The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach with the category of causal associative research. The population in this study are employees of PT. Satria Nusantara Sakti as many as 35 people, with the entire population being sampled. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study also show that workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Ability on Employee Performance at Hotel Lembang Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The aims to determine the results of the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee performance at the Lembang Rantepao Hotel in 2022. The method used in this study was a survey and used data collection methods through filling out questionnaires and implement and develop data to be processed using SPSS. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data in the form of information from the object of research through the distribution of research questionnaires at the Lembang Hotel. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence of work motivation variable on employee performance but there is no effect of work ability on employee performance at Lembang Hotel.

Learning guidance assistance for students is one of the ways used to improve student learning outcomes. There are two factors that influence student learning outcomes, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within the student such as the student's willingness to learn, while external factors are factors from outside the student's self such as the learning atmosphere. The purpose of carrying out tutoring assistance by STKIP Modern Ngawi students for students is that it is expected to be able to increase student motivation in learning so that student abilities increase with a maximum and enjoyable learning process. Learning guidance assistance is carried out in four stages, namely: (1) Providing practice questions to determine students' basic abilities, (2) Providing motivation to learn to students, (3) Providing material explanations to students, (4) Question and answer to find out students' abilities after the learning assistance activities have been completed. The results of the tutoring assistance had a positive impact which was marked by high student enthusiasm and increased learning outcomes.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the role of Lextutor an online software for achieving educational objectives. Lextutor is an online resource which presents a new teaching-learning environment and also offers a variety of activities for educators and learners to use it in English vocabulary classroom and to nurture independent learning. Since vocabulary becomes very fundamental in language learning, both speaking and writing and independent learning is currently popular and needs to be developed, educators and learners can use wordlists, online concordance and dictionary, and texts, which can be accessed in the available programs. In addition, Lextutor also serves database to store the work and view the others’ work. Most importantly, this online software comes up with the transformation to change the traditional setting of learning by giving inputs on DDL learning. It is expected that learners can be more independent and active in learning, enabling greater motivation and deeper learning. This paper reviews literature and gives scholarly background by reviewing some contributions and concepts made by experts in the related field. Furthermore, some benefits of using Lextutor are found in this research.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study is entitled to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work environment and Leadership Models on Work Loyalty. In this research using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were Proseecing employees at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia PIER, Pasuruan Regency with a sample size of 106 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling saturated. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. To obtain the test results in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out, classical assumption tests were normality and heroscedasticity tests, and then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of this study show that the results of the Determination Test (R2) for the variable Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Leadership Model have an effect on Work Loyalty of 0.446 or the equivalent percentage value of 46.3%, while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other variables . For the significant level, namely the the Work Environment variable has a nt significant effect  Work Loyalty, while the Work Discipline variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty, and the Leadership Model variable has significant effect on Work Loyalty,

Writing and publishing scientific papers is something that is not only important for researchers, but also for teachers who teach in junior high to high school related to the need to increase teacher professionalism. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the need for training in the ability to write scientific articles in English teachers. This research employs mixed methods whereby quantitative data analysis will be supported by qualitative analysis. Purposive random sampling was used in the selection of research respondents which involved 30 teachers as a sample of a total of 150 English teacher population. This analysis was carried out based on the factors that can affect the difficulty of the process of writing scientific papers including the writing environment; obstacles caused by the topic of writing; the author’s motivation; and the processes, knowledge, and skills involved in writing. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a reference in developing writing training, especially for English teachers and can be an evaluation for teachers about the actions that must be taken to develop the ability to write scientific pap

Motivating students is important to achieve the goals of the study. With high motivation, the students will study and learn the subject indeed. This study aims to verify the Duolingo application to increase students' learning motivation in English study. This research is focused on fraction materials studied by students in grade VIII SMPN 39 Takengon in the 2023-2024 academic year. This research method used is classroom qualitative research conducted in two meetings. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative data were obtained from observations during the learning process while quantitative data were obtained from students' test results. The results showed an increase in learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in grade VIII SMPN 39 Takengon in English subject on fraction materials. The researcher concluded that learning using Duolingo application media was able to increase motivation and learning outcomes in English on fraction materials of students in grade VIII SMPN 39 Takengon.

Basically Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is manifested in the social role of a company or Limited Liability Company (PT) towards the company's internal environment, namely the welfare of its workers' lives. The existence of a level of welfare for workers is one way or strategy that can increase the participation of workers, motivation and loyalty of the workers. This problem is included in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and in addition to the Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment (UUPM) Article 34, namely "companies that invest in are required to implement CSR" to create conditions that are harmonious, balanced and in accordance with the environment, norms, and culture, as well as the Law that regulates the Social Security System and which establishes the Employment Social Security Administering Agency as an institution that regulates all labor guarantees for all Indonesian people, namely BPJS employment. The purpose of this writing is; 1). Providing a form of CSR responsibility to the company for the welfare of the workers; 2). Implement sanctions given to companies if they do not carry out CSR responsibilities to employees. This method uses writing in the form of normative legal methods or in legal research literature from the results of a study, there is one main thing that can be concluded. Namely, there are several rules that regulate corporate social responsibility, there is a law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), an investment law and a social security law. a requirement for CSR that has the potential to cause multiple interpretations in practice, because not all laws that have regulated and contain rules that are subject to sanctions in it.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock underpricing of IPO companies on the IDX in the primary consumer goods sector. The population in this study were 34 IPO companies in the primary consumer goods sector. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from the official idx website. The statistical data value analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that company age, underwriter reputation and auditor reputation have no significant effect on underpricing.The results of this research analysis show that there are 2 influential variables, namely the firm age variable which has a significant value of 0.027 (<0.05). the Underwriter's Reputation variable has a Significant value of 0.018 (<0.05. And 1 variable that has no effect, namely the Auditor's Reputation variable has a Significant value of 0.238 (<0.05).

In this era, all companies are competing to develop their respective businesses so they can compete. The most effective way of developing a business is by maximizing the management of existing resources, and the resource that has the most important role, namely human resources. Companies can maximize the management of their human resources so that they can produce a maximum performance. There are several things that can affect performance, namely the work environment, work discipline and work motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at UD. Eko Plastik. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to UD. Eko Plastik employees. The population in this study are all employees of UD. Eko Plastik. The sample of this research was 250 people using saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique uses SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this reseacrh are that the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has an indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

In the current rapid development of the business world, making competition between companies tighter, which requires the company to manage its business better, which in turn the company is able to compete and has superior value compared to other companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the performance of CV Musika employees. The population used in this study consisted of all employees of CV Musika. The number of samples in this study were 92 people with sampling techniques using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses factor analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Of the 38 variables analyzed, 23 variables were obtained and 6 factors were formed that affect employee performance at CV Musika. The results of the study obtained an eigen value of 9.205 for the physical needs factor, reward factor 2.636, discipline factor 1.696, factor carrying out work procedures 1.352, work loyalty factor 1.080, attendance factor on time 1.003, so it can be concluded that these 6 factors are the most influential on employee performance at CV. Musika.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Outdoor Learning Method was effectively applied to social studies learning in class IV SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The sample in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, learning achievement tests and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique and the T-Test.The results showed that students' learning motivation in social studies learning prior to the implementation of the outdoor learning method was generally in the less motivated category and student learning outcomes were in the pretest with an average score of 45.7. Meanwhile, students' learning motivation in social studies learning after the implementation of the outdoor learning method increased to a motivated category and student learning outcomes in the posttest with an average score of 86.8. It can be concluded that the application of the outdoor learning method is effectively used in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency. The results of descriptive and inferential analysis testing with the help of SPSS 23.0 for windows. The normality test of the pretest and posttest data was normally distributed with a Sig value of 0.20 > α = 0.05 and the results of the hypothesis test using the One Sample t-test t-test and obtained a p value (sig.(2-tailed)) was 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an increase in social studies learning outcomes after applying the outdoor learning method to fourth grade students at SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency, with a gain value of more than 0.30. Thus the researchers concluded that the outdoor learning method was quite effective in improving social studies learning outcomes for fourth graders of SDN No. 145 Bayowa Presidential Instruction, Takalar Regency.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the paylater and hedonic shopping motivation features on impulse buying and repurchase intention in Generation Z e-commerce Shopee users in Pasuruan Regency. This research was conducted on generation Z in Pasuruan district using the Shopee e-commerce, in 2023. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire which was distributed online via the Google form. The sample used in the study was 114 respondents with a purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample in which the people selected as the sample are in accordance with the purpose of conducting the research. In processing this research data is done by using the method of path analysis (Path Analysis).

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05

The type of research used aims to determine the motivation of parents of students in choosing a TK IT Wihdatul Ummah Makassar school. This research was carried out in December 2021. The research method used was field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is the interview technique. The research instruments used were field observations, interviews and documentation. The number of respondents taken was 25 people who were parents of students at TK IT Wihdatul Ummah Makassar. The results of research conducted by researchers through interviews show that the motivation of parents of students in choosing the IT Wiihdatul Ummah Makassar Kindergarten school by considering the quality of education provided where the school provides a portion of learning according to the abilities and age of children who tend to play in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an ’an and Sunnah. In addition, parents also chose the school because the communication that exists between teachers and parents is very smooth and parents are also given special programs to improve and increase religious knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline. Factors and factors that hinder and support the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This research was carried out in Takalar, where it was at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency, which took place from May 27 2023 to July 27 2023. The method of collecting data in this study used interviews, documentation and observation. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. The results of research conducted by researchers, that the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Principal's Managerial Competence in Improving Teacher Discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This is very important for teacher independence through various forms of training, namely with the guidance and motivation of the Principal towards the teacher and also from the awareness of the teacher himself in developing the mandate and responsibility as educators who should be an example, a role model for their students, self-discipline training so that Principals, fellow teachers and students can carry out their obligations wholeheartedly, namely arriving on time, being disciplined from various aspects of the school environment so as to create an effective and time-disciplined school. This research uses qualitative research methods.

The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes of aqidah akhlah, because educators still use methods that make students bored and unenthusiastic in participating in learning, such as still using lecture, question and answer and assignment methods. So that there are still students who have less motivation in learning, as evidenced by the lack of students who are active in class, such as actively asking, answering and being active in expressing opinions, so that many students have not achieved predetermined learning outcomes. This study aims to describe: (1) Application of Information Search Methods for Class XI Man 2 Payakumbuh City, (2) Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak Class XI Man 2 Students in Payakumbuh City, (3) Effect of Information Search Methods on Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak Class XI Students Man 2 Payakumbuh City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a korean type. The population in this study was students of class XI Man 2 Payakumbuh City with a total of 137 students. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire in the analysis using the r product moment formula, the correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. But before the data is tested, the research is first tested using the normality test, linearity, and homogeneity test. Sampling using simple random sampling technique, by taking 25% of the population of 137 students. And the sample in this study were 34 students. The results of the Research Information Search Method for class XI students are in the high category with a percentage of 53%. While the results of research on the influence of information seeking methods on student learning outcomes of aqidah morals obtained results of 0.562. The results of the determination test were (0.5622)  100  = 31.58%. Then the perception of students' learning outcomes of aqeedah morals is 31.58% influenced by the application of information seeking methods, the remaining 68.42% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. There is a significant influence between the Information Search Method and the learning outcomes of class XI student morals based on the coefficient of determination, the figure is 31.58%.

Women's participation in economic development planning has many significant benefits, namely women's participation in helping to produce policies and women's participation can help overcome gender gaps. Unfortunately, women's participation in village economic development planning is still not optimal. This service aims to encourage women's participation in planning economic development in the village so that village development is more pro-women. The method of devotion used is socialization and discussion. Based on the test results before and after the implementation of the activity, it can be seen that there is a strengthening of understanding of aspects of access, participation, control, and benefits in gender equal and equitable development.  In addition, there is also an increase in women's motivation to participate more in village development planning and men's awareness to provide access and opportunities to women so that articipatory, equal and fair development opportunities become greater.
