The goal and main issues discussed in this research are how the Organizational Structure influences Performance in the Livestock Farming Area of Al Amin Science and Industrial Park (Living Lab) Glugur Rimbun. This study uses a qualitative associative method, conducting a review of theories and literature, as well as surveys and observations, and collecting opinions from academic community members, especially professors specializing in Human Resources. The research results state that organizational structure is a framework or arrangement that regulates relationships, responsibilities, and authorities within an organization. In management, organizational structure can be considered the foundation or operational framework of an organization. It is a fundamental element that forms the basis for organizing and directing organizational activities. There are several types of organizational structures that can be applied, and the selection of such a structure depends on the organization's goals, size, complexity, and needs. The choice of organizational structure should consider the organization's strategic goals, size, external environment, and the culture to be established. Moreover, organizations can change their structure over time to adapt to changing needs and business dynamics. The importance of organizational structure is reflected in its operational efficiency. By systematically mapping tasks and responsibilities, the structure creates a regular workflow, avoids unnecessary overlap, and establishes a foundation for optimal efficiency.

The occurrence of scorch during the production of flexible polyurethane is a significant issue that negatively impacts foam products' resilience and generally jeopardizes their integrity. The likelihood of foam product failure can be decreased by optimizing production variables based on machine learning algorithms used to predict the occurrence of scorch. Investigating technology is required because prevention is the best approach to dealing with this problem. Hence, machine learning algorithms were trained to predict the occurrence of scorch using the thermodynamic profile of polyurethane foam, which is made up of recorded production variables. A variety of heuristics algorithms were trained and assessed for how well they performed, namely XGBoost, Decision trees, Random Forest, K-nearest neighbors, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines, and Logistic Regression. The XGboost ensemble was found to perform best. It outperformed others with an accuracy of 98.3% (i.e., 0.983), followed by logistic regression, decision tree, random forest, K-nearest neighbors, and naïve Bayes, yielding a training accuracy of 88.1%, 66.7%, 84.2%, 87.5%, and 67.5% respectively. The XGBoost was finally used, yielding 2-distinct cases of non(occurrence) of scorch. Ensemble demonstrates that it is quite capable and is an effective way to predict the occurrence of scorch.

Islamic education holds a strategic position in shaping students’ moral character and social attitudes within multicultural societies. However, Islamic educational curricula are frequently perceived as prioritizing normative-textual transmission and doctrinal compliance, leaving limited room for interfaith dialogue and the cultivation of inclusive dispositions. This study critically assesses Islamic educational curriculum orientations and examines how sharia-based moral pedagogy can foster interfaith tolerance among students. The study also responds to the limited empirical linkage between sharia moral education and measurable developments in tolerance, inclusivity, and dialogic competence in Islamic schooling contexts. Using a qualitative design with descriptive-critical analysis, the research draws on curriculum document analysis and classroom observations across several Islamic educational institutions. Data are analyzed thematically to identify how three key curricular dimensions-akhlak (ethical conduct), maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah (higher moral objectives), and Islamic civilization history-are embedded and enacted in teaching practices, as well as how these elements shape students’ attitudes toward religious difference. The results indicate that akhlak-centered learning supports empathy, mutual respect, and non-discriminatory behavior by framing morality as lived practice rather than abstract instruction. Integrating maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah strengthens students’ inclusive orientation by emphasizing public good, justice, and human dignity as guiding principles for social relations. Additionally, teaching Islamic civilization history-especially narratives of coexistence-enhances students’ awareness of interfaith engagement and positions dialogue as compatible with Islamic identity. A comparative analysis suggests that sharia-based moral pedagogy is more effective than normative-textual curricula in building tolerant and inclusive student dispositions, mainly because it enables reflective learning, contextual moral reasoning, and dialogic interaction.

This study explores how public service innovations in motor vehicle testing, based on Regional Public Service Agencies (BLUD), can improve road safety governance. In regions with rapidly growing motor vehicle populations, inadequate roadworthiness controls contribute to high traffic accident risks. While Indonesia has a regulatory framework for motor vehicle testing, service delivery remains largely administrative and lacks a strong focus on road safety. The study aims to assess how public service innovations can enhance road safety governance through local government-managed vehicle testing based on BLUD. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving local government officials, testing technicians, and service users. Thematic and interpretive data analysis identified governance dimensions that influence service effectiveness. The study finds that road safety governance improvement relies on four main capacities: relational, structural, resource, and adaptive. Although BLUD-based management offers flexibility for service innovation, its implementation has not fully aligned with road safety goals. Challenges remain in public trust, cross-agency coordination, resource availability, and organizational learning. The study concludes that integrating public service innovation with institutional capacity building and safety-focused performance management is essential for strengthening road safety governance. These findings highlight the strategic importance of motor vehicle testing in enhancing road safety and public value at the regional level.

Marriage administration services are a form of public service that has important legal and social implications for the community. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), as a technical implementing unit of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, plays a strategic role in providing legal certainty regarding marital status. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services and public perceptions of marriage administration services at the Office of Religious Affairs in South Dumai District. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, with purposively selected informants consisting of KUA officers and community service users. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the quality of public services at the KUA in South Dumai District is generally in the good category, particularly in the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. However, the tangible and empathy dimensions still require improvement, particularly related to limited infrastructure and individual attention to the community. This study confirms that the effectiveness of marriage administration services is determined not only by the performance of the apparatus, but also by the level of understanding and readiness of the community as service users. These findings provide important implications for improving the quality of public services through strengthening socialization, procedural transparency, and a more user-oriented service approach.
