Teenagers experience problems due to not achieving needs, for example they want to be recognized as adults but their behavior still looks like children.  If adolescents fail to develop a sense of identity, then adolescents will lose their way and have a bad impact on their development. Frustration can lead the individual to aggressive behavior because frustration for the individual is an unpleasant situation and the individual wants to overcome or avoid it in various ways, notonly in an aggressive way.  The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing the emergence of prejudiced and frustrated relationships with aggressive behavior of adolescents.  This study utilizes the study literatur review. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the causes of adolescents to take aggressive actions are due to: (1) Internal Factors (a) Weak Self-Control can be difficult to control emotions, therefore a person who has  weak self-control will easily act aggressively on anyone. (b) The occurrence of frustration Because a bad event causes the subject to become frustrated with his current life. (c) Gender differences.

However, this hope does not always materialize in the construction of real life on Indonesian soil with the presence of inter-religious and inter-ethnic conflicts. Conflict experiences become endless lessons as an effort to maintain peace and harmony in religious life. A number of local praxis and initiatives were raised to untangle the tangled threads of inter-religious conflicts in Indonesia by prioritizing a balanced way of religious life that does not view others as opponents. This study of reciprocity in relation to religious moderation originates from the local context of Larantuka and draws its relevance to efforts to inculcate religious moderation in Indonesia. In a more specific context, the focus of this study is to describe the practical life of religious communities in the city of Larantuka, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara which can be seen as the foundation and medium for grounding the ideals of religious moderation in Indonesia. The praxis of life in question is the reciprocity of young students in the city of Larantuka both within the school environment and among people who have different religious and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, the basic question is how reciprocity among students in the city of Larantuka can become an inspiration and basis for efforts to instill religious moderation.

This journal discusses the moral education of today's children from a Christian perspective. The term today's children in Indonesia is better known as Kids Age Now. Kids Age Now is actually an allusion to the unnatural behavior of today's children. Education that is distanced and moral is a series of basic moral principles and the virtues of attitudes and character that children must have and make habits from a beginner's time until they become obedient to God. This research is a library research with a literature study approach through reference sources, such as books, articles, journals, and other scientific sources used in the discussion of this research. To deal with the problems of Kids Age Now, morals that are sourced from the Bible and Christian youth activities are needed. The goal is that today's children become children who have good character and are commendable. Being a Christian youth with character and morals is not easy, because Christian youths with character and morals are youths whose behavior follows the teachings of Christ, have Bible-based morals, are able to be good Christian youths, and do the right things and what Christ wants.

The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

This study aims to analyze the meaning of several dictions in a text that deals with it. The source of the data used in this study in the text of a poem entiled Sukma Pujangga by J.E Tatengkeng. The aspect that must be investigated is analyzing the meaning of the 6 dictions in the poetry text of Sukma Pujangga. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that from several dictions that have been analyzed, it can be seen from the meaning of the poem that it describes someone who has a very high artistic spirit and is willing to make any effort to maintain his desires and stance. He doesn’t want to live for other people and just wants to be free to do whatever he wants and achieve his dreams even though he has to go through various obstacles. There are several meanings contained in the poem, including: connotative meaning, contextual meaning, abstract words, and special words.

Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio decidendi of judges in Handing down Verstek Verdict No.  0015/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdw. and to find out the legal consequences regarding the wife's rights due to divorce talaq verstek. This research uses descriptive field research with a qualitative approach method. The types and sources of this research data are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can conclude that the juridical study of the verstek decision in the talaq divorce case at the Bondowoso Religious Court class 1A is based on considerations based on a summons (relaas), the Defendant has been formally and properly summoned according to law and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 but does not appear at the conference and does not represent to others as his attorney. In his absence, the judge held that the defendant had waived his rights, as well as from the provisions of Article 19 letter (f) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 Jo Article 116 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law.

One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

Runway or runway is an area used by aircraft to take off. The length of the runway depends on the size of the aircraft served. Runway has a pavement structure that can withstand the weight of an aircraft when it wants to fly. This study discusses the damage to the surface structure of the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 runways at the Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) runway in Sepinggan Balikpapan. Damage to the pavement surface often results from significant heat temperatures from the aircraft when taking off. Visual observations show that there are problems with the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 pavement surfaces, the damage that occurs is the change in the surface shape of some segments, where the surface deformation eleves are up to 40 mm. Test results from Coredrill samples show that there are internal problems in the asphalt mixture, namely high asphalt content and low density value. By looking at the conditions above, there are problems caused by external and internal factors of the existing pavement, especially the surface conditions namely Threshold which is a location where the load is in MTOW conditions and the aircraft is moving slowly as well as high temperatures (environment and pavement)

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Inheritance by testament (ad testamento) is a deed that contains a person's statement about what he or she wants for wealth after he dies. The testament or will that is made must be in the form of a deed and notarial deed. This means that making a will requires the name of a public official to ratify the will. If it is not made before a notary, then the testator who wrote his own will can submit the will to the notary after it has been signed. As long as the testator has not died, the will can be changed or revoked by him. In contrast to an agreement that requires the agreement of the parties involved, a will is one-sided which means a statement of the will of the heir, or does not require the approval of the heirs. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The sixth step is Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof product, Preliminary field testing, revision and Main Main product field testing. This study aims to determine the effect of social media on learning outcomes in PAK (Catholic religious education) learning at Santa Maria Palangka Raya Middle School, especially for class VIII students. Through this research, the researcher wants to see further whether there is an influence of social media on the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is at St. Catholic Junior High School. Maria Palangka Raya. The research population is all students in class VIII. The research sample is class VIII B and C taken by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed via google form and additional interviews with Catholic religious education teachers. The data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation technique.

Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.

In the research that will be carried out, the author wishes to make an effort in order to increase the interest in learning of 8th graders, especially in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application with a direct learning model. In this case, the writer wants to focus research on two points including how to increase the interest in learning of 8th grade students in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. The objectives to be achieved by the author in this study are to determine the causes of decreased interest in learning for 8th grade students using online learning in the subject of Al Quran Hadith at MTs Al-Ma'ruf and for supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students. in the Al Quran Hadith subject through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely the method of presentation, interpretation of data on the factors in the field. To obtain valid and accurate data, the authors used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research from the thesis made by the author are that there is an increase in the interest in learning of 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application with the Direct learning model, although in it there are several obstacles related to efforts to increase interest in learning carried out by teaching teachers.
