The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. Education in early childhood is an effort to stimulate, guide and provide learning aimed at developing skills in children. Parents as caregivers of children must have an understanding of their child's development. The development of children's intelligence at an early age develops optimally at the age of 4 years. Along with these developments, children will actively move, imitate units, or say something to interact with those around them. Therefore, the development of a child is influenced by the treatment of parents and families towards him.

Along with the development of fashion trends in Medan, people are also starting to get involved in the world of fashion design, both in formal attire and wedding attire. Many wedding fashion designers are still independent in establishing their establishments, such as LKP Lelly. In addition, there are also many designers who sell their services online without having a physical store. Therefore we need a container that can accommodate the work of famous designers so that it is easier to be recognized by the public. Wedding dress designs and accessories vary each year. The designers continue to innovate and produce interesting works from time to time. The bride and groom also need other vendors for the continuity of their marriage, such as vendors for organizers, vendors for pre-wedding photos, and vendors for salons and make-up. For this reason, an area will be provided for several vendors who are competent in their respective fields, making it easier for the bride and groom in their pre-wedding process. With the availability of several facilities in a building at once, it can make it easier for visitors and bride and groom to prepare for their wedding.  

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. Early age is a golden age which is very effective in instilling various beneficial knowledge. The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

The disturbing behavior of children, such as the behavior of children away from religious teachings, disrespecting their parents, dressing inappropriately, saying dirty words, smoking, and the most troubling thing is that children are now involved in criminal acts. This issue has become a hot topic that is often reported on television, such as news about crimes committed by students, violence against friends, brawls, rape, and even murder. Responding to the negative behaviors of children that often appear in the news of child crimes need special attention. Therefore, as a form of attention, it is necessary to first understand the condition of the child himself and his relationship with the surrounding environment, both parents and family as well as the school as the smallest unit in society that has the responsibility to help children grow and develop optimally. Parents are the first people to be known by children, the first people to give life understanding to children, so parents play an important role in the formation of children's character. However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Basically, the relationship between children and their parents is an emotional and cognitive source for children. These relationships provide opportunities for children to explore the environment, including school and social life, and children's early relationships can serve as models for later relationships. This initial relationship begins when the child is born into the world, in fact it has started since the fetus was in the womb (Sutcliffe, 2002: 15).1. Furthermore, the role of Christian Religious Education is an effort made by educators continuously to equip students with sources of faith. Character formation is very important in the educational process which is a process of internalizing the values ​​of the Christian faith through education. So that the personality or noble character of students is formed through habituation that is constantly practiced, without stopping.

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Data collection using an angket, and an interview, results from the Eucharist ward in the widojo church of saint Joseph geddon associated with a streamline celebration of the Eucharist online, gives 73% of the human awareness of following Eucharist online, to what extent the Eucharist online in the faith results in 78%.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. The service focuses on training on processing glass waste as the main ingredient in making mosaic works, themed on folklore. Aims to provide knowledge about the potential of glass waste, and the technical practice of processing it to become a mosaic work. The training participants were a group of young people from Noloro, located in Sawit, Panggungharjo, Bantul DIY. The method used in the implementation is ADDIE, which stands for the stages of the process itself, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The result of the training is a mosaic work from glass waste, taking the theme of one of the folk tales from Bantul Regency, namely about the Krapyak Stage as well because it is a very iconic building.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. This research aims to produce learning media for the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet on Traditional Market Snacks in Pontianak City on the flat-sided building material that reaches the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses a 4D design model, which is modified into 3D, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development), without using the fourth stage, namely disseminate, because this refers to the initial goal of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective media contained in the third step of the development of this model, namely development. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Suster Pontianak with a total of 20 students. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. Based on the results of the first study, the validation of the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet with an average value of 84,76% from expert activities was very valid with a very good category. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled in by the teacher, the percentage is 97% with very practical criteria. to see the effectiveness of the ethnomathematics-based student worksheet learning media compared to the Likert scale index, with a percentage of 81.11% in the very effective criteria.    

Character education is increasingly relevant in the millennial era, where the younger generation faces complex global and local challenges. This research aims to explore the role and urgency of character education in facing these challenges. In the context of social and technological change, character education is an important basis for forming a strong and competitive generation. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review. The importance of character education in facing the challenges of globalization and the various perspectives of values in society are analyzed. The influence of technology and social media is also a new challenge in building the character of the millennial generation. Strategies to ensure effective character education in dealing with globalization and local currents are also discussed. This research provides in-depth and useful insights for education practitioners, policy makers, and all parties who care about the character building of quality and competitive millennial generations. Through a deep understanding of the importance of character education in the millennial era, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow as individuals with integrity, globally competitive and respect local values that strengthen national identity.

Pelanusa Group, a group of patchwork craftswomen based on social entrepreneurship, has been facing a drastic decline in market performance for its creative products since the occurrence of disruptive technology accelerated by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital platforms and e-commerce marketing capabilities in building marketing innovation capabilities that have an impact on marketing performance. A total of 160 Pelanusa patchwork craftsmen have been selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.7.8 Software. The results of the study show that there is a very important role in the use of digital platforms and mastery of e-commerce marketing because these two things will be able to break the ability of innovation in marketing. Strong marketing innovation will have an impact on marketing performance as indicated by expanding market share and increasing customer satisfaction as well as total sales. It is recommended that further research be able to reveal digital marketing strategies that can be applied by craftswomen and people with disabilities so that they can remain productive at work and have income from selling their products.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.
