Background: CT scans are used for various types of examinations such as examinations of the head, thorax, abdomen and so on. The most frequently performed CT scan is a CT scan of the head. However, in the medical field, especially radiology, CT scans have the highest dose compared to other radiation equipment. Efforts to reduce radiation doses and radiation effects are by estimating the correct dose given to CT Scan patients using an optimization index called DRL (Diagnostic Level Reference), namely by evaluating the values of CTDIvol and DLP on CT scans of the head, which have been determined in accordance with BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021 standards. Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative study with an observational approach which aims to analyze CTDIvol and DLP values based on retrospective data on non-contrast brain CT scans at the Radiology Installation at Hospital X, Central Jakarta. Results: Calculation of the 2nd quartile (50th percentile) value of CTDIvol and DLP in Adult Non-Contrast Brain CT Scan examinations for the January-December 2022 Period at the Radiology Installation at X Hospital, Central Jakarta is CTDIvol 55.51 mGy and DLP 867.00 mGy* cm. Conclusion: The 50 percentile value of CTDIvol and DLP in the Adult Non-Contrast Brain CT Scan examination for the January-December 2022 period at the Radiology Installation at X Hospital, Central Jakarta is in accordance with the standards set by BAPETEN/I-DRL 2021. Where is the value for CT Non-Contrast Head Scan, namely a CTDIvol value of 60 mGy and a DLP value of 1275 mGy*cm.

The management of breast cancer includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, and bone marrow manipulation. The physical impacts of chemotherapy include sleeping problems and fatigue. The non-pharmacological efforts to relieve this fatigue include progressive muscle relaxation (PMR). The research objective was to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on the level of fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The research design was a pre-experimental one group pre-posttest design. The population is breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy as many as 35 patients. The number of respondents is 35 respondents. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The research instrument used is the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS). The test used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on the level of fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). The research recommendation is Progressive Muscle relaxation (PMR) intervention as a non-pharmacological intervention to reduce the fatigue level of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in health services.

The establishment of an ADIZ in each country is one step in maintaining the sovereignty of each country. This has been a long debate because there are no regulations outlined in international legal conventions. Until now, ADIZ Indonesia is only limited to the island of Java, so the role of ADIZ has not been effective in protecting air space which is included in the country's sovereignty. This research aims to explain the role of ADIZ as a first step in efforts to maintain state sovereignty from the perspective of international and national law. The normative juridical approach method is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations. The research results show that Indonesia needs to re-establish ADIZ not only around the island of Java but also covering the entire sovereign territory of the country.
