Batik, especially Bakaran batik, has never been applied to bridal gowns because most bridal gowns tend to be plain white and are only decorated with Swarovski, sequins, and pearls. The problem of this research is how a Bakaran batik can be applied in bridal gown making. The purpose of this research is to understand the application of Bakaran batik in bridal gown making. The research method used is research and development. The results of a Bakaran batik application to the bridal gown making begin with a design determination. The design is a bridal gown inspired by the beauty of Indonesian artwork Bakaran batik. There is a Sido Mukti motive surrounding the bottom of the gown up to the tail, with a diverse arrangement of Sido Mukti motives that has a distinct meaning. After determining the design, it is continued by preparing the tools and materials, sizing up, shaping pattern, cutting material, spellbinding, sewing process, and finishing. The recommendation from the application of Bakaran batik on the bridal gown is that the design of a skirt for the crinoline would be best combined with the main part and lining fabric because it can affect the fall of the pleated detail. Completing the solution on the crinoline should use a finished seam from bias tape because the fibres on the crinoline are very sharp and can be uncomfortable or itchy if it is exposed to the skin.

Illocutionary speech acts can be found in everyday life or can also be found in movies which are a reflection of life. The author focuses research questions on (1) directive illocutionary speech acts; and (2) expressive illocutionary speech acts. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This method is used because the author describes the results of the analysis by describing. After conducting the analysis, the writer concludes that directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts found in the dialogue of the film are based on several factors that support the validity of directive illocutionary speech acts and expressive illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue, namely the existence of other meanings from the actors' utterances. as well as the influence that arises from the speaker to the interlocutor.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.

Online media news is known for its lack of credibility in conveying information and its lack of prioritizing objectivity (accuracy, fairness , completeness) in pursuit of instantaneousness. There is quite a bit of news that puts Muslims in a corner, creating a negative image of the Islamic religion . This research aims to find out how the Radar Bogor media presents news content, as well as knowing the accuracy of news content about Islam on the Radar Bogor online media. This research uses the library research method or library study using Roland Barthes' Semiotics. The assessment categories in analyzing accuracy are in accordance with research conducted by the Press Council in reporting research on 28 newspapers in Java in 2004, including checking, writing errors, relevant news sources, title and content accuracy, photo and content accuracy. The results of the research show that in terms of checking and rechecking, suitability of photos and news content, relevant news sources, suitability of news titles and content, Radar Bogor accurately presents news about Islam. However, in news writing, the 5W 1 H element is complete, the sentences are connected to each other. In spelling, typos or typos were found in 6 news stories which did not reduce the original meaning.

The research intends to describe true happiness education in organizing Hajj in the midst of a pandemic. The article is the result of qualitative research from literature data, the results of the research show: that happiness is a concept that refers to the positive emotions felt by individuals and the positive activities they like. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has overshadowed the implementation of the Hajj, everyone in the pilgrimage must develop positive feelings. That way he can feel true happiness. True happiness can be achieved when a person knows himself, knows God, knows the world, and knows the hereafter. It is not something that comes suddenly, but through continuous effort. At least five aspects of the source of true happiness, namely: 1) establishing positive relationships with other people, 2) focusing on something that is done, 3) finding meaning in everyday life, 4) positive emotions, 5) resilience. The implications of research on the need to think positively in response to all circumstances, being the core of the continuity of happiness requires more focused research. Research suggests that Hajj organizers refresh congregations about true happiness.

Combining culture and technology is one solution to digitizing an area's local wisdom. Technology is expected to be an educational medium for the younger generation to know the history and meaning of a historical story. The island of Bali has a lot of the previous history, one of which is about the Puputan Klungkung war. Based on the results of questionnaires to 40 respondents by simple random sampling, 77.5% of respondents did not know the history of the Klungkung puputan and its meaning. To maintain the history of the puputan war, it is necessary to introduce the next generation but keep abreast of technological developments so that the research aims to design a media in the form of a mobile game. This mobile game media was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesian society, both among children to adults, thus creating interest in playing media games. The game design adapts to the scheme of the design pattern by using simple, cultured, and informative concepts. This development resulted in the design of the character of the king of Klungkung and the Dutch army and the layout design of the game Puputan Klungkung.

The results of the study represent the story of Oba Yozo's theatrical story and his regrets as well as the figure of speech used in Osamu Dazai's art, including (1) Idiomatic (2) Alliteration (3) Onomatopoeia (4) Personification (5) Simile (6) Metaphor (7) Hyperbole. Based on the analysis, it is found that the expression to beautify a literature study used by the author, the enrichment and disposition of the language used and the meaning of the story about fear and the harshness of the world make this Japanese novel in demand by connoisseurs of psychology or sociology genre novels.

Bilal: A New Breed of Hero is the first feature-length animated film from the United Arab Emirates and a Barajoun Entertainment film to win the award for Best Inspiring Movie in the Animation category. Bilal bin Rabbah himself was one of the companions of the Prophet Muhammad. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the main character in the film Bilal: A New Breed Of Hero, namely Bilal bin Rabbah who fights for human independence from other human possessions in the path of truth, namely the teachings of Islam, and fights for the rights that should be owned by every human being. man. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the existing data were collected by watching and recording the main points of the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero. This study aimed to determine the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and  Return On  Assets (ROA) on  credit distribution at  banking sector listed in Indonesian Stock Echange for the 2018-2020 period. The population used in this study is all financial statements of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018 - 2020, and the size of the sample used is 87 observational data, with the sampling technique using the census method that data was secondary data. The method of data collection was documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Third Party Funds had a significant positive effect on lending, the Capital Adequacy Ratio had an insignificant negative effect on lending, and Return On Asser had  a  positive  but  not  significant  effect  on  lending.  The  value  of  the  coefficient  of determination is 0.702, meaning that the variables of Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Assets can explain the variation in lending variables of 70.2%.

: Family support is one of the factors that may affect relapse in patients with epilepsy. Epilepsy is one a illness of brains and nerve’s with the highest incidence to four from ten diagnose in the Mental Hospital of West Java Province in  January-march 2022, with the incidence rate of as much as 500 patients. This study aims to determine the relationship of social support of families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Design of quantitative research with cross sectional approach and the sample amounted to 62 patients with epilepsy. Results of that study (40,3%) less family support, (9,7%) were family social support, and (50%) good family support. Results for the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy (38,7%) high recurrence rate (32,3%) recurrence rate was, and (29%) recurrence rate is low. The results using spearman rank test was obtained ρ value of 0,000 < 0,05. Means Ho is rejected, this shows there is a relationship of social support for families with epilepsy patients relapse frequency in the out patient Mental Hospital of West Java Province. Spearman correlation coefficients obtained a value of 0,603 which means that there is a significant relationship between social support of families with the frequency of relapse in patients with epilepsy. So it is suggested that the education in the family in order to continue to provide support to patients with epilepsy and is expected to nurse a mental hospital to provide information to families about the importance of the meaning of family social support for patients with epilepsy.

Infographics require a large amount of information in the form of writing or numbers and then converted into a simpler form, namely a combination of images and text that allows readers to quickly understand the meaning of a message or image itself. Various efforts to educate covid 19 both non-formally and formally have been carried out to prevent infection, social restrictions and the provision of social and medical assistance have been carried out by the government, but the public still does not have good awareness and discipline towards covid 19. This study aims to educate about the virus and its dangers, especially covid 19 through the development of infographic-based science teaching aids in elementary schools. Research Development with reference to 4D models with modifications. The results of the study indicate that infographic media is suitable for use as media material or science teaching aids, especially virus education for elementary school students. The use of infographics related to viruses and infection mechanisms can be used in various ways in online and offline learning for elementary school students

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. This study aims to determine the meaning of failure from a book entitled "Read this book when you fail: pretending to be successful is tiring" by K.L Rahayu. This book explains how to take failure and turn it into success. This book also provides knowledge of who we are, and various ways to know ourselves to achieve true success. This study uses a qualitative method, namely by deciding conclusions by outputting data and also focusing more on the morals and messages of this book. The results presented in this study, if you feel a failure, then immediately collect your spirit and throw away negative thoughts to quickly return to repairing things that have fallen apart. Failure should be considered a friend, so it will change bad things for the better and more colorful. A person's success is the product of a failure, therefore failure should never be considered the end of everything, instead, it becomes a big opportunity in the next step.

Patient safety is a basic thing in the quality of health and nursing services. During the handover process, a nurse must be as effective as possible, as clearly as possible, as short as possible and as comprehensively as possible regarding nurses' independent and collaborative actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research method uses descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach where the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously. The sample of respondents as many as 32 people using random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyzed with Chi Square ? 0.05 statistical test. The results of the study obtained p value = 0.036, where p value = 0.000, which is smaller than = 0.05, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between the role and the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. p value = 0.000 where p value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05 meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between function and handover quality at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handover at the Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital, Manado. Suggestions from the results of this study can be used as input for hospital considerations that are used to improve health services and design nursing service policies in terms of patient handover by conducting ongoing education or training so that the level of knowledge and nursing actions becomes better.

ABSTRAK Bangsa Indonesia selaku negara yang tidak dapat menjauhi tantangan globalisasi, namun dengan berpegang pada Pancasila selaku panduannya, prinsip Indonesia hendaknya bisa mempertahankan jati diri serta eksistensinya. Riset ini berisi tentang apabila memelihara semangat nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda semenjak masa anak- anak akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap pengaruh negatif serta pergantian moral yang menjadi- jadi di masa globalisasi. Jadi, dengan memantapkan moralitas serta etika lewat pembelajaran Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia bakal lebih siap buat hadapi globalisasi serta mempertahankan fakta diri Indonesia dikala yang bersamaan. Nilai kebudayaan yang jadi ciri bangsa Indonesia, semacam gotong royong, silahturahmi, ramah tamah dalam warga jadi keistimewaan dasar yang bisa menjadikan masing- masing orang warga Indonesia untuk mencintai serta melestarikan kebudayaan bangsa sendiri. Tetapi ciri masyarakat Indonesia yang diketahui selaku masyarakat yang ramah serta sopan santun disaat ini mulai pudar semenjak masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia yang tidak bisa dipilih dengan baik oleh warga Indonesia. The research is about keeping a nationalistic spirit in the minds of youth since childhood will make them more resilient to the negative influences and the demoralizations of globalization. So, by reinforcing morality and ethics through pancasila study, the Indonesian younger generation will be better equipped to face globalization and maintain Indonesian fact at the same time. The cultural value of the Indonesian people, such as cooperation, silahturahmi, isa basic privilege that can make indonesians love and preserve their own culture. But the Indonesian people known as a friendly and civilised society have begun to wane since the influx of foreign cultures into Indonesia that Indonesia has not been able to choose well. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on corporate social responsibility. The independent variable is liquidity by measuring the current ratio and liquidity by measuring the cash ratio while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The object of research in this study is the 2019 Annual Report Award winning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The population of this study were 32 companies that won the 2019 Annual Report Award listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The research sample was selected using the method purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained as many as 14 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity variable using the current ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, the liquidity variable using the cash ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, this shows that the smaller the liquidity of a company, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be more low. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the liquidity variable using the current ratio and cash ratio measurements has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, meaning that the higher the company's liquidity, the higher the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be.

The research aimed to determine the effect of price, location, and service quality on the decision of use services of PT. Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The population in this study was consumers who had used the services of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang. The sampling collection technique used accident sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variables of price, location and service quality simultaneously have a positive relation to consumer decision. Based on the results of the f test, it shows that the variables of price, location, and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on consumers decisions. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.55 or 55%, meaning that independent variables such as price, location, and service quality can explain variations in consumer decisions to choose the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia (Soreang). While the remaining 45% of other variables not examined in this study. Company management should pay attention to parking spaces and price competitiveness to increase consumer interest in using the delivery service of PT Pos Indonesia, Soreang.

Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.
