The fast-paced modern lifestyle has led teenagers to favor fast food over healthier home-cooked meals. This study aims to analyze the effects of fast food consumption on obesity risk among adolescents through a review of 20 relevant studies. The findings indicate that excessive consumption of fast food, along with low physical activity and social influences, significantly contributes to the increasing rates of adolescent obesity in Indonesia. Key factors include easy access, affordability, aggressive marketing, sedentary lifestyles, and a lack of nutritional education. As a result, there is a heightened risk of degenerative diseases such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, as well as psychological issues related to low self-esteem. To address the rising trend of adolescent obesity, comprehensive interventions are necessary, including nutrition education, dietary regulation, and the promotion of active lifestyles.

Liver disease is a health problem that often goes undetected in its early stages due to the absence of specific symptoms, despite the liver's vital role in metabolism, detoxification, and maintaining homeostasis. Early detection is crucial to prevent the progression of liver dysfunction. This community service activity aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of early liver disease screening through the examination of lipid ratios (total cholesterol/HDL and triglycerides/HDL) and physical evaluation for clinical signs of liver dysfunction. The program was conducted at the Cengkareng Baptist Foundation and involved 59 adult participants. The screening included basic laboratory tests and direct physical examinations, followed by health education tailored to each participant based on their screening results. Findings revealed that 83.1% of participants had elevated triglyceride/HDL ratios and 28.8% had total cholesterol/HDL ratios above the normal range, although 100% showed no physical signs suggestive of liver disease. These results indicate the presence of underlying metabolic risks that may affect liver function. This program had a positive impact by enhancing public understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and regular check-ups as part of health promotion and disease prevention efforts related to liver health. Hyperuricemia is a condition of increased uric acid levels in the blood that can develop into various metabolic disorders, including gouty arthritis and kidney disease. Physical activity is known to play an important role in controlling uric acid levels by increasing excretion and inhibiting purine production. This activity uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach which includes checking uric acid levels using the Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) method in 91 productive-age individuals, as well as education about the importance of physical activity. The results were obtained directly and presented to the participants along with interpretive explanations and preventive recommendations. The average uric acid levels of the participants were recorded at 3.78 ± 0.60 mg/dL with a range of 2.5 to 5.6 mg/dL. All participants (100%) had uric acid levels within the normal range. Physical activity contributes to the regulation of uric acid levels, so proper education remains important even though the examination results show normal values. Education-based interventions play a role in strengthening primary prevention.

Heatwaves are becoming more frequent and severe, posing significant health risks, especially for vulnerable populations in urban areas. In response to this, green-exercise interventions, which combine physical activity with exposure to green spaces, offer a promising strategy for mitigating heat-related health risks. This study evaluates the effectiveness of green-exercise interventions in reducing heat-related mortality risks in heat-vulnerable communities. The research follows a longitudinal design, collecting data on physical activity, vegetation indices (NDVI), and heat-related mortality rates in urban areas prone to heatwaves. The findings reveal that green-exercise interventions resulted in up to an 18% reduction in heat-related mortality risks, demonstrating the significant impact of physical activity in natural environments. Moreover, positive correlations were found between increased green space and reduced health risks during heatwaves, emphasizing the importance of urban greening in mitigating the effects of extreme heat. Participants who engaged in outdoor physical activity in green spaces showed greater resilience to heat stress compared to those who opted for indoor exercises, underscoring the added benefits of natural environments for physical and mental health. However, the effectiveness of these interventions varied depending on environmental and behavioral factors, including the quality of green spaces and individual motivation to engage in outdoor activities. This study highlights the need for further research into the long-term effects of green-exercise interventions and the combined impact of socio-economic and environmental factors on health outcomes. The findings suggest that urban greening and physical activity in green spaces should be integrated into public health strategies, particularly in heat-vulnerable areas.

The literary work of poetry, whether in cyber form or not, is inseparable from the activity of analysis. Poetry can be examined from various aspects, one of which is through an objective approach that focuses on the structural elements that build the poem itself. However, cyber literature, as a product of literary development that utilizes digital media for dissemination, has its own uniqueness in its analysis, such as the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang, which is presented on the Wattpad platform. The analysis not only examines the internal aspects of the poem but also includes cyber elements such as hyperlinks and hypertext. This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the structure or elements that construct the poem, as well as the hypertext and hyperlinks embedded within it. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with an objective poetry analysis approach. The physical structure of the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang includes the poem’s form, diction, concrete words, figurative language, and imagery. Meanwhile, its inner structure consists of theme, tone, atmosphere, and message. The cyber elements in the poem include hyperlinks and hypertext. This study concludes that the poem Aku Ingin by Saut Situmorang contains several key components that make it dense and cohesive, both in terms of physical and inner structure. Additionally, the poem can be categorized as cyber literature because it implicitly contains hypertext that establishes intertextuality with the legendary love story of Romeo and Juliet and the poem Aku Ingin by Sapardi Djoko Damono. Its presence on the Wattpad platform also enables interactivity between readers and the author.

Hypertension is one of the major health problems frequently experienced by the elderly and can lead to serious complications if not properly managed. Simple physical activities such as massage can serve as a non-pharmacological intervention to help reduce blood pressure. This study aimed to determine the effect of physical activity in the form of massage on reducing blood pressure in elderly individuals with hypertension at PSTW "Meci Angi" in Bima City. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test control group design. The sample consisted of 20 elderly people divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group, with 10 respondents in each group. Data were collected using an observation sheet to measure blood pressure before and after the intervention. The t-test analysis showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.009, which was less than α = 0.05, indicating a significant effect of physical activity on lowering blood pressure among the elderly. Therefore, massage as a simple form of physical activity can be considered an alternative intervention in managing hypertension among the elderly in social care institutions.

"Isi Piringku" is a dietary guideline developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as part of a balanced nutrition campaign. Understanding this concept is particularly important for elementary school-aged children, as this is a critical period for physical growth, mental development, and the formation of healthy lifestyle habits. A balanced nutritional intake plays a vital role in improving learning concentration, supporting physical activity, and preventing various diseases caused by nutritional deficiencies or excesses. However, the dietary behavior of elementary school students remains far from balanced nutrition principles, with an average achievement of only 53.9%. Based on this condition, this Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to improve the knowledge, skills, and behavior of Youth Red Cross (PMR) members at SDN Krapyak in consuming food according to balanced nutrition guidelines using the “Isi Piringku” media. The activities carried out included obtaining permission, conducting socialization, training on the use of the “Isi Piringku” media, and providing ongoing mentoring. Through this program, it was expected that PMR members could become change agents and role models for their peers in implementing healthy and balanced eating habits. The results of the activity showed that the mentoring was successfully conducted. There was a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of PMR members, as reflected in the increase in the average score from 70.8 to 90.97 after the intervention. This indicates that the approach using the "Isi Piringku" media is effective in promoting balanced nutritional behavior among elementary school children.
