This research was conducted to find out whether product attributes, service quality, and electronic word of mouth affect purchasing decisions for Wardah Liptrik at Shopee. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this research is Shopee application users who have made transactions more than once on applications that are distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear analysis techniques which were processed using the SPSS data processing application version 25. The results showed that product attributes and service quality had an effect on purchasing decisions, but the EWOM variable had no effect on purchasing decisions. The results provide managerial implications for business people to add product attributes and improve service quality in order to increase consumer repurchase interest. With increasing purchasing decisions, it is expected that a business that is run can develop and be sustainable.

Data analysis follows thematic analysis principles, identifying recurring patterns, themes, and divergences related to ethical concerns and AI implementation. Preliminary findings indicate a nuanced relationship between AI adoption and ethical dilemmas, with emerging strategies to balance innovation with ethical principles. This study contributes to understanding the ethical implications of AI in digital marketing and offers insights for businesses, policymakers, and scholars aiming to navigate this complex terrain responsibly.

In this study, English language learning through outbound activities aimed to enhance students' cooperation and communication skills at SMK Negeri 2 Binjai in 2022. The research focused on utilizing outbound activities as a method to improve students' English language proficiency by fostering teamwork and effective communication. The objectives included evaluating the effectiveness of outbound activities in enhancing students' cooperation and communication skills, assessing students' perceptions towards English learning through outbound, and identifying the implications of incorporating outbound activities in English language education. Methods involved observation, interviews, and surveys to gather data on students' participation, perceptions, and learning outcomes. Findings indicated a significant improvement in students' cooperation and communication skills after engaging in outbound activities. The study concludes that incorporating outbound activities in English language learning can effectively promote teamwork, communication, and language proficiency among students.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance on company value. This research was conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The method of determining the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 170 observations. The data collection method uses non-participant observation. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on company value and good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on company value which means that the higher the corporate social responsibility disclosure will not affect the stock value and with the implementation of good corporate governance, the higher of company value is reflected in the stock price as well. The implications of this research show the application of signal theory, stakeholder theory, and agency theory as well as providing benefits to parties who need it, especially companies and stakeholders related to companies in expressing corporate social responsibility disclosure and improving good corporate governance which can increase company value.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

This study examines the implications of legal policies on the social structure of village communities in rural areas of Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review, this research analyzes how the implementation of various legal policies affects social dynamics, power relation patterns, and local institutions in rural areas. The results show that legal policies, especially those related to decentralization, agrarian reform, and recognition of indigenous communities, have resulted in significant changes in rural social structures. However, their impact varies depending on local context and community capacity in responding to changes. This study identifies transformations in local leadership, restructuring of access to resources, and shifts in traditional value systems. These findings highlight the importance of a more contextual and participatory approach in the formulation and implementation of legal policies in rural areas.

Laibu Samsaman : with the title "Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan, Wakate District, Eastern Seram Regency". Accompanied by Advisor I: Z. A. Rengifurwarin and Advisor II: I. S. Ponto. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Aims to describe and explain an overview of the Effectiveness of the Process of Determining Village Devices in the Administrative Village of Otademan Kec. Wakate Kab. SBT. Informants of this study amounted to 10 people. The data needed in this study were collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data was successfully collected, processed and analyzed with the help of descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of determining Otademan Administrative village apparatus is generally ineffective or not optimal, which is seen based on a) accuracy of age/age, b) accuracy of education, c) accuracy of work experience, d) accuracy of work skills, e) accuracy as villagers. This is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors such as: a) likes and dislikes, b) group fanaticism, c) nepotism, and d) loyalty. The implications of this research, if you want to increase the effectiveness of determining village officials in the Otademan Administrative Village, Kab. SBT. district Wakate, the things that need to be considered are the level of accuracy of age/age, accuracy of education, accuracy of work experience, accuracy of work skills, and accuracy as a villager.

The study aims to analyze the content of the Gorontalo Dikili manuscript and its relevance to messages and values ​​of kindness. This research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.  Primary data were collected and identified through documents in the form of manuscripts and written with APG script, totalling 10 main themes and containing 297 couplets. Secondary data in the form of video recordings The data is processed following the stages of philological analysis by reading the manuscript, identification, editing, and interpretation. The interpretation technique is done by directed content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the manuscript in Gorontalo contains messages and values of kindness that can be used as lessons and examples in following the sunnah of the Prophet. The values ​​of goodness include:  The value of spiritual education is related to patience and independence as an orphan. Moral values, in the form of fair behaviour in acting and behaving. Cultural values ​​are related to the recommendation of circumcision which is useful for maintaining genital hygiene for men, maintaining the respectfulness of women to avoid disgraceful attitudes and traits, and tolerant behaviour toward adherents of other religions. Social value is found in the sincere attitude of giving and willing to share, and always giving benefits to others. This research has implications for information about the contents of the dikili manuscript which has not been revealed, so the celebration of the prophet's birthday by re-reading the prophet's life history text needs to be preserved. 

The purpose of this study is to understand the style of language used in postings on the Instagram account @kumpulan _puisi and its implications for literary connoisseurs on Instagram social media. . The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method. The source of the data that the author obtained is from posts contained in the @kumpulan_puisi account on Instagram social media and the accompanying comments. The data collection technique that the author uses is by reading deep understanding and appreciation and meaning. The data analyzed is the use of the language style used and its implications in the comments column by the readers, where the readers participate in replying to posts with poetry in a language style that is in accordance with contained in the post. Lexically, the poetry language style used in the @kumpulan _puisi real account emphasizes its meaning, and forms a rhetorical statement that involves the reader in understanding the meaning of the poem.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This research is aqualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the PPKn 11grade science 1 and 2 graders of SMAN Colomadu. The object is the teacher's role indeveloping the character of Pancasila values and their implications in school life. Collectingdata through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used isa qualitative descriptive analysis technique with an interactive model.The results of the study conclude that the role of Civics teachers at SMA Negeri Colomadu isas role models for students by applying behavior to each individual in instilling thedevelopment of Pancasila character, such as emphasizing honesty, noble character, wisdomand shared responsibility. The obstacle is that there are still some teachers who do notprovide examples of role models to their students, for example there are still teachers whoarrive late and the teacher has not been able to place themselves according to the charactervalues of their place and the last one is the development of a fast-paced and complex andmodern era, so that students experience deviations that result in juvenile delinquency. food service in higher education institutions has an important role in supporting the health and well-being of students and staff. However, often the lack of attention to nutritional needs and the variety of menus can lead to health problems and lack of user satisfaction. In the context of increasing awareness of the importance of nutrition in supporting health and academic performance, this study fills a knowledge gap on how food services in higher education institutions can meet nutritional needs by presenting a nutritionally balanced menu. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the nutritional needs and plan a balanced nutrition menu in food services in higher education institutions. This study used observational study design. The Data was collected through a survey of 300 students and 100 staff from several higher education institutions in a particular city. The survey included questions about eating habits, food preferences, nutritional knowledge, and satisfaction with existing menus. In addition, direct observation was also made of the menu served in the campus cafeteria. Analysis of the data showed that the majority of respondents had limited nutritional knowledge and tended to consume fast food. The variety of menus offered is also limited, with deficiencies in serving nutritionally balanced meals. However, the majority of respondents expressed a desire to have more access to a nutritionally balanced menu. The results of this study highlight the importance of raising awareness of nutrition and offering a balanced variety of menus in higher education institutions. The discussion also includes the practical implications of these findings in improving the health and academic performance of the campus community. This study confirms the importance of nutritional needs analysis and balanced nutrition menu planning in food services in higher education institutions. Providing a balanced menu can improve the health and well-being of students and staff.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge, and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is land and building taxpayers in Boja District, Kendal Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The calculation of the sampling was calculated by random sampling using the formula Slovin and got the results as 100 respondents. Primary data using a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers This study has theoretical and implications practical. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis The results showed: 1). Tax sanctions have no significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance. 2). Tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 3). Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
