This research seeks to investigate the meaning of life in the cartoon film Doraemon. The research is qualitative with a descriptive design, through descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that there is a meaning to life which can be a lesson for film lovers for those who see it with positive glasses where nothing is immediate in real life, everything requires a process of effort to make something happen. This study has theoretical implications, namely dissecting the plot of the film in detail, then analyzing life lessons where positive things are used as lessons to be emulated, and the negative sides are to be avoided. The practical implication is that this research can be used as a reference for film lovers to provide education to children, which are the positive and negative aspects. The research provides recommendations for academics who wish to study the meaning of life in cartoon films, as well as the need for strict assistance for children in watching television..

This research investigates the phenomenon of "spoiled children" and its implications for child development with an emphasis on analyzing the stages of cognitive, emotional and social development that can be affected by over-pampering. Through an exploration of the characteristics of spoiled children, such as resistance to the word "no" and self-orientation, this study reveals that spoiling behaviors can contribute to immaturity, dependency, and difficulties in sharing. The results highlight the need for prevention and countermeasures, including setting healthy boundaries, reinforcing positive behaviors, and improving communication between parents and children. The implementation of these measures is expected to help reduce the negative impact of spoiling children on their development.

The research background indicates that modern teenagers often struggle to manage their sleep time due to academic pressures, activities, social media, and electronic devices. This threatens the quality of their sleep and has a negative impact on their health. Therefore, it is essential to emphasize the importance of healthy sleep recommendations, including the Islamic perspective, to enhance adolescent productivity. The research aims to explore the challenges of adolescent sleep and strategies to improve sleep management by integrating Islamic values. A literature review method is used to gather and analyze data from various sources. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of sleep as a natural human need and the negative effects of sleep deprivation on the productivity, academic performance, mental health, and physical well-being of adolescents. Therefore, good sleep time management, following age-specific guidelines and Islamic values, is necessary to improve the physical and mental health and productivity of adolescents. The research implications suggest that adolescents need to adhere to age-appropriate sleep recommendations and Islamic guidelines. This will help improve academic performance, mental and physical health, and reduce stress. Effective sleep time management will contribute to achieving a balance in mental, physical, and spiritual health aspects, ultimately enhancing adolescent productivity.

The team teaching approach in madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) is often considered effective in improving the quality of learning, but empirical evidence on its impact on student discipline and focus is still limited in the context of basic Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative design of a case study in class II of MI Unggulan Al Muhammad Cepu. Primary data sources include participant observations, in-depth interviews with two teachers of the teaching team and six purposive students, as well as secondary data such as collaborative lesson plans and teacher reflections. The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of team teaching in improving student discipline and focus on learning. The results showed that the symbiotic-asymmetrical collaboration between the Core Guides and the Response Facilitators created a pauseless instructional flow, reduced extrinsic cognitive load (time-on-task by an average of 85%), and transformed the discipline from external control to relational-proactive co-regulation that is in line with Islamic ta'dib. These findings have practical implications for MI teacher training.

This study aims to evaluate the positive influence of Integrated Education on body mineral balance and bone health in sufferers of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). An experimental research design with a control group was used. The research subjects involved sufferers of stage 3-4 CKD, who were divided into an intervention group (receiving Integrated Education) and a control group (no intervention). Research parameters include levels of calcium, phosphorus, parathormone, bone mineral density, as well as patient knowledge and behavior. Findings: Increased Knowledge: The intervention group experienced a significant increase in knowledge related to CKD management compared to the control group, Positive Behavioral Changes: Patients who took part in the integrated education program showed more positive behavioral changes, including medication adherence, a healthy diet, and a healthy lifestyle, Improvement in Mineral and Bone Disorder Parameters: The intervention group showed significant improvement in calcium, phosphorus and parathormone levels. Bone mineral density also increased significantly. Clinical Implications: The results of the study suggest that Integrated Education can be an effective approach in improving CKD management, with a positive impact on the body's mineral balance and bone health. Conclusion: Integrated education has a significant influence on knowledge, behavior and mineral and bone balance parameters in CKD sufferers. Implementation of this program can improve CKD management and prevent complications related to mineral and bone disorders. Recommendation: Further research could explore the long-term effects of Integrated Education, consider variations in individual responses, and involve a wider sample group.

This research aims to describe (1) Moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (2) People's views on moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (3) The implications of moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district for learning Indonesian language and literature in high school. This research uses qualitative descriptive research which is defined as Moral Values ​​in Myths in Katingan Tengah District and Their Implications for Learning Indonesian Language and Literature in High School. In collecting data, this research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the steps for this data analysis technique are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. As a result of this research, the author found that there were (1) 18 total data from myths consisting of 7 myths about human relationships with their personal lives, while there were 2 myths between humans and other humans, and there were 8 myths about human relationships with God. Moral values ​​actually teach us to maintain good manners and behavior, words and deeds wherever we are and with this myth we respect each other. Therefore, the underlying belief system means that an analysis is needed to be able to answer the aim of this research, namely to describe the belief system that underlies the customs and customs of a belief or myth. Basically, the moral values ​​in myths teach us about politeness, behavior, and respect for cultural customs that apply to religious life (2) Views about myths are the result of human thoughts related to human lives at that time, then they believe these thoughts as outlook on life in meeting their non-physical (thought) needs. This research was conducted as an effort to obtain a reading material related to thermodynamics so that it can be more easily understood by students or other readers. In conducting research, a researcher needs to follow the rules and regulations that apply so that the results obtained can be said to be valid. This research was conducted using the literature review method, namely by looking for sources that lead to a literature review of the basic concepts of thermodynamics which in this search are very important and much needed. The results of this study are that there are implications or connectedness between the concept of a single particle system and thermodynamics. Single particle systems trapped in a potential well can be explained or understood from a thermodynamic perspective.

Early marriage is one of the issues that contributes to the high rate of stunting in children in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. In Baletbaru Village, Sukowono, Jember, early marriage is still a common phenomenon, so preventive measures are needed to reduce the risk of stunting through education and counselling. The purpose of this assistance is to increase public knowledge and awareness, especially among adolescents, regarding the negative impacts of early marriage and the importance of nutrition in preventing stunting. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which directly involves the community in every stage of assistance, from identifying problems to formulating solutions. The results of the assistance showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage, with 85% of participants feeling they understood the issue better. In addition, 90% of participants were committed to sharing information with their environment. The implications of this assistance indicate that ongoing counselling is urgently needed, and further collaboration with the government and health institutions is recommended to expand the reach of education and intensive assistance for at-risk communities.

The phenomenon of changing market dynamics and increasingly complex business competition, where employee performance factors become crucial for the company's success. The novelty of this research lies in exploring the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior and work discipline to employee performance in the context of local companies. This research aims to explore and analyze the dynamics of employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang with a focus on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Discipline. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through surveys using questionnaires to CV employees. Dadi Djoyo Malang. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical approach to identify the relationship between OCB, work discipline and employee performance. The findings of this research indicate that OCB and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang. The implications of this research point to the importance of companies paying attention to and developing organizational citizenship behavior and improving employee work discipline to achieve optimal performance. This study contributes to the context of improving employee performance in local companies as well as becoming a reference for management in adopting relevant and effective policies to increase the company's competitiveness.

The proper submission of financial reports affects the company's reputation because it ensures that short-term and long-term decisions and policies are made quickly so that the public gets information quickly. This study aims to determine whether audit delays are influenced by financial performance and examiner reputation. The period 2016-2021 is the time span of this research with various types of industrial or business companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is quantitative in nature. The test sample consists of 126 entities and is taken by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it was found that liquidity proxied in the quick ratio did not show significant results on audit delay, then profitability proxied by net profit margin showed significant results on audit delay, then for solvency proxied by debt to assets gave results had no significant effect on audit delay, then for external auditor reputation also did not show significant results on audit delay.

This investigation aims to explore the multifaceted impact of entrepreneurship education, AI integration, microfinance, and financial knowledge on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse pool of MSME owners and stakeholders. Through thematic analysis, the study examines the interplay between these factors and their implications for MSME growth and sustainability. Preliminary findings suggest that entrepreneurship education fosters innovative thinking, while AI integration enhances operational efficiency. Microfinance serves as a crucial resource for MSMEs' financial needs, complemented by adequate financial knowledge for effective management. The study sheds light on the intricate dynamics shaping the MSME landscape, offering insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners to bolster MSME development strategies.    

This study aims to analyse the impact of price, reference group, and risk perception on purchasing decisions for KYT brand helmets in Surabaya. Quantitative methods were used by distributing questionnaires to 100 purposively selected KYT helmet consumers. The results showed that the price of KYT helmets has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the propensity to purchase increases when the price is considered commensurate with the quality of the product. The role of reference groups also proved important, influencing consumer preferences in choosing KYT helmets. In addition, purchase decisions are influenced by perceived risk, where consumers who are confident in the safety and quality of the product are more likely to purchase. The practical implications of these findings help helmet manufacturers and marketers in Surabaya design more effective marketing strategies. This research can also serve as a basis for further research on helmet market dynamics and consumer behaviour in Surabaya.    

This study aims to analyse the effect of price, distribution, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Swallow sandals in Surabaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents purposely selected from the Surabaya community who have purchased Swallow sandals. The research findings show significant managerial implications, including the need for distribution channel management to pay attention to distributor decisions on sales force services. Improving service quality and product availability at the right time are key to strengthening consumer trust in distribution channels. Understanding and utilising consumer lifestyle values in marketing strategies is also important. Awareness of the positive impact of lifestyle on purchasing decisions can help design marketing that is more in line with consumer preferences, including the addition of product variations that reflect the target market's lifestyle to increase product appeal and expand market share. With these findings, companies can optimise marketing strategies and product management, increase consumer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and achieve long-term success in the market    

The aim of this research is that fraud is still rampant in Islamic banks, both internal and external, to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of internal control, good corporate governance and Violation reporting system on fraud in Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2020-2022 period. This research is quantitative in nature using secondary data in the form of annual reports of sharia banking companies for 2020-2022. The samples taken using purposive sampling were 14 companies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that the good corporate governance variable has an effect on fraud. However, the internal control variable has no effect on fraud and the Violation reporting system variable has no effect on fraud. Good corporate governance, internal control, and a violation reporting system simultaneously influence fraud. The results of this research have implications for sharia banking management to further strengthen the implementation of GCG to reduce the level of fraud in sharia banking.

The data source in this research is the novel Sesuk with Structural theory. The research method used is a description method with a qualitative description approach. A qualitative description approach is used to describe the formation of the main character's self-identity in the novel and describe the implications for literature learning in high school. The results of this research: (1) Analysis of the formation of the main character Sesuk's self-identity in the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye based on the factor of feeling happy. In the novel Sesuk by Tere Liye, the feelings that emerge are sad, happy, happy and moved. (2) implications for literature learning in high school in accordance with Basic Competencies (KD), Learning Materials and learning activities related to novels for class XII Indonesian language competency knowledge and skills.

The results showed that the deixis contained in the novel Origami Hati by Boy Candra includes first-person deixis, second-person deixis, third-person deixis, place deixis and time deixis and their respective functions. The function of persona deixis in this novel is used to refer to actors or participants who are involved in language events; used as a pointer to belonging; used as a subject; used as an object. The function of place deixis in this novel is used as a description of the place where a language event takes place. The function of time deixis in this novel is used to refer to the time of utterance; used to refer to past or before utterances; used to refer to the time after the utterance. Personal deixis in this novel consists of the form aku, -ku, saya, anda, kami, kita, kamu, -mu, kalian, dia, -ia, mereka. The deixis of time in this novel refers to the past, present and future. The deixis of place in this novel refers to places that are far from the speakers, close to the speakers and somewhat far from the speakers.

This article aims to unveil the pivotal roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies in shaping consumer preferences in the digitalization era. Halal certification has become a crucial factor in meeting the needs of consumers who are becoming more conscious of religious and health aspects in their products and services. On the other hand, changes in technology and consumer behavior have opened new doors for digital marketing, especially through online platforms and social media. This article dissects how halal certification impacts consumer purchasing decisions in the digital environment and how digital marketing strategies can be employed to enhance awareness and understanding of halal products. By analyzing the impact of the combination of these two factors, this article provides deep insights into how the roles and interactions between halal certification and digital marketing strategies affect consumer demands in the current digitalization era. The findings of this research have significant implications for companies aiming to meet the diverse and discerning demands of consumers. With a better understanding of how halal certification and digital marketing can work together, companies can design more effective strategies to reach and retain consumer preferences in a competitive and ever-changing business environment.  

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the symbolic meaning of Natas Banyang at the Maanyan Dayak Traditional wedding ceremony in east Barito and its implications for literatur learning in SMA. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings - In this research there is a positive and significant influence between Work Experience (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Research implications - Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The positive meaning is that the more work experience an employee has, the better the employee's performance. From the results of the t test which shows that the sig value of 0.009 <0.05 is said to be significant, which means that work experience can be a factor and can improve the performance of PT employees.
