Hypotension in the elderly is a common condition and requires special attention in health management. This community service program aims to improve patient understanding of hypotension management through education and practical training. The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, and evaluation of patient understanding before and after education. The results showed an increase in patient understanding from 55% before education to 85% after education. In addition, there was a decrease in complaints of dizziness from 80% to 40% after the intervention. These findings indicate that health education plays an important role in increasing patient awareness and readiness in managing hypotension. This program is recommended to be implemented widely to improve the quality of life of elderly patients.

The purpose of this study was to determine market management in Gowa Regency, especially the Sungguminasa people's market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis in this study uses the theory proposed by Henry Fayol with the dimensions of Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating, controlling. The results showed that the lack of optimal supervision and firmness of the officers regarding the collection of market levies on kiosks and stalls, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as the condition of the narrow market land resulted in street vendors not being accommodated. Lack of ineffective placement personnel became an inhibiting factor in socialization process to traders. The researcher's suggestion is that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department should fix the market effectively and efficiently and increase market optimization, it is necessary to take steps to improve the quality and quantity of human resources and other supporting resources, so that traders are placed in appropriate places and it is hoped that the Gowa Regency Industry and Trade Department will pay more attention to the facilities provided. is around the market.

Patient safety is a basic thing in the quality of health and nursing services. During the handover process, a nurse must be as effective as possible, as clearly as possible, as short as possible and as comprehensively as possible regarding nurses' independent and collaborative actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research method uses descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach where the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously. The sample of respondents as many as 32 people using random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyzed with Chi Square ? 0.05 statistical test. This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence between book collections and services on students' interest in reading at the library of SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo. This research is quantitative descriptive research because research data uses numbers to conclude the results of research conducted at the library of SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo. The population of this study were all students at SMP Negeri 36 Purworejo, totaling 571 students. The sample used was 58 students using accidental sampling. This research used data analysis methods, namely: multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination show an adjusted R Square figure of 0.131 or 13.1%. This figure means that 13.1% of students' reading interest is influenced by book collection and service variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 86.9% is influenced by other variables outside the research such as personality factors, gender, level of education, health, mental state and habits. This research shows the results of t tabel of 1.672, t hitung of the book collection variable of 1.962 with a sig value of 0.055 so that H1 is accepted . Meanwhile, t hitung service variable is 1.412 with a sig value of 0.163 so that H2 is rejected. The f test shows a figure of ƒ tabel3.158 with a confidence level of 0.05 and ƒ hitung of 5.371 with a sig value of 0.007, then H3 which states that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the book collection and service variables on students' reading interest in the library of State Middle School 36 Purworejo is accepted and Hodi is rejected.

Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

This research contributes to understanding the multifaceted dynamics shaping educational outcomes and athletic success, offering insights for educational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners.

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. As a form of effort that can be made to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum, majoring in Building Information Modeling Design (DPIB) in building structure subjects, it is necessary to make a proposal to hold an activity "Training on Design and Modeling of 2 Floor House Buildings Using the SAP 2000 Program in the Department of Design and Building Information Modeling SMK PGRI 1 Gresik".

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

Based on this research, it shows that: 1) The management process of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of educational services at MI Tawakkal Denpasar starts from planning needs through open meetings with internal and external school parties, procurement with funding sources independently or from the government, inventory recording in the school Asset Book, use of facilities and infrastructure that are quite good and not complicated, periodic and routine maintenance, elimination of facilities that are not suitable for use, monitoring and reporting as evaluation material for the coming year, 2) Consumer satisfaction with education regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in MI Tawakkal Denpasar is quite satisfied because it has quite complete facilities and excellent management of infrastructure.

In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

This study evaluates the quality of local government public services in fire disaster management. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on interviews, observation, and documentation techniques for data analysis. The results identified a shortage of firefighting equipment and a significant reliance on the sub-district as the primary coordinator with the DPKPB. Despite rapid response efforts from the subdistrict government, more public education on fire prevention and handling still needs to be done. The main challenges are inhibiting factors such as natural conditions, lack of public awareness, and lack of infrastructure. This research suggests improved equipment provision, more effective community outreach, infrastructure development, and coordination between agencies and communities to quickly and efficiently respond to fire emergencies.
