Parkinson's disease is a disorder of brain function caused by the process of degeneration of the basal ganglia in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNc) cells and is characterized by characteristics such as tremor at rest, rigidity of muscles and joints (rigidity), slowness of movement and speech (bradykinesia) and instability upright position (postural instability). Parkinson's Disease occurs in the range between the ages of 55 to 65 years and occurs in 1% -2% of people over the age of 60 years, increasing to 3.5% at the age of 85-89 years. Approximately 0.3% of the general population, the prevalence is higher in males than females with a ratio of 1.5:1.0. Manifestations that can be found in patients with Parkinson's Disease can be assessed through the Hoehn and Yahr Scale (HY). Current treatment for Parkinson's disease aims to reduce motor symptoms and slow the progression of the disease.

Crew Boat is a ship used to transport crews and supply food, water, and equipment to support offshore oil drilling activities. The crew boat 40 M was built at PT. FGH has a hull of 12 people and a passenger carrying capacity of 70 people. This ship also has 3 prime movers so that the ship can go at speeds of up to 25 knots. When the ship operates from the port to the oil drilling site carrying full passengers and other equipment that supports the oil drilling, it is expected that this Crew Boat ship is expected to be able to carry passengers and other equipment stably or not sway. So this research was conducted to determine the stability of the Crew Boat. Ship stability is obtained by modeling using the Maxsurf modeler to make a ship hull model and also using Maxsurf Stability with 3 different loadings. Obtained from the research results of the Crew Boat 40 M ship built at PT.FGH meets the modification criteria with IMO Intact Stability and the ship is suitable for use according to its function.

The application of VE in the construction sector is a systematic process by a multidisciplinary team focused on value and function. The adoption of EV in construction projects offers the potential for significant savings on project budgets. Seeing the current economic conditions, in the construction of ongoing works that require a sizable capital allocation, it is necessary to reconsider whether the design used is appropriate or not optimal. Among the many statements regarding the success factors of VE implementation in Indonesian construction, the knowledge and experience of VE of the construction parties is a key success factor as stated by the consultant and provided by the contractor.

Haemorrhagic stroke, or also known as spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage (PIS), is one of the pathological types of stroke caused by intracerebral blood vessels. This condition causes neurological symptoms that occur suddenly and often followed by symptoms due to the spatial effects or increased intracranial pressure (TIK). Generally speaking, the number of strokes is increasing, according to (RISKESDAS) the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia there is an increase in stroke prevalence from 8.3 (2007) to 12.2 (2013) per 1000 people. In PIS, primary injury occurs: neuron and glia damage mechanically followed by deformation, neurotransmitter release, mitochondrial dysfunction and cell membrane depolarization. Secondary injuries due to haemoglobin breakdown and coagulation factors especially thrombin. The product will activate microglia so it produces toxic substances such as reactive oxygen species (ROS), matrix metalloproteinase (MMP), cyclooxygenase-2, prostaglandin, heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), complement factor, tumour necrotizing factor α (TNF α), and interleukin 1β causing network injury. In addition to injury, there's also a replacement of dead cells through the neurogenesis process, which is the growth of neuronal stem cells in the subventricular and hippocampus areas. The number of hemorrhagic strokes in Asia is higher than in the West. This could be due to the high incidence of hypertension in the Asian population.

This study discusses the management audit on the function of procurement of goods and services. Management audit is a tool for management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This study aims to assess the economization, efficiency, and effectiveness of the function of the procurement of goods and services at PT PLN ULP Ruteng. The scope of the procurement function includes the procurement organization, the procurement process which consists of: procurement planning, procurement implementation, payment and reporting. In this study, it is more specifically discussed about the audit of goods and services procurement organizations. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 states that the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, hereinafter referred to as LKPP, is an institution tasked with developing and formulating policies for the Government's procurement of goods/services. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on the procurement function in the organization of procurement of goods and services PT PLN ULP Ruteng it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

Skin is the largest organ in humans, it functions as the outermost protector of the organs inside. Therefore, the skin is often attacked by various diseases, especially cancer. Skin cancer is divided into two, namely benign and malignant. Malignant has the potential to spread and increase the risk of death. Skin cancer detection traditionally involves time-consuming laboratory tests to determine malignancy or benignity. Therefore, there is a demand for computer-assisted diagnosis through image analysis to expedite disease identification and classification. This study proposes to use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to classify these two types of skin cancer. Apart from that, the average filter is also used for preprocessing. The analysis was carried out comprehensively by carrying out 480 experiments on the ISIC dataset. Dataset variations were also carried out using random sampling techniques to test on smaller datasets, where experiments were carried out on 3297, 1649, 825, and 210 images. Several KNN parameters, namely the number of neighbors (k)=1 and distance (d)=1 to 3 were tested at angles 0, 45, 90, and 135. Maximum accuracy results were 79.24%, 79.39%, 83.63%, and 100% for respectively 3297, 1649, 825, and 210. These findings show that the KNN method is more effective in working on smaller datasets, besides that the use of the average filter also has a significant contribution in increasing the accuracy.

Youth is the future asset of a nation. But nowadays a lot is happening to teenagers, such as drugs and motorcycle gangs. This is a familiar problem. Juvenile delinquency includes all behaviors that deviate from the norms of criminal law committed by juveniles. There are so many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency that need to be considered. To overcome this, guidance from parents and also a good environment can be a determinant for the development of the teenager. Based on the results of several studies, it was found that one of the causes of juvenile delinquency is the lack of functioning of the role of parents as role models for their children. The atmosphere in the family that causes discomfort for children is also one of the causes, including the divorce of their parents. Often they commit crimes because they feel they are not cared for by their parents who work too often without paying attention to the child's development. Teenagers who commit crimes generally lack self-control, or actually abuse that self-control, and like to enforce their own rules without paying attention to the presence of other people around them.

In today's modern era, every organization or business needs an information system, and it is used to improve information requirements, quality standards, and productive employee work. Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

The Criminal Justice System outlined by the 1981 Criminal Procedure Code is an Integrated Criminal Justice System that is based on the principle of "functional differentiation" between law enforcement officials/agencies in accordance with the "stage of the process of authority" granted by the law. The Integrated Criminal Justice System is a system in criminal justice that becomes a reference for the implementation of a fair trial and as expected by the wider community. In an effort to fulfill and protect children's rights, Child Friendly Schools are implemented. Child Friendly Schools are needed to create and transform traditional school models into child friendly schools that respect children's rights. This school model is effective in ensuring the protection of children's rights, preventing violence, discrimination and other unwanted actions and developing students' potential. The research was conducted at Polut 1 Public Middle School, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used is qualitative research. The focus of this research is how the child-friendly school program is in an effort to prevent violent behavior. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The research instruments used were observation and interviews. Data collection techniques and procedures, namely using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. To create a child-friendly school, synergy and strong commitment are needed from all stakeholders in the school environment, an active role and positive attitude are required by all related parties, starting from school principals, teachers, students, parents must contribute their respective functions to create a climate a school environment that is safe, comfortable, and certainly does not contain elements of violence in it.

The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) is one of the programs planned by Mr. President Joko Widodo and Vice President Mr. Jusuf Kalla on January 1 2014 ago, 14 days later, Mr. Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla were inaugurated as President and Vice President. The Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) functions to provide health insurance for underprivileged/poor people to access health services free of charge. This study aims to find out how the Implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card Program (Case Study at the UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sasah, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency). This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources and data collection techniques using field observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation. This study uses Edwards III's theory with four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research results are based on the first indicator, namely the UPTD Teluk Sasah Health Center has provided information about Karu Indonesia Sehat to people seeking treatment in the area of Teluk Sasah Health Center by conducting outreach through the mass media. The second indicator is Resources, there are two resources in the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card program, namely human resources and financial resources. It is said that human resources are still lacking and financial resources such as facilities and infrastructure are sufficient. The third indicator is the disposition that the characteristics of the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card program are commitment, honesty, responsibility and fairness. The fourth indicator is the Bureaucratic Structure in which the implementation of the Indonesia Seat Card program has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card Program at the UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Sasah, Seri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency has been implemented in a optimal.

This article explores the role of Bayt Al-Hikmah as a monumental intellectual center during the Abbasid Dynasty. Built during the time of Caliph Abu Ja'far al-Mansur, this center developed into a famous library during the reign of Harun al-Rashid and Al-Ma'mun. It functions not only as a library, but also as an educational institution, astronomical observatory, and translation center, housing a collection of more than 60,000 books from various languages and regions. Important factors influencing the development of Bayt Al-Hikmah included the caliph's love of science, extensive translation activities, use of paper, the presence of scientists from various regions, material support, and enthusiasm for studying Islamic teachings. Despite achieving glory, the summary of the Abbasid dynasty started from internal political conflict to the Mongol attack which resulted in the fall of the city of Baghdad and the destruction of Bayt Al-Hikmah. Even though this intellectual center collapsed, the scientific legacy it produced remains a testament to the glory of science at that time, even though it experienced a tragic end.

This research is entitled Islamic Religious Education as a means of forming the Qur'anic generation in Ma'had Al-Jami'ah. The aim of this research is to find out the function of Islamic religious education in creating a Qur'anic generation. The results obtained are that there are many activities carried out at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah to form the Qur'ani generation. These activities are to provide a deep understanding of Islamic teachings and be able to apply them in everyday life. Especially in the context of Muslims, Islamic religious education plays a very important role in shaping the morals and values ​​of the younger generation. In an effort to produce quality generations of Al-Qur'an, it will also study Al-Qur'an memorization, Al-Qur'an understanding, application of Al-Qur'an ideals, and integration of Islamic religious education with general education.

Elderly is a process of experiencing anatomical, physiological and biochemical aging in organ tissues which can affect the state of function and ability of the body as a whole (Fatmah, 2019). In Indonesia, fracture cases are the third largest cause of death under coronary heart disease and tuberculosis. According to data compiled by Wrong Diagnosis (Ropyanto, et al, 2013), Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia that experiences the most fractures of 1.3 million each year out of a population of around 238 million. In postoperative fracture patients, they experience delays in making movements due to muscle weakness and perceived pain (Ningsih, 2019). In an elderly person, it will bring about a complete change in his physique related to a decrease in the ability of the body's tissues, especially in physiological functions in the musculoskeletal system and the neurological system. One of the changes that occur in the elderly is a change in decreased muscle strength, the impact of decreased muscle strength is an increased risk of falling and causes walking to be less stable (Padila, 2020). Leucorrhoea is a candida yeast infection in female genitalia and is caused by a yeast-like organism, namely candida albicans. Under normal circumstances, the vagina produces a clear, odorless, colorless fluid, the amount is not excessive and is not accompanied by itching. Leucorrhoea is the most common complaint in women. Leucorrhoea can occur under normal circumstances (physiological), but can also be a symptom of a disorder that must be treated (pathological) (Clayton, 2018). Implementation of Public Service is all services organized by public service providers as an effort to meet the needs of service recipients and implementers of legislation. Public service is basically about the vast aspects of life. In the life of the state, the government has the function of providing various public services required by the community. One thing that until now is often still a problem in the relationship between the people and the government in the region is in the field of public services, especially in terms of the quality or quality of service government apparatus to the community.Tourism is currently being intensively incentive in the city of Jambi. Lots of local and foreign tourists visiting the city of Jambi. But with the level of service is said to be less than the relevant Office to make the process of tourism is not going well.In this research used qualitative research method, so the researcher will not specify the research only based on research variable, but the whole social situation examined covering aspect of place, actors and activity that interact synergistically. The result of the research shows that the lack of public service available in the Jambi City Tourism Office makes the tourism process less good. With the level of human resources that have not qualified with the limitations of foreign language skills make the tourists, especially foreign tourists feel uncomfortable. The tourism program created by the government itself has not been fully felt directly by the community. Lack of socialization of the existence of tourism programs from the government to make people less aware of the importance of existing tourism.

This study describes how dysfunction in the family up to divorce leads to the religious court in Kampung Baru sub-district, Tanjung Pinang Barat. The purpose of the researcher is to discuss how family functions do not work in the new village. This study analyzed theoretically sociology to know about family functions that are applied and not implemented in the family. Approach This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by means of data collection techniques in this study using semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using Purvose sampling technique with 6 informants, namely 2 informants as perpetrators of family functions not working, 2 informants as victims of family dysfunction, and 1 religious court staff informant in tanjungpinang. The results of this study indicate several family functions that do not work in some communities in the new village such as the function of love which does not work resulting in infidelity, the reproductive function which does not work resulting in divorce within the family and the economic function which does not work resulting in abandonment of families such as children whose needs not enough.

 Accidents and emergency conditions can occur anywhere, at any time and attack anyone, including at school. Mistakes or delays in initial treatment can result in a further worsening of the victim's condition which can result in disability or other complications, so it is necessary to pay attention to management and management functions, namely aspects of implementation/movement or action as an effort to optimize and foster UKS. However, the problem is that the knowledge of teachers and school principals is still lacking, there is a lack of funds, and the infrastructure is inadequate for implementing UKS. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge of UKS officers and make them truly ready to handle emergency conditions in the school environment and its surroundings. In implementing the provision of UKS services at Bawakaraeng High School, UKS collaborates with teachers. With implementation methods, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the service activity process went smoothly and there was an increase in knowledge with a pre-test score in the good knowledge category, namely 10 people (33.33%) and less than 20 people (66.67%), then the post test results with good knowledge, namely 28 people (93.33%) and less than 2 people (6.67%)

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is one of the retro viruses that infects white blood cells which has an impact on a weakened immune system, damage to the function of cluster of differentiation 4 positive (CD4+) cells as well as other immune cells. CD4 count below 200, opportunistic infections and not taking treatment can exacerbate chronic conditions throughout life. The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing care for Mr. B with Stage 1 HIV at the Seroja Polyclinic, Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. The research design used was a descriptive case study including assessment, data analysis, nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. This research was conducted in the seroja room of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City. Based on the results obtained, based on the assessment data, two nursing problems emerged, namely hyperthermia, related to the disease process marked by fever and secondly the risk of opportunistic infections associated with decreased immune system which was marked with a CD4 value close to 200. Actions taken were monitoring body temperature and collaborating on drug administration with doctors, providing health education about HIV, adherence to taking medication and advising regular eating patterns and adequate rest. It is recommended that health workers provide education about HIV/AIDS care and also provide medication taking assistance to prevent non-adherence in taking medication, social and spiritual.
