improve what they feel still needs to be improved both from making preparations, selecting methods, techniques and learning media, so that the learning process in class is more meaningful and students get a pleasant learning experience. The results of this study include: 1) Implementation of clinical supervision is carried out gradually by the principal at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School, as a coaching effort for teachers to improve the competence of teaching staff in learning. 2) Principals in carrying out clinical supervision are able to improve teacher performance in learning even better. 3). The principal as a clinical supervisor must understand and have strategies that are able to provide change for educators in teaching and learning activities.

The primary goal of this study was to measure the effectiveness of Let's Read app in visualization strategy in improving students' reading ability. Let’s Read is an application that contains many stories with audio and is equipped with visual pictures that can help students learn to read. This study uses a quantitative and pre-experimental design to test. The pre-experimental used 2 tests, the pre-test at the beginning and the post-test after treatment. The sample in this research consisted of 36 tenth-grade students. The results confirmed that the post-test scores increased and exceeded the pre-test values. Furthermore, at a significant level of 0.05%, the t-score is calculated to be smaller than t-table. From this analysis, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, while the Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Based on the facts through the results of data analysis, using  Let's Read app in visualization strategy is proven to help in enhance students' reading comprehension. As a result, it is recommended that educators and students take advantage of this application to enhance reading comprehension.

The aim of this research is to find out the juridical review and legal consequences for the distribution of inheritance to adopted children regardless of the position of the main heir. The method used is empirical juridical research with primary data obtained in the field and secondary data through literature studies and related regulations. The results of this study indicate that based on article 171 letter (c) KHI who becomes an heir must have a blood relationship with the heir, not being hindered by law to become an heir and article 209 paragraph (2) KHI for adopted children who do not receive a will is given a mandatory will 1/3 of the heir's inheritance. However, the facts on the ground are not in accordance with the provisions above, in fact the heir gives more inheritance to the adopted child than the main heir on the grounds that groups 2, 3, and 4 do not object, then the second heir states that the adopted child is older than his biological child. This reduces and closes the share of legal heirs. In adopting a child, it is done in the best interest of the child based on local customs and applicable laws and regulations. This fulfills the elements of article 39 paragraph (1) and article 171 letter (h) KHI. There are three legal consequences of the distribution of inheritance to adopted children, namely: 1) The distribution of inheritance has not been fulfilled in Article 209 paragraph (2) KHI 2) The rights and obligations have been fulfilled for adopted children according to Article 171 letter (h) KHI. However, the adopted child is constrained in terms of legitieme portie cannot sue the position of the main heir 3) Lineage relations, the adoptive parents have severed the lineage relationship of the adopted child with his biological parents where he uses the surname of his adoptive father. This contradicts QS-Al Ahzab: 4 and 5 and does not fulfill article 39 paragraph (2).

This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method which collects data using existing facts. The result of this service activity is that followers have an interest in culinary products that are promoted on the Instagram social media account @andalan.blitar by giving likes, comments, and visiting the UMKM.

Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

Implementation of displays or good arrangement of goods can attract consumers' attention and help them to easily observe the items on display and finally buy these items.

Financial ratio analysis is one way to assess the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. MaraTanto Siregar. The study uses financial management theory based on measuring instruments Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Return On Investment and Return On Equity. The approach used in this research is a descriptive research approach. The samples in this study are the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Mara Tanto Siregar for 3 years for the 2018-2020 period. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis technique, namely collecting data, classifying it in such a way as to obtain a clear picture of the facts that exist as a reality in the object under study. The results showed that the company's financial performance as measured by the solvency ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) and (Debt to Equity Ratio) was good, because there was an increase in the amount of debt and was followed by an increase in total assets each year and the company was able to emphasize funding using its own capital. The results of the profitability ratio analysis show that the company's ability to generate profits in terms of Return On Investment is good, the average ROI level is 31%, due to the relatively high profit on asset turnover. Meanwhile, in terms of Return On Equity, the company is also good because the company has not been able to maximize its capital to generate optimal net profit, the average during the study period was 42%.

This study aims to: (1) Know the basis for the judge's consideration in granting the application for marriage dispensation in case No. 120/Pdt.P/2022/PA.Wng. (2) Know the legal consequences caused after the application for marriage dispensation. This research is normative legal research that is prescriptive, meaning research that does not begin with a hypothesis. The approach taken is a statutory approach and a case approach with the types and sources of primary and secondary legal materials. This technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study techniques with the method of analyzing syllogism law materials through deduction thinking. The results showed that the judge in granting the application for marriage dispensation with various considerations, namely benefit and expediency, the existence of urgent reasons, the suitability of the evidence submitted with the facts of the trial, and the absence of a marriage prohibition. The legal consequence that arises with the granting of a marriage dispensation is that the bride and groom can legally marry according to the law. After the marriage of minors, the child is considered an adult and capable of carrying out legal acts.

This article aims to explain how sociology plays a role in building the character of students. Sociology is a social science that studies facts, norms, and social deviations, which are the main factors in the process of shaping the character of students. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with the research method of literature review, and the data for the study are sourced from literature, journals, and books. In this method, all the obtained data will be analyzed to draw conclusions. The results of this research will indicate that Educational Sociology, as a branch of sociology, plays a significant role in shaping the character of students in schools.

Referring to this problem, some of Calvin's contributions regarding the principles and implementation of Christian Religious education that must be known by PAK teachers, namely: Definition of PAK, PAK Objectives, PAK Students, PAK Educators, and PAK Curriculum. The final conclusion of this study is that Christian religion teachers really need the five principles of applying PAK to become educators who are capable of teaching.

The purpose of the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2014 is so that street vendors can meet the requirements and be monitored so they can move to a place provided by the Padang City Government. This decision was taken to create 6 cities of Padang that are comfortable, safe and beautiful. According to a survey conducted by researchers, the location of street vendors (PKL) has a very negative effect on the smoothness, cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, which of course needs government support or government mapping to create comfort and convenience. With these considerations, the authors are interested in further analyzing regional regulations related to the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors in order to understand the real facts. Therefore, the author presents a mini study entitled "Strategy in structuring street vendors in the Padang Beach area".

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Campus program which involves students from various tertiary institutions and various educational backgrounds to participate in helping the teaching and learning process as an effort to equalize education which needs to be addressed after witnessing the Covid-19 pandemic. Equity and improvement of the quality of education are citizens' rights that must be fulfilled by the government which are included in the TPB/SDGs. The Teaching Campus also provides opportunities for students to be directly involved and develop themselves through activities outside of lectures. The Teaching Campus is used as a forum for students to contribute to improving student literacy and numeracy from an early age, starting from the elaboration of elementary school to high school. Where later students are required to create creative innovations in supporting interactive learning by creating teaching program ideas. One of them is the Pelita Nusa Program which was created from students participating in the Teaching Campus 5 program who served at Tembok Dukuh III/85 Elementary School in Surabaya. This research was made in accordance with the facts according to reports and activities that have been carried out by female students to implement the Pelita Nusa program at Tembok Dukuh III/85 Elementary School in Surabaya
