This study focuses on the marketing strategy of the Murabahah bil Wakalah financing product at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Denpasar, Badung Regency, Bali. Murabahah is a sales contract that states the acquisition price and the agreed profit margin, while wakalah is the delegation of purchasing goods on behalf of the first party. The study aims to examine the marketing strategy and customer interest in this financing product. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and triangulation, and data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the marketing strategy includes several elements: product (iB Hijrah Multiguna Consumer Financing and iB Muamalat KPR), price (transparent and mutually agreed upon), place (strategic office location), promotion (social media, website, email marketing), people (professional staff), process (focused on customer satisfaction), and physical evidence (supportive physical elements). Customer interest is influenced by internal factors, trust, and a sense of security. The study's implications can serve as a reference for Bank Muamalat to increase the attractiveness of financing products to customers.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence mothers' in Tupperware products. The research method used a questionnaire with 100 mother respondents in the city of Cilegon. The research results show that product quality, price, design and promotion are the main factors influencing mothers' interest. In addition, social and psychological factors such as brand trust, friend recommendations, family recommendations and purchase satisfaction also play a significant role. This research contributes to understanding the consumer behavior of mothers and the marketing strategy of Tupperware products.

The halal cosmetics industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing as Muslim consumers become increasingly aware of the importance of products that comply with Islamic principles. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the purchase decisions of halal cosmetic products, including price, brand image, halal certification, religiosity, and brand trust. The research employs a quantitative survey method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to analyze the relationships between variables. The findings indicate that brand trust and awareness of halal certification play a significant role in purchasing decisions. Additionally, religiosity influences consumer awareness of product halalness. This study provides recommendations for producers to emphasize halal aspects, transparency in information, and educational marketing to enhance consumer trust and loyalty.

This study investigates the influence of live streaming commerce and online customer reviews on impulsive buying behavior, with e-trust as an intervening variable, focusing on Somethinc cosmetics among Generation Z consumers. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research gathered data from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling in Palangka Raya City. The Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that live streaming commerce has a significant positive effect on both e-trust and impulsive buying, emphasizing its role as an interactive and engaging marketing tool. Online customer reviews also positively impact e-trust and impulsive buying, albeit with a weaker effect. However, the mediating role of e-trust between these factors and impulsive buying is not statistically significant, suggesting that Generation Z consumers prioritize interactive and social aspects over trust in their purchasing decisions. This study provides valuable insights for marketers aiming to enhance impulsive buying through digital marketing strategies. Future research is encouraged to explore these relationships across various industries and demographics to broaden the understanding of impulsive buying behavior.

The bottled water industry (AMDK) in Indonesia is highly competitive, requiring companies to develop effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image on purchase intention for Le Minerale products, with social influence as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative survey method involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to measure respondents' perceptions of the study variables. Results analyzed using PLS-SEM indicate that brand image significantly impacts purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through social influence. A positive brand image enhances consumers' perception and trust in the product, while social influence strengthens this relationship. This study highlights the importance of brand image management and the role of social recommendations in influencing purchase decisions. However, limitations include the small sample size, potential respondent bias, and a lack of exploration of other factors such as price and product quality. Future research is recommended to expand population coverage, include additional variables, and adopt a longitudinal design.

This study examines the relationship between disclosure strategy and consumer perception and the implications of managerial myopia on firm value. In a context where CEOs tend to focus on short-term results, voluntary consumer-friendly disclosure can increase customer trust and satisfaction, which contributes to firm profitability. Although managerial myopia is often considered detrimental, this study shows that short-term-oriented CEO actions can create long-term value through more transparent disclosure and better interaction with consumers. This literature review also highlights the importance of manager compensation design in determining short-term or long-term orientation, and its impact on disclosure decisions. The results show that effective disclosure can reduce market uncertainty, increase consumer loyalty, and ultimately support the growth of firm value. This study concludes that companies should develop a balanced disclosure strategy to achieve long-term success and maintain positive relationships with consumers.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions regarding MS Glow products in Solo. A positive brand image can enhance consumers' trust in a particular brand; however, product quality remains the primary determinant of satisfaction and choice among consumers. Using qualitative methodology with phenomenological approach, the study aims to understand consumers’ experiences and perspectives towards MS Glow products. The findings indicate that strong brand images, such as reliable reputation and consumer confidence, significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, product qualities including durability, performance, design, and innovative features play crucial roles in consumer decision-making processes. This research is expected to help companies develop better marketing strategies to meet individual customer needs effectively.

Noteworthy changes in customer behavior due to the advancement of data and communication innovation have driven to an increment in online shopping, particularly amid the Covid-19 widespread. This ponder points to analyze the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) and believe on buy deliberate within the setting of e-commerce in Indonesia. With information appearing a surge in exchanges on different marketplaces, this consider distinguishes that positive e-WOM can increment buy deliberate, whereas negative e-WOM tends to diminish it. In expansion, consumers' level of believe in online shopping stages emphatically impacts buy choices. The discoveries appear that both e-WOM and believe have a critical positive impact on buy deliberate. This study explores the role of certification standards in shaping halal supply chain practices, focusing on their impact on traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency. The primary objective is to examine how standardized halal certifications influence the development of robust and reliable halal supply chains, ensuring adherence to Islamic principles and meeting consumer expectations. Utilizing a qualitative literature review methodology, this research synthesizes findings from academic journals, industry reports, and regulatory guidelines to identify key trends and challenges in the application of halal certification standards. The findings reveal that harmonized global halal standards play a critical role in streamlining trade, enhancing supply chain integrity, and fostering consumer trust. However, inconsistencies in certification criteria across countries and limited cross-border collaboration remain significant obstacles. The study underscores the need for unified certification frameworks, strategic stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of advanced technologies such as blockchain to improve traceability and compliance. The implications of this research highlight the importance of policy reforms and collaborative efforts in strengthening halal supply chain ecosystems, contributing to sustainable growth and global competitiveness in the halal industry.

This study aims to explore the ethical dimensions of halal supply chain management through the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI). In the context of globalization and the rising demand for halal products, understanding how technology can support not only operational efficiency but also adherence to Islamic principles and ethics is crucial. The research examines the integration of AI technology in each phase of the halal supply chain, from the procurement of raw materials to the distribution of final products. Through literature analysis and case studies, the research identifies the ethical challenges faced at each stage, including transparency, accountability, and fairness in transactions. Furthermore, the study offers recommendations for developing ethical guidelines that can guide effective and responsible halal supply chain management practices. Findings suggest that with the appropriate application of AI, companies can enhance consumer integrity and trust while strengthening their position in the rapidly growing halal market. This research contributes to the existing literature on halal supply chain management and emphasizes the importance of incorporating ethical considerations in the digital era.

This research explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and communication strategies in promoting ethical practices within halal supply chain management. As the global halal market expands, the need for efficient, transparent, and ethically sound supply chains becomes critical. This study investigates how AI technologies can enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with halal principles, and examines the role of effective communication in fostering stakeholder engagement and building consumer trust. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach that includes literature review and qualitative case studies, the research identifies key ethical challenges associated with AI, such as algorithmic bias and data privacy, while highlighting best communication practices to ensure transparency regarding halal compliance. The findings indicate that a synergistic approach combining AI-driven efficiencies with robust communication frameworks can significantly enhance the integrity and transparency of halal supply chains, offering actionable recommendations for businesses aiming to navigate the complexities of AI integration while upholding halal values.

Digital transformation (digitization) has penetrated almost all lines of people's lives, one of which is trade activities. Trading activities in this digital era are expressed by the emergence of e- commerce, one of which is Shopee. Shopee as an e-commerce in Indonesia does not stand alone, but there are other e-commerce that compete to dominate digital trading activities. Intense competition makes every e-commerce company compete to create features and services that are effective, efficient and make it easier to increase consumer transaction numbers. This research aims to find out what factors encourage consumers to shop at Shopee. The approach method used in this research is a quantitative approach involving 30 respondents who filled out a Google Form questionnaire which was distributed to Shopee users. The results of this research show that there are several factors that encourage consumers to shop at Shopee, these factors are social influence, offers and promotions, ease of access, price, trust and security, reviews and ratings, product quality, benefits of shopping at Shopee and service factor.

This research analyzes the factors that influence the success of e-commerce applications in increasing sales in the digital era. With the development of technology and changes in consumer behavior, e-commerce has become one of the main platforms for businesses to reach customers more widely. The main factors analyzed include user experience, transaction security, product quality, customer service, digital marketing strategy and innovation. The research results show that the combination of these factors significantly influences purchasing decisions and customer loyalty. Good user experience, guaranteed data security, and effective marketing strategies are proven to increase sales and consumer trust. This study provides important insights for business people in maximizing the potential for implementing e-commerce in the competitive digital era.

This study examines the impact of social media on consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. With advancements in information technology, social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook have evolved from mere promotional tools into essential means of building brand awareness and consumer trust. Social media facilitates direct interactions with consumers through visual content, customer reviews, and influencer collaborations, creating more personal and emotional shopping experiences. Additionally, features like TikTok Shop streamline promotion and purchasing processes on a single platform, offering new business opportunities. The study also highlights the role of testimonials, reviews, and influencer marketing in shaping purchasing decisions. Findings indicate that social media enhances brand awareness, fosters trust, and drives consumer loyalty, ultimately strengthening brand image in the digital marketplace.

This study aims to analyse the effect of Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing on purchasing decisions for skincare products. Using a qualitative research method through a literature review, this study evaluated the effectiveness of both marketing strategies in influencing consumers. The results showed that Influencer Marketing has a significant influence due to its ability to build trust and emotional connection with the audience. In contrast, Social Media Marketing does not always have a significant impact, except on platforms like TikTok that utilise creative and interactive content. This research emphasises the importance of marketing strategies that match the characteristics of the platform and target audience.

As technology rapidly advances, the internet and social media have become an integral part of everyday life. Social media, which has evolved significantly since the Web 2.0 and 3.0 eras, plays a crucial role in communication and marketing. In this context, Bank Syariah Indonesia utilizes social media as a marketing tool to reach customers, particularly the millennial generation, who are highly reliant on digital technology. This study aims to explore the application of social media in the marketing of Islamic bank products and how brand image influences customer decisions. The use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok allows the Islamic bank to introduce products and expand its market reach more efficiently. Furthermore, the research indicates that marketing through social media significantly influences consumer purchase intent and strengthens brand image. The bank's brand image is also influenced by product quality, responsive customer service, and the company's reputation, all of which contribute to increased customer trust. With the right digital marketing strategy, the Islamic bank can enhance operational efficiency, strengthen its market position, and provide better services to customers.

The purpose of this study was to determine how brand image, product quality, online promotion, and product trust level influence consumer decisions to purchase products at CV. Tenun Mulia Gemilang. This study used a questionnaire distributed through social media in the form of Instagram and Whatsapp. This study involved 100 people who were selected randomly. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data to evaluate the model between the established variables. The results showed that brand image, product quality, online promotion and product trust level have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for woven products. This study suggests that business actors pay attention to brand image, product quality, and online promotion to increase customer trust and ultimately influence their purchasing decisions. Thus, CV. Tenun Mulia Gemilang can increase consumer product purchasing decisions.

Buying and selling is an essential economic activity in everyday life, especially in the context of Muslim societies that uphold sharia principles. This research aims to explore the rights and obligations of sellers and buyers in Islam, as well as the challenges faced in modern buying and selling practices, especially in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using literature study techniques and interviews with business people. The research results show that understanding of rights and obligations varies, with many sellers and buyers realizing the importance of transparency and honesty in transactions. However, the main challenge arises from online transactions, where uncertainty regarding product authenticity can reduce consumer confidence. Most consumers do not fully understand their rights, so further education is needed to increase awareness of transaction ethics. This research also found that the integration of technology, such as review systems and electronic contracts, can help strengthen trust in transactions. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between sharia principles, regulations and technology to create a buying and selling environment that is fair, sustainable and full of blessings.

This research aims to analyze the application of business ethics principles in e-commerce transactions in building consumer trust. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting 30 articles sourced from Google School from 2019-2024, which focus on the application of business ethics principles in e-commerce transactions in building consumer trust. The research results recommend that the application of these principles can build consumer trust. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of business ethics principles in e-commerce transactions in building consumer trust, especially in an era of very rapid technological development.

Customer satisfaction includes efforts to meet consumer needs. Consumer satisfaction is a situation demonstrated by consumers when they realize that their needs and desires are as expected and are being fulfilled well. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City. With a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 for Windows program tool. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Customer trust has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and price competition has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous analysis show that relationship marketing, customer trust, and price competition have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Indihome users in Medan City.
