Religious values aare very important in education. These values also influence the way everyone behaves in the organization. Religious values such as human connection with Allah SWT, the seriousness of conscience, and other religious values are internalized as part of the organizational culture. Apart from that, research has shown that the application of Islamic values in organizational culture such a worshio, trust, responsibility, fairness, ihsan, mutual hep, makes organizations more Islamic. Overall, religious values, especially in the Islamic context, provide a strong moral and ethical foundation for building organization that are sustainable, humane and full of good vibes.

Leadership based on Islamic values is a type of leadership that is based on Islamic values such as morality, justice, consideration, and honesty. Organizational communication isimportant to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Organizational communication management involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring all communication channels within an organization. The methoud used is qualitative method. Qualitative methods are methods that focus ondetailed observations of the impact of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of organizational communication management, which can have a positive and important impact on Islamic organizational culture. Emphasis on justice, honesty, loyalty, and responsibility are the pillars of Islamic leadership. The main aspects and theories of leadership in islam include several aspects that provide a foundation for leadersto guide and motivate members of organizational. This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership based on Islamic values on the effectiveness of communication management in an organization. The research method used was a survey of employees from several organizations in Indonesia. The research results show that leadership based on Islamic values has a significant influence on the effectiveness of organizational communication management. Leaders who integrate Islamic principles in their leadership are able to create an inclusive work environment, increase trust, and facilitate the effective flow of information. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of Islamic values in strengthening the relationship between leadership and communication management in an organizational context.

This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

This research explores the impact of Islamic values in shaping communication strategies in religious organizations. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes how Islamic principles, such as justice, loyalty, and mutual understanding, are reflected in organizational communication processes. Research findings show that Islamic values play a crucial role in shaping messages, communication structures, and interactions among organizational members. Communication strategies based on Islamic values tend to strengthen organizational identity, create internal harmony, and gain external support. The implications of this study highlight the importance of understanding the context of religious values in designing effective communication strategies for religious organizations.

To anticipate market needs for new goods, effective communication is essential. Organizational communication in Islamic education also helps improve school performance. In an Islamic perspective, effective communication is when a message conveyed by a communicator is well received by the communicant. A good leader can make the company a calm and peaceful place. When one party in the organization feels disadvantaged, conflict can arise. This can happen because of differences in opinion, values, and character. In the Qur'an, humans are described as receiving a lesson directly from God, having a real enemy, Satan, and being able to carry a mandate. Leadership that is knowledgeable, strong, trustworthy and devout is very important. The results of this research indicate that effective communication plays an important role in organizations, Islamic education, and leadership. This research also provides an in-depth understanding of how effective communication relates to Islamic religion and organizations. It is hoped that the results of this research can help and improve the quality significantly, to increase the effectiveness of Islamic education and organizations.

This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic, communication and work motivation on employee work discipline. Work discipline is an important factor in increasing organizational productivity and performance. Factors such as work ethic, communication and work motivation have a significant role in shaping the level of employee work discipline in the work environment. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 employee respondents from various backgrounds and levels of position. The collected data was analyzed using statistical methods such as regression to assess the relationship between the independent variables (work ethic, communication and work motivation) and the dependent variable (work discipline). The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethic, communication and work motivation on employee work discipline. The SmartPLS 4 application was also used in this research to assist in the analysis of the data obtained. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to human resource management and organizational development.

In the era of globalization and technological transformation, modern organizations face intergenerational communication challenges due to a diverse workforce spanning from the baby boomer generation to Generation Z. This research highlights the complexity of differences in values, technological preferences, and management styles across generations. The analysis of intergenerational conflicts emphasizes the importance of effective conflict management, while the section on intergenerational communication outlines strategies to address these differences. Research findings identify variations in communication styles, perceptions of values, technological impacts, and conflicts. In conclusion, a profound understanding of intergenerational communication is crucial for productivity and a harmonious work environment in organizations with diverse generations.

This includes various aspects, such as company history, company vision and mission, organizational structure, products or services offered, as well as relevant achievements or projects. Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. Organizational culture is very important, especially in Islamic educational institutions, where it creates a culture that is flexible and never regressive, which when combined with a religion based on the Koran and Sunnah will make the institution perfect. This research aims to explore how talent management impacts employee retention. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approach with literature review as the data collection method, so the data obtained is secondary data. Based on the 10 research articles that have been collected, talent management strategy influences employee retention, which is also related to employee satisfaction and engagement in an organization. The results showed that employee satisfaction and employee engagement positively influence employee retention. Employee satisfaction and involvement can be in the form of work fields that match their skills and knowledge, compensation given in accordance with workload, superior leadership and organizational culture, supervisor support and attention, as well as supportive communication in the work environment. The conclusion is that it is important for organizations to implement effective talent management strategies in managing their employees.

This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

Employee well-being is an important factor in the productivity and success of an organization. Conflict can cause stress, and job dissatisfaction and affect employee welfare. Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change.  Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The level of stress experienced by employees is also related to productivity. High stress leads to a decrease in productivity. Organizational change contributes to higher levels of conflict and stress among employees. However, managing change with good communication and management support can reduce the negative impact of change on productivity. This study concludes that good conflict management, stress management, and effective change management can help increase employee productivity in the work environment. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for actions and policies that support increased employee productivity in the work environment.

This research aims to understand the implementation of the role of organizational communication effectiveness, implementation of K3 (work health and safety) and company culture on employee work motivation. The research method in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Determining the sample size used a non-probability sampling technique because the population was relatively small, so the technique taken was saturated sampling (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 24 program. The data analysis technique used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is no influence between the role of organizational communication variables (X1) on employee work motivation variables, There is an influence between the role of occupational health and safety variables (X2) on employee work motivation variables, There is an influence between corporate culture variables (X3) on employee work motivation variables, Variables The influence of the role of organizational communication, work health and safety and company culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at PT Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Unit Trangkil Pati.

This research addresses the application of conflict management in the work environment. Through analysis, it explores effective resolution strategies and their impact on organizational health. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data from various sources, including interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The study findings show that understanding the concept of conflict and applying appropriate resolution techniques are essential to creating a balanced work environment. Effective constructive solutions involve communication skills training, cultural development, and encouraging active participation to resolve conflicts. The identification of these solutions can have a positive impact on productivity and organizational well-being. Evaluating and measuring the success of conflict management implementation is a key factor to ensure a positive impact. Team performance assessment methods, team member satisfaction surveys, and evaluations were used to gain an understanding of achievements and potential improvements. This research contributes to the understanding of effective conflict management practices in the work environment.

The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status.The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.

Employee adaptability skills are increasingly important in a rapidly changing business environment. A recent literature review reveals the evolution of employees' adaptability skills during the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to strengthen them. Factors such as leadership, changes in the work environment, and organizational support influence changes in adaptability. Inclusive leadership, open communication and social support form key elements in this strategy. This article describes the development of employee adaptability skills in the context of external change, especially the COVID-19 pandemic. This article describes material for developing employee adaptability skills which includes understanding the concept of adaptability, adaptability development strategies, and the benefits for companies and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their abilities to deal with change, increase resilience, manage stress and innovate. By investing time and resources in developing adaptability skills, organizations can increase their competitiveness and employees can achieve success in a dynamic work environment. The results of this literature review provide useful insights for organizations that wish to prioritize developing employee adaptability in response to increasingly complex business dynamics.

Communication plays a very important role in human life. Because wherever there are humans, that’s where communication occurs. So, it is important to have and increase knowledge about communication. Not only communication between individuals in daily life, but also between individuals in organization. It is very crucial to create good and targeted communication between individuals within it, to create harmony and to avoid misunderstanding. All people and organizations live in relation to their environment. To improve the quality of this relationship, good communication is needed. Improving the quality of this communication is the field of activity of public relations. Every organization from initial to final activities will go through various integrated activities so as to achieve the best results. The glue of all these activities is the field of Public Relations activities.  In the society, also in organizations, we need to know about Public Relations. Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This study use a qualitative approach with the type of case study in Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bilingual Terpadu Junwangi Krian Sidoarjo. As for the data collection tehniques, used observation,interview and documentation tehniques. The stages in the data analysis use the stage of condensing data analysis,data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity the data is through. Participation extensions source triangulation and technical triangulation. The result of this study are 1) The teaching materials LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) name’s ‘Alima arranged by crew MGMPS,The books have ISBN  from self publish of institution “Bendera Al Amanah Pers”, review, poetry, anthology, class mading and outdoor mading; 2) The education report, design budget of school, build the literacy organizational structure ,meeting literacy team and MGMPS Indonesia teacher and the literacy cost; 3) Organizing with literacy organization structure,The coordinator has responsibility wih headmaster’ SK,The communication with students of OSIS; 4) The implicationts are giving facility in the library or out library, the student must visit library and give a present to active student,the school have library car,ISBN’s book Publish’Bendera Al Amanah Pers’and overseas book,the class mading,MGMPS mading,race in the school and outside,assessment team,daily literacy,monthly literacy,yearly literacy,start a bookfair,education repot of teacher and rew 5) ard; The evaluations with education instrument of national assessment and evaluation with intern meeting and big meeting.

The role of communication is very important for social life, because basically communication is a basic human activity and is a dynamic transactional process that influences behavior. According to communication experts, there are many forms of communication such as interpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication, organizational communication, and others. Based on temporary observations in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency, there are several children with disabilities. These disabled children experience mental retardation, growth and development and speech disabilities, hearing impairments, and physical disabilities, so they are quite slow, making communication less slow, compared to normal children in general. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Their attitudes and behavior are not as cheerful as children in general and they also have difficulty communicating and interacting with other people. From this problem, researchers are interested in researching "Communication Patterns of Mothers and Children with Disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency." The results of this research are that the communication patterns of mothers and children with disabilities in Talaga Raya District, Central Buton Regency are quite good, although a little passive. in carrying out this communication pattern. Because communication must be done with body language, be patient, speak with a loud voice and slow intonation and speak by repeating words. Apart from that, when a child with a disability is angry if the child's wishes are not followed, the mother must speak patiently because the mother must try to understand what the child means and learn about what the child with a disability wants.
