Corruption in the disbursement of educational aid funds poses a serious challenge that undermines the effectiveness of education policies in Indonesia, particularly within programs such as the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) and the Family Hope Program (PKH). Irregularities in fund management, weak supervision, and the lack of transparency and accountability have led to unequal distribution of aid and a decline in the quality of educational services. This study aims to evaluate the impact of anti-corruption policies on the effectiveness of educational fund distribution through a normative approach using secondary data. The findings indicate that the implementation of anti-corruption policies, supported by the digitalization of financial systems, public participation, and institutional reform at the local level, has a significant effect in reducing the misuse of educational funds. However, the effectiveness of these policies heavily depends on political commitment, the capacity of supervisory institutions, and public legal awareness. Therefore, synergy between law, technology, a culture of integrity, and community participation is essential to building clean and equitable education governance in pursuit of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Political culture plays an important role in determining the dynamics of general elections, especially in the context of Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) in Indonesia. This research focuses on Ciwaringin Village in Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency, which shows low community political participation due to a parochial political culture. People in this village tend to be inactive in the election process, are influenced by the practice of money politics, and choose based on personal closeness and material lures, without understanding the vision and mission of potential leaders. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study and interview methods to explore the factors that influence political participation, including social, economic, and educational aspects and the use of information media. Findings show that low political literacy and indifference to political issues result in apathy toward elections. Therefore, educational efforts and increasing political awareness are needed to encourage active community participation in the democratic process. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding political culture and community participation in Ciwaringin village and promote improvements in implementing the upcoming regional elections.

The development of digital technology has changed many aspects of people's lives, including in terms of social justice. On the one hand, digitalization opens up access to information and accelerates global connectivity. However, on the other hand, various serious challenges have emerged in law enforcement. Inequality in access to technology, algorithmic bias, and the rise of cybercrime are the main issues that test the resilience of the current legal system. This paper aims to explore how the law can play an effective and responsive role in maintaining social justice in the digital era. With a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this article presents an analysis of various current academic literature discussing law, social justice, and technology. The results show that the legal system must be able to adapt quickly, not only at the regulatory level, but also in institutional structures and community participation. The role of society is key to building inclusive and sustainable digital justice. Therefore, law in the digital era is not enough to be just a set of rules, but must be a tool for social empowerment that is able to respond to the dynamics of the times without abandoning the values of justice. Collaboration between stakeholders and strengthening digital literacy are important elements in creating a digital space that is fair for all.

The revitalization of urban heritage areas in Indonesia, exemplified by Panggung Street in Surabaya, faces multifaceted challenges encompassing the preservation of historical character, socio-economic enhancement, and the creation of inclusive public spaces. Current revitalization efforts often misalign with the area’s authentic features such as inappropriate facade treatments while neglecting accessibility for vulnerable groups and failing to foster effective collaboration among stakeholders. This study employs a descriptive qualitative case study approach, synthesizing field observations, in-depth interviews with local actors, comprehensive literature reviews, and precedent analyses of Braga Street in Bandung and heritage zones in Malacca. Data were analyzed using SWOT and root cause analysis to identify systemic barriers and leverage opportunities, while comparative-historical interpretation contextualized Surabaya’s urban identity. Triangulation ensured methodological rigor and validity. The research culminates in a holistic revitalization framework emphasizing three key strategies: restoration of authentic architectural features, including original colors and ornamentation, enhancement of inclusive infrastructure, such as accessible pedestrian pathways and universal signage and active community participation through workshops and cultural initiatives like the Kya-Kya night market. This integrated approach not only preserves the area’s historical integrity but also fosters social cohesion, economic vitality, and collective pride. The study demonstrates that combining heritage conservation with inclusive design principles can transform urban spaces into dynamic, accessible, and sustainable environments. The findings offer valuable insights for other Southeast Asian cities facing similar heritage revitalization challenges.

Deforestation in Indonesia's hilly regions has a significant impact on increasing the rate of erosion and sedimentation. This study aims to systematically examine the effects of deforestation on erosion and sedimentation processes and evaluate conservation approaches used to mitigate these impacts. The method employed is a literature review of various relevant national and international studies, focusing on tropical upland areas in Indonesia. The analysis reveals that the conversion of forests into agricultural land, plantations, and settlements results in the loss of vegetative cover, which plays a critical role in stabilizing soil particles and regulating surface runoff. The resulting impacts include increased erosion rates, soil structure degradation, and elevated sedimentation in water bodies, which deteriorate water quality, reduce reservoir capacity, and harm aquatic ecosystems such as coral reefs and mangrove forests. Effective conservation approaches include vegetative techniques such as reforestation and agroforestry, as well as mechanical techniques such as terracing and check dams. The main recommendation from this review is the need for integrated conservation policies, community participation, and the mapping of vulnerable areas to achieve sustainable and adaptive land management in Indonesia’s hilly regions.

In Indonesia, government attention to the use of post-saline contraceptives is increasing. According to the recommendations of The National Meeting on Family Planning Programs in 2012, the postpartum and post-miscarriage Family Planning (KB PP & PK) program is designated as a priority program that should be available in every province. This program aims not only to increase the number of contraceptive use, but also to improve maternal and child health (JNPK, 2012). Post-copy family planning is one of the government programs with a target of 80%, although the acceptor of post-copy family planning only reaches 30%, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia considers this achievement as a significant progress in increasing community participation in family planning programs. Meanwhile, the number of family planning acceptors in North Sumatra in 2012 reached 4,041 acceptors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge about post-copy family planning and participation in becoming a family planning acceptor at Balimbingan Hospital, Tanah Jawa District, Simalungun Regency, Pematang Siantar City in 2024. This study applies an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach with sampling carried out using the Incidental Sampling technique of 44 people. The data analysis technique applied was Spearman's Rho Correlation with a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95%. The results of the study based on the output test statistics obtained the result of p=0.007 (<0.05). The conclusion of the study is that Ha is accepted, which means that maternal knowledge has a significant relationship with participation in becoming a post-copy family planning acceptor. It is hoped that the Family Planning program management officer at Balimbingan Hospital will continue to provide accurate information, education and counseling.
