Financial reports are vital for investment and financial decision-making, as they reflect a company's financial performance and provide key insights for investors and institutions. However, challenges such as accounting errors, financial manipulation, and non-compliance with accounting standards can impact the quality of financial reports (QFR). Auditors play a crucial role in ensuring QFR by examining and verifying financial statements, enhancing investor confidence, financial stability, and economic growth. This study examines the role of auditors in improving QFR in commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. Using a descriptive analytical approach, the research reviews prior studies and analyzes data from 15 commercial banks operating in the Iraq Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2021. Hypotheses were tested using Eviews-12 software. Findings indicate that auditors influence QFR through corporate governance, particularly via the board of directors, which plays a crucial role in ensuring sound auditing practices. Board independence and management ownership significantly reduce financial manipulation, aiding informed investment decisions. The study recommends increasing awareness of the auditor’s role, strengthening corporate governance mechanisms, and enhancing financial analysts' and auditors' effectiveness in reporting and forecasting. Training and development programs are also suggested to improve financial report quality in commercial banks.

This community service was carried out in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, by considering the location's vulnerability to natural disasters such as landslides and tornadoes. The high rainfall in the area is one of the leading causes of frequent natural disasters, compounded by the mountainous and hilly topography. These factors make the community highly susceptible to disasters that result in significant material and immaterial losses. The primary aim of this service activity was to build awareness and strengthen the community's disaster response capabilities, enabling the creation of a disaster-resilient village. The activity was conducted through socialization efforts involving various stakeholders, including the Pattongko village community, the village government, local youth groups, and the Sinjai Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which served as the lead agency in disaster response in the region. Despite being a one-day event, the activity was expected to provide essential disaster education and training for the local population, enhancing their knowledge of disaster preparedness and response. By doing so, the initiative aimed to minimize the potential victims and the scale of losses caused by natural disasters in the future. This activity also supported broader government programs aimed at forming Disaster Resilient Villages. In the future, the program will be extended with further activities, such as establishing community disaster response teams, organizing disaster simulations, and strengthening disaster management protocols within the village. A lack of self-esteem is often accompanied by nervousness when speaking in front of an audience, but a positive body image can help build confidence. Many challenges await first-year students, including adjusting to a new setting. Still, it's not always easy to perform for a live audience. In order to express themselves on campus, students need to work on their public speaking abilities. The primary objective of this research was to examine the relationship between first-year nursing students' body image perceptions and their anxiety when it comes to presenting in front of an audience. A cross-sectional approach, prevalent in quantitative research, is utilized in this study. Undergraduates from Semarang's Sultan Agung Islamic University's nursing program (class of 2024) participated in the research. A total of 157 students were selected at random. The correlation tool used in this study was Spearman's rank test. A high correlation between first-year nursing students' negative perceptions of their bodies and their anxiety when speaking in front of an audience was found among the 157 research participants (p value 0.000), according to the data analysis. Among the students, nearly half (40.8%) reported extremely low levels of body image satisfaction and nearly half (41.4%) reported extremely high levels of anxiety when it came to public speaking.

The declaration by President Muhammadu Buhari that he is willing to reduce the rising expenses of managing public affairs is a major surprise. Newspapers everywhere have stated that he will face the confront the problem head-on by reforming numerous government agencies, merging others, and dismantling others. We are still figuring out the specifics. The only information that has been made public thus far is that the plan's first casualties will be the Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination, the National Examinations Council, and the National Poverty Eradication Programme. It is evident from the announced strategy that the president and his officials either do not understand the seriousness of the issue or are once again manipulating a terrible sickness that is plaguing the nation. In what way would eliminating NECO and instructing WAEC to take on the personnel reduce costs? Or how would renaming NAPP contribute to improving governance value? How does he make sure that each and every Kobo that goes into counted national treasuries? What steps is he taking to guarantee that public policy is geared toward reducing people's suffering? The cost of governance during Jonathan's administration is examined in this study. It examines the cost of government from a thematic perspective, emphasizing its main points with specific examples. According to the paper's conclusion, the so-called clause of "senior ministers and junior or ministers of state" has led to the current unhealthy rivalry and widespread bitterness, but it has also resulted in needless waste of public funds in the payment of entitlements due to over-bloated administrative costs.
