This study aims to provide a new understanding for people who are interested in the parousia of Christ as the resurrection of man. The location of this study was at the GKPI Jemaat Khusus Pandumaan, and used a mixed method, namely quantitative, distributing questionnaires to randomly selected respondents, and qualitative, interviewing people who were considered qualified by the researcher. It is interesting that the congregation of the GKPI Jemaat Khusus Pandumaan believes that the parousia of Christ will occur but they do not understand what its function is for them, both between the relationship between the parousia of Christ and the resurrection of man from the dead in the future. Referring to a conclusion, the Parousia of Christ is a resurrection for man because after man dies the flesh and spirit are separated and then the spirit stops until the parousia takes place, then the dead man is resurrected. So to every local church, especially the pastor who functions as the leader of the church, to study this teaching more deeply so that church members know the meaning and purpose of the parousia of Christ.

Regional tourism development is a crucial strategy for driving local economic growth and preserving cultural heritage. However, field conditions often reveal that policy implementation does not always proceed optimally. The Sekarsari Bathing Area in Mojokerto City is one of the tourism sites targeted by development policies, yet it has not demonstrated significant impact on community welfare or tourism attractiveness. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of regional tourism development policies at the Sekarsari site using William N. Dunn’s policy evaluation theory, which includes six criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis from various stakeholders such as the tourism office, site managers, local businesses, and community members. The research instruments were developed flexibly and iteratively according to field dynamics. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in an interactive manner. The findings reveal that the tourism development policy at Sekarsari has not yet yielded optimal outcomes. The main weaknesses lie in the lack of community participation, uneven distribution of economic benefits, and limited innovation and promotion. Although there have been improvements in basic infrastructure and a modest increase in visitor numbers, the policy has not been fully responsive to local needs. In conclusion, the current policy does not fully meet Dunn’s six evaluation criteria and requires revisions in both strategic planning and technical implementation. This study recommends that future tourism policies be more community-based, inclusive, and adaptive to local contexts. For future research, a mixed-methods approach involving quantitative and geospatial analysis is suggested to strengthen comprehensive evaluative evidence.

Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) is one of Indonesia’s important agricultural commodities with strong economic potential. However, optimizing its productivity depends heavily on proper cultivation practices, particularly pruning, which significantly affects plant health and fruit yield. This study focused on the Women's Farmer Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) in PTPN 1 Regional V Kebun Bangelan, East Java, which faced challenges due to limited skills and knowledge in coffee pruning. A community-based agricultural extension program was implemented to enhance their technical capabilities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) for effective pruning. The objectives were to identify key issues in pruning practices, deliver targeted training, and evaluate the outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach—comprising participatory observation, structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and a pre-test/post-test comparison—the study assessed knowledge gains and training impact. A Likert-scale survey further measured participant satisfaction. Findings revealed four main issues: low SOP adherence, lack of training, poor tool maintenance, and plant morphological constraints. Post-intervention, participant knowledge rose from 49% to 97%, a 48% improvement. Additionally, 71.88% of respondents rated the training positively. This indicates that structured, practical training significantly improved pruning skills, contributing to better agricultural practices and productivity in smallholder communities.

This study conducts an in-depth examination of 87 mixed-method studies that address war-related trauma in the Middle East over the past two decades (2000–2023), employing a systematic methodological meta-synthesis approach to formulate a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of armed conflict on affected populations. Quantitative findings indicate an exceedingly high prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), reaching 73.4% among war refugees (n = 12,456), accompanied by significant comorbidity rates in the form of depression (68.2%) and anxiety disorders (59.7%), both of which clinically exacerbate recovery prognosis. Meanwhile, the thematic qualitative analysis successfully identified five principal dimensions of recurrent traumatic experiences, namely direct exposure to violence (82.3%), the loss of family members (76.9%), forced displacement (71.4%), existential uncertainty regarding the future (68.9%), and the disintegration of social cohesion within affected communities (65.2%). A comprehensive integration of quantitative and qualitative data reveals a substantial correlation between the duration of conflict exposure and the severity of PTSD (r = 0.78, p < 0.001), indicating a linear association between the chronicity of war experiences and the intensity of psychological trauma. Through meta-regression, this study also identifies several statistically significant protective variables that reinforce both individual and collective resilience, including the presence of family support (β = 0.45, p < 0.001), the intensity of religiosity (β = 0.38, p < 0.01), and the strength of community resilience (β = 0.42, p < 0.001), all of which function as moderating factors of traumatic impact. In contrast to the narrow focus of Storozhuk et al. (2023) and Boeije et al. (2013), who emphasized individual trauma, this study advances a broadened paradigm by exploring the collective dimensions of war trauma made possible through an integrative methodological design. While Zerach and Solomon (2016) previously proposed three core categories of traumatic experience, the present study expands the conceptual spectrum by identifying two additional themes and unveiling the complex network of interrelations among trauma elements. The principal novelty of this study lies in the formulation of an integrative model of war trauma that not only theoretically unifies individual and collective dynamics but also constructs a new methodological framework that may serve as a reference point for trauma research in conflict-affected regions marked by the volatile and multidimensional sociopolitical context of the Middle East.

Mental health is an important indicator of the overall public health status. Mental health surveillance through screening serves as a strategy for early detection of mental disorders and continuous case monitoring. In Indonesia, approximately 630,827 individuals or about 2.0% of the population aged >15 years are reported to have mental health problems based on provincial data. This study was conducted at Cilembang Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, using a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative sample was selected using total sampling, involving 35 new cases of people with mental disorders (ODGJ) recorded in 2024. Meanwhile, qualitative subjects were selected through purposive sampling, involving surveillance officers engaged in the mental health program. The qualitative findings cover the input, process, and output components of the surveillance implementation. Results show that the mental health surveillance program at Cilembang PHC is supported by various health personnel, funding from the BOK program, and the SIMKESWA digital system integrated with the Ministry of Health. Active surveillance is carried out through community and school screenings using the SDQ and SRQ-20 instruments, followed by diagnosis, counseling, and initial management. The program exceeded the target for identifying severe ODGJ cases. However, screening among individuals aged ≥15 years has not been optimally implemented due to competing program priorities.

This meta-methodological study evaluates 127 research articles on war-induced trauma in the Middle East, published between 2000 and 2023, with the aim of developing a methodological standardization framework capable of addressing the region-specific contextual complexity. The findings reveal a marked degree of heterogeneity in the methodological approaches employed (χ² = 78.45, p < .001), with 42.5% of the studies utilizing cross-sectional designs, 28.3% employing longitudinal methods, and 29.2% adopting mixed-methods approaches. Meta-regression analysis indicates a highly significant correlation between methodological rigor and the validity of research findings (r = .78, p < .001), reinforcing the importance of consistency in study design. The evaluation of instrument reliability reveals significant variation (α = .65–.92), with instruments based on DSM-5 criteria demonstrating the highest level of internal consistency (M = .86, SD = .08). Further analysis identifies five core components as critical in the methodological structuring of trauma studies within Middle Eastern conflict zones, namely cultural validation of instruments (β = .45, p < .001), data source triangulation (OR = 2.34, 95% CI [1.87–2.81]), contextualization of traumatic experience (R² = .56), sensitivity to conflict dynamics (κ = .82), and the application of ethics tailored to the local context (ICC = .79). These findings extend the work of Bush and Duggan (2013) on methodological biases rooted in Western epistemologies. Additionally, they advance the conclusions of Patel and Hall (2021) regarding the absence of cultural validity in cross-conflict studies, as this research introduces an integrated methodological framework that systematically synthesizes local perspectives with international scientific standards. The primary contribution of this study lies in the development of the Trauma Research Standardization Index (TRSI), a newly designed instrument intended to assess methodological alignment with the specific conflict context of the Middle East. The TRSI demonstrates verified construct validity (construct = .88) and high test-retest reliability (.92), making it a potentially valuable tool in standardizing trauma research across Middle Eastern contexts.

This study aims to assess how the development and tourism potential of Parepare City are perceived by the local community. Using a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative), this research analyzes five main components (A5): Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary Services, Activities, and Accessibility, utilizing the Weighted Analysis technique (Likert Scale) to provide a structured evaluation. The findings indicate that public perceptions of tourism development vary. Artificial attractions received high ratings and are considered a key strength. Regarding amenities, the availability of places of worship was rated as the most adequate. However, in ancillary services, facilities such as clean water, electricity, and culinary services still require improvement. In terms of activities, events like festivals and recreational activities were deemed to be suboptimal in terms of implementation, management, and the involvement of local SMEs. Meanwhile, in the accessibility component, institutions such as Pokdarwis have not been effectively implemented. Therefore, a development strategy is needed that actively involves the community through training and empowerment, as well as continuous support from the government. Infrastructure improvement and regular evaluations are essential steps to enhance tourist interest in visiting Parepare City.

Despite their 45% contribution to the global economy, international micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) face considerable obstacles in enhancing their global competitiveness because they lack the resources and access to efficient market analysis (OECD, 2025). In order to optimize cross-border MSME market analysis, this research attempts to construct a machine learning (ML) model coupled with a mixed-methods approach. A combination of quantitative (XGBoost and SEM-AMOS were used to analyze transaction data of 500 Indonesian export MSMEs 2020–2024) and qualitative (interviews with 15 MSME players) methods showed that the XGBoost model achieved 89% accuracy in predicting market trends, with key variables including exchange rate fluctuations (19%) and social media sentiment (28%). According to qualitative findings, the ML model does not identify cross-border regulatory constraints that 65% of MSMEs must deal with. These results validate market intelligence powered by AI as a strategic asset, extending the Resource-Based View paradigm. The significance of contextual adaptation and technological integration in the digital transformation of MSMEs is emphasized by this study.

Dinamika Pembelajaran : Jurnal Pendidikan dan bahasa 2025 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

In educational research, identifying variables and determining data sources are essential components in designing a systematic and accurate study. Research variables refer to the elements that are observed and measured within a study. These variables can include student achievement, motivation, teaching strategies, or learning environment conditions. Generally, variables are categorized as independent, dependent, control, or moderator variables. The independent variable is the influencing factor, while the dependent variable is the outcome. Control variables are held constant to avoid interference, and moderator variables affect the strength or direction of the relationship. The process of identifying variables begins with formulating the research problem and objectives. By reviewing theoretical frameworks and previous studies, researchers can focus their investigation on measurable aspects. For instance, in a study about the effectiveness of online learning on student performance, the independent variable is online learning, while the dependent variable is student achievement. Beyond identifying variables, researchers must also determine the appropriate types of data sources. Data sources are generally divided into two categories: primary and secondary. Primary data are collected directly from research subjects, such as through interviews, observations, or questionnaires. Secondary data, on the other hand, are obtained from existing sources like documents, books, journals, or official reports. The choice of data source must align with the research approach—quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods. In quantitative research, primary data such as test scores or survey responses are used to measure variables numerically. In qualitative research, in-depth interviews and observations are commonly used to explore meanings and context. Using both types of data in combination can enhance data validity through triangulation. Ultimately, researchers must ensure the validity and reliability of their data, while also maintaining ethical standards in data collection and reporting. By understanding how to identify variables and select appropriate data sources, educational research can yield credible findings that contribute meaningfully to educational theory and practice.

The role of Cargo Handling on the Loading and Unloading Process at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is very important for the loading and unloading process at the port. This research aims to identify various technical and non technical obstacles in the operation of cargo handling equipment such as ASC, forklift, and reach stacker. The interview results showed that there are four main factors that become obstacles in the loading and unloading process, namely machines, methods, facilities, and manpower. Further analysis using fishbone diagrams reinforced these findings by outlining the causes of each factor, ranging from machine interference, wrong container placement methods, limited technological facilities such as Container Scanner Reader (CSR), to the driver’s lack of understanding of the automation system. Quantitatively, the efficiency of cargo handling was evaluated through the 2023 container throughput, which showed a positive trend with a significant increase in load activity, especially in October which recorded the highest number of 39.106 Boxes. The analysis concluded that although there are various obstacles in cargo handling practices, the system implemented by PT Terminal Teluk Lamong has generally been able to improve the efficiency of the loading and unloading process, as evidenced by the volume of container handling.
