    This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.

Pancasila merupakan ideologi bangsa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai dalam Pancasila berkaitan dengan caraberpikir dan berperilaku sangat sesuai dengan budaya bangsa. Dalam kehidupan masyarakat sudahseharusnya nilai-nilai tersebut dijadikan landasan dalam kehidupan. Dewasa ini, nilai-nilaiPancasila semakin luntur akibat pengaruh kehidupan yang semakin modern. Lunturnya nilai-nilaitersebut juga diakibatkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkannya. Akibatnya,terjadi degradasi karakter yang tidak sesuai dengan watak, nilai, dan norma bangsa Indonesia.Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan membangun karakter yang lekat dengan nilai-nilaiPancasila demi kemajuan negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur denganmembahas penelitian-penelitian terdahulu mengenai bagaimana menumbuhkan karakter yang sesuaidengan kepribadian bangsa melalui penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Berdasarkan pembahasan yangdilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui berbagai carasangat penting dilakukan untuk membangun karakter demi mencegah terjadinya degradasi moral diera sekarang.

Indonesia has earned the nickname as an "agrarian" country, this is because most of the population works as farmers. This nickname is very suitable for the situation in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is in Nganjuk Regency, namely in the village of Balonggebang. Balonggebang Village is the largest village in Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. This village has a large enough agricultural land so that the majority of Balonggebang villagers work as farmers and the main commodities are rice and shallots. The first determining factor is the level of soil fertility. To determine whether the soil is fertile or not, it can be seen by using a soil fertility meter. In this modern era, soil fertility determination tools can be made simply and can be used as appropriate technology.

Era modern telah berdampak pada perubahan pola hidup dan cara pandang manusia dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Abad modern juga ditandai dengan lahirnya sains dan teknologi yang menjadi perangkat dan media yang membantu manusia dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, terutama dalam masalah material-ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari penghayatan atas ajaran Islam yang yang menempatkan nilai religiusitas sebagai pondasi dalam berekspresi menjadikan manusia sebagai pribadi yang terbimbing dalam setiap pilihan hidupnya dan menjelaskan implementasi tasawwuf dalam kerangka kehidupan modern saat ini.

The theory of this research is Interior design is the process of compiling and creating various interior elements so that they can become a related unit in order to achieve certain goals in the aspects of aesthetics, comfort and safety of the room (THABRONI). The result of this study is to explain the design of the warung suluh restaurant carrying the concept of old Jogja which has a variety of classic interiors.

The Lampung Pepadun wedding tradition represents a harmony between local culture and Islamic values. This study aims to identify the manifestation of Islamic principles within the Lampung Pepadun wedding tradition and explain the alignment between local customs and Islamic law in its practice. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with cultural and religious leaders, direct observations of wedding ceremonies, and document analysis. The findings reveal that this tradition systematically integrates elements of Islamic law, such as the marriage contract (akad), dowry (mahar), and communal prayers, without eliminating the unique symbols and cultural meanings of the local practices. The study also highlights the significant role of religious figures in preserving Islamic values amid the challenges of modernization, which often influence the implementation of traditions. These findings suggest that local traditions grounded in religious values have significant potential to serve as a medium for cultural preservation and spiritual reinforcement within communities. Therefore, preserving such traditions through approaches consistent with Islamic law is essential to maintaining cultural identity and community religiosity.

Land ownership disputes are one of the legal and social problems that often occur in various countries, including in Indonesia. These disputes generally arise due to ambiguity or inaccuracies in the administration of land ownership. One of the main causes of this dispute is the absence of a letter or proof of legal land ownership, in addition to this can occur in the distribution of inheritance caused by internal factors, such as parental grants to prospective heirs, but it is unfair and not accompanied by a grant deed, married couples (as prospective heirs) who do not have children or descendants,  the greed of the heirs, the incomprehension of the heirs, the mistake in upholding the siri' and the delay in the distribution of inheritance. The WEBGIS-Based Land Inventory System makes it easier for village or district government officials to record land ownership so that the increase in fulfillment of leter C is reduced, the process of searching and changing data does not take long and the public can find out land information along with the history of ownership transfer shown on the online map.

public health is an important issue that requires serious attention from business people, especially in the food sector. This study aims to explore healthy product development strategies in the context of food entrepreneur business as an innovative approach to improve people's nutritional status. Through a qualitative approach with case studies of several successful food entrepreneurs, this study analyzes the strategies used in the development of healthy products and their implications for improving the nutritional status of the community. The results showed that the selection of high-quality raw materials, the use of modern production technology, creative promotion, and cooperation with related parties are some of the effective strategies in the development of healthy products in the food entrepreneurial business.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontekstualisasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika era digital. Asbabun nuzul, yang merujuk pada latar belakang historis turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat pemahaman konteks teks dan aplikasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era digital, keberadaan teknologi informasi menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses sumber-sumber Islam, namun di sisi lain juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti informasi yang terfragmentasi dan potensi misinterpretasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam pada guru PAI di beberapa sekolah menengah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu memperkaya pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan tantangan modern, seperti etika bermedia sosial, pengelolaan konflik, dan penguatan moderasi beragama. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi digital guru, kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif, serta pengaruh media sosial yang sering kali mendistorsi narasi Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis digital, pelatihan guru terkait literasi digital Islam, serta kolaborasi dengan platform teknologi untuk menghadirkan konten asbabun nuzul yang autentik dan menarik. Dengan langkah ini, asbabun nuzul dapat menjadi media efektif dalam membangun pemahaman agama yang relevan dan kontributif di era digital.

The development of music from the past until now continues to grow, from traditional musical instruments to modern musical instruments that are currently widely used. However, today's children or adolescents are more interested in modern musical instruments such as guitars, saxophones, violins and other modern musical instruments than traditional musical instruments such as suling, gendang and other traditional musical instruments. So it is necessary to teach from an early age by introducing both traditional and modern musical instruments. By taking advantage of technological developments, especially in multimedia technology, we need a system that can facilitate teaching through computers or commonly called CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction). This was done because the Mekar Arum Kindergarten children were still not interested in musical instruments. So we need an application to introduce musical instruments that can be used in learning while playing to attract children's attention. With this application, it can make it easier for teachers to teach introduction to musical instruments for young children without having to meet children at kindergartens and make it easier for children to recognize musical instruments and be more interested in traditional and musical instruments modern.

Dewasa ini atheisme telah menjadi suatu pilihan hidup seseorang, sama seperti kepercayaan kepada Tuhan adalah suatu pilihan pribadi bagi seseorang melalui suatu agama. Atheisme yang berkembang dewasa ini memiliki sejarah yang panjang. Hal itu tidak lahir begitu saja atau hanya lahir dari buah pikiran seseorang. Deretan nama-nama penting dalam sejarah turut melahirkan atheisme modern. Tidak dapat disangkal atheisme telah mempengaruhi cara hidup dan cara berpikir dewasa ini. Atheisme bukan secara sederhana berarti suatu penyangkalan terhadap eksistensi Allah. Atheisme itu sendiri memiliki arti yang kompleks dan memiliki relasi dengan agama. Sebagai sebuah aliran pemikiran yang mempengaruhi hidup seseorang, atheisme sering kali berlawanan dengan konsep-konsep teologis yang lahir dari sebuah agama dan pada akhirnya menyangkal Tuhan.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) currently have a very important role as a locomotive driving the economy and eradicating poverty. In addition, MSMEs are one of the most efficient economic sectors for entrepreneurship development which provide solutions to problems of poverty, insecurity, unemployment and can provide solutions for population explosion in a more modern direction in the current era of globalization. Based on data obtained from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) it shows that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia in 2013 was around 57 million units. In the 2012-2013 period, there was an increase in the number of business units by 2.41%. The data shows that MSME is one of the supporting sectors of the economy in Indonesia.

Delngan mellaluli pelmbellajaran al-qulran hadis, gulrul dapat melmbelrikan contoh-contoh karaktelr moral yang diajarkan olelh Nabi Mulhammad Saw. Pengaruh strategi pasar internasional yang diadopsi oleh perusahaan ritel PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) di Indonesia. Dalam studi kasus ini, kami fokus pada industri perdagangan modern untuk menggambarkan bagaimana strategi pasar internasional berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan. Dari Hasil review mengenai penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional yang diterapkan oleh Alfamart memiliki dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan posisinya di pasar ritel Indonesia. Beberapa strategi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain ekspansi geografis, diferensiasi produk, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal. Dan kami juga  menemukan bahwa ekspansi geografis menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan membuka toko-toko baru di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, Alfamart berhasil mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan kehadirannya di tingkat nasional. Selain itu, diferensiasi produk dan penggunaan teknologi informasi telah membantu Alfamart menarik pelanggan dengan menyediakan produk yang beragam dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.Selain itu, kemitraan dengan pemasok lokal juga terbukti berhasil dalam strategi pasar internasional Alfamart. Dengan bekerja sama dengan pemasok lokal, Alfamart dapat menawarkan produk-produk lokal yang relevan dengan preferensi pelanggan di masing-masing daerah. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan hubungan dengan pemasok lokal, tetapi juga memberikan keuntungan kompetitif bagi Alfamart dalam menghadapi pesaing di pasar ritel.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pasar internasional memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan perusahaan ritel seperti Alfamart. Dalam konteks industri perdagangan modern di Indonesia, strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kehadiran pasar, meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan ritel lainnya juga dapat mengadopsi strategi serupa untuk mencapai keberhasilan di pasar internasional.

Kalirungkut Village is an area that has various potentials. One of the superior potentials of the village located in Rungkut District, Surabaya is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME actors have joined the Kalirungkut MSME Association. Association member products are dominated by food and beverages. In addition, there are several MSMEs selling crafts. On the other hand, running a business is not an easy thing. Many MSME actors are constrained, both internal and external constraints. Based on surveys and observations, the main problem faced by members of the Kalirungkut MSME Association is marketing which is still simple and traditional so that it affects the slow, even stagnant, development of MSMEs. Therefore, the East Java MBKM "Veteran" UPN "Veteran" KKNT Group of 85 took the initiative to organize digital marketing socialization which aims to provide knowledge and skills to market products digitally. This socialization had a positive impact in the form of increasing the awareness of MSME actors to start engaging in digital marketing.

Modern society is faced with risks inherent in its life. This risk comes from the technological uncertainty developments, especially in transportation modes. Gojek be a solution to the uncertainty several aspects by conventional transportation modes. This study uses a phenomenological approach, which places phenomena from the actors point of view and uses the risk society theory introduced by Ulrich Beck as an analytical tool. The concept used is reflective modernity and the boomerang effect that drivers and customers face respectively as users of the Gojek application. Informants are Gojek users consisting of customers as well as drivers. This research used interview, observation, and documentation techniques as primary data, while the secondary data used literature study techniques. Based on the results, it was found that several certainty factors were obtained by Gojek customers, including time, convenience, cost and security. This factor is referred to 'reflective modernity', where this factor becomes a reflection on the uncertainty of conventional transportation. However, for the record, security is also a risk if the goods ordered through Gojek are taken away by the driver. On the other hand, Gojek drivers get uncertainty risk factors, such as fictitious orders, and service discrepancies with customer ratings. This condition is referred to 'boomerang effect' where the risk returns to the main actor. As a solution, the company provides a feature to deal with fictitious orders and a rating feature by users.

All business people, one of which is a meatball seller, must be able to provide innovation for their products in order to compete and continue to be in demand by consumers from various groups. Lately, the smashed meatballs with spicy chili business is one of the business ideas that is fairly modern among the public because this business has different concepts and innovation from meatballs that are generally soupy, so that these meatballs are created again into smashed meatballs that are served with rice, spicy chili, fermented soybean, and fresh vegetables. 

This study aims to analyze thel asbabun nuzul of Q.S Al-mujadalah verse 11 which is rellated to the perspelctivel of education in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan. Asbabun Nuzul surah Al-mujadalah versel 11 is about manners and morals when someone is in the assemby, so it is analyzed how the manners of the students or santri and santriwati in the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darul Ihsan when they are in the assemby. Asbabun Nulzul surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 is not only intended for students, but for all Muslims who are in an assemby of knowledge, both students and educators. such as the story when the Prophet opened an assemby and at that time the Badr came and no one gave him a seat, so the Prophet ordered other companions to gelt up and give a seat to the Badr who had just arrived, because whoever clears his seat during the assemby, Allah SWT will raise his degreel. This must be applied to students in all educational institutions and also in their daily lives, not spared from the students who study at boarding schools, adab and moras are the most important things that are seen and taught in pesantren, because in fact adab is higher than knowledge. So, for students who study in pesantren, it should bel emphasized to them about adab, especially when they are in the assemby of knowledge or in teaching and learning activities, adab used towards teachers, towards friends around and towards the boarding school environment.This research makes an important contribution in understanding the asbabun Nulzul of surah Al-mujadalah verse 11 in the perspective of education in the Modern Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School which is about adab when in the assemby, and the implication of this research is the importance and necessity of knowing how adab when in the assemby of knowledge for students.

Selain itu,  perkembangan teknologi juga kemajuan dan hukum harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Di  Indonesia  mulai  berkembang istilah-istilah  suatu perbuatan  yang disebut transaksi jual-beli secara  online.  Mungkin  itu  akan  terjadi  menimbulkan  masalah  hukum.  Di  era  yang  sudah modern  ini,  banyak  konsumen  yang  lebih  memilih untuk  berbelanja dan melakukan transaksi jual-beli  melalui internet agar lebih  memudahkan, salah satunya melalui  situs Belanja Shopee. Meskipun,  pemerintah  dan  pihak  shopee  selaku  pelaku  usaha     telah  memberikan  jaminan mengenai   hak  konsumen  dalam  Undang-Undang,  faktanya  konsumen  yang  haknya  sering dikesampingkan  oleh pelaku usaha  masih banyak sehingga membuat konsumen merasa dirinya dirugikan pada saat bertransaksi di situs Shopee.Perlindungan  hukum  terhadap  konsumen  dalam  transaksi  jual-beli  online,  diperlukan untuk mendapatkan penegasan tanggung jawab sehubungan dengan praktik jual-beli online serta masalah  wanprestasi yang  disebabkan oleh  pelaku usaha.  Sejauh  mana peran marketplace  dan pelaku usaha ikut bertanggung jawab atas kerugian wanprestasi yang diderita konsumen. Shopee merupakan  salah satu  perusahaan yang mengubah  proses bisnisnya  melalui e-commerce,  yang berfokus   Pada   bidang   jual-beli   online.   Sehubungan   dengan   undang-undang  perlindungan konsumen  di  Indonesia,  telah  diatur  dalam  Undang-Undang  Nomor  8  Tahun  1998  Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Transaksi e-commerce memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen dalam beraktifitas penjualan atau pembelian barang dan berdasarkan kebutuhan pelanggan pada saat itu

This study aims to analyze the impact of technology utilization and modernization of the tax administration system on MSME taxpayer compliance. The independent variable in this study is the effect of taxation technology utilization, modernization of the tax administration system, while the dependent variable is MSME taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data.
