Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

Based on data on the health profile of North Sumatra, coverage of complete postpartum maternal health services (KF3) in 2019 was 81.50%, this target has not yet reached the target set in the North Sumatra Provincial Health Service Strategic Plan for 2019, namely 84%. Where one of the districts/cities whose KF3 achievement in its area has not reached 84% as stated in the 2019 North Sumatra Provincial Health Service Strategic Plan target is North Labuhan Batu district, namely 80.02% (North Sumatra Health Service, 2019). This postpartum service aims to assess the status of the mother and newborn as well as to prevent, detect and treat problems that occur. Postpartum maternal visits are the behavior of postpartum mothers visiting health services to obtain health services. This behavior is influenced by knowledge and family support. The author aims to analyze the relationship between husband's knowledge and support and postpartum visits in the Tanjung Leidong health center work area in 2022. The type of research is correlational research with a quantitative approach carried out in March - June 2022. The population in this study is all postpartum mothers in the work area Tanjung Leidong Public Health Center, North Labuhan Batu Regency in 2022, there are 33 people. The sampling technique in this research is Consecutive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Spearman's Rho Correlation with a significance level of 5% (95% confidence level). The research results show that knowledge has a significant relationship with postpartum visits with a p value of 0.09 <0.05. Meanwhile, family support does not have a significant relationship with postpartum visits with a p value of 0.21>0.05. It is hoped that health workers will hold Communication, Information and Education (KIE) activities to increase the knowledge of postpartum mothers in carrying out postnatal examinations. With this activity, the knowledge, attitudes and motivation of postnatal mothers can increase in carrying out postnatal examinations so that it will improve the performance of midwives in postnatal examinations.

Background: The percentage of children aged 0 to 11 months who received complete basic immunization reached 75.5% of the target of 92.9%, with a performance achievement of 75.34%. Complete Basic Immunization Coverage (IDL) in North Sumatra Province in 2019 was 85.17%. For data on Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) coverage in Dairi district, there is 82.02%, this figure shows that Dairi district has not yet achieved the strategic plan that has been determined. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of basic immunizations in the working area of the Sopobutar health center, Dairi Regency in 2022. Method: This type of research is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from May to June 2022. The population in the study were all mothers who had 1 year old babies recorded in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, 38 people and using total sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research includes Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis with the chi square test, using a significance level of 5% (p value <0.05). Results: The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was sufficient, 22 people (57.9%) and the majority of babies received complete basic immunization, 26 people (68.4%). The statistical test results show a p value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunization to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: P value = 0.002 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunizations to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area in 2022. It is hoped that mothers who have babies will increase their insight and concern regarding basic immunization for babies, regarding immunization programs according to schedule and providing complete immunizations.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The role of Pokdarwis in carrying out the development of an area is considered strategic in building an equal distribution of welfare for local communities. Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of their members, especially in governance management, because they are the spearheads of the Pokdarwis in providing services to visiting guests or tourists. The form of governance management Technical guidance activities include lectures on Pokdarwis governance, with material related to Pokdarwis administrative governance provided. The next implementation of capacity and capability improvement is the implementation of financial administration training carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. Governance management capabilities are needed to realize the sustainability of tourism management in the Tinjomoyo Village area, especially in administrative management and financial administration management.

Abstract. Growing awareness of environmental issues has encouraged companies to consider environmental impacts in their operations. The integration of environmental accounting becomes a key focus for measuring, reporting and managing these impacts, creating better engagement in sustainable practices. This article aims to investigate the benefits of environmental accounting integration in the context of comprehensive business performance and accountability. We seek to identify direct links between this integration and business performance, as well as explore its impact on corporate accountability for environmental impacts. This research uses a literature study approach by conducting a comprehensive literature review to collect information from various academic and practical sources. Literature analysis was conducted to summarize key findings and identify trends and knowledge gaps. The integration of environmental accounting has a positive impact in increasing operational efficiency, supporting sustainable innovation, and strengthening the company's image through accountability and transparency. Strategic decisions based on environmental accounting information can increase engagement in sustainable business practices and ensure compliance with regulations.

The aim of this service is to provide guidance to the community in Pallangga Village, Pallangga District, to increase their understanding of the economic value of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in the context of the traditional food "gogos". Even though they are already familiar with the use of the internet as a tool to introduce their products, this activity also explains the concept of the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Special emphasis is placed on understanding that careful implementation of appropriate marketing strategies will empower people to evaluate their performance by comparing it with pre-established marketing targets. To achieve this, concrete steps in strategic marketing are prepared for each stage designed. This effort includes examples of marketing strategies for various businesses, which include SWOT analysis, such as understanding the market, formulating marketing objectives, setting the marketing mix, increasing brand awareness, and targeting mobile device users.

Community empowerment is a fundamental pillar of national development aimed at enhancing social welfare, social justice, and active public participation in the development process. This Community Service Program aims to strengthen community understanding and capacity, particularly among women members of the PKK organization in Rimba Sekampung Village, regarding the strategic role of community empowerment as a national development priority. The activity was conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Jalan Belimbing, Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. The implementation method employed socialization through counseling and persuasive guidance using a non-formal and participatory educational approach. The program focuses on women's empowerment, community participation in development, and the prevention of social issues such as sexual violence and bullying among children and adolescents. The results indicate an improvement in participants' awareness, understanding, and active involvement during discussions, as well as a strengthened commitment to act as agents of change within their communities. This program contributes positively to reinforcing the role of women as strategic partners of the government in promoting inclusive, equitable, and sustainable national development.

Quality antenatal care is essentially one of the basic medical services that is very strategic in an effort to improve the health status of pregnant women and the fetuses they contain. To achieve this desire, it is necessary to always pay attention to access to antenatal services that can be reached by pregnant women and their families, so that pregnant women can continue to attend antenatal check-ups on an ongoing basis for the health and safety of their pregnancy. Apart from that, the quality of the services provided must always be maintained, thereby increasing the continuity of antenatal checks so that partners can maintain the health status of the pregnancy and early detection of disorders that may occur during pregnancy (Guidelines for Antenatal Services).

This study delves into the intricacies of the Maritime Education and Training (MET) program at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), focusing on Semester 3 cadets. Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

It is strongly anticipated that community organizations will exist and oversee the accomplishment of institutional goals; nevertheless, their human resources must possess the flexibility to quickly seize any presented chances. In order to achieve strategic and sustainable goals where the principle of benefit will return to the community/ummah, waqf serves as a middleman for those who have more money to donate to community projects. This is in addition to the fact that waqf charity is itself a religious command.So the purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on how to manage waqf money and waqf assets properly and productively according to the muwakif's objectives. This waqf collection and management assistance is carried out using the counselling method through several stages, including, 1) Activity programme planning; 2) Implementation of the activity plan 3) Implementation of activity evaluation and reporting. The goal of this help is to manage waqf funds efficiently and effectively while also accelerating the rise of waqf earnings. Senior students, Pesantren administration, and Baitul Wakaf Hidayatullah Gresik management participated in this exercise..

Halal SMEs in Pekalongan need to adopt a more progressive approach to remain relevant and competitive. Innovation is not just a concept but also an urgent necessity to enhance products, production processes, and marketing strategies. Halal SMEs in Pekalongan should view innovation as the key to improving their competitiveness globally. Empowering Halal SMEs through the Pekalongan Halal Special Economic Zone (KEK) should be the main focus in the strategic plan and regional economic development. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive research with an exploratory approach. It is also a type of literature study. The results of this literature review illustrate the importance of empowering Halal SMEs to achieve global competitiveness through innovation and collaboration. In the context of empowerment, crucial aspects include capital, education, training, and financial support, needed to enable SMEs to develop their production capacity and innovation. Furthermore, the Pekalongan Halal KEK plays a significant role as a facilitator of the growth of the halal economic sector. The KEK provides incentives, infrastructure, and strict regulations that encourage transparency and access to the global market for halal products.

The development of an Islamic-based economy in Indonesia has spread to many fields, both financial and non-financial. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how much influence Product, Price and Strategic Location have on Purchasing Decisions at the MCP Royal Plaza Surabaya Muslim fashion store. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive type with a random sampling technique and the number of respondents was 52 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study are that price has a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions as seen from the t count > t table (4.426 > 1.661), and a significant level lower than 0, 05 which is 0.000, it can be seen from the value of t count <t table (-0.064 <1.661) then it can be seen that the significant value is lower than 0.05 which is 0.000 , Service Quality has a significant and significant effect on purchasing decisions seen from t count> t table (2.625 > 1.661) and a lower significant level than 0.05, namely 0.000, Price and Service Quality have a significant and significant effect on the decision to purchase MCP Store products, as seen from the t count > t table f count > f table (19,548 > 2,699) and the value sig 0.000 <0.05 the percentage value that influences the independent variables (Product, Price, Strategic Location) to the dependent variable (Purchase Decision) is 38%. Thus the variable price, strategic location and product quality affect the consumer purchasing decisions of the MCP Muslim fashion store at Royal Plaza Surabaya.

This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector.
