The Bible is God's Word written by the prophets through His guidance and also through God's breath itself in ancient times. As God's creation, church people need to build relationships through the intimacy of reading, contemplating and carrying out God's heart through God's Word contained in the Bible. In fact, most Christians and even young people think that this is not important so that there is a tendency for church members to rarely read the Bible. Therefore, the strategy of God's servant is really needed in motivating church members so that the love of reading the Bible increases and continues to be maintained for the continuity of church discipleship and the spiritual growth of mature congregations. This study aims to describe the duties of a servant of God in carrying out his duties as a pastor of the congregation and how the church creates devices, facilities, programs, methods or technology in order to motivate the congregation to cultivate reading the Bible in creative ways, as well as to guide and direct the congregation to grow in the knowledge of God and to accompany each member of the congregation to grow spiritually to mature one's faith in Jesus Christ.

The trust of the congregation in the mosque management is greatly influenced by the quality of a transparent and accountable management system. Manual recording systems that are still widely used are often less effective in providing accurate, fast, and easily accessible data, especially related to cash flow information and mosque activity programs. This condition can cause unclear information that has an impact on the low active participation of pilgrims. This research offers a solution in the form of building a website-based mosque administration system that is adaptive and easy to use. System development is carried out through the stages of needs analysis, feature design, application implementation, and functional testing. The system built provides several main services, including managing worship schedules, recording income and expenditure in a structured manner, and reporting mosque activities in detail and real-time. Through the web platform, financial information and activity programs can be accessed more openly, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in mosque management. The results of the development show that this system is able to simplify the administrative process, speed up the presentation of information, and support the supervision of funds by pilgrims and administrators. Thus, a website-based administration system can be an effective solution to increase the trust of worshippers and encourage more active participation in mosque activities.

One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults. Kuptniratsaikul's research in 2009-2010 showed that simple balance exercises carried out by elderly people with a history of falls could reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly and significantly improve body balance. A 2017 Cuevas meta-analysis study showed that balance training programs showed the greatest effect in reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. For elderly people who are not yet able to do balance exercises independently, they need assistance from professional staff. Elderly people are an age group that is vulnerable to falls. The aim of implementing this service is to detect the risk of falls in the elderly and provide assistance with balance exercises as an effort to prevent the risk of falls in the elderly. Falls occur due to an unintentional loss of balance which results in failure of postural stability, or an unexpected and sudden change which results in the position landing on the floor . Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, weak or active state), existing diseases (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, strength muscle, visual disturbances, etc.). The output targets to be achieved include publication of accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using the Time Up and Go Test and continued by providing balance training, so that elderly people who are at risk of falling can be identified as early as possible so that providing balance training can maintain and improve the elderly's body balance.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. Rivers are places, containers, and networks of water irrigation from springs to estuaries. The existence of rivers with their nature that flows from upstream to downstream has the potential for opportunity value and externality effects between upstream and downstream or along river flows (Pangesti, 2000). Eco-Tech-Edu Tourism Combination and integration of learning across applicable programs, the flow of the Babarsari river looks clear and flows well, so this is used in the construction of living labs and industrial parks. In its use as ecotourism, it is necessary to analyze the burden of pollutants. In determining the burden of pollutants, it is necessary to carry out water analysis and water status analysis based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment no. 115 of 2003 concerning guidelines for water quality status.

Assessment that is often understood so far in the world of learning is limited to evaluation only. This evaluation was tried formatively and summatively. When an evaluation has been attempted, it is considered that the assessment has been carried out. Such a description is not very fitting. The application of evaluation tends to only look at the achievement of educational goals. In this case, in the learning process it is not only the value that is seen, but there are many aspects that make the success or failure of a program. Evaluation is only a small part of the assessment. Assessment must also be understood as part of supervision. Assessment does not only deal with values that are measured based on solving questions, but assessment of learning programs will examine many aspects. Implementation of learning programs can be viewed from various perspectives. This point of view includes the government as a policy maker, from citizens as users, from educators, for example in terms of program effectiveness. To determine the success of the learning program implemented, an assessment is needed, which is called program evaluation. Because it specifically evaluates learning programs, it is often referred to as evaluating learning programs. Assessment is used more as a strategy to measure how far the success of education is. Given the importance of this and also remembering that assessment is one of the benefits of learning management that cannot be ignored, this paper will discuss program evaluation in learning.
