The government has an important role so that the implementation of the fulfillment of community food is carried out the same as the fulfillment of other rights. Therefore, efforts to fulfill community food are a serious problem in development programs, both those that have been launched by the Regional Government and the Central Government. Efforts to fulfill food by the Regional Government by realizing food availability are also carried out by the government in Java. Java Island itself is the center of rice production in Indonesia because it is able to produce the largest rice production, especially East Java Province with a total production of 12,198,707 tons. The aim of this community service is to increase socialization of the GHIPPA program to meet the water irrigation needs of the village. In order to achieve this target, the Nganjuk Regency Government has started implementing various programs to increase agricultural production. However, there is a major obstacle to increasing production,  namely  the  availability  of  deep  water.  Therefore,  the  Nganjuk Regency  Government  is  trying  to  overcome  the  availability  of  water.  These include providing irrigation network infrastructure, Farmer Business Level Irrigation Network/Village Irrigation Network (JITUT/JIDES), Farming Business Roads, Pumping and Empowerment of the Water User Farmers Association (GHIPPA).

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a real implementation of the responsibilities of lecturers and students in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service. This activity focuses on the involvement of universities with the Gaum village community, with the main objective of increasing community understanding of financial literacy and digitalization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. Community service activities are carried out through various programs, including surveys of MSMEs, counseling on digitalization and financial literacy, socialization of financial protection, and guidance to MSMEs. The results of these activities indicate an increase in community spirit and understanding, especially MSME players in Gaum village, in managing financial aspects and utilizing digital platforms for marketing. Thus, this KKN creates a positive synergy between universities and local communities, supporting the development of micro-economies in the current digital era.

Background: Pregnant woman are one the of the populations at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, and Syphiis. More than 90% of chidren who have HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B infections, are infected their mothers. Efforts are needed to break the chain of transmissions examination. Purpose: to educate pregnant women about the Triple Elimination examination. The methods used in this activity are lectures, pretest-postest, discussions, and counseling. Results: there is an increase in knowledge between before and after counseling is given. Conclusion: counseling activities about triple elimination examination in pregnant women can increase pregnant women's knowledge about blood tests during pregnancy. This activity also contributes to the success of government programs in preventing danger signs during pregnancy.  

This study aimed to determine the financial and budget administration management at Waigete Sub-District Office, Sikka Regency. This study was a descriptive qualitative and employed a case study design. The technique of analysis employed in this research was descriptive analysis consisting of collecting and filtering information thoroughly and in detail, then it was elaborated to obtain a clear description. Data was collected using observation, documentation, and interviews.   Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the management of financial and budget administration at the Waigete sub-district office starting from planning, budgeting, implementation, and administration were good while the issues were in reporting and accountability for budget implementation. They were not optimal due to the lack of human resources quality (HR) who had accrual-based abilities or skills in utilizing existing information technology and delays or time mismatches in annual financial reporting.      The delay in question was regarding the delay in the completeness of official travel report receipts used as transaction evidence to make accountability letters. Thus, the quantity of acceleration of programs and the submission of accountability reports was not optimal.    

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. In modern times, technology is becoming more sophisticated. Similar to television, only a few television programs have educational components; therefore, in this situation, parental involvement is crucial to prevent these harmful effects. This study aims to ascertain how the Indonesian Hafidz Program on RCTI affects students at SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok's desire to learn the Al-Qur'an. utilizing survey techniques and a quantitative approach. 100 students from SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok made up the population in this study. Utilizing saturated samples is the sampling method. A questionnaire is used to collect the data, and simple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the results. The study's findings demonstrate that the calculated t value (12.219) exceeds the t table (1.984), and that H0 follows.

In 2019-2020 employee productivity decreased and there were fluctuations in the performance assessment of Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees, because there were obstacles in implementing training programs which had an impact on employee performance. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training programs in improving performance at the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), as well as analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of training programs in improving the performance of Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) employees. ) Gresik Regency. This research is qualitative research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observations. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. In this research, as stated by the three informants, it can be said that the implementation of the training program at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency of Gresik Regency can be said to be quite effective in improving agency performance, especially in the scope of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency. which can be seen from several responses and results of employee performance which can be considered quite productive and good enough. There are several shortcomings in the implementation of this training program. There are obstacles in its implementation, namely in the form of budget funds spent on this training program which are considered to be insufficient due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, which basically requires the implementation of this program to be minimized. One effort can be made to ensure that the implementation of the training program continues, managing the existing budget as well as possible by providing training programs to employees in accordance with the AKD (Training Needs Analysis) that has been determined, so that the budget spent is not wasted or wasted. . Apart from the Regency/City APBD, training programs can also be obtained through the bidder APBN from the ministry, Bappenas. This research contributes to employees being able to maintain a sense of responsibility in their duties where training programs are provided to obtain the skill requirements needed to carry out employee duties and have employee motivation or goals to take part in the training program. This research was only conducted on employees of the Gresik Regency Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD).

It delves into the integral relationship between educational management and CRE, highlighting the need for systematic adherence to educational management principles within religious education. Effective educational management ensures the clear communication and achievement of goals and objectives in CRE. By organizing the curriculum, setting standards, and implementing teaching strategies, educational management fosters an environment conducive to the spiritual growth and development of students. Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. By doing so, they can create an environment where students thrive both spiritually and academically, contributing positively to their communities and the world at large.

This research aims to determine how the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) and supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the village government in improving human resources (HR) in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself. While the data analysis applied in this study is interactive analysis, namely, data collection, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study show that the Government of Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency has shown an important and proactive role in efforts to improve human resources (HR) through scholarship programs. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of this scholarship program include budget constraints, lack of information and counseling, bureaucracy and administrative constraints and lack of community involvement. Nevertheless, strong commitment and cooperation are expected to continue to encourage sustainable development and community welfare in the Olehsari Village Government, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency.

In carrying out its social responsibilities, companies certainly want their programs to run according to what they planned. Each program implemented has certain objectives. These objectives can be in the form of benefits obtained by the local community, for example increasing knowledge through training, seminars or advertisements created by the company as a form of its CSR program. Apart from that, from the internal side of the company it is also possible to want to increase profits and gain a positive image from the CSR program. The community as recipients of CSR programs must of course be able to feel the benefits of the CSR program run by the company so that the program is able to promote positive things.

This text discusses the results of research related to family pastoral activities aimed at building the involvement of the faithful in the life of the Saint Matthew community in Bentot village, within the Parish of Saint Michael Tamiang Layang under the Diocese of Palangka Raya. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted in Saint Matthew community, Bentot village, for a duration of 14 days during the month of June 2023. The research involved 11 participants, including one Sunday school student, three young Catholics, two pastoral workers or catechists, three parents, one community leader, and the parish priest. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method. The findings of the research indicate the limited involvement of the faithful in church life, various hindering factors, and the expectations of the faithful regarding the parish's program to enhance involvement, faith development, and family harmony. The community in Saint Matthew, Bentot village, hopes for additional specialized programs to nurture and develop faith and understanding through catechesis and retreats focusing on marriage and family themes.

This research is research by IAIN Ponorogo students conducted by the KPM 19 group in Bungkuk village, Parang, Magetan. This KPM aims to be media for learning, practice, and society. Understanding of students in managing human resources to improve the quality and critical thinking patterns of each individual so that they become good individuals. The method used is the asset-based community development (ABCD) method. The ABCD approach involves five steps, including the processes of discovery, dreaming, planning, determining, and implementing. For this reason, it aims to provide character and activities that are beneficial to the community. Based on the potential according to initial observations, inviting Bungkuk Village youths to participate in enlivening the mosque in their respective hamlets because of the potential, to increase the sympathy of Bungkuk Tiga Village youth towards the mosque in their respective hamlets, it's not just congregational prayers, but work programs that have been prepared by the BKM Mosque Welfare Board, in order to increase youth togetherness to revive youth youth organizations that have been passive.

The Resik Lan Aman Village program is one of the programs launched by the Serang City Government since 2021 which aims to change people's behavior in order to create a clean and safe environment, but the community still does not really understand the purpose of this government program, so the Resik lan Aman Village competition, just a competition, this program does not foster understanding and awareness of the cleanliness and safety involved. The aim of this assistance is to provide an understanding of what a clean and healthy village environment looks like, the importance of safety and prevention. The results of this assistance show that not all residents of the Jakung Tengah neighborhood understand that the environment is clean and safe. Don't yet understand what facilities must be provided in a clean and safe village. However, after this assistance, residents' understanding is better and residents' awareness of environmental cleanliness and safety is better.

Pregnancy is a physiological phenomenon that begins with fertilization and ends with the birth process. During pregnancy, pregnant women experience many physical and psychological changes that cause anxiety. Anxiety can be overcome with self-hypnosis techniques for relaxation, which are carried out independently at home by incorporating positive programs, namely Five-Finger Hypnosis Therapy.This implementation design uses the case study method. The number of samples is 2 pregnant women who experience moderate anxiety and live in Jagalan Village, and the study was carried out for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 5–10 minutes using the HARS measuring instrument (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). The level of anxiety in both respondents before doing five-finger hypnosis on Mrs. T and Mrs. Y is included in the moderate anxiety category. After carrying out five-finger hypnosis therapy on Mrs. T and Mrs. Y, they are in the category of mild anxiety. The application of five-finger hypnosis therapy is effective in reducing anxiety levels in pregnant women in Jagalan Village.

This study aims to analyze financial accountability and utilization of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds at Lazismu Medan City. This study uses qualitative research using primary data and secondary data approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. To motivate muzakki to pay ZIS through the Zakat Management Organization (OP Z), it is necessary to increase the credibility of OPZ by applying accountability values, namely trustworthiness, professionalism and transparency. The results of the study show that financial accountability in the Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqoh Muhammadiyah Institutions in Medan City has been proven to have implemented PSAK 109 as the accounting standard used. Aspects of presenting ZIS at Lazismu are implemented by preparing financial reports consisting of statements of financial position, cash flow reports, reports on changes in funds, reports on changes in assets under management and notes to financial statements (CALK). Financial reports on the management of ZIS are published once a year. Apart from that, Lazismu also performs regular monthly reporting. And Utilization and ZIS at Lazsimu Medan City experienced an increase in distribution in 2021 more ZIS funds were distributed and programs were implemented compared to 2020. This shows that more mustahiq receive benefits from zakat, infaq and shadqah funds.    

The Islamic education system as a whole has components that can create an ideal Muslim figure, this is because the Islamic boarding school education system is based on the Qur’an and hadits. So that, the IDIA Prenduan has also created a unique system to support graduate competencies that are expected to be useful and have the potential to solve every problem in society. The researcher formulates the problem that is the focus of the research as follows:1. What are the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan? 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan?This research uses a qualitative approach to the field type. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman with stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Regarding the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. From the research results, it can be seen that the efforts in improving the competence of graduates through niha’ie program among female intensive students at IDIA Prenduan are: cergam (religious speech), congregational prayer practice, amaliyah tadries, muqobalah syakhsiyah, fathul kutub. The supporting factors are the provision to maximize when involved in these activities. While the inhibiting factors include the existence of clashes between ma'had programs and faculty programs.   Keywords:The Effort, The Competence of Graduates.  

Intense competition within the industrial sector drives companies to be more proactive in creating and continually designing strategies to maintain their position in the market. Companies that have customer relationship strategies can enhance customer loyalty, which in turn optimizes the long-term profitability of the company. Through this strategy, relationships with customers can be strengthened, and existing customers can be retained. The strategy is also implemented by one of the heavy equipment companies in Indonesia, namely PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD, to effectively address customer complaints so that customers feel comfortable again despite their previous dissatisfaction with the services provided. This research aims to determine whether the implementation of customer relationship management strategies carried out by PT Trakindo Utama's BSD Branch can effectively enhance customer relationships, retain customers, and increase loyalty. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, involving data collection techniques such as observation and interviews with employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD in the Sales division and the Parts Counter sub-division who have direct and intensive communication with customers, as well documentation. Therefore, the data obtained are accurate and based on sources within the company relevant to the research. Through observations and interviews, it can be seen that the customer relationship management strategies implemented by the company have been effective in improving and maintaining customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty by offering loyalty programs, such as excellent and solution-oriented services, providing incentives, annual contracts, membership rewards, and conducting evaluations based on customer assessments.

Tourism is a crucial economic sector for a region, so it needs attention and development. One of the tourism sectors in East Java is Wisata Tambuh Raya Idaman which is located in Condro Village, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This tourism is one of the potentials in Condro Village, but public awareness of this tourism is still lacking, so that the community's interest in visiting is also small. In addition, young children prefer to play with their mobile phones rather than playing traditional games or socializing with their friends. Therefore, group 174 of the KKN UMD UNEJ has a work program called PISAO (Tourism Promotion and Preservation of Traditional Games). The methods of this work programs are observation, discussion, practice and evaluation. The results of the KKN UMD UNEJ work program group 174 namely Wisata Tambuh Raya Idaman is better known by the community, increasing the income of residents who open stalls at tourist attractions, storing traditional games, increasing children's interest in playing traditional games and reducing the intensity of playing mobile phones.

Such quick change in information technology and computers have required changes in the educational paradigm, particularly in teaching and learning methods. Computer applications are software services that use computers as the medium. Programming language is the language used in computing to create programs. An algorithm, a systematic sequence of steps, is used to solve a problem, and an example of one of these is the Winnowing algorithm. The Winnowing algorithm is a document fingerprinting method that utilizes hashing to detect text similarities. In an essay exam, an instructor must carry out a manual assessment by checking and correcting each participant's answers. Currently, automatic assessment is still generally limited to multiple choice questions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which previous studies have examined the assessment of essay questions using the Winnowing algorithm. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Winnowing algorithm in automatic evaluation of essay responses on online learning platforms (e-learning) provides good and stable results, and has a high degree of accuracy.

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the internal control system in managing village funds in Wolokoli Village, Bola District, Sikka Regency based on Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 and Domestic Manteri Regulation Number 20 of 2018.This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method.This research data was obtained from observations and direct interviews with related parties regarding the implementation of the internal control system in managing village funds in Wolokoli Village as well as documentation by providing information about the general description of Wolokoli Village, Vision and Mission of Wolokoli Village, Wolokoli Village Organizational Structure, Wolokoli Village Financial Statements and other documents related to research.The results showed that in Wolokoli Village in the process of managing village funds in theory has referred to the Manteri Regulation in the State Number 20 of 2018, but in practice there are still programs that have not been running or have not been realized because they are still constrained in the quality of human resources, so that the management of village funds in Wolokoli Village has not been fully independent.In addition, in the implementation of the internal control system in Wolokoli Village, there are also still several points that have not been implemented properly so that it seems not transparent.
