The increasing level of urbanization is in line with the need for housing. Not only that, but also the increase in people's need for a place to live has led to an increase in land prices. The city of Medan is one of the developing cities that many people pay attention to. The development of this city has attracted many people's attention, making young investors and young business people who are part of the community who have a contemporary and instant lifestyle and lifestyle, so that the need for lodging places becomes a priority. And due to the increase in the value of existing land in the city of Medan, lodging buildings that have good land efficiency are needed, such as mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Nowadays, hotels are not just a place to stay anymore for visitors doing business or tourism. But over the times, hotels are currently used to accommodate weddings, meetings, parties, and are often also used as recreational or entertainment facilities for the community. Seeing the small number of four-star hotels in Medan City, especially in Polonia District, is the reason why additional four-star hotel buildings are needed. Therefore, from these problems, the authors feel compelled to play a role in implementing ideas, ideas, and knowledge about four-star hotels, by designing business hotels with four-star facilities using a tropical architectural approach.

This service aims to analyze the application of Optical Line Terminal (OLT) with splitter and passive splitter ratios at eight Optical Distribution Points (ODP) in the Fiber To The Home (FTTH) network. Through distance measurements, observations, and analysis of the power link budget and rise time budget, this research evaluates the performance of the FTTH network and determines the optimal configuration for the OLT and splitter. The results show that proper OLT settings and splitter ratios can significantly improve optical network performance. These findings provide practical guidance for internet service providers in designing efficient and reliable FTTH networks.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how PG Trangkil Pati workers' work discipline is affected by pay, inspections, and penalties. All PG Trangkil Pati employees that were chosen using the proportionate random sample method provided the data for this study. 194 employees in all, with 130 replies in the sample. A questionnaire is used to collect data. Following data collection, multiple linear regression analysis is performed with the aid of the SPSS application. Rohingya in Indonesia has become trending conversation on social media. Sentiment analysis can get public responds. Big data makes the problem time efficiency labeling process, therefore the lexicon dictionary is needed for the labeling process. Data is growing and circulating very rapidly so it takes a fast and efficient time. Although it is fast and makes it easier to solve problems, it is still necessary to question the accuracy produced when using the lexicon labeling. A comparison of the labeling process between the InSet lexicon and the VADER lexicon was conducted to determine the accuracy of the labeling. It was done by combining lexicon with machine learning method of support vector machine and TF-IDF weighting and accuracy result calculated using confusion marix. Data from social media X as many as 9117 lines and labeled with InSet lexicon result 5241 negative sentiments, 1369 positive, and 521 neutral. Then the labeling results with VADER produced 2749 positive, 2523 negative, and 1881 neutral. After labeled, processed SVM and calculated accuracy with results of InSet lexicon accuracy having an average of 85.8% while the VADER SVM lexicon has an average of 82.65%.  

The waiting time for ships is one of the problems that must be a concern at Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap and which is very influential for the smooth process of unloading coal from coal carriers to Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the ship's docking schedule, pilotage services, loading and unloading productivity on the waiting time of the ship. This research was conducted at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:Y = 0.254 +0.297X1+0.585X2+0.177X3+µ. Based on empirical facts and the results of multiple linear regression equations, it is shown that the Ship docking schedule variable (X1) has t count (3.409) > t table (1.98373), pilotage service variable (X2) has t count (5.809) > t table (1.98373), and loading and unloading productivity (X3) has t count (2.967) > t table (1.98373). As for the value of the adjuster R2 = 0.582. This means that 58.2% of the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the independent variables, namely Ship docking schedules, guidance services, and loading and unloading productivity. While the rest (100% - 58.2%) = 41.8% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied. Thus, the results of the study show that the availability of docks, guidance services, and loading and unloading productivity has a positive and significant effect on waiting time for ships at Tanjung Inttan port, Cilacap.

This study aims to Determination of factor prices is an essential element in the economic system that includes aspects of production and distribution. In the perspective of Islamic economics, factor pricing not only relies on economic efficiency, but must also pay attention to the principle of distributive justice in line with Islamic values.  The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature review or library reaseach. The data used in this study are sourced from various literature books and scientific articles. The results of the study discuss the concept of factor pricing based on the theory of marginal products, labor markets, time allocation, equilibrium, and return on investment without usury. The analysis focused on the link between economic efficiency and fair distribution in accordance with maqashid sharia. The results show that optimal factor pricing within a sharia framework can support market equilibrium, increase labor productivity, and promote income distribution across different sectors of the economy. In addition, sharia-based policy interventions are needed to overcome market distortions and ensure the realization of holistic economic justice.

Nowadays we can shop online through e-commerce platforms, which makes the time to shop more effective and efficient. Because it can be done anytime and anywhere even just from home. There are several payment systems that can be done when shopping online on an e-commerce platform, one of which is the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment system on online shopping interest in the Shoope e-commerce platform, especially for UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten students. The instrument used for data collection in this study was a survey with a questionnaire consisting of 48 respondents. The research sample is students of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten who actively use the Shoope e-commerce platform. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques. From the results of this study, the cash on delivery payment system has a positive influence on shopping interest on the shoope e-commerce platform with a significance level of 0.000 in the simple linear regression data analysis test.

There are many people who are unaware of the existence of the school's museum, but at the same time the museum has difficulty trying to explain the history, profile and detail of the museum collection when, having or attending educational exhibitions or similar events. Looking at the problem, it would require an audio-visual solution packed into a profile video capable of providing information about the school's museum profile. Applying qualitative methods and linear strategies, it is hoped to produce a video profile that can provide information on the history of museum buildings, museum profiles and museum collections in greater detail and interest to the general public, making its existence known.    

In line with its development, Electronic Medical Records have become the heart of information in the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), which is the main application in a basic data management system that collects various sources of medical data, plus other features such as administration, billing and documentation services. medical. However, electronic medical records certainly raise new problems in the area of ​​patient confidentiality and privacy. If a patient's medical data falls into the hands of an unauthorized person, legal problems and responsibilities could arise for the hospital and doctor who handles the patient, therefore standards for making and storing medical records that have been made conventionally or on paper must also be applied to Electronic medical records must be made secure and patient data must be strictly guarded by the hospital, meaning that no information can be opened without the patient's permission, which means that all patient medical information data can only be accessed by interested people. These people are also not allowed to transfer this information to other people. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records in Health Facilities is carried out by a separate work unit or adjusted to the needs and capabilities of each Health Fascily. In terms of the scale of health services, health facilities are very different from hospitals, especially those in remote areas. In fact, not all hospitals are ready to implement a medical history recording system, the total use of telemedicine applications which has increased up to six times during the 2022 COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.    

Bona Village is one of the villages in Gianyar Regency where the majority of women work in the informal sector, namely as palm palm craftsmen. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of working hours, recent education, and number of family dependents on the income of women palm palm craftsmen in Bona Gianyar Village. The number of samples used was 90 people using probability sampling techniques , namely simple random sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of several questions which will be distributed directly to the research location. The collected data was then tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26 program. The research results showed that. 1) Working hours, education level, and number of family dependents have a simultaneous influence on the income of women palm leaf craftsmen in Bona Village, Gianyar. 2) Working hours, education level, and the number of family dependents has a partial positive effect on the income of women palm leaf craftsmen in Bona Village, Gianyar. The implications of this research consist of theoretical and practical implications. Theoretically, this research supports the concept of human capital theory in the form of investment in education, time allocation theory in working hours and income theory in the production results produced.

This article aims to look at the phenomenon of educators in the use of learning methods, because educators are one of the final factors in the success or failure of learning carried out in schools, so by using a variety of teaching methods students are expected to achieve maximum learning achievement. One of the learning methods that can be applied in Akidah Akhlak learning is the Uswah Hasanah method. This method as a method is used to realize educational goals by giving good exemplary examples to students to be in line with the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The purpose of this research is to explain the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. Descriptive type is a research intended to collect information about the status of an existing symptom, namely the state of the symptom according to what it is at the time the research is conducted. The results showed that the planning of the Uswah Hasanah method in Akidah Akhlak had been made by educators and had been applied in the learning process. The planning is in the form of a teaching module. The implementation has been carried out in accordance with the planning made in the teaching module, although the implementation is not in accordance with the actual theory and not all steps of using the method are carried out by Akidah Akhlak educators. Evaluation of the implementation of this method is carried out continuously during learning.

Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have experienced various challenges and changes along with the times. One of the challenges faced is the emergence of a capitalistic economy which emphasizes aspects of competition, efficiency and profit orientation. This research aims to explore how Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions adapt to a capitalistic economy without sacrificing the values ​​and basic principles of Islamic teachings. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved participant observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies at several Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools have implemented various adaptation strategies, such as diversifying funding sources, implementing modern management, and developing business units that are in line with Islamic values. However, Islamic boarding schools also face challenges in maintaining a balance between spiritual and economic aspects, as well as maintaining the distinctive identity and characteristics of Islamic boarding schools. This research contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of Islamic educational institutions in facing global economic changes and provides recommendations for future policy and practice.

The results of the partial regression coefficient (t test) show that the Human Development Index (HDI) has no effect on the Economic Growth Rate, nor does the Open Unemployment Rate variable have a significant influence on the Open Unemployment Rate variable on the Economic Growth Rate and is in line with the Poverty Rate variable (TK) that there is no significant influence of the Poverty Level variable on the Rate of Economic Growth. The results of the F test analysis show that there is no joint influence on the rate of economic growth on the island of Kalimantan.

Hotel Puri Indah Mataram, for example, has used two internet service providers (ISP) to handle the surge in demand from customers/guests. When there is an increase in requests, network devices become burdened because they have to process more requests. One solution is to implement load balancing, namely distributing the traffic load to network devices so that it is not centralized on just one ISP. This aims to ensure traffic runs optimally, increase throughput, speed up response time, and prevent overload on one connection line. This technique will optimize network performance by utilizing a two-path connection distribution method known as the NTH method. In addition, a failover technique will be implemented, where if one gateway connection is lost, another gateway will automatically take over all network traffic. This aims to ensure continuous service availability. Finally, there will be bandwidth management for all clients, so that bandwidth distribution becomes more even and efficient.

The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used was validity and reliability. Poverty is a complex and multifaceted issue faced by various countries, including Indonesia. East Java, as one of the provinces with the largest population in Indonesia, still has a relatively high poverty rate. Minimum wage, open unemployment rate, and education are three important factors believed to influence the poverty rate. Minimum wage is expected to increase the purchasing power of poor people, while high open unemployment rate and low education levels can exacerbate poverty. This study aims to analyze the influence of Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education on the Number of Poor People in East Java Province. The independent variables are Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education, and the dependent variable is the Number of Poor People. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series for 10 years, from 2014 to 2023. The data was obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The research method is quantitative with data analysis using classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), multiple linear regression, and statistical tests (Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), T-Test, and F-Test) using Eviews - 10. The partial regression coefficient results show that minimum wage and education do not have a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java, while the open unemployment rate has a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java.
