The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the demonstration method on students' active learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses a quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis techniques. The population is all class VII students at SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 123 people and a sample of 37 people was determined, namely 30% of the population using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 31 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the demonstration method on students' active learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship obtained rxy value = 0.503 > rtable(a=0.05,n=37) = 0.325, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 0.05,dk=n-2=35)= 2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable "+0.46X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 25.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=13, dk denominator=n-2=37-2=35) namely 11.84 > 2.09. Thus, Ha, that is, there is a positive and significant influence of the demonstration method on students' active learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The increasing trend of working from home since the COVID-19 pandemic has introduced new occupational health challenges, particularly regarding ergonomics. This study aimed to improve ergonomic awareness through structured education on proper work postures for home-based workers. Using a one-group pretest-posttest design, the research evaluated the effectiveness of educational interventions based on behavior change theories. Results demonstrated that interventions using the Trans-Theoretical Model (TTM) reduced Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) scores from 5.65 to 3.95 and decreased forward head posture by 9°. Similarly, participatory ergonomic approaches increased straight back posture from 59% to 75% of work time, with a 98% participant satisfaction rate. Educational strategies combining short workplace demonstrations, reminder media, and physical exercises proved more effective than conventional training methods. Theory-based weekly training sessions reduced the proportion of high-risk workers from 60% to 21% within three months. The study concludes that structured work posture education based on behavior change theories effectively enhances ergonomic awareness among home-based workers and significantly reduces health risks associated with poor posture.

Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the integration of character values in Islamic Jurisprudence learning is carried out through two main stages, namely planning and implementing learning. At the planning stage, the teacher has included character values in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) as part of the learning objectives. While in its implementation, internalization of character values is carried out in stages starting from the opening, core, to closing activities of learning, with the aim of forming the character of students. The teacher also provides stimulus in the form of interactions that support character formation during the learning process. In its implementation, the teacher uses various methods such as lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and questions and answers, and applies a scientific approach to encourage student activity, so that character values can be more easily embedded. The factors that influence the integration of character values are divided into two, namely supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include madrasah activities that support character formation and a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited learning time, diverse student backgrounds, and readiness in learning planning.

Improving the economy of a community can be seen from the point of view of its environment, where each individual can take advantage of the natural potential around them. Ecoprinting is a business opportunity that can be applied by the community, especially residents of Candisari Village, Magelang Regency, which is known as an area with a city of a million flowers. This has the potential to support the creation of ecoprints by the community. This article is intended as the main means to connect the Candisari Village community with the wider community and large business owners who may be interested in ecoprint business opportunities in the area. Using the demonstration method, we first introduced eco-printing to PKK mothers to get a clear understanding of the concept, purpose and technology of eco-printing, and then practised eco-printing. This socialisation helped improve the PKK women's knowledge and skills in ecoprint batik production using textile media.

One of the causes of stunting and wasting problems in toddlers is a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time. Stunting is caused by malnutrition in the womb and usually begins to appear when the child is two years old. One effort that can be made is to increase knowledge about nutrition and good eating patterns. Adequate nutritional intake does not have to be expensive, and fulfilling adequate food intake is very important for women before marriage. This is because women will be mothers who educate and raise children. Mothers have an important role in choosing food for the family, so knowledge about nutrition is very important. The aim is for the community or target partners to know in advance about the problems that exist in the target location and to introduce solutions to the partner's problems. In this activity, there is education or counseling for mothers of toddlers and cadres about stunting and how to control it. The method used is a demonstration of making local food products as an alternative snack for toddlers. The activity was attended by 34 mothers of toddlers in the Wanaraja Community Health Center area.  The stages carried out from start to finish are an assessment of the local food potential of the local area, a cooking demonstration for making PMT and an evaluation of implementation. The results of the activity showed that 34 mothers of toddlers who took part in the training implemented the creation of local food PMT menus in their respective places. Community health centers need to create a continuous training schedule so that cadre mothers are more motivated to make PMT menus from local food.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of students' interest in learning using the demonstration method. The research hypothesis is: "There is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method. The population is all class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year with 206 Protestant Christians consisting of 7 classes. The research sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, namely 35 students in class VIII 3 as the experimental class using the demonstration method and class VIII 5 totaling 35 students as the control class using ordinary treatment (conventional class). This research method is the Quasy Experimental Design method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research was a 30-item questionnaire. Research data for the questionnaire was analyzed using the average difference test formula (N-Gain Score). It was found that the average value for the experimental class was 0.7454 in the high category. And the average value for the control class is 0.1481, which is in the low category. Then carrying out an independent test using the t test obtained a value of t = 15.168 > t table (α = 0.05; df = 68) = 2,000. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a difference in students' interest in learning in class VIII of SMP N 4 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year before and after learning using the demonstration method.
