This research is motivated by several crucial roles in achieving effective team performance. In understanding team leadership, a strong theoretical and conceptual framework is needed. Team leadership also influences team performance motivation. Effective leaders can influence team motivation through effective communication, providing positive feedback, providing rewards and recognition, and creating a supportive work environment. The key factors that influence great team performance also need attention. factors such as team trust, collaboration, effective communication and leader support are major factors that contribute to great team performance. This study uses the literature study method and aims to determine the role of leadership in organizations. In conclusion, team leadership plays an important role in achieving effective team performance in organizations. By understanding a strong theoretical and conceptual framework, leaders can develop the practical and strategic insights needed to lead teams effectively. Effective leaders influence team performance motivation, manage conflict, build teamwork, and create a supportive work environment. The importance of effective team performance is also underpinned by the key factors that influence great team performance. In practice, leaders must be able to apply these insights practically to achieve the desired results.

Educational organization strategy is the most important element in facing global challenges at the secondary school level. In an increasingly complex era of globalization, secondary schools are expected to be able to produce graduates who are competent and ready to face the demands of the rapidly changing world of work. This article was created to find out and analyze how the strategy of educational organizations at the secondary school level in facing global challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method research type sourced from literature studies. Literature study is one of the research methods that uses the results of reviews from other journals as a source of reference. From the results it is known that: (1) Educational organization must be well implemented in secondary schools in line with the times. (2) It is important for education to be integrated with strategic management that ensures that educational goals and long-term vision are achieved. (3) Education as an organization also needs compact cooperation between the community and the government to build synergy between educational institutions.    

In today’s digital era, many schools face challenges in utilizing social media as an effective means for promotion and enhancing the image of the institution. Despite the enormous potential of social media, many educators and administrative staff are still lacking in skills in optimally managing this platform. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study was to improve the skills and understanding of participants regarding the use of social media as a strategic promotional tool for schools, as well as to encourage the adoption of more effective digital marketing practices. The method used in this study was a participatory approach through an interactive workshop. The workshop involved hands-on training sessions, group discussions, and social media content creation simulations, which were designed to provide practical experience and enhance participants’ understanding directly. Data were collected through observation, pre- and post-workshop questionnaires, and interviews with participants to measure changes in their skills and perceptions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ technical skills in managing social media, as well as a positive change in their perspectives on the importance of social media as a promotional tool. Most participants reported that they felt more confident and ready to implement more structured and data-driven promotional strategies in their schools. These results indicate that the workshop successfully achieved its objectives and had a positive impact on participants’ ability to utilize social media effectively.

Sumbawa Besar Regency is one of the regencies in the West Nusa Tenggara region which has very abundant forestry resources. The forest is used as a business engaged in the extraction of forest products which is processed into various kinds such as Sumbawa oil which is produced in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The raw materials for making Sumbawa oil are obtained directly from the mountains and forests in the region which are efficacious as traditional medicines. The purpose of this study was to obtain a strategy and determine strategic priorities in the development of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The stages of this research started with a field study by interviewing Sumbawa oil agro-industry players in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and the QSPM matrix to obtain strategic priorities. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the position of the Sumbawa oil agro-industry was in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy. Furthermore, based on the research results obtained by the QSPM matrix, 9 alternative strategies were obtained, and the prioritized strategy was to maintain and improve product quality according to tradition as a natural medicine that was of interest to consumers.

Organizational competence refers to the pool of knowledge, skills, resources and capabilities that an organization has to achieve its strategic goals. Where at this time the organization operates in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment. With this in mind, in the ever-evolving business world, it is important for organizations to understand and develop competencies in order to be able to face challenges and obstacles that continue to arise. This study uses the method of literature study. The results obtained are that the development of appropriate organizational competencies can provide benefits such as better adaptation to changes in the innovation environment that are more effective, and to achieve competitive advantage organizations need to understand their business context and identify the most relevant and effective basic competency components in achieving strategic goals. they.    

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.

Capacity, authority, and competency are necessary for internal auditors to perform supervisory responsibilities. Six components make up the Internal Audit Capability Model, which is used to gauge capability. The goal of this study is to ascertain the measures taken to enhance the Ministry of Finance's Inspectorate General's capacity to attain level 3 Government Internal Audit Apparatus competency. Excellent governance, risk management, and control are demonstrated by the organization's Level 3 internal audit capacity. Consequently, internal auditors play a critical role as strategic collaborators. The Ministry of Finance's Inspector General then assesses and examines the issue. Through case studies, qualitative research was carried out for this subject. Interviews and document reviews were used to gather data.l. Nevertheless, several elements of the Internal Audit Capability Model at level 2 still rely on the outcomes of self-evaluation, while other elements do not fully satisfy the requirements for level 3. This necessitates the adoption of thorough Corporate Risk Management as well as evaluation for three years in a row. Thus, enterprise risk management is a useful tool for internal auditors' supervisory duties. The research findings may also be helpful to other establishments aiming to attain level 3 internal audit proficiency.

However, MSME in Tangerang Selatan City also experience various difficulties in business such as difficulties in capital, obtaining raw materials, marketing products, and other operational matters. Optimizing franchise partnerships is a solution that can be done. Franchise Partnership Business is a special right owned by an individual or business entity to a business system with business characteristics in the context of marketing goods or services that have been proven successful and can be utilized by other parties based on a Franchise Agreement. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is useful for describing phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journals and other related documents. Based on the data obtained, the number of MSME in Tangerang Selatan City is very large. Therefore, with the existence of a franchise business partnership system, the development of MSME in Tangerang Selatan can be far more developed and can also improve the local economy.

Youth are an important part of society and have a very strategic role in shaping the future of the country. However, youth are often less involved in the country's political and economic affairs, this creates problems that impact the quality of life of the community. Policies taken by the government often do not have a positive impact on youth, and do not prioritize their interests. This causes youth to not understand the importance of their role in shaping the future of the country and solving the problems they face. This activity aims to provide education to youth about democracy that is healthy, peaceful and in accordance with the time. And the results of this PKM are changes to the logo, re-photos of products, and making branding banners. It is hoped that this activity can increase product attractiveness and have a positive impact on brand image and awareness among customers

Pharmacy is a health service facility that aims to help improve health for the community (public health), as well as a place for practicing pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical work spread across various regions. Choosing a business location is the main thing to consider in build a business, including pharmacy. A strategic business location is related to transportation efficiency, material properties, product characteristics, and ease of reaching consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of choosing the pharmacy location on medicine purchasing decisions in Indonesia. The method that used in this study is literature review with 6 research journals that collected and processed pre-existing data using search engines such as Google Scholar and journal databases such as Researchgate and published in 2018-2023. The result shows that pharmacy location is not always a factor in a person's decision to buy medicine, there are other factors such as price, quality of pharmacy service, and etc.

This study aims to determine the implementation process of strategic management in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Siliwangi University. The sample taken was 35 student representatives consisting of Management, Accounting, Economics, and Digital Business majors. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires distributed using Google Form. The data collected is then processed by analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of strategic management plays an important role in improving the quality of higher education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung. The provision of facilities that support the administration and learning process, satisfying services, active participation of teaching staff and students, effective performance evaluation and control, and collaboration of all components are key factors in the implementation of strategic management.

The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah, North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The research subjects for this study were randomly selected using a sampling technique called purposive sampling. Observations, interviews and documentation all contribute to the data collection methodology. School administration, school boards, special education teachers and students, and parents of students are important members of any special education project. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of inclusive education at SLB Melati Asyiyah was successful. This is supported by data verification using standard scoring rubrics, empirical evidence obtained from observations, interviews, and written documentation showing that education administration at SLB Melati Asyiyah in West Sulawesi is divided into the areas of curriculum management, student administration, and finance. management. It is the teacher's responsibility to adapt teaching and student evaluation strategies to the needs of individual students. In addition, faculty management starts with the help of a faculty needs database, recruitment resources, and selection criteria. The international faculty's responsibilities emphasize cooperation and coordination. The management of resources and facilities is carried out through strategic planning which is informed by supply and demand analysis.

Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to examine the determination of a fund to become securities and also how is the legal relationship between depositors of funds and banks and what are the legal consequences of placing funds in securities as security for wealth. The conclusion of this study is that the role of securities in a bank is inseparable from the role of banks which have a strategic function in implementing national development. The development of the times is also a supporting factor for using securities for payment, deposit of funds, investments, and others. This strategic role is mainly due to the main function of the bank as a vehicle that can collect and distribute public funds effectively and efficiently and anticipate economic and banking developments. To anticipate economic and banking developments as mentioned above, it is necessary to have laws and regulations regarding securities in general that are more adequate as an umbrella that underlies these developments.

So this study aims to evaluate, analyze, and examine strategic management efforts on the service quality of the Blackpink world tour (born pink) concert at GBK. The data were collected directly from the respondents, the tools used in the research were through questionnaires and using SPSS data processing. The results of this study are proven by that strategic management has a significant effect on service quality.
