This study aims to determine the process of receiving, storing, and distributing dry food ingredients at Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews conducted with three informants consisting of Chef de Partie, Cassual Raguler from the Pastry section, and cold kitchen. The results of this study indicate that the application of FIFO and FEFO has been applied even though the implementation is less consistent. In addition, the management of Bin Cards, especially in terms of recording and updating data, is less consistent. In conclusion, Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya has carried out the operational reception of dry food ingredients quite well, but control is needed in the storage and distribution process of ingredients. in this study has several implications for operations at Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. With supervision of the storage and distribution process of food ingredients, it can ensure the quality of ingredients and more optimal operational efficiency, and in stock management it will help minimize the risk of damage to food ingredients.

The problem of education, especially in learning, is the low quality, relevance, and efficiency of learning so that the responsiveness and comprehension of students are very low. A learning approach is needed that fosters creativity and innovation in students, namely through the application of Contextual Learning (PKB). This article aims to explain the concept of implementing the Contextual Learning (PKB) model in the educational process in elementary schools. Contextual learning is an educational approach that allows instructors to connect learning materials with real-world scenarios and their relevance in the role of students as family members, citizens, and employees, while fostering active participation in the learning tasks required. The contextual approach (PKB) must be applied, because education is still dominated by the perception that knowledge consists of facts that require memorization. In this scenario, the function and role of the teacher remain dominant, so that students become obedient and uncreative. Students are expected to learn from personal experience rather than memorizing through this contextual approach. PKB emphasizes the importance of student involvement in finding material, highlights the importance of direct experience, and does not anticipate that students only absorb lessons; instead, PKB encourages students to actively seek learning resources. CTL improves students' ability to apply knowledge in real life, which shows that CTL not only aims for students to understand the topic but also understand how the topic affects their behavior in everyday life.

Delivery using the caesarean section method is one of the JKN-KIS services which has experienced a significant increase in cases from year to year at Graha Sehat Probolinggo Hospital. The general tariff applied by the hospital is IDR 10,800,000, which is 206.15%, far above the INA CBGs tariff of IDR 5,238,800, making the hospital feel the need to carry out descriptive quantitative research using the ABC method and DD method. Then the unit cost results of the ABC method are compared with the INA-CBGs rates. The results of this research show that the unit cost of the ABC method is IDR 5,484,214, which is IDR 245,414 (4.68%) greater than the INA-CBGs tariff. The potential efficiency that can be achieved results in savings of IDR 665,295 so it is hoped that the unit cost of the ABC method will be IDR 4,818,919. IDR 419,881 (8.01%) smaller than the INA-CBGs tariff. The conclusion is that there is a negative difference between the unit costs of the ABC method and the DD method and the INA CBGs rates. Hospitals should submit a tariff review to BPJS, including a review of the provision of separate tariffs for baby handling costs. Apart from that, hospitals also need to make efficiencies by reducing length of stay, reviewing medical services, efficiency in laundry units and CSSD, speeding up RME, as well as efficiency in several other resources while still prioritizing patient safety

This study aims to analyze the implementation of green office in the SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani office environment. Green Office refers to practices and policies that aim to reduce the environmental impact of office activities through energy efficiency, waste management, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani is known to have received an award as an Adiwiyata school based on the decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia No. SK.1061/MENLK/P2SDM/SDM.2/10/2023. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and observations to analyze the implementation of green office in the SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani office environment. The results of the study indicate that SMKS YPKP TIK Sentani employees have been active in implementing various green initiatives, such as waste sorting, reducing plastic use, saving electricity and water, planting plants, and the importance of awareness of the implementation of green office. Recommendations for further development include increasing training on environmentally friendly practices.

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which work facilities, particularly the X-Ray Cabin, influence the performance of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers at Betoambari Airport, Baubau. The background of this research is based on field findings indicating that several inspection facilities were either damaged or insufficient, which directly affected the effectiveness of the officers’ work and the smooth operation of the airport. The study uses a quantitative approach with a census method, involving the entire population of 23 AVSEC officers assigned to the X-Ray Cabin area. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing simple linear regression, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). Indicator analysis also shows that within the work facilities variable (X), the indicator “Ability to Optimize Work Results” received the highest score, indicating the importance of available facilities in supporting daily work efficiency. Conversely, the indicator “In Accordance with Needs” received the lowest score, suggesting that the availability and quality of the X-Ray Cabin are still suboptimal, both in terms of quantity and technical condition. In the performance variable (Y), the indicator “Task Execution” ranked the highest, reflecting the officers’ strong compliance with SOPs and their ability to carry out tasks professionally. However, “Work Quality” was the lowest-scoring indicator, implying that limited facilities directly impact the overall quality of output. The research findings indicate that X-Ray Cabin work facilities have a positive and significant influence on the performance of AVSEC officers, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a regression coefficient of 0.926. The coefficient of determination test reveals that the contribution of work facilities to performance reaches 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this research.

This qualitative literature review explores the role of closing auctions in price discovery and the influence of index funds on market liquidity. By analyzing recent empirical studies, the review reveals that closing auctions serve as vital mechanisms for aggregating market information, thus facilitating accurate price formation. The presence of index funds significantly enhances market liquidity during these auctions, contributing to increased trading volumes and price stability. However, the findings also indicate a complex relationship, as index fund activities can lead to increased volatility in turbulent market conditions. This dual impact underscores the need for market participants, including traders and regulators, to closely monitor index fund behavior during closing auctions. The review highlights the evolving landscape of financial markets and emphasizes the importance of understanding how these elements interact within the broader ecosystem. While the research provides valuable insights, limitations such as selection bias and methodological variability are acknowledged, suggesting areas for future research. Overall, this review contributes to a deeper understanding of the interplay between closing auctions and index funds, informing stakeholders about the implications for market efficiency and stability.

This qualitative literature review examines the impact of FinTech innovations on small business financing, focusing on credit lines and customer satisfaction. The review explores how FinTech platforms have transformed traditional lending by enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and flexibility for small businesses, particularly those underserved by traditional banks. Key findings show that FinTech innovations, such as the use of alternative data for credit assessment and automated risk management, have significantly improved customer experiences by offering faster, more tailored financial solutions. However, challenges remain, including regulatory concerns, the risk of algorithmic bias, the lack of personalized human interaction, and the potential for over-leveraging among small businesses. Despite these limitations, FinTech continues to evolve, offering promising avenues for improving financial inclusion and borrower experiences. The review concludes that while FinTech has positively influenced the small business financing landscape, further research is needed to address regulatory gaps and ensure the sustainable growth of digital lending systems.

The increasing demand for efficient data management in higher education has highlighted the need for advanced information systems that support research and community service activities. At Universitas Jambi, the Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (SIMLPPM) is the primary platform for managing research data. However, its usability remains limited due to restricted accessibility, unstructured data categorization, and inadequate visualization tools. This study aims to enhance SIMLPPM by developing an interactive dashboard to improve data presentation, user trust, and decision-making efficiency. The research employs the Human-Organization-Technology FIT (HOT-FIT) model to evaluate user satisfaction and system effectiveness by surveying 128 faculty members. The findings indicate that leadership support, organizational structure, and facilities significantly influence user satisfaction and system adoption, while information and service quality have minimal impact. The study underscores the importance of system usability and administrative support over purely technical attributes. Future research should explore AI-driven analytics and expand the evaluation across multiple institutions to enhance data accessibility and user engagement in research management.

This study aims to compile an Information Technology (IT) Master Plan for SMK Ma'arif 1 Metro using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method. This method is applied to design a structured and integrated information technology infrastructure to support operations and learning in schools. The results of the study indicate that the main business processes in schools, such as student registration, curriculum management, and financial administration, are still carried out manually, making them prone to errors and inefficiencies. Through TOGAF, an information system architecture is designed that includes the development of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and other school management applications. In addition, improving network infrastructure and cybersecurity are priorities in the proposed technology architecture. Implementation strategies and change management are also formulated to ensure the success of the digital transformation. This IT Master Plan is expected to improve the efficiency of school operations and the quality of learning, as well as support the achievement of more optimal educational goals in the digital era.

Developing a web-based information system using the waterfall model, focusing on user needs analysis, design, development, testing, and system implementation. The results of the needs analysis indicate that users want a system that is easily accessible and efficient in data management. The design process produces an intuitive system design, while development is carried out using PHP and MySQL. System testing involves users to ensure functionality and stability, with the feedback obtained used for improvement. Implementation of the system in a real environment shows an increase in data management efficiency compared to the previous system. This study confirms the effectiveness of the waterfall model in developing information systems, although challenges in design flexibility still need to be considered. The results of this study are expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of web-based information systems that are more responsive to user needs.

PTUN was officially regulated through Law Number 5 of 1986. This law establishes the PTUN as a judicial institution that has the authority to resolve administrative disputes between citizens and the government. With the establishment of the PTUN, the public now has a legal forum to sue decisions that are considered detrimental, which is expected to increase public trust in the government and provide protection for individual rights. Over time, the PTUN has undergone various reforms to improve the quality and efficiency of services. Law Number 9 of 2004 is one of the important steps in strengthening the role of the PTUN, with the aim of accelerating the dispute resolution process. This reform aims to create a system that is more responsive to the needs of the community and ensures that every citizen can access justice more easily

An Accounting Information System (AIS) is a system used to collect, store, process and present accounting information that is relevant and useful for decision making in an organization. The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of accounting information systems in improving the efficiency of financial reporting of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service. This research uses qualitative research methods. The research method used is interviews (in-depth interviews) with research subjects, observation and documentation. The aim of this research is to describe Accounting Information System Analysis in Improving the Efficiency of Financial Reporting for the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service. The object of this research is the North Labuhan Batu Social Service. The subjects of this research were North Labuhan Batu social service employees. The data analysis technique used/used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method. The data collected will be analyzed according to the criteria and things required in data collection. Research also shows that the integration of accounting information systems with other management systems, such as client data management systems and social programs, has improved coordination between departments. Previously, data was often re-inputted and processed separately by each unit, causing data duplication and potential errors. Based on evaluation results, training should be updated periodically to reflect changes in technology and organizational needs. Research shows that a continuous approach to updating training materials and teaching methods can ensure that employees always have relevant and up-to-date information. The North Labuhanbatu District Social Service should consider conducting regular follow-up training to introduce new features of the SIA and address changes in regulations. Based on the results of research related to Accounting Information System Analysis in Improving the Efficiency of Financial Reporting of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service, it can be concluded that this technology significantly increases efficiency, accuracy, transparency and security in financial reporting. The implementation of AIS has reduced manual errors and accelerated the reporting process, enabling more accurate and timely financial reports, as well as supporting better decision making and tighter oversight.

The implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the smart city concept has become an important innovation that plays a major role in improving the quality of life of urban communities. IoT enables the integration of various interconnected devices and systems to optimize the management of city resources such as energy, transportation and security. This research aims to encourage the influence of IoT technology on the implementation of smart cities in several cities in Indonesia. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, this research collects data through interviews with city stakeholders as well as secondary data analysis from related reports and publications. The research results show that the application of IoT in smart cities has a significant impact on increasing operational efficiency, better environmental management, and improving public services. However, this research also found a number of challenges, such as limited infrastructure, data security problems, and low digital literacy among the public. In conclusion, although IoT has great potential in accelerating the implementation of smart cities, policies are needed that support and increase society's capacity to reach the full potential of this technology.

This article explores the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool for enhancing efficiency in public communication within the BANI era (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible). The aim of this research is to investigate how AI can improve the effectiveness of public communication amidst uncertainty and complexity. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review, analyzing data from relevant journal articles, books, and case studies. The study finds that AI plays a crucial role in addressing system fragility through misinformation detection, reducing public anxiety by providing personalized and responsive information, and managing uncertainty and complexity through predictive analysis and data simplification. The results indicate that AI can enhance the efficiency and clarity of public communication but must be complemented by stringent regulations and ethical considerations to ensure responsible use. With the right approach, AI can be an effective tool in improving public communication in this challenging era.

Digital transformation in the agricultural sector is becoming increasingly important in increasing farmer productivity and efficiency. One innovation that supports this process is the use of the Farmer Apps application, a digital platform that facilitates access to information, marketing and agricultural management. This research aims to analyze the role of agricultural extension workers in supporting digital transformation through the application of Farmer Apps in the Air Joman rural area. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and field observations. The research results show that agricultural extension workers have an important role as facilitators, educators and mediators in the adoption of digital technology by farmers. However, some of the challenges faced include limited digital infrastructure and low technological literacy among farmers. The conclusion of this research is the importance of increasing the capacity of agricultural extension workers and providing infrastructure capable of accelerating the digital transformation process in the rural agricultural sector.

This research was conducted to design Plaza Utama Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District to fulfill the space needs and requirements. The design of Al-Amin Main Plaza Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District can create the flexibility of the desired space and shape. Plaza is a word derived from Spanish which has a meaning related to “field”. Plaza can be described as an open space for the public (public space) that can be found in urban areas or a region. Sustainable architecture, also known as green architecture, is an architectural concept that seeks to minimize the negative impact of the building environment with efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space and ecosystem at large. The development of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park is adjusted to the plans and concepts that have been made. The detailed design of the area to be created must follow the rules of the concept of sustainability and local wisdom. Every building that will be built in this area must have an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient concept. The design of the Main Plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park follows the rules of sustainable architectural design. This is shown by the use of environmentally friendly materials and designs that are in harmony with the environment. The design concept of the Main Plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park also refers to the masterplan of the area that has been made before.

The information system for making invitation letters for guest stars at TVRI North Sumatra is designed to increase efficiency in managing invitations and guest information. This research aims to identify various challenges faced during the implementation of practical work at TVRI, such as administrative problems and employee delays. Through the use of web-based technology, this application is expected to provide practical and relevant solutions, facilitating the process of making invitations, managing guest data, and confirming attendance. The system development method used includes requirements analysis, user interface design, and implementation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for database management. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to make a significant contribution to the efficiency of TVRI's internal processes, as well as creating valuable practical experience in the field of information technology.

This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to investigate the involvement of MSMEs in supporting people economy focusing on inclusiveness, innovation, and digitalization aspects and explores the primary challenges faced by MSMEs towards accessing technology and innovating for global market. This study clearly has significant implications, including that MSMEs play a key role in driving people's economy; notably most of these developing countries whose economies have reached steady state growth periods and also create jobs—results also. Regular posts of new-generation features is another factor that causes the figure to grow, something innovation and digitalization have also worked on in order to drive an efficiency curve further upward. Second, numerous obstacles encountered by MSMEs parties such as infrastructure issues are still less evenly distributed, access to capital constraints for MSMEs actors and complexities in the regulation for MSMEs actors. This study is useful for supporting the government to design adequate regulations and policies that can drive people economy through accommodating of MSME actors in the capital market as efficient prospective fund Chanel.

The infrastructure, utilities and transportation sectors play an important role in a country's economy. Profitability is a key indicator in assessing the performance of companies in this sector. However, achieving profitability is faced with various challenges, including large capital investments, high operating costs, strict government regulations, and changes in global economic conditions. This study uses a literature study method to analyze the factors that affect the profitability of companies in the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sectors. The results of the analysis show that financial factors, operational efficiency, technology, regulations, and external conditions such as market demand and global energy prices play a significant role in determining the level of profitability. Companies that are able to manage their capital structure, utilize technology, and adapt to regulations and dynamic economic conditions have a great opportunity to improve their financial performance. This study provides in-depth insights into how companies can manage internal and external factors to achieve sustainable profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of good governance principles in the management of special financial assistance funds, which were analyzed through four aspects, namely accountability, participation, transparency and effectiveness & efficiency of the community and all village government officials.The research was conducted in West Wolwal Village, West Alor District, Alor Regency using a qualitative method with an intrinsic case study approach. The data in this study came from structured interviews, observation,documentation with informants who were used as research subjects. Processing research data by analyzing data using data reduction techniques, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification.The findings in this study show that the management of special financial assistance funds in West Wolwal Village has been in accordance with the management mechanism in accordance with the Alor Regent Regulation No. 08 of 2020 concerning changes to the Alor Regent Regulation No.24 of 2018. However, in the analysis of good governance principles, it was found that the principle of accountability was in accordance with the principles of good governance, while the principles of participation, transparency and effectiveness & efficiency were not optimally implemented according to the principles of good governance in Wolwal Barat Village.
