Upper Extremity CT-Scan Angiography (CTA) Examination Procedure in Right Subclavian Artery Pseudoaneurysm Cases at Primaya Hospital Tangerang. Upper Extremity CT-Scan Angiography (CTA) is described as a technique for non-invasively evaluating vascular structures via peripheral contrast injection. Upper Extremity CTA is carried out starting from patient preparation, tools and materials used, examination protocols, and image reconstruction techniques. In addition, the contrast infusion technique must also be appropriate to provide an informative image. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for examining the Upper Extremity CTA in cases of subclavian artery pseudoaneurysm with excess of the Upper Extremity CTA. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method using 1 patient. Data were collected using observation, documentation and radiographer interview methods. The results of the data collected can be concluded with the Upper Extremity CTA procedure using Scanning Scannogram, pre-contrast, & post-contrast arterial phase, and venous phase, then image reconstruction from the MPR image and 3D VR image. The advantages of the CTA procedure using the smart prep technique image resolution quality could be higher.

One of the major breakthroughs in waste management in Indonesia is the waste bank program. Through this program, it is formed in people's minds that waste is something that is useless and is simply thrown away, converted into something that also has value and price. Through the waste bank, people can save waste, which can then generate money within a certain period of time. Research using descriptive research methods with quantitative analysis. This study aims to find out how the impact of the waste bank program on the socio-economic community in Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Impact is defined as an influence that brings both positive and negative consequences. In this case the impact is aimed at the socio-economic life of the community at the Eka Jaya Garbage Bank, Sememi Village, Benowo District, Surabaya City. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there was a positive impact on the socio-economic life of the people in Sememi Village, Benowo District after the construction of the Garbage Bank. This is indicated by an increase in people's income, although it is small, it provides significant benefits for the community. Not only income has increased, but health and better social interaction among people, most importantly, a cleaner environment has also increased from time to time.

The aims of this development research were (1) to find out the validity of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example, (2) to find out the attractiveness of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example, (3) to find out the effectiveness of picture story books based on Syekh Muhammad Kholil's example. This development uses a 4D model which has 4 stages namely, Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects were fourth grade students of UPTD SDN Banyuajuh 6. Based on the validation results of the experts, the following percentages were obtained, language experts 95% (very valid), material experts 85% (very valid), teaching materials experts 87.5% (very valid ), and learning design experts 90% (very valid). The attractiveness of the limited trial was the student response of 95% (very interesting), the field trial was the student response of 95.75% (very interesting), and the teacher's response was 92.5% (very interesting). The effectiveness of picture story books is obtained from learning outcomes in the cognitive domain, learning outcomes in the affective domain, teacher and student activities. Learning completeness shows 100% (classical criteria ³85% of students reach KKM). Teacher activity averaged 95% (very effective), and student activity was 92.75% (very effective). Based on the results of the research, a picture story book based on the example of Sheikh Muhammad Kholil is said to be valid, interesting, and effective so that it can be used.

Haemorrhagic stroke, or also known as spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage (PIS), is one of the pathological types of stroke caused by intracerebral blood vessels. This condition causes neurological symptoms that occur suddenly and often followed by symptoms due to the spatial effects or increased intracranial pressure (TIK). Generally speaking, the number of strokes is increasing, according to (RISKESDAS) the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia there is an increase in stroke prevalence from 8.3 (2007) to 12.2 (2013) per 1000 people. In PIS, primary injury occurs: neuron and glia damage mechanically followed by deformation, neurotransmitter release, mitochondrial dysfunction and cell membrane depolarization. Secondary injuries due to haemoglobin breakdown and coagulation factors especially thrombin. Chronic disease in children requires long-term care because of the prognosis and development of the disease. Chronic illness is not an easy thing for children and parents to deal with. Children undergoing medical and nursing care are scary things, these conditions require them to adapt to new routines that are part of their lives every day. This condition can be categorized as a traumatic event, which can affect psychological changes. These psychological changes are called post traumatic growth. Changes in these conditions become one of the factors that affect the quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children who are undergoing palliative care. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 63 respondents. Based on the results of the Sperm- rank statistical test, a p-value of 0.013 was obtained with a positive correlation with a result of 0.312, so that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between post traumatic growth and the quality of life of school-age children undergoing palliative care. Suggestions to parents or families are expected to always pay attention to physical and psychological conditions, as well as provide motivation and enthusiasm in undergoing palliative care so as to improve the quality of life in patients after experiencing a post traumatic growth process.

Hospitalization is a form of stressor in children that lasts as long as the child is hospitalized, hospitalization becomes a crisis that must be faced by children. Feelings of anxiety are the impact of hospitalization experienced by pre-school children. This impact has the risk of interfering with child development and the healing process in children. To reduce children's anxiety, we need a media that can express anxiety, one of which is play therapy. Forms of games that are suitable for children aged 3-6 years are coloring pictures. The purpose of this application is to find out the results of applying play therapy to reducing anxiety due to hospitalization. The application method was carried out using a case study descriptive method to 3 respondents and the coloring play therapy was carried out once in 30 minutes. The results of the application that has been carried out are a decrease in anxiety due to hospitalization. The conclusion in this study is that coloring play therapy can be used as a technique to reduce feelings of anxiety in preschool children due to hospitalization.

This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

As KKN participants, we must be able to adjust to the reality. We do not only understand theory, but we must be able to apply and learn from the experiences that we have in the community. From this experience, we can make our thinking more mature. Through this KKN program, students are expected to be introduced directly to social life directly with all its problems. By finding problems in society, students are required to find solutions through the mechanisms of their respective scientific interdisciplinary work systems.

Corruption is a serious problem that affects many countries around the world. Corruption hurts the economy, undermines the justice system, and hinders social development. Therefore, serious efforts are needed to fight corruption. One of the effective tools in eradicating corruption is forensic accounting. Forensic accounting involves the application of accounting principles and investigative analysis to uncover acts of corruption. This paper aims to explore the role of forensic accounting in eradicating corruption, including the methods used, their use in corruption investigations, and their benefits in the judicial process.

Surabaya city is one of the coastal cities in Indonesia and has potential in the fisheries sector. Apart from having a strategic role and having a large area of ​​land, the City of Surabaya can also increase its role as a shrimp pond farmer to increase natural resources for shrimp pond farmers in Surabaya. With good and optimal management can increase production and income levels so as to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. Especially for tiger shrimp pond farmers, it is hoped that they can provide employment and be able to become food ingredients providers. This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of education level, length of business and land area on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. In this study using a causal quantitative approach. This study uses 1 dependent variable (income) and 3 independent variables (education level, length of business and land area). The type of research data used in this research is quantitative data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, F test (simultaneous), T test (partial), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the level of education (X1), length of business (X2) and land area (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The level of education (X1) partially has a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The length of business (X2) partially has no significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. Land area (X3) partially has a significant effect on the income of tiger shrimp pond farmers in Medokan Ayu Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City.  

Efforts to improve the Indonesian economy are important, because Indonesia has great economic potential. Because if the economy increases, the standard of living and conditions of society will also increase. The purpose of this study was to find out how the business feasibility of small tempe chip industries in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The informants in this study were the owners of a small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. The number of informants in this study were 6 small business owners of tempeh chips. Research on small industrial enterprises uses analytical methods including ROI, R/C, and B/C. The method of data collection was carried out using editing and tabulation techniques. For the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the average cost of production incurred by the small tempe chip industry in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is Rp. 15,065,971/month, while the average income in the small tempe chip industry is IDR 42,666,667. the average result of the feasibility analysis of small tempe chip industry businesses in Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency in one month of production is that the ROI is declared feasible because a result of 3.84% is said to be feasible because ROI > 1. On average the results of R/C on business feasibility that is equal to 3.90 R/C ratio is said to be feasible. Whereas for the average B/C ratio analysis method, it is obtained at 2.01, so the business is feasible to run because B/C> 1.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have an influence on profit growth at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the 2012-2021 period either partially or simultaneously. This type of research includes associative research. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a list of financial statements tables of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The population used in this study is the financial statements at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk for 40 years (1982-2022). The sample is the financial statements for the last 10 years from 2012-2021 which consist of a balance sheet and profit and loss. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, namely Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used to process the data in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test which consists of F Test (partial) and T Test (simultaneous).

Bed rest is a condition when a person cannot move freely due to conditions that interfere with movement (activity). Pressure sores are one of the biggest impacts of bed rest. One of the interventions to prevent pressure sores is giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through massage. Aims; Knowing the results of the implementation of giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through Massage on the prevention of pressure sores on bed rest patients in the ICU Room of PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Method; This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is the nursing care approach: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Respondents in this study amounted to two patients with a risk of pressure sores. The instrument uses an observation sheet and a Braden scale measurement questionnaire. Results; The results of the implementation showed that the Braden scale rose for both respondents for the first respondent, the Braden scale became 11, and for the second respondent, it became 15. Conclusion; There are differences in the Braden Scale in patients at risk of pressure sores after giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) through Massage at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital.

Background: Blood pressure is an important indicator in assessing the cardiovascular system and the performance of a person's body so it is necessary to know that someone has hypertension. There are 1.28 billion adults with hypertension in the world in 2021 who suffer from hypertension. While the number of patients in the ICU who suffered from hypertension in the last 1 year was 140 patients. Based on these conditions, management is needed to reduce blood pressure by providing Foot Massage intervention. Objective: To find out the results of the implementation of giving Foot Massage on Lowering Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients in the ICU Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital. Method : This type of research is a case study of foot massage in hypertensive patients. Results: The results of the implementation of Foot Massage found a decrease in blood pressure in both rospenden Mr. M from 145/90mmHg to 125/80mmHg, and Mrs. W 159/100mmHg to 130/90mmHg Conclusion: There are differences in blood pressure in hypertensive patients after Foot Massage therapy at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital.

Baggage handling has a very important role in supporting the safety and comfort of passengers while traveling by airplane, then processing the baggage according to existing procedures until the baggage arrives at its destination using the same aircraft as the passenger. To find out the handling of BHS in improving passenger baggage security, as well as solutions in handling BHS operational operations so as to improve passenger baggage security, baggage handling at Operations (BHS) at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. It is carried out through a system that has several gradual processes. The process begins when passengers check-in and hand over their baggage to the check-in officer, then the baggage is given a special coded label as baggage identity. Then the baggage will enter the system with the conveyor belt as the path, then the baggage will go through several stages or levels of security and several stages of automatic sorting. After all stages of the process, both at the security level check and at the baggage sorting stage, are deemed safe, the baggage will go to the make up area of each airline or to the destination on the baggage identity tag which the system has read during the sorting process. Each stage of operations (BHS) is able to guarantee the safety and movement of the baggage is always maintained and monitored through a system that is connected to one another. The existence of a connection from the system guarantees that the baggage is in a safe condition, both the contents and physical condition of the baggage and the baggage handling process becomes faster and more efficient in terms of time and effort.

In Islam, the halalness of the food consumed is a very basic principle, therefore the state is obliged to provide protection and guarantees regarding the halalness of the products consumed and used by the community. The government seeks to stabilize and regulate the flow of products circulating in Indonesia so that Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee is established. Before PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the halal certification process was still carried out by MUI. However, after PP 31 of 2019 was issued, the authority to issue halal certification rests entirely with BPJPH as the leading Halal Product Assurance sector. The move has drawn a lot of criticism because BPJPH is considered to be still not ready to implement the program, as is the case with infrastructure and information systems. The transfer of authority should have been as mandated by the Law on Halal Product Guarantee, but until the time specified BPJPH is not yet fully ready to become a regulator of halal product assurance in Indonesia. The results of this study can be concluded that BPJPH is ready to be a pioneer in determining halal product guarantees which were previously the authority of MUI. Mandatory halal certification is categorized as maslahah because it relates to the basic needs of mankind in the world and the hereafter and does not contain any harm.

Since a long time the problem of juvenile delinquency is very worrying. Because at that time teenagers began to look for identity so that teenagers chose despicable paths. In fact, it often happens that teenagers take actions that result in breaking the law. And also teenagers don't know that the actions they take have risks without them knowing it. So that it is fatal for himself and others. The purpose of this service is to provide them with an understanding so that they know more about themselves in their teens and provide an understanding of what is youth? And what are examples of juvenile delinquency and the consequences arising from the actions that teenagers do. so that when entering their teens they do not commit delinquency which results in harming themselves. This counseling activity was carried out with lectures and questions and answers by providing pre text and post text, which was held in collaboration with the Samiyah Amal Insani Foundation, Bandung City, the implementation of the activity was attended by the foundation's children and the results of the counseling showed a significant increase in information law knowledge and electronic transactions

This article presents the results of research regarding facilitation to commemorate National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency. The mentoring stage is carried out through three steps, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. The activities take the form of field research with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation, then descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that accompanying the commemoration of National Santri Day in Wonosobo Regency to the santri can raise awareness of heroic values in everyday life. This also provides an understanding of the importance of commemorating National Santri Day, by loving ulama, and being ready to fight in various fields to advance the nation.

This research is about fish meatballs using the main raw material of tuna which is proportioned with shrimp to help give more taste and be able to increase the nutritional quality content of the product and the addition of clover puree is expected to be able to increase the nutritional content and also be able to increase the potential for rare local ingredients. used. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the sensory quality of fish balls with the proportion of tuna and shrimp and the addition of cloverleaf puree 2) the nutritional and non-nutritional content based on laboratory tests including protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, ash, calcium and potassium 3) cost raw material for fish balls. This type of research is an experiment. Observation data collection techniques by means of sensory quality tests were carried out by 35 panelists. The independent variables in the study were the proportions of tuna and shrimp (80%:20%), (70%:30%) and 60%:40%) and clover puree (5% and 10%). The dependent variable of the research is sensory quality including shape, color, texture, elasticity, aroma, and taste. The control variables in this study include the types of materials, equipment and processing techniques. Data analysis used double anova test and Duncan's further test. The results showed 1) there was an effect on the sensory quality of making fish balls with the proportion of tuna and shrimp with the addition of cloverleaf puree including color, aroma and taste. 2) there is no effect on the sensory quality of shape, texture, and elasticity of the meatballs. 3) the selected product contains nutrition equal to or greater according to SNI 2017 including protein content 8.11%/100gr, fat 3.86%/100gr, water 36.58%/100gr, carbohydrates 49.88%/100gr, ash 1 .24%/100gr, calcium 75.80 mg/100 gr, potassium 86.90 mg/100 gr 4) the best product has a raw material cost of IDR 56,450.
