Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The diction used by the Qur'an in visualizing women, starting from their creation, association with an angel, as well as the description of their physical characteristics show how noble and honorable they are. The glory of the woman is a symbol of liberation from dehumanization and discrimination against women in jahiliyah and a form of human equality in the eyes of Allah Swt. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

Digital marketing is a marketing concept that is widely used in this modern era. Many manufacturers choose to use digital marketing in their marketing process because marketing goods through digital media saves energy and costs. In the process of digital marketing or digital marketing, a high creative process is needed because digital marketing requires producers to make content as attractive as possible for consumers to see and be interested in the products offered. In this case we examine how useful the application of digital marketing is in the marketing process of Bamboo MSMEs located in the Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of UMKM Bambu "Arunika Art" in developing their marketing with digital marketing. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach is used to explain the process of implementing digital marketing in line with the development of its business. The mentoring work program carried out for bamboo MSMEs is to utilize digital marketing, carry out digital content creation. Through a strong brand identity and an effective digital marketing strategy, bamboo MSMEs in the Kepanjen Kidul Village can experience significant empowerment.

In this modern era dominated by rapid economic and financial changes, it is important for individuals to have a good understanding of investing and take an active role in managing their finances. Investment is an activity or act of buying or placing funds or assets into financial instruments or other assets with the aim of obtaining the expected return or yield in the future. Investing generally involves risk evaluation, market analysis and decision making based on a deep understanding of the investment instrument and long-term financial goals. With increased investment awareness, individuals can optimize their financial potential, manage risk effectively, and achieve long-term financial goals. As a result, it is hoped that this outreach will encourage the people of Spazio to become more investment literate, making them better prepared to face the challenges and opportunities in today's financial world  

Pengelolaan data bisnis merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan, khususnya dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang. Dalam mengelola data bisnis, teknologi database menjadi salah satu pilihan yang paling efektif. Teknologi database memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menyimpan, mengelola, dan memproses data secara terstruktur dan efisien. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep dasar tentang teknologi database, manfaat yang didapat dari penggunaan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis, serta tantangan dan solusi yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi database.Pengelolaan data bisnis menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam operasi perusahaan modern. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi database telah menjadi landasan utama dalam menyimpan, mengelola, dan memanipulasi data bisnis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan tentang penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis.Pertama, jurnal ini akan membahas tentang konsep dasar teknologi database, termasuk jenis-jenis database, seperti database relasional, database berorientasi objek, dan database NoSQL. Penjelasan tentang struktur dan fungsionalitas masing-masing jenis database akan disajikan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif.Selanjutnya, jurnal ini akan menggambarkan manfaat penerapan teknologi database dalam pengelolaan data bisnis. Catering "Miss Tote" is one of the MSMEs located in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. In today's modern era, the catering business is faced with problems related to technology and digitalization. The implementation of community service aims to optimize product marketing through the use of the Canva application as a branding medium and mentoring the use of Instagram social media to expand customer reach and introduce products to potential customers. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews with the owner of the MSMEs Catering "Miss Tote" and observations of marketing that has been done and documentation during the implementation process. The results of the study show that the "Miss Tote" MSMEs has marketing potential that has not been optimized, therefore students contribute to making logos, banners, catalogs and brochures as media branding of the "Miss Tote" MSMEs. Implementing a marketing strategy using Canva can have a positive impact such as building a strong brand image so that it can increase customer trust and become the hallmark of a business.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are active in the world of handicrafts in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. Through changes in the 4.0 revolution which is accompanied by changes in digitalization through the development of technology and information. Adaptation of changes to MSMEs is also needed in the modernization of digitalization by implementing various innovations. The existence of innovation from various technologies and information is what helps MSMEs to keep moving in increasing consumers, namely with digital marketing. The method used in community service activities in the Sentul sub-district is a qualitative approach as well as the socialization and implementation of MSMEs assistance. The results of this activity are services in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, shopee accounts, with optimal management of digital media, as well as making product photos.

This article aims to find out and describe the relationship between Islamic psychology and the handling of emotional stress and the involvement of grandmother's parenting. The methods used in this study were literature study, observation, and interviews to find out about the relationship between Islamic psychology and emotional stress management. Islamic psychology is a field of study that combines Islamic principles and teachings with modern psychological principles to understand human behavior and offers a holistic approach in understanding and treating psychological problems. Emotional distress, or emotional stress, is a state of emotional imbalance that occurs when individuals encounter emotionally challenging situations or events. Parenting that is not good will make the child become a closed person and lack confidence. This article was written with the aim of conveying information to the reader, so that it can be used as a reference to increase the reader's knowledge, and can have an academic impact on the writer. This article contains the relationship between Islamic psychology and dealing with emotional stress and the involvement of grandmothers in parenting.

The MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) organized by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and handle problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village/regional potential and concoct solutions to existing problems in the village. After observing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the District of Bareng, most of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not have brand names on their products. This is a challenge for MBKM Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) how to make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bareng District have a brand on their products. The introduction of this product brand is useful for the progress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bareng District in a modern way so that they are not left behind by other cities. With a work program that organizes branding and digital marketing in Bareng District, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand marketing, provide logos, packaging, and can assist in creating social media and e-commerce.

Increasing population density is now affecting all aspects. Spatial planning that is not conducive affects the level of community welfare. Reduced land makes people unable to grow crops to the fullest. Modern agriculture can be implemented in a simple way, namely starting from the family environment by utilizing narrow land or through the use of land that is not large. Utilization of land that is not large is by using a verticultural cropping system which can overcome the narrowness of the land. The activities carried out were at KWT Dewi Sartika, to be precise, in the Sentul Village, Blitar City. The activities carried out are counseling and mentoring regarding the incorporation and application of verticultural methods in dealing with less extensive land. The implementation of this activity aims to educate the public regarding the use of narrow land for conventional, organic and commercial farming. This activities also aims to update the vertical system that has been carried out by the community.

Pemasaran produk melalui sosial media dan e-commerce menjadi salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar di zaman digital ini. Faktanya, di era teknologi yang semakin canggih ini membuka kesempatan besar bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bisa memasarkan produknya hingga ke luar kota, hingga ke luar negeri. Namun, ada banyak UMKM yang belum mengerti bagaimana cara menggunakan sosial media dan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan mereka. Hal ini terjadi pada beberapa UMKM yang berada di RW XI Semolowaru Indah II, dimana mereka memiliki produk yang berkualitas namun tidak mengerti bagaimana cara yang modern untuk memasarkan produk-produk tersebut. Dengan melihat kasus ini, maka penulis mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing untuk para UMKM di RW XW Semolowaru Indah II. Metode ini dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu : 1) Pelatihan digital marketing dengan mendatangkan narasumber. 2) Pendampingan door to door digital marketing. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM sudah memiliki instagram pribadi, dan juga beberapa mau untuk mendaftar ke e-commerce, dan mereka juga sudah mengerti tentang bagaimana untuk memasarkan produk melalui sosial media tersebut.  

This research was conducted by involving the active participation of the Rungkut Kidul community. Through activities to introduce simple hydroponic concepts, communities are empowered to develop sustainable farming skills. The community is given knowledge about the basic principles of hydroponics, nutrient management, selecting suitable plants, and proper irrigation  techniques. The  results  showed  that  community  empowerment  through  simple hydroponics had a positive impact on the Rungkut Kidul community. Communities are able to independently implement simple hydroponic methods, increase crop production with better yields, and reduce dependence on environmental factors such as rainfall and poor soil quality. In addition, empowerment through simple hydroponics also has a significant socio-economic impact. The Rungkut Kidul community can utilize hydroponic crops for their own consumption needs and as an additional source of income through selling their crops at the local market. This reduces their dependence on external food supplies and boosts the local economy. The introduction of modern agricultural technologies such as simple hydroponics can provide sustainable solutions to increase local food availability, reduce dependence on uncontrollable environmental factors, and improve people's economic well-being.

MSMEs are seen as a driving force in domestic economic development. However, there are still some problems encountered, namely marketing strategies that are less than optimal and unattractive. Keysha's kitchen is one of them. After observing, the packaging still looks ancient and does not have a label. Thus, it is necessary to provide assistance regarding packaging innovation from Dapur Keysha according to the aesthetic standards of current trends and their uses. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to MSME actors regarding the urgency of product packaging and increase the added value of the products produced. There are three methods used, namely observation, socialization, and mentoring. At the end of this activity, modern packaging and labeling were obtained. The latest packaging is modified from a standing pouch to a jar packaging which can be made as hampers. Then there is the making of labels that include product types, brands, expiration dates, MSME social media, and other information.

This concept is based on the western cultural wedding concept which predominantly uses shades of white, where white symbolizes the purity of marriage. The character that appears in the interior design of this wedding house is elegant, graceful, clean, orderly and simple. With a combination of American style and character that emerges from each retail area, visitors can feel a different impression from other existing wedding services. This wedding house design includes retail areas such as consultation area, photography area, lighting area, bridal, salon, and accessories area.

In various countries the use of information technology in fields that present aspects of goodness in everyday life. This is to improve the quality of the performance of health workers to streamline their time, skills and abilities. In addition, technology can also be accessed via computers or other modern tools that support health services. Leverage technology as the ability to create increased value with a stable or shrinking amount of resources, while at the same time enhancing the ability to grow more rapidly. The purpose of this theoretical literature review is to find out how leveraging technology can improve the quality of the performance of health workers. The research method used by the author, namely theoretical review, is a theoretical approach used by researchers to explain research problems. This method is to review or review various literature that has been published by academics or other researchers. The results of this theoretical literature review are leveraging technology to improve the quality of performance of health workers, namely by increasing understanding, using technology effectiveness and increasing targets. It can be concluded that the more a person can develop and improve their abilities in the field of technology, the more technologies are created which will have an impact on the quality of performance that a person gets. So, nothing is impossible to present and use the advanced information technology of the future. For health workers the use of technology as a system based on smart technology. It is hoped that health workers will always hone their skills, learn new things, and have the ability to apply modern technology. This can make the performance assessment of health workers to improve the reputation of the institution.

This is what leads an entrepreneur to innovate and have a very broad creativity in reaching digital markets to market their products. As an example, Segari reaches its consumers, where they market their products through an online application and can be opened anywhere and anytime. Currently companies must be able to provide various kinds of strategies so that their companies can be reached by the general public. Brand Awareness is the ability of a particular brand to display in the minds of consumers when they are thinking about a particular product group and how easy the product is to pronounce.

This research is motivated by the progress of science, especially in the field of technology which is very fast, along with competition in the industrial sector which is getting tougher where companies have used sophisticated and modern equipment in carrying out their production activities. The research was conducted to examine the Effect of Green Accounting on Economic Performance. The quantitative approach method used uses data processing simple linear regression analysis. Return On Assets (ROA) is used to measure research variables. The sample companies for this research are 7 companies in the mining industry sector and the chemical industry sector which are listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The results of the study show that the Green Accounting variable has no positive effect on Economic Performance, as tested through the T-Test.

The development of the times and technology demands that many people be able to balance in the realm of work, such as UMKM. In its development, it is required to introduce and market its products more easily and modernly. This is what gave rise to the term "Digital Marketing", product marketing that utilizes the internet and other interactive technologies to connect dialogue between producers and consumers. The writer who does community service in Nglebak Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency helps several UMKM in introducing what Digital Marketing is and how to get started. With the method of implementing UMKM socialization which invites a resource person in his field. Followed by assistance in creating brand identity and E-Commerce. It ends with the physical delivery of brand identity such as business cards, business stickers, etc to UMKM. It was concluded that UMKM in Nglebak Village, who previously did not know the importance of brand identity and Digital Marketing, can now understand the importance of a brand identity and Digital Marketing after following the stages of the community service implementation method carried out by the author.  

Seperti yang telah kita ketahui bersama bahwasanya pancasila adalah sebuah dasar negara republi Indonesia, semua rakyat Indonesia harus berpegang teguh dengan dasar Negara Indonesia yaitu pancasila, maksud dari berpegang teguh adalah bahwasanya seluruh rakyat Indonesia harus berperilaku sesuai dengan dasar Negara Indonesia. Bagi peserta didik/ santri yang sedang menempuh jenjang pendidikan khususnya santri pondok pesantren harus benar benar tau dan menjiwai maksud dari dasar Negara tesebut ( Pancasila), ada beberapa santri yang kurang sadar akan makna pancasila dengan baik dengan baik dan belum maksimal dalam penerapan 5 sila nya dalam kehidupannya sehari hari, maka dari itu tujuan kami menulis sebuah paper untuk menjelaskan bagaimana menerapkan pancasila kepada santri yang hidup di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa yaitu menganalisis berbagai sifat dan perilaku santri dalam kesehariannya, dan dari itu kita dapat menilainya.

    This study seeks to provide argumentative information regarding the reality of obstacles, challenges, strategies, and efforts in shaping the character of bureaucrats who have good morals, as well as to rationalize the importance of using technology, information, and communication in public services. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, data analysis, namely, reduction, display, and verification or conclusion. The results of the research are: 1) dynamic and complex obstacles and challenges, leading to the reality of bureaucratic competence, mental distortion of serving , the Industrial Revolution 4.0, as well as legal certainty, 2) strategies and efforts in shaping the character of moral, capable bureaucrats through education and training, increasing technology literacy, supervision programs, and policies on welfare, 3) in the modern era, the bureaucracy needs to optimize technological progress , information and communication, to be effective and efficient, to be agile and professional. So that the formation of bureaucrats with character is an alternative solution in overcoming the stigma and stereotypes about the world of bureaucracy which is seen as rigid, conventional, procedural and pragmatic, so that it turns into world-class governance and public services.
