Toddler ageg children are the golden age because the development of toddler-age children, namely 1-3 years old, experiences very rapid growth and development, so that if at this toddler age they experiences obstacles in growth and development, it will have a big impact on the childs life in the future. One the big tasks for toddler is toilet training, so that children are not dependent on using diapers. The aim of this research is to find out the general pictures of the impact of using diapers on toilet training failure of 3 year old children an the Masagena Daycare Centre. The type of research used is non-experimental quantitative research using a cross sectional design, namely by studing the dynamics of the correlation between risk factor dan effect, using an observational approach or collecting data at on time (pont time approac). This research want to know the effect of using diapers (as a riskfactor) on the success of toilet training for children aged 3 years (as an effect, where riskfactors and effect are observed and measured simultaneously at the same time). Based on the research results, diapers are very dominant in influencing the failure of a childs toilet training is compared with the childs own readiness.

Financial statements are very important for investors for making investment decisions. Financial ratios are very useful for predicting the stock price in an enterprise in the future. This is because financial ratios can be used as guidelines for investors regarding the past and future performance. The research data used is secondary data taken from the annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2020. The population of this research is manufacture companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the researches obtained 438 samples from 146 companies for 3 years, namely 2018-2020. This study uses panel data analysis techniques and SPPS. The results obtained show that the liquidity variable is a factor that influences the dependent variable in this study. Liquidity has a significant positive effect. And Leverage has a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, the factors that do not affect stock return are profitability and activity variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization and capability on Financial Statement Fraud. The sampling of this research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2019. The test method in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that external pressure has a significant negative effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, personal financial need, ineffective monitoring, auditor change and changes of directors have no significant effect on the variable of financial statement fraud. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for future research and other users of financial statement information in detecting financial statement fraud.

Children are a gift from Allah SWT that should be grateful for, guarded, cared for, guided, educated and must also develop all their potential according to their nature. Education for children has got the most important place, because education is a very important factor in changing a civilization. This study aims to improve the role of parents in educating their children according to religious demands based on the Qur'an so that what is expected by parents can be applied to their children in living life. So this research is a library research. In this research will be explored about Early Childhood Education according to the Qur'an in the study of maudhu'i interpretation. Data were collected from various literatures, such as books, the Koran, interpretations and other research results are then processed into informative data. The results of this study indicate that the active role of parents in educating children is very much needed. Negligence of parents in educating children from an early age can result in unfavorable children's behavior in the future. Children's education according to the Qur'an shows how good children's behavior is, about what is the sense of responsibility for moral development in children, responsibility for attitudes towards children, responsibility for social development in children, responsibility for fostering prayer in children.

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.  

Waqf has become the world's attention because this instrument can be utilized as a solution to world crisis problems. One of the countries with the most significant potential for waqf is Indonesia, which is based on a large number of followers of Islam. The number of adherents of Islam in Indonesia alone reaches 209.1 million adherents of Islam and makes the potential for Indonesian waqf very large. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using the case research method and collecting data in this study through observation and in-depth interviews with research objects. The technique used in this research is critical and interpretative analysis. Cash waqf can be distributed to beneficiaries for business capital in the agricultural sector as a family food security distribution scheme with several models: first, a profit-sharing method (Mudharabah). Second, a 0% loan (Qard Hasan)"; third, business strengthening (Musyarakah); fourth, alms and grants (khairiyah). The agricultural system is developed into a culture for every family to become food security by implementing an integrated farming system. Agricultural system, "low external input and sustainable agriculture," at home and group/production scale. With this system and a touch of technology, the future is projected as a comprehensive agricultural center. Production and marketing are carried out simultaneously by building an "agricultural industry" and an "agricultural market." Apart from that, it can also be used as an educational, tourism, and cultural village. The academic village is intended as a research and training/educational practicum place. This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.

The Wakhan Corridor is surrounded by the concerned region of Mekandar. The access strip is located at the intersection of four countries, the mainland of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, China and  Pakistan. The Wakhan Corridor has  been  the mainly vital intersection point of the Silk Road since its inception. This corridor has long been used by Europeans and Chinese as a trade path to reach the Indian plains and sea lines of communication in the Indian Ocean via the coasts of the Arabian Sea. At the joint of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan lies a small extend of land in Afghanistan's Badakhshan province known as the Wakhan Corridor. Being a passage of the old Silk Road, this corridor is of great historical value. It still has a lot of room for increase in terms of tourism and regional connectivity. Wakhan region is considered relatively peaceful as there is no law-and-order problem.  Construction of  the  road  through  Wakhan  will improve regional trade and business, especially for Pakistan, Central Asia and Afghanistan. It could provide the fastest trade route for China to access Afghanistan and Pakistan for access to Central Asia. In this context, the research explores the possibilities of revitalizing the Wakhan Corridor through the construction of road infrastructure. This paper highlights the economical importance of the Wakhan Corridor in the light of the emerging regional scenario. Both ISIS and the Pakistani Taliban are essential to disrupt the corridor and create security challenges for development. To benefit from future trade improvements along the Wakhan Corridor, the three countries (Pakistan, China and Tajikistan) should focus on the security and political situation.

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

Utilization of local raw materials available in the market can be the basis for the development of entrepreneurship training activities at the Gembor Farmer Group in the Benpasi area. In the implementation of this activity, it is done by looking for several people who are members of farmer groups or communities in the area to join in developing these activities. This is done to provide knowledge to the community to take advantage of the existing potential so that the resulting product can be sold at a reasonable price at the consumer level and provide hope for an increase in demand for a product. One form of this entrepreneurship is by training to make some processed products or market snacks such as several kinds of cakes which can later be used for the sales process to consumers. This will have an effect on increasing the community's income if the price is sold in accordance with the costs incurred. This training program is carried out by providing a positive influence on knowledge for the community so that in the future they can also play a role in developing these activities.

The financial planning of the Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyah Study Program Student Association at the Muhammadiyah University of Buton must be carried out through financial administration. Financial planning takes into account a number of variables, including projected sales, pro forma reports, asset requirements, economic assumptions, and how investments are financed. Budgeting, spending, and saving for the future can all be done through financial planning. The method of activity used is the method of lectures, discussions, questions and answers, assignments, practice and training. The results of this dedication show that the Pre-test understanding of organizational financial administration found that 1 student (14.28%) got the very low category, 2 students (28.57%) got the low category, and 4 students (57.14%) got the moderate, and there was an increase after the Post-test on understanding organizational financial administration found that 2 students (28.57%) got the medium category, 4 students (57.14%) got the high category, and 1 student (14.29%) got very high category. This means that the implementation of this activity can improve and develop the organizational financial administration of the Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyah Study Program Student Association, Muhammadiyah University of Buton.

Abstract According to Bruce Lliyd, the capital market acts as a liaison between investors and companies and government agencies through trading long-term instruments such as bonds, stocks, etc. Students as agents of change and the driving force of technological industry progress must have broad insights into financial management, and control that also pays attention to the potential for income in the form of investment. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the capital market and how to manage investments properly and correctly, to students of the Sharia Banking Department, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business. So it is hoped that with the implementation of this seminar, students will be able to understand the capital market and how to manage investments, and can implement them in their lives in the future. When you are pregnant, most nutritional needs will increase. It is important for pregnant women to ensure that the food they consume is balanced. The aim of this community service program is to increase pregnant women's understanding of nutrition during pregnancy. This activity was carried out on May 7 2022 through counseling using leaflets to pregnant women before and after the counseling. This counseling was carried out in Kassi - Kassi, attended by 10 pregnant women who implemented the Covid-19 Health Protocol. The results of the counseling showed an increase in understanding of 50%. Before the counseling, only 3 pregnant women (30%) had good understanding, but after this activity, the number increased to 8 pregnant women (80%) who had good understanding. We hope that in future counseling, there will be more focus on nutrition during the first, second and third trimesters of pregnant women.

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants. The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio on stock prices. In this study using stock prices as the dependent variable, and with three types of independent variables, namely Return on assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy. The population in this study are all conventional banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and as many as 24 companies were selected as samples. This research model uses a causal design and multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data types. The program used in this study uses the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 software in processing data. From these results it can be concluded that Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy simultaneously affect stock prices. Partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and negative effect on stock prices, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on stock prices. Further researcher are expected to consider other variable related to stock prices or other sector and update research period for future period.

The use of the internet has been used in all layers of the age segment, both the older generation to the younger generation. Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. The objective of this study is to investigate Hedonism in the Eugene O’ Neil’s drama A Long Days Journey Into Night. This study uses descriptive qualitative to explore the kind of hedonism on the dialogue utterance of characters  in that drama. The results of the data were found that the most frequent types was folk hedonism 24%, value hedonism 10%, motivational hedonism 22%, normative hedonism 16%, egoist hedonism 14% and Utilitarian hedonism 14%. Folk hedonism occurs in the character named James Tyrone because he seeks his own pleasure without thinking about what will happen in the future.  Value hedonism occurs in a character named Mary Tyrone, who at that time was looking for her pleasure which she thought was valuable in her life.  The motivation states that hedonism was created on the basis of the human desire to relieve the pain experienced by a character named Edmund Tyrone.  Normative hedonism was carried out by a character named Mary Tyrone, who at that time was looking for fun as it should be.  Egoist hedonism is carried out by characters named James Tyrone and Jamie Tyrone, at that time they were doing pleasure at the expense of others.  Utilitarian hedonism was carried out by characters named Mary Tyrone and Edmund Tyrone who at that time were also looking for fun for their families not only for themselves. The final conclusion is folk hedonism is a very dominating problem in the lives of the characters in Eugene O'Neil's drama A Long Days Journey Into Night in accordance with today's life, because humans prefer to seek pleasure but forget the impact that will be obtained in the future.

The success of the child's growth and development process is an important task for parents in accompanying and guiding children to reach the top of the destiny of every talent, passion and longing to be realized. With world conditions that are not getting better, even if technology is getting better and even starting to replace the roles and functions of humans in carrying out the process of daily activities. It really creates a lot of new problems, especially for the future generations of God's church in the future. Parents as the holder of an important role in the process of growth and development and formation of children's character are expected to become a dependent place for children in the world as representatives of God on earth. The author uses the literature study method to describe the form of God's intervention in parental involvement in the learning style of the Self-Learning Generation (Homeschooling). Through literature studies by reading books, the author can formulate a useful view of God's intervention in parental involvement in the Learning Style of the Independent Learning Generation (Homeschooling)
