In the current era of globalization, management information systems play a very important role where information systems cannot be realized without database processes because the two are related. The use of databases is very important because it involves computer processing which basically contains two components, namely data and instructions (programs). A database management system (DBMS) is software (program) that organizes, classifies and also displays stored data in a database using various applications. The purpose of this research is to solve several problems related to data security, concurrency and events that are good and appropriate at Pt Sierad Produce. The method used in this research is a qualitative method of seeking comprehensive information from the database management system library information sources books, articles and other library sources. The result of this research is PT Sierad Product can overcome information security problems with information security methods of information, electronic security, physical security and procedural security in data processing and minimize vulnerabilities.

Law No. 18 of 2008 on Waste Management is an example of the government’s efforts to protect the environtment by managing waste in an integrated and comprehensive manner. The waste generation that is getting out of control and the lack of public knowledge to manage waste is one of the unresolved problems. This study uses empirical legal research methods that are descriptive and through a qualitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from literature studies. The data collection techniques used in this research were document studies, observations and interviews. The results of this study are that waste management such as waste recycling by the community cannot fully run optimally, this can result in the amount of waste generation increasing from year to year. Obstacles in controlling waste generation due to the absence of specific standards in limiting the amount of waste generation, besides that there are still many landfills that do not meet the standards set by the government. The government in conveying information about waste management to the public has not been fully optimal, the government and the community should work together to build communication to find solutions to waste problems.

In the era of globalization, packaging plays a very important role, apart from showing a good appearance the packaging certainly supports the product image, but in fact the labels on the packaging are often ignored by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSME actors prioritize the product packaging strategy and ignore other supporting factors, namely labeling. Labels are writing, pictures, or a combination of both that are inserted into, affixed or printed on and form part of the package to provide comprehensive and complete information about the contents of the package. The product packaging strategy uses labeling, namely by placing a combination of writing or images, then placing it as a supporting part in the product packaging to increase interest in a product, it can also make it easier to recognize because the information from the product is placed in an easily visible part. Labeling the product contains information of the product or the brand, it also can be the composition or the certificate of legality. As well as taxes contained in small and medium businesses that can help determine the selling price of an item to be marketed.

This study aims to socialize about orderly population administration for residents who move in in Panjangjiwo Village, Surabaya City. This module aims to provide explanations and understanding to new residents regarding population administration rules and policies, so as to be able to create an aware and orderly society in population administration. awareness of the importance of population data. The method used in this socialization includes lecture sessions, discussions, and questions and answers. The resource person gave a detailed explanation of administrative rules to the participants. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss, share experiences, and ask questions related to population administration. Through this method, participants are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding. It is hoped that this socialization will be a guide for residents who move to the Panjangjiwo Village to understand and follow population administration rules and new residents can participate in creating a society that is aware and orderly in population administration.

In economic activities, welfare is the main thing for the community. This welfare can be seen by the ability of the community to fulfill their daily needs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive businesses that are owned and managed by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the existence of MSMEs, fulfilling these needs becomes more easily accessible to people throughout Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the economy. MSMEs have an important role in creating economic growth, employment, and reducing social inequality. In this journal, we present a comprehensive literature review on the contribution of MSMEs to the economy and the factors that influence the success of MSMEs. We also discuss policy initiatives that support the development of MSMEs and provide recommendations for increasing the role of MSMEs in the economy.   Keywords: The Role of MSMEs, State Economic Welfare, Community Welfare

This concept governs all aspects of human life, from the simple to the complex, including social, economic, political, educational, artistic, and cultural aspects. This research discusses the contribution of Islamic economics to national economic development, particularly in Indonesia, the largest Muslim-majority country in Asia. Islamic economics aims to create social justice, equitable income distribution, and economic sustainability within the context of Islam.The thoughts of Zainal Abidin Ahmad, a Muslim thinker from Indonesia, on Islamic economics, are explained in this research. Zainal Abidin Ahmad presents his views on Islamic economics as a distinct perspective from the popular capitalism and socialism of his time. Despite his comprehensive and profound thinking, Zainal Abidin Ahmad's ideas have received less attention from intellectuals, economists, and scholars. This article emphasizes the importance of studying and developing the thoughts of Zainal Abidin Ahmad in the current era. In this research, the researcher highlights the importance of studying and developing the ideas of Zainal Abidin Ahmad and previous Islamic economists relevant to the present era, particularly in the context of Islamic economics in the Society 5.0 era. Through in-depth research and study of these ideas, understanding will be enhanced, and relevant concepts of Islamic economics will be developed to address the challenges of the time.

This study aims to analyze the STEAM approach based on Busy Book media in increasing learning effectiveness. We will explore the effect of using Busy Books on students' conceptual understanding, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and problem solving abilities. In addition, we will also identify the advantages and limitations of this approach. In this study, we will use a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Literature study, also known as literature review or literature review, is a systematic process of gathering, evaluating, and analyzing literature sources that are relevant to a particular research topic. A literature study is conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of previous research, existing thoughts and findings, and knowledge gaps that still need to be filled.      

Along with the current technology development, business activities in the culinary field also use technology to run their business. One of them is the use of online food delivery services which is no longer an advantage of a business today but has become a necessity for business owners to compete with other companies. The implementation of this community service aims to facilitate MSMEs to have skills in the use of online food delivery technology, especially using GoFood and Shop Food to market their products. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting observations and interviews, not only that, this research uses the learning method of practicing using online food delivery technology. The result of this community service is that MSMEs can market their products through GoFood and Shop Food so that the marketing range will be more comprehensive and attract more consumers, which can also increase sales

This article discusses the importance of the evaluation process in elementary school learning. Evaluation plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of educational goals. Evaluation helps teachers obtain valid data on students' abilities, identify their learning difficulties, and understand their position among their peers. Through evaluation, teachers can make professional decisions in developing their teaching methods. The article emphasizes the significance of understanding and skills in conducting effective evaluation. Evaluation should not only be carried out at the end of a lesson but throughout the entire learning process. By conducting accurate and comprehensive evaluations, educators can gather precise information about students' abilities, enabling them to make informed decisions in their teaching practices. Improving understanding and implementing effective evaluation processes contributes to enhancing the quality of elementary school education. Effective evaluation not only benefits teachers in decision-making but also helps improve self-quality and classroom management.

This article examines servant leadership as a promising approach to addressing challenges in the ever-evolving era of business and organizations. Servant leadership places the interests of and service to subordinates as top priority with the aim of helping them achieve their full potential. This article analyzes the importance of data collection and measurement of progress in the English education curriculum. Accurate data collection and effective measurement methods play an important role in evaluating the effectiveness of the English education curriculum. Some of the relevant data collection methods include tests and examinations, use of portfolios, and class observations. Meanwhile, progress measurement methods include grades, performance scales, formative tests, project assessments, and self-evaluations. By using these methods, teachers can get comprehensive information about students' progress in English, which can then be used to design appropriate teaching strategies. Accurate data collection and effective measurement of progress will provide significant benefits in improving students' English learning

Research aims to explore the comparison between Indonesian and Thai languages, focusing on structure, phonology, and grammar rules. The methodology involves historical and cultural analysis to understand their influences. Phonetic examination compares pronunciation of phonemes. The study also investigates morphological aspects like word formation, inflection, and affixation. Syntactic analysis examines sentence structures, grammar, and phrase roles. The findings provide a comprehensive overview of linguistic differences, alongside cultural and historical impacts. Implications include contributions to interlanguage understanding, development of teaching methods, and cross-cultural translation. This research serves as a foundation for linguistic practitioners, translators, and language instructors to comprehend and leverage the differences and similarities between both languages.

Unauthorized communication interception constitutes a violation of privacy rights protected by the constitution and human rights principles. The development of digital technology has increased the potential for illegal interception of public communications and personal data. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for victims of illegal communication wiretapping and the effectiveness of Indonesian positive law in providing remedies for victims. The research employed a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The results indicate that legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping has been regulated under the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. However, the implementation of such protection still faces several challenges, particularly related to digital evidence, low public cybersecurity literacy, and the lack of optimal compensation mechanisms for victims. Existing legal protection remains more focused on punishing offenders rather than comprehensively restoring victims’ rights. Therefore, regulatory harmonization and strengthening of privacy protection mechanisms are necessary to ensure more effective legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping.  

Programming is one of the fundamental subjects in the field of expertise in Technology, Information, and Communication (ICT). These topics must be mastered by all fields of study. Programming fundamentals remain alien to novices, such as the students in Class X. Basic programming subjects require a comprehensive understanding in order to be mastered. This study was carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Memperiwah Hulu. This investigation is a class action study with 35 class X TKJ 3 students as subjects. The data utilized in this investigation are learning outcomes. Indicators of research performance are based on the completion of learning outcomes for 75% of the student population. It can be seen from the image above that 30 students' learning outcomes fall into the decent category, with a percentage of 86%, and that 4 students fall into the sufficient category, with a percentage of 11%. Moreover, the percentage of students in the category of fewer learning outcomes amounted to one, with a percentage of 3%. Overall, the use of multimedia as a learning medium can enhance programming-related student learning outcomes. As an indicator of research success, in the first cycle it did not meet the set criteria for completeness, but in the second cycle it has increased and met the criteria. Increased activity and student learning outcomes are facilitated by the incorporation of multimedia skills and abilities into the activities of teachers.

For industry link and match, a comprehensive policy between ministries is needed to determine the functional position of the Learning Technology Developer (PTP) as an integrated manager of the learning program in tertiary institutions especially the Polytechnic both various learning resources, methods, teaching materials, media and learning environments so that learning outcomes can increase the production of goods and services quickly, effectively and efficiently through meaningful, enjoyable learning. The method used in this research is "descriptive quantitative" because it describes, describes, and interprets the conditions, events, processes that are happening in the context of the problem. This research is intended to explore and clarify a phenomenon or social reality clearly. Online and conventional system learning methods or blended learning enable HR outcomes that are able to overcome technological disruption, on the other hand the hopes of the President and Menristekdikti that the ability to deal with the industrial revolution 4.0 in the era of technological disruption and globalization competition is not only through special abilities obtained because of completing master's education, master's degree in tertiary education which is said to produce responsive ability of industry 4.0 involvement but through improvement of learning culture. Indicator 0.033% of HR career as Developers of Learning Technology in tertiary institutions shows low regard for tertiary institutions in developing learning programs in the development of learning programs both the management of various learning resources, methods, media, teaching materials and learning environments according to the need for meaningful and enjoyable learning, this is caused by professional ego, sectoral ego.

This research explores the importance of studying English minimal pairs of vowels and their impact on language learners' pronunciation skills. The discussion highlights the significance of differentiating vowel sounds through the analysis of minimal pairs, which consist of words sharing consonant sounds but differing in vowel articulation. By focusing on specific minimal pairs such as [iː] / [ɪ], [æ] / [ʌ], [ɑ:] / [ɔ], [ɛ], and [ɒ], learners can refine their ability to recognize and produce the distinct vowel sounds accurately. Mastering these minimal pairs enhances phonemic awareness, enabling learners to differentiate between similar vowel sounds, thereby improving overall pronunciation accuracy. Furthermore, the study of minimal pairs contributes to word differentiation, listening skills, and spelling and reading proficiency. It empowers learners to grasp the subtle nuances in vowel pronunciation, thereby enhancing their ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. The teaching method is a method used by a Sunday school teacher in teaching, guiding, advising and directing Sunday school children in understanding the word or works of God by using ICT. However, in reality, Sunday school teachers do not make use of ICT in organizing teaching and learning activities, even though they already understand that ICT greatly supports or helps the child's level of mastery of subject matter as a tool for achieving teaching and learning goals. In this study, the steps taken by the author to examine the literature search method. Literature search includes searching from various sources of literature from magazines, books and other sources to facilitate research, the method is to find material related to the discussion of this article, both physically and digitally or manually. Thus, so that learning can be effective and not boring, Sunday school teachers are required to be able to use ICT as a learning method when teaching. So in this case the Sunday school teacher will find it easier to provide learning as well as children will find it easier to capture and understand learning, not get bored in learning, and will have an interest and curiosity in the lessons being studied. The use of ICT as a teaching method for Sunday school teachers will generate new desires and interests for children and the media can control the pace of learning and provide a comprehensive experience for children from concrete and abstract things. So, teaching methods using information and communication technology will have a major influence or impact on learning outcomes with the desired goals.

Technological advances in Indonesia are so rapidly developing in human life that it cannot be separated from the use of technology in the midst of global competitors. In the increase in cashless e-wallet transactions for online payments, its application has increased dramatically around the world. DANA introduces its users to payments through digital wallets and non-cash and non-card transactions, making it easier for users. The DANA digital wallet concept is different from other digital wallets that are already present in the Indonesian market, namely with the open platform concept. This study aims to determine the effect of data convenience, service features, and customer trust on asking to use e-wallets in the DANA application. The population in this study were all e-wallet users in East Java. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test results obtained Ease of Data does not have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Partial test results obtained Service Features and Customer Trust have a significant effect on Interest in Using e-wallets in the DANA application. Comprehensive results obtained Ease of Data, Service Features, and Trust have a simultaneous effect on Interest in Use.

This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in needs analysis on the development of English language learning curriculum. Needs analysis is an important process in designing a curriculum that is responsive to learners' needs. However, the needs of English language learners continue to evolve with changes in time, technology, and global demands. Therefore, changes in needs analysis are necessary to ensure that the English language learning curriculum remains relevant and effective. In studying the impact of changes in needs analysis on curriculum development in English language learning, the researcher will conduct a comprehensive search of academic databases, educational journals, conference proceedings, and other reputable sources. The search will be focused on finding relevant studies, theories, and models related to needs analysis, curriculum development, and English language learning. The results of the study indicate that changes in needs analysis have a significant impact on the development of English language learning curriculum. Some of these impacts include emphasizing more authentic communication skills, increasing the use of technology in learning, the need for cross-cultural skills, and emphasizing professional skills relevant to the workplace. This study concludes that changes in needs analysis are an important step in developing a responsive and effective English language learning curriculum. By considering changes in learners' needs, the curriculum can be adjusted to provide a more relevant and beneficial learning experience. Therefore, curriculum developers and education policymakers need to continuously monitor changes in learners' needs and make necessary adjustments in the development of the English language learning curriculum.
