Peanuts are a typical snack from the city of Bagansiapiapi, the basic ingredient of which is made from peanuts. The aim of this research is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the role of peanuts as a method used in an effort to create the best results in order to get quality improvement, for this research the author using research methods (qualitative methods). This research involves a survey of industrial practitioners who apply the hitting nut technique in the context of improving product quality. The research results show that hitting nuts has become a significant approach in quality improvement strategies. The author wants this research to provide in-depth insight into the potential of peanuts as a strategic tool to achieve quality improvement goals. The practical implications of this research may be useful for organizations to better understand the dynamics of hitting nuts and design more effective strategies in improving product quality. Not only that, the author wants to make an important contribution to the quality management literature and provide a basis for further research in the development of innovative quality strategies.

In the era of globalization, the increasing rate of population growth will affect the need for housing. This need becomes a problem if the continuous increase in demand can cause land prices to increase. It is known that investment in property is very promising and is increasingly in demand by the public both in the short and long term. In this research, the building of housing in Sukasari Village will be very strategic considering that this area is starting to develop an industrial area. To meet residential needs, the developer built 16 housing units on 1900 m2 of land at that location. The feasibility obtained from the 16 unit Housing Development Project was carried out in the form of an analysis to determine investment and financial feasibility based on the Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, Break Even Point and Payback Period. The profit obtained is with an NPV value of Rp. 1,284,651,362 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.18 (BCR > 1), BEP in position 9 housing units sold, PP in the 10th month, IRR value = 118%, ROI and ROE have a level and ratio of 52%, moderate conditions make a profit with an NPV value of Rp. 85,000,830 (NPV > 0), BCR = 1.02 (BCR > 1), BEP in the position of 9 units sold, PP for 6 years, IRR value of 102%, ROI and ROE have a ratio of 6%. Meanwhile, in pessimistic conditions suffered a loss with an NPV value of Rp. 1,077,912,437, BCR 0.64 < 1, BEP does not have a break-even point, and the break-even time or PP occurs in the 13th year which can be interpreted as not breaking even, and the IRR value is 99%, ROI and ROE have a ratio level of 0.40%. It was concluded that the 16-unit housing development project could be profitable and feasible to implement, optimistic conditions with the construction process being completed and the housing units being sold in full in the 12th month.

This article explores how organizations can implement business innovation through the utilization of IT to achieve a competitive advantage. It delves into the central issues of IT in the business context, discussing the role of IT in supporting business operations and strategies. The study aims to understand the pivotal role of business innovation in organizational success and examines real-world cases where organizations successfully implemented innovation through IT. The challenges and obstacles faced, including data security and implementation costs, are addressed, and effective strategies to overcome these challenges are proposed. The conclusion highlights the strategic significance of investing in business innovation supported by IT for organizations aiming to stay relevant and sustainable in the ever-evolving global market.

Bank Central Asia Tbk is one of the leading private banks in Indonesia that has been recognized by the wider community among the many banks in Surabaya City, a very professional management team and an extensive network. Bank BCA as a transactional bank that offers a range of banking services that have Cash and Non-Cash ATMs provided in various strategic locations throughout Indonesia to meet the diverse needs of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers and promotional strategies have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers.

Income is the amount of money or goods received from other parties, as well as profits from industry, which are estimated based on the amount of money currently available. When selling both in the market and outside the market area, traders must have a strategy so that their merchandise is sold and the trader's income increases. So this research aims to determine the effect of business location on income according to a sharia economic perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research using 30 out of 50 references, where the data source is taken from Google Scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis. The results of this research indicate that location has a significant influence on trader income. This is because the more strategic a location a trader chooses, the higher the income they will earn. If the location is also easy to reach, it will be easier for consumers to get what they want, as in Islamic teachings that if someone gives kindness to another person, that kindness will return to him.

The implementation of character education in madrasah institutions has a strategic role in shaping the character of students, because these institutions not only aim to transfer knowledge, but also train students' soft skills through subjects related to Aswaja or NU at school. This study describes the implementation of Aswaja-based character education at SMK NU Lekok. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research using the literature study method. The research was conducted on November 11, 2023 at SMK NU Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, with the research subjects being 23 students of class XI Multimedia Department. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of research related to the implementation of Aswaja-based character education in grade XI students at SMK NU Lekok show that the management of ASWAJA character education has been thoroughly integrated. In the implementation of ASWAJA character education at SMK NU Lekok Pasuruan, each teacher has full responsibility in providing character learning and being a role model. The implementation of ASWAJA character education in this school is designed to shape the character of students in accordance with the teachings of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah, with the hope that they have good morals by developing and implementing as a form of routine every day.

This research aims to evaluate the financial performance of the acquiring company using profitability indicators in the period before and after the acquistion process. The case study was conducted at PT Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk, during the period 2011-2017, involving in-depth analysis of the company's financial reports. The research method used includes collecting and analyzing financial data from the period before and after the acquisition. Profitability is evaluated by considering various financial ratios, including net profit, gross profit margin, and operating profit margin. This analysis aims to identify the significant impact of the acquisition process on the company's financial health. It is hoped that the research results will provide a better understanding of changes in a company's financial performance after undergoing an acquisition. These findings can provide a basis for company management in making strategic decisions, while also providing insight for stakeholders regarding the impact of acquisitions on company profitability. This research not only contributes to business and management practitioners, but also contributes to academic literature related to evaluating financial performance and corporate acquisition strategies. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research will provide valuable guidance in an ever-changing and competitive business context.

This research highlights significant changes in consumption patterns and digitalization that pose challenges for businesses that are unable to adapt to these changes. Data shows that the majority of SMEs in Indonesia have not yet entered the digital ecosystem, one of which is business actors who are members of the Pandean Lamper Village SME Community. Therefore, promotional video training using the CapCut application is a strategic solution. This application is popular, free, and has complete features. Against this background, the research explores how to improve the digital marketing competence of SMEs through promotional video training. Aims to provide knowledge and skills to SMEs in digital marketing, so that they can utilize social media and video to promote their products. The benefits include increasing sales turnover for SMEs and contributing to academic development at Semarang University. This activity was attended by 28 people, with an age range of 25 – 60 years, the majority of whom are business people in the culinary sector. From the results of these activities, participants felt the benefits and were willing to persist in participating in the training activities until completion.

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims who have a strategic role for the advancement of Islamic civilization. Islam is a religion of da'wah, namely a religion that calls on or assigns its people to spread and broadcast Islam to all mankind in all corners of the world as rahmatan lil alamin. Islamic teachings and messages should be disseminated to mankind throughout the world by way of preaching. The purpose of this study was to find out the obstacles to da'wah that occurred at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative approach that is descriptive, namely collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles to preaching at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency are: the difficulty of inviting religious teachers to Sikilang jorong because the distance is so far.

The combination of activities carried out by humans and technology is related to administrative systems that create information from organized work processes. PT. Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

Financial management must start from household management first because household financial management is already good, this will advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) because society already has a basis for keeping financial records. The service aims to help and analyze and provides solutions to sources of business financing funds and provides new insights into accounting and digital financial technology that can be implemented into simple financial bookkeeping for households and MSMEs. Financial planning in the household can be done by identifying financial conditions (what assets we own and has the potential for great value in the future), determines desires, determines main desires. When determining your desires, you need to do three things, namely making all the desires you want to achieve now and in the future, what you want and what you need, writing down the funds needed and the time to achieve them. The next step is to determine the main desires. Practical financial management strategies that need to be implemented by MSME players are as follows: (1) administering receivables, (2) administering accounts payable, (3) administering inventory, which has a strategic role for both businesses operating in trade sector. (4) Cash administration, useful in providing information about the amount of cash coming in and cash going out.

Background: The percentage of children aged 0 to 11 months who received complete basic immunization reached 75.5% of the target of 92.9%, with a performance achievement of 75.34%. Complete Basic Immunization Coverage (IDL) in North Sumatra Province in 2019 was 85.17%. For data on Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) coverage in Dairi district, there is 82.02%, this figure shows that Dairi district has not yet achieved the strategic plan that has been determined. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of basic immunizations in the working area of the Sopobutar health center, Dairi Regency in 2022. Method: This type of research is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from May to June 2022. The population in the study were all mothers who had 1 year old babies recorded in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, 38 people and using total sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research includes Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis with the chi square test, using a significance level of 5% (p value <0.05). Results: The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was sufficient, 22 people (57.9%) and the majority of babies received complete basic immunization, 26 people (68.4%). The statistical test results show a p value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunization to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: P value = 0.002 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunizations to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area in 2022. It is hoped that mothers who have babies will increase their insight and concern regarding basic immunization for babies, regarding immunization programs according to schedule and providing complete immunizations.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The role of Pokdarwis in carrying out the development of an area is considered strategic in building an equal distribution of welfare for local communities. Pokdarwis Srikandi, which is based in the Tinjomoyo sub-district area of Semarang, is expected to be able to develop the potential of its area into tourism business activities that can revive the economy of the people in the area. With the average management and members having different educational backgrounds, the Pokdarwis management must work hard to continue to equip and improve the abilities of their members, especially in governance management, because they are the spearheads of the Pokdarwis in providing services to visiting guests or tourists. The form of governance management Technical guidance activities include lectures on Pokdarwis governance, with material related to Pokdarwis administrative governance provided. The next implementation of capacity and capability improvement is the implementation of financial administration training carried out by creating simple financial reports and directly practicing the process of recording the organization's income and expenditure transactions. Governance management capabilities are needed to realize the sustainability of tourism management in the Tinjomoyo Village area, especially in administrative management and financial administration management.

Abstract. Growing awareness of environmental issues has encouraged companies to consider environmental impacts in their operations. The integration of environmental accounting becomes a key focus for measuring, reporting and managing these impacts, creating better engagement in sustainable practices. This article aims to investigate the benefits of environmental accounting integration in the context of comprehensive business performance and accountability. We seek to identify direct links between this integration and business performance, as well as explore its impact on corporate accountability for environmental impacts. This research uses a literature study approach by conducting a comprehensive literature review to collect information from various academic and practical sources. Literature analysis was conducted to summarize key findings and identify trends and knowledge gaps. The integration of environmental accounting has a positive impact in increasing operational efficiency, supporting sustainable innovation, and strengthening the company's image through accountability and transparency. Strategic decisions based on environmental accounting information can increase engagement in sustainable business practices and ensure compliance with regulations.

Community empowerment is a fundamental pillar of national development aimed at enhancing social welfare, social justice, and active public participation in the development process. This Community Service Program aims to strengthen community understanding and capacity, particularly among women members of the PKK organization in Rimba Sekampung Village, regarding the strategic role of community empowerment as a national development priority. The activity was conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Jalan Belimbing, Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. The implementation method employed socialization through counseling and persuasive guidance using a non-formal and participatory educational approach. The program focuses on women's empowerment, community participation in development, and the prevention of social issues such as sexual violence and bullying among children and adolescents. The results indicate an improvement in participants' awareness, understanding, and active involvement during discussions, as well as a strengthened commitment to act as agents of change within their communities. This program contributes positively to reinforcing the role of women as strategic partners of the government in promoting inclusive, equitable, and sustainable national development.

Quality antenatal care is essentially one of the basic medical services that is very strategic in an effort to improve the health status of pregnant women and the fetuses they contain. To achieve this desire, it is necessary to always pay attention to access to antenatal services that can be reached by pregnant women and their families, so that pregnant women can continue to attend antenatal check-ups on an ongoing basis for the health and safety of their pregnancy. Apart from that, the quality of the services provided must always be maintained, thereby increasing the continuity of antenatal checks so that partners can maintain the health status of the pregnancy and early detection of disorders that may occur during pregnancy (Guidelines for Antenatal Services).

Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

In addition to being a means of enhancing and developing self-quality, community development aims to increase the independence of both individuals and groups. It is strongly anticipated that community organizations will exist and oversee the accomplishment of institutional goals; nevertheless, their human resources must possess the flexibility to quickly seize any presented chances. In order to achieve strategic and sustainable goals where the principle of benefit will return to the community/ummah, waqf serves as a middleman for those who have more money to donate to community projects. This is in addition to the fact that waqf charity is itself a religious command.So the purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on how to manage waqf money and waqf assets properly and productively according to the muwakif's objectives. This waqf collection and management assistance is carried out using the counselling method through several stages, including, 1) Activity programme planning; 2) Implementation of the activity plan 3) Implementation of activity evaluation and reporting. The goal of this help is to manage waqf funds efficiently and effectively while also accelerating the rise of waqf earnings.
