The increasing popularity of e-commerce has driven the development of more sophisticated product recommendation systems to enhance user experience. Within this framework, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become essential for enhancing the caliber of product suggestions through the examination of user behavioral patterns and product attributes. This paper explores the incorporation of artificial intelligence into e-commerce product recommendation systems. This strategy integrates AI methodologies like machine learning, data mining, and natural language processing (NLP) to produce recommendation systems that are personalized and pertinent. Through in-depth analysis of user data and product information, the system can predict user preferences with higher accuracy, improve user engagement levels, and ultimately increase sales conversions. By combining domain knowledge, technical expertise, and the latest research methodologies, This research offers valuable insights for both e-commerce system developers and artificial intelligence researchers. The integration of artificial intelligence into product recommendation systems represents a critical measure in facilitating growth and fostering innovation within the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.

Patient adherence to tuberculosis (TB) treatment is crucial for achieving a cure, preventing transmission, and avoiding cases of drug resistance. TB treatment typically involves using antibiotics for 6-9 months. Consistent compliance during this period is essential to ensure the eradication of the bacteria that cause TB. Non-compliance can result in disease recurrence and the development of drug resistance. Many factors can influence patient compliance, including drug side effects, lack of social support, patient knowledge about the disease, economic factors, and accessibility of health services. This study aims to provide an overview of the level of patient compliance in tuberculosis treatment at the Pekanbaru City Health Center. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional method conducted on 37 respondents using a survey method via questionnaire. Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their children

Early childhood education plays a crucial role in preparing children with foundational knowledge for further education at the primary level. Within Early Childhood Education (ECE), children are nurtured to become independent individuals, fostering social interaction, strong self-confidence, a keen interest in exploring knowledge, the ability to adopt positive ideas, develop their own thoughts, adapt to new environments, demonstrate high enthusiasm for learning, and exhibit high levels of creativity. Early childhood education, including preschool education, aids in the physical and mental development of children, covering various aspects such as religious and moral values, social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, and motor skills. This education can be conducted through various pathways, including formal, informal, and non-formal, with one form being the Integrated Early Childhood Education (IECE) program. The collage method serves as an effective approach to enhance children's fine motor skills, optimally implemented in several IECE institutions like RA Yaa Bunayya in Mompang Julu Village. Qualitative methods are employed in this research, utilizing triangulation data collection techniques comprising observation, interviews, and documentation. Collage activities at RA Yaa Bunayya are planned according to the children's needs, utilizing safe and diverse natural materials, providing valuable experiences for children to explore textures and shapes. Collage activities also offer advantages in improving concentration, recognizing colors, and identifying shapes, which are crucial aspects of children's development.
