The use of technology in economic transactions is increasing, one of which is the digital payment system known as the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). MSME players are not affected by the development of the QRIS digital payment system. However, currently not all MSMEs, especially micro businesses, have knowledge about this. Considering this phenomenon, this service activity was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge about the benefits and working procedures of QRIS in encouraging the efficiency of payment transactions. One of the micro businesses in Ambon city that has not yet used QRIS is Es Kelapa NTB. This business has quite a lot of loyal consumers but has not utilized QRIS technology, which causes a lack of knowledge about QRIS. The method of this activity begins with target identification, socialization about QRIS and monitoring and evaluation. Activities were carried out smoothly, every question about QRIS was answered in detail so as to provide knowledge and understanding of the digital payment system. It is hoped that this activity can make business actors have confidence in the security and convenience that can be provided by the QRIS digital payment system.

Innovation in the education sector has become increasingly important alongside the rapid advancement of digital technology, which has enabled the emergence of various platforms and applications designed to enhance teaching and learning quality. One area significantly impacted by this transformation is educational evaluation, where digital solutions offer more efficient, accurate, and data-driven assessment processes. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the Evaloexam application in driving educational innovation while fostering the development of technological entrepreneurship among its users. The research employed a quantitative methodology using a survey approach involving educators and students at the senior high school (SMA) level who actively utilize the Evaloexam platform. A total of 100 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques, and data were collected over one month using structured online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods to measure user perceptions, system effectiveness, and innovation impact. The findings indicate that Evaloexam plays a significant role in facilitating educational evaluation processes by streamlining exam administration, automating grading, and providing analytical insights into student performance. These capabilities contribute to improved efficiency, reduced administrative workload, and more objective assessment practices. Furthermore, the application encourages the development of technological entrepreneurship by stimulating user interest in digital product innovation, educational technology development, and technology-based problem solving. The results are consistent with prior studies emphasizing the positive relationship between technology integration and improvements in educational effectiveness and operational efficiency. Practically, this research suggests that Evaloexam and similar digital evaluation platforms hold strong potential for broader implementation within educational systems to support innovation ecosystems and technology-driven learning environments. However, this study is limited by its relatively small sample size, focus on a single application, and short data collection timeframe. Future research is recommended to involve larger and more diverse populations, extended study durations, and comparative analyses across multiple evaluation platforms to obtain more comprehensive findings.

The This research aims to determine and describe policy management strategies to improve public services, with a focus on community participation and policy evaluation. Increasing public expectations for fast, transparent and efficient services encourages the government to develop adaptive and innovative policies. This study uses qualitative methods to explore policy implementation in various regions. The research results show that the use of information technology has accelerated the service process and increased transparency, even though there are challenges with infrastructure gaps in several areas. In addition, active community participation in the policy-making process contributes to increasing the legitimacy and effectiveness of the policies implemented. However, unstructured policy evaluation is still an obstacle in assessing the success of public service programs. Therefore, it is important for the government to continue to innovate and adapt policies based on global changes, such as pandemics and environmental issues, to ensure more responsive and relevant public services in the future.

Curriculum management is a systematic, cooperative, comprehensive and organized effort in achieving educational goals. As an important element in the management of educational institutions, curriculum management involves curriculum planning, development, implementation and evaluation. This process aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning interactions and support the achievement of the vision and mission of educational institutions while adhering to national policies. The relationship between curriculum and learning is very close, where the curriculum becomes a guideline that covers the entire learning experience of students, while learning is the implementation of the curriculum. In the context of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), curriculum development is carried out with the principles of competency-centeredness, relevance to the needs of learners, responsiveness to scientific developments, and a balance between national interests and local needs. These principles are directed to ensure the meaningfulness of the content, productivity, democracy, efficiency, and harmony with moral, religious, and social values. The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation for accountants and its impact on improving job satisfaction by verifying the validity of the following null hypothesis: "There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who will undergo training in the program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation, and the average scores of the control group who will not undergo training in the training program in job satisfaction." To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control), as (42) accountants were selected randomly (by lottery) as a sample for the research from the accountants affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Qadisiyah for the academic year (2024 - 2025), with (21) accountants for the experimental group and (21) accountants for the control group. The training program was built according to three stages (planning, design, evaluation), and then the accountants of the experimental group were trained for (11) days with two sessions per day using the training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation. The researcher also prepared a scale for technical enlightenment of the multiple-choice type (40 paragraphs), and their validity and stability were verified, as the stability coefficient for the scale test reached (0.91) and the stability coefficient for the observation card reached (0.87), for the scale test (0.89) and they were applied after the end of the experiment. The researcher used the statistical program SPSS. The accountants of the experimental group outperformed the accountants of the control group in the job satisfaction scale test, and in light of the research results, the researcher recommended the possibility of adopting the training program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation.
