Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This qualitative literature review examines the key predictors of SME recovery from severe financial distress, focusing on financial blockages, employee dynamics, and turnaround success. The study synthesizes findings from various sources to highlight how financial challenges such as liquidity shortages and limited access to credit hinder recovery, while government support and alternative financing offer potential solutions. Additionally, employee engagement, organizational culture, and strategic leadership are identified as critical factors in successful turnaround efforts. SMEs that foster innovation, adaptability, and retain key employees are more likely to overcome financial crises. The review emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach, combining financial relief, strategic leadership, and organizational resilience, for long-term SME recovery. The findings suggest avenues for future research on the interaction of these factors and their context-specific impacts.

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) in providing leasing based sharia financing (ijarah) and ventura capital (mudharabah and musyarakah) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. BMT functions as a microfinance institution that provides solutions to the capital challenges faced by MSMEs, including lack of access to conventional financing and low sharia financial literacy. Through the leasing scheme, BMT facilitates the rental of assets needed by MSMEs without requiring large initial capital. Meanwhile, the venture capital scheme allows BMT to share risks and profits with MSME actors, encouraging strategic collaboration. This study also discusses the challenges of implementing sharia financing by BMT, including the low public understanding of sharia products. With a descriptive literature approach, this study finds that BMT has significant potential in increasing financial inclusion and encouraging the sustainability of the sharia economy in Indonesia.

Racism and gender bias are two major barriers affecting the growth and business opportunities for entrepreneurs in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. Despite the significant contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia’s economy, women entrepreneurs and those from minority ethnic groups often face challenges in accessing financing, business networks, and broader markets. This article examines the direct and indirect impacts of racial discrimination and gender bias on MSME entrepreneurs, while identifying strategies that can be implemented to create a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through a literature review and secondary data analysis, this study finds that women entrepreneurs in Indonesia access only 10% of the total loans given to MSMEs, while male entrepreneurs access over 70%. It is recommended that government policies strengthen support for women and minority entrepreneurs through more inclusive financing policies, as well as providing more open mentorship programs and business networks for marginalized groups. By reducing racial discrimination and gender bias, it is hoped that the MSME sector can grow more evenly and sustainably, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s economic competitiveness

The main focus of this research is on empowerment programs implemented by both the government and the private sector, as well as the challenges and opportunities for MSME players across various sectors. Using primary and secondary data from 15 relevant journals, this study finds that better access to financing and appropriate training can increase MSMEs’ competitiveness, improving the welfare of micro and small business owners. The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers in formulating more effective MSME empowerment strategies.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic economic policies to macroeconomic stability in Indonesia through various Islamic financial instruments. The results show that Islamic economic policies, including Islamic banking, zakat, waqf, and sukuk, play a significant role in supporting economic stability and fostering real sector growth. Profit-sharing financing offered by Islamic banking, for instance, provides a fairer and more flexible alternative compared to conventional systems. Furthermore, wealth redistribution instruments such as zakat and productive waqf have proven to help reduce poverty and improve community welfare. However, challenges remain regarding the low financial literacy of Islamic finance and the lack of infrastructure supporting its implementation. This study suggests the need for strategic steps to strengthen Islamic financial literacy, enhance digital technology, and strengthen collaboration between the government, Islamic financial institutions, and society in promoting inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic growth.

The mechanism of state debt management is a process involving fiscal and monetary policies to regulate the issuance, use, and repayment of state debt. In its management, the government usually uses instruments such as bonds, bilateral loans, and multilateral loans to finance the budget deficit. State debt can be used to fund infrastructure projects, health, education, and other important sectors, but its management must be careful so as not to burden the economy. One important aspect of debt management is maintaining the debt ratio to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) so that it remains under control. If state debt increases significantly without being balanced by economic growth, it can pose a risk of inflation, a larger budget deficit, and a reduction in market confidence in the government's ability to repay debt. On the other hand, good debt management can encourage economic growth by financing productive projects that increase competitiveness and public welfare. Strict supervision of debt allocation and transparency in the use of funds are essential to avoid misuse and increase the effectiveness of debt management. In addition, the role of international institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank is also crucial in providing technical advice and support for sustainable debt management policies.

This process includes a review of various interrelated aspects, such as market aspects, finance, field facts, and other factors. The market aspect focuses on demand, supply, and competition in the market that is the target of the business, while the financial aspect assesses the business's ability to generate profits and meet financial obligations. Financial analysis involves planning funds, capital structure, and estimating costs and revenues needed for operations. Investment, financing, and dividend decisions are very important in managing a company's finances, especially for start-up companies. The use of analysis tools such as financial ratios and the Economic Value Added (EVA) method allows companies to assess their financial performance and efficiency. Risk analysis is also an important part of decision making to minimize potential losses. Overall, a business feasibility study helps companies plan long-term strategies, manage risks, and ensure the continuity and growth of their business.

The sustainability of the agribusiness sector is very dependent on the certainty of land rights, which is the main asset for business actors in this sector. Land registration is an important instrument in providing legal certainty for land ownership, which can ultimately encourage stable and sustainable agribusiness development. This article discusses the role of land registration in protecting ownership rights for agribusiness actors in Indonesia and analyzes the role of government policies, such as the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL), in speeding up the land certification process. With legal certainty obtained through land certificates, agribusiness actors can avoid agrarian conflicts, gain access to financing, and run businesses more safely and in a planned manner. Apart from that, land registration policies also have the potential to support regional economic development, reduce agrarian conflicts, and encourage sustainable management of land resources. However, implementing this policy still faces challenges, including bureaucratic obstacles and low public understanding. Therefore, the government's role in improving policies and overcoming existing obstacles is very necessary to create an inclusive, competitive and sustainable agribusiness sector in Indonesia.

The prospects of Islamic banking in Indonesia, when viewed from the real sector, are quite positive. Because, the operationalization of Islamic education does not matter! interest, and the income comes from the retum for the harvest! for projects financed or margin financing the sale and purchase of goods. In this way, it can be ascertained, that theoretically Islamic banking is very interested in encouraging the progress of the nile sector. The most important thing for Islamic banking is that no matter how advanced and developed it is, it will never leave the real sector, because it is from this sector that banking activities emerge. Unlike the conventional banking system, the monetary sector has grown far away from the real sector of Inl. This is because, with interest, money has shifted from just a medium of exchange to a commodity.
