The paper evaluates potential applications of blockchain technology in enhancing the security and reliability of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). The existing vulnerabilities in WSNs, such as concerns regarding data integrity and security, demand innovative security solutions. Through systematic analysis, this paper provides valuable insights to expand understanding of WSNs security, explaining the feasibility and benefits of deploying blockchain technology. Possible attacks in the networks are classified to point out either risks or potential solusions to protect the networks. By exploring the integration of Blockchain within WSNs, the paper highlights its potential to minimize various security risks. In addition, this work discusses the challenges and considerations associated with implementing Blockchain in WSNs. Overall, this paper contributes on securing WSNs and underscores the role of blockchain technology as a promising way for enhancing security of WSNs.

The research for this thesis takes the title: "Measurement of Service Quality at PT. Karya Mandiri Sepakat Surabaya Using the SERVQUAL Method”. The aim of conducting this research is to determine the quality of service provided at PT. Karya Mandiri agrees to all customers in terms of 5 service dimensions and to determine the efforts made to improve the quality of PT service. Karya Mandiri Agreed to retain customers. The analytical tool used in this research is the SERVQUAL method. From the research results, it is known that the gaps for the Physical Facilities dimension have the smallest gap value, namely - 0.80 in the third item, namely for the question employees must look attractive and neat, for the Reliability Dimension the smallest gap value is in the fifth item. amounting to - 1.78, namely for questions, a quality office will require the data to be free from errors, for the responsiveness dimension, the smallest gap value is in the thirteenth item, amounting to - 2.52, namely for questions, employees will provide service quickly to customers, for the dimension confidence has the smallest gap value in the sixth item of - 0.56, namely for the question Employees are consistently respectful, patient and friendly towards their customers, for the empathy dimension the smallest gap value is in the twenty second item of - 0.72 namely for questions, employees understand the special needs of each customer who comes.

This research aims to determine the influence of price, place, product and promotion variables on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the t test for the price variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Place (X2) has a partially significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Product (X3) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion (X4) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that price, place, product and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita.

This research aims to develop and implement cognitive assessment instruments in Indonesian language education, with a focus on improving students' high-level thinking abilities. The validity and reliability of this instrument were tested through a series of tests in various schools. The research results show that this instrument is effective in measuring students' abilities in analysis, synthesis and evaluation. The use of technology in assessment instruments increases the efficiency of the evaluation process, although challenges related to technology infrastructure in some schools require special attention. Feedback from students indicated that the instrument was perceived as relevant and motivating, supporting the importance of authentic assessment practices. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of a collaborative and comprehensive approach in improving students' learning and their preparation for future demands.  

This research aims to utilize the resources and technology used by teachers in Indonesian language education using qualitative descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews and observations of 5 Indonesian language teachers. The research instrument is a semi-structured interview guide which was prepared based on a literature review and research objectives. Interviews were conducted either face-to-face or via communication tools such as telephone or video call and lasted 45-60 minutes per session. All interviews were recorded with the consent of the participants. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to identify main themes regarding the impact of the use of technology on Indonesian language learning, challenges for the future, and strategies for optimizing the use of technology. The validity and reliability of the interview is guaranteed through thorough preparation, consistent execution, and thorough analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide significant recommendations for further development of the use of technology in Indonesian language education.  

The Hajj and Umrah industry is an important sector involving millions of pilgrims every year. The complexity of organizing this worship service requires improved services and effective risk management to ensure the smooth running and comfort of the congregation. This research aims to explore strategies for improving services and risk management in the Hajj and Umrah industry. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies from various trusted sources. The research results show that service quality is greatly influenced by staff friendliness, service reliability, facility cleanliness, and timeliness. In addition, identifying and mitigating health, security and logistics risks is critical to reducing negative impacts on congregations. Technological innovations, such as mobile applications, have also been proven to improve efficiency and service quality. This research provides recommendations for the government and Hajj and Umrah organizers to improve service quality and risk management, so that pilgrims can carry out their worship more safely and comfortably.    

Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) is a unit at the airport that is responsible for handling aviation and fire emergencies. This study discusses the maintenance and care of ARFF vehicles at the airport. Maintenance is interpreted as an activity carried out systematically to ensure that facilities function effectively and efficiently. Maintenance includes preventive and corrective actions to maintain the operational readiness of ARFF vehicles. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of vehicle maintenance and care on firefighting operations. This study also aims to determine the maintenance and care of vehicles that affect readiness in carrying out firefighting operations and their impacts. The method used in this study is a literature review (library research), which involves collecting and analyzing data from various relevant literature sources. This study focuses on previous studies on the maintenance and care of ARFF vehicles and their influence on the effectiveness of firefighting operations. The results of the study show that good maintenance and care have a positive effect on firefighting operations. Regular maintenance and systematic maintenance increase the reliability of ARFF vehicles, so that responses to emergency situations can be carried out quickly and effectively. Therefore, better personnel training and more detailed maintenance planning are needed to improve operational performance.

The population of this study was 1,100 students from the Class of 2021 UNY (FEB, FMIPA, and FISHIPOL). Sampling was based on the Taro Yamane formula of 294 students. Sampling uses techniques proportionate random sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method which has been tested for validity and reliability with the help of SPSS Statistics 23 . The data analysis technique uses Moderated regression analysis Regression Analysisist (MRA).The research results prove that (1) life style weakens the influence of financial literacy on student consumptive behavior with a regression coefficient value of 0.023 and a sig value of 0.659 > 0.05. The important function of bridges in the transportation system requires bridge performance to always be in prime condition. The reliability of the bridge structure in carrying the traffic load on it is the main parameter to guarantee the performance of a bridge. Bridge performance can always be maintained by regularly checking. This article about the evaluation of existing bridges takes a case study of the Maribaya A Bridge which was built in 1972 and is located on Jalan Bts. Tegal City – Bts. The city of Pemalang, which is part of the Pantura, is known for having a heavy load. The Maribaya A Bridge has a total of three spans, spans 1 and 3 with a length of 15 m, and span 2 with a length of 30 m. The evaluation was carried out on the superstructure, the cast in situ type girder components. The analysis is carried out using the rating factor method by comparing the capacity of the girder with the traffic load above it. The calculation results show that the rating factor value for spans 1 and 3 is 0.40 and for span 2 is 0.19. The rating factor value for the entire span shows <1.00, means that the superstructure capacity of the Maribaya A Bridge is no longer able to withstand the traffic load. Serious attention is needed, bridge reconstruction is absolutely necessary.

In this research, the influence of location, product variety, service quality and shop atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Marwah Kiby Pare can be explained. In this research, quantitative methods and analytical techniques used in this research are used, namely validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear test, t test (partial test), f test (simultaneous test), and coefficient of determination test. The sampling technique used in this research was incidental sampling and the sample used in this research was 99 respondents. In this research it can be concluded that location, product variety, service quality and store atmosphere have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Artha Sanggraha Shell Gas Station Business Unit its main activity is to distribute or sell fuel oil to the general public, especially for fueling people's or private vehicles. To find out how much knowledge the work environment and job training on employee performance. This study uses quantitative research methods using saturated sampling techniques to determine the effect between the three independent and dependent variables using descriptive methods in derived research data. Then research variables such as validity test, reliability test, normality test and classical assumptions are carried out. In testing the description of this data, researchers manage to find out the description or condition of the respondents who were sampled in this study. t value count 4.503> t table 2.00758, significant 0.00 <0.05 accepted. the value of t count 4,298> t table 310,883 significant 0.00 <0.05, accepted. all alpha Rhitung 0.05> Rtabel 0.2732 valid. the value of F count 310,883 F < table 3.18, significance 0.00 <0.05 valid. that work environment variables and job training together affect employee performance.

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the agency. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of dual roles, work stress and workload on the performance of female employees. This research was conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. This research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all female employees as many as 30 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. the technique used to analyze is with the SPSS IMB version 27 program. Data analysis techniques in this study with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 determination coefficient test. The results of this test concluded that the t test showed that the dual role variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of <0.001 and a tcount value of 3.874. The work stress variable partially has a non-significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.065 and a tcount value of 1.925. The workload variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.932 and a tcount value of -0.086. And the results of the f test show that the dual role variable, work stress and workload have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a significant value of <0.001 and a Fcount of 18,145 .

This research aims to find out, ( 1 ) the influence of the family environment in moderating self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, and ( 2 ) the influence of education entrepreneurship towards students' entrepreneurial interests with self-efficacy as a moderator.This type of research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 1,100 students from the Class of 2021 UNY (FEB, FMIPA, and FISHIPOL). Sampling was based on the Taro Yamane formula of 294 students. The The data collection method used is a questionnaire method which has been tested for validity and reliability with the help of SPSS Statistics 23. The data analysis techniques uses multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The research results prove that (1) Self-efficacy weakens the influence of the family environment on entrepreneurship interest of FEB, FISHIPOL, FMIPA Yogyakarta State University students with a regression coefficient value of 0.002 and a sig value of 0.750 > 0.05. (2) Self-efficacy weakens the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on FEB, FISHIPOL, FMIPA students at Yogyakarta State University with a regression coefficient value of 0.012 and a sig value of 0.0.067> 0.005.    

This study examines the moderated mediation model to determine the effect between variables partially as well as the role of non-impulsive behavior and financial capability on the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being in the moderated mediation model. This research uses a quantitative approach designed in survey research. The population of this study were students studying higher education in the Special Region of Yogyakarta totaling 129,853 students with the sampling technique using Convenience Sampling. The sample size of this study was 399 students determined by the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The instrument validity test is based on Confirmatory Factor Analysis, with the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique uses Conditional Process Analysis with the PROCESS Macro Model 8 syntax developed by Andrew F. Hayes in 2013. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial capability; (2) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being; (3) Financial capability has a positive and significant effect on financial well-being; (4a) Non-impulsive behavior moderates the effect of financial literacy on financial capability; (4b) Non-impulsive behavior moderates the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being; (5) Financial capability mediates the effect of financial literacy on financial well-being.

The study aims to determine how much (1) the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) the effect of perceived usefulness on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) the effect of trust on attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, and (5) the effect of attitude toward using on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square. This research uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research methods with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques using PLS SEM which consist of outer model and inner model. The outer model consists of convergent validity test, discriminat validity test, undimensionalitas test, and reliability test. The inner model uses R- square, Q square, path coefficient, Goodness of Fit, and descriptive analysis. The result showed that (1) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) perceived usefulness has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) trust has a significant effect attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (5) attitude toward using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square.    

Examination and test panscore is an important process in educational evaluation that aims to measure students' understanding and achievement in various areas of knowledge. However, the challenge of ensuring the validity and reliability of tests is often a major concern for evaluation instrument developers. This paper discusses the approach used in the examination and panscorer of the test to improve the validity and reliability of the evaluation results. This approach involves steps such as careful test design, development of quality test items, validity and reliability testing, and analysis of test result data. One of the important aspects of test checks is careful test design. This involves selecting a test format that is appropriate for the purpose of evaluation, as well as the preparation of instructions that are clear and understandable to students. In addition, the development of quality test items is also necessary to ensure that the test can accurately measure the desired knowledge and skills. This process involves thoroughly testing test items to ensure fit with the curriculum and fit with the desired level of difficulty. Once the test is designed and the test items are developed, the next step is to test the validity and reliability of the test. Validity refers to the extent to which a test can measure what it is supposed to measure, while reliability refers to the extent to which a test can produce consistent results over time. This testing can involve gathering data from a variety of sources, including statistical analysis and review by experts in the field. Finally, the analysis of test result data is an important step in understanding the evaluation results. It involves using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in the data, as well as interpreting test results to make relevant conclusions about student achievement. By using this approach in examination and test pansora, it is hoped that the results of education evaluation can become more valid and reliable, thereby providing more useful information for education stakeholders.  

Technological developments have changed the landscape in various sectors, including health, education and industry. However, its influence in Human Resource Management (HR) and financial management is still an important research topic. This research was conducted at CV. Landel Elektrik Semarang, a company engaged in the distributorship of electrical equipment. This project, which employs forty-three people, aims to investigate the relationship between the use of technology and the management of corporate finance and human resources. The analysis method involves path analysis and bootstrapping methods. The results show that, although the SDM shows a good level of reliability, problems of consistency between items within the construct surface. However, the application of technology and financial management shows higher validity. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is no relationship between human resources and the use of technology. However, there is a strong correlation between financial management and technology use. The implication of these findings is the importance of paying attention to technological factors in managing company finances, while improving the consistency and validity of human resources.

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with sports facilities and infrastructure at the Del Institute of Technology. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 25.0 software to test validity and reliability. The results of the study show that the quality of sports facilities at IT Del has a significant influence on student satisfaction. Some of the obstacles found include limitations in the type of facilities, poor condition of facilities, and limitations in staff and coaches. These findings provide input for the campus to improve the quality of sports facilities to increase student satisfaction.

This research can be concluded as follows. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 39 permanent employee respondents. This research uses the census method and uses a questionnaire for data collection. The results of validity and reliability tests using the Person product moment correlation method and Cronbach's alpha, it is known that the items created are valid and calculations show that work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while partial competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of calculating the value of the influence of work discipline and competence simultaneously by looking for the coefficient of determination show how much influence there is between the two variables which can be studied from the R value and is 0.742. The size of the R square (R2) is 0.551, so the coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.551 x 100% = 55.1%, this means that it shows the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance by 55.1% while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables.

With the rapid development of technology and the Internet, more and more people are using electronic payments as a convenient solution for online transactions. The aim of this research is to show and analyze how service quality influences user satisfaction with the DANA electronic payment application. DANA is a platform that supports non-cash payments and mobile payments. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 30 Banten students using DANA. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression as well as the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that reliability, guarantee, and responsiveness can have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Overall, reliability, security, and responsiveness also have a significant impact on user satisfaction.
