Stunting is one of the chronic nutritional problems that remains a serious challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. This condition not only affects children's physical growth but also their cognitive development and long-term productivity. The low level of public awareness regarding balanced nutrition and proper parenting practices is a major factor contributing to the high prevalence of stunting. Therefore, community empowerment through village forums as a platform for advocacy, education, and cross-sector collaboration is essential. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of village communities to understand, prevent, and address stunting through participatory approaches. The methods applied include training for posyandu cadres, group discussions, and the establishment of village stunting forums involving community leaders, health workers, and local government officials. The results indicate a significant improvement in public knowledge and awareness regarding stunting prevention. The village forum also serves as a coordination center for policy advocacy and the implementation of nutrition programs at the local level. Thus, community empowerment through village forums has proven to be an effective strategy to strengthen community participation and enhance synergy between government, health institutions, and local residents in reducing stunting prevalence at the village level.

Modern healthcare services are undergoing transformation toward a more humanistic and patient-centered approach, emphasizing hospitality based services in hospitals. However, many healthcare institutions, particularly in outpatient settings, have not fully adopted this concept. Patients often experience psychological distress, and when coupled with an unsupportive physical environment, their comfort and overall experience may be diminished. These conditions can negatively affect perceptions of service quality, patient satisfaction, and loyalty toward hospital services. This study aimed to analyze the influence of patients’ psychological conditions and the physical environment on hospitality-based services, with patient experience as an intervening variable, at the internal medicine outpatient clinic of BM Hospital. A quantitative research design using a cross-sectional approach was employed. The study involved 200 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with Likert-scale items and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that patients’ psychological conditions, the physical environment, and patient experience simultaneously and significantly influenced hospitality-based services. Hypothesis testing confirmed that both psychological conditions and the physical environment had a direct and significant impact on hospitality-based services. Furthermore, patient experience played a mediating role, strengthening the relationship between these factors and perceived service quality. The findings highlight the need for hospitals to integrate psychological support and a conducive physical environment into outpatient care delivery. Enhancing these dimensions can improve patient experience, foster greater satisfaction and comfort, and build stronger loyalty toward hospital services

This study aims to examine in depth the level of effectiveness and obstacles faced in the use of RME. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to describe in depth the effectiveness and obstacles in the use of RME at the Baleendah Health Center. Data collection techniques were carried out through triangulation, namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of three people, namely the Head of the Puskesmas, medical records officer, and a doctor. Overall, the results showed that the implementation of RME at the Puskesmas received full support from the management, including aspects of funding, training, technology, and regular evaluation of the problems faced. RME has become the main focus because it is considered more effective and efficient than manual systems, especially in accelerating and improving the accuracy of services. However, the implementation still encountered a number of obstacles, such as internet network disruptions in the early stages, which have now been resolved by adding devices at certain points. The limited number of IT experts is also an obstacle because it slows down the handling of technical problems. In addition, server disruptions still occur because data storage is centralized at Diskominfo along with 62 other Puskesmas in Bandung Regency, which causes delays in data access.

Prenatal exercise plays a vital role in maintaining the physical and mental well-being of pregnant women. This activity helps reduce common discomforts such as back pain, enhances stamina, and strengthens pelvic muscles in preparation for childbirth. However, knowledge among pregnant women regarding safe and effective exercises remains limited. The lack of structured information often leads to uncertainty and discourages participation in physical activities during pregnancy. This condition highlights the need for well-directed and comprehensive physiotherapy education. This community service program was conducted in Building B of the Kedungkandang Community Health Center and involved 15 participants. A holistic approach was employed, combining interactive counseling to convey the theoretical benefits and safety of exercise, group discussions to share experiences, and practical demonstrations. The exercises demonstrated were carefully selected to be simple, safe, and easy to perform independently at home, ensuring continuity beyond the educational sessions. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, as evidenced by the comparison between pre-test and post-test scores. This improvement reflects the growing awareness among pregnant women of the importance of maintaining fitness through structured and safe physical activity. Continuous education through a community physiotherapy approach is necessary to ensure consistent implementation of prenatal exercise and to support long-term behavioral changes toward better maternal health.

Nutritional problems among adolescent girls remain relatively high and can affect reproductive health, particularly before entering marriage. One of the factors suspected to be associated with nutritional status is the frequency of visits to adolescent health posts (Posyandu Remaja). This study aimed to determine the relationship between the frequency of visits to adolescent health posts and the nutritional status of adolescent girls in the working area of Dinoyo Public Health Center. The research design employed was correlational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 80 adolescent girls registered at adolescent health posts in the Dinoyo Public Health Center area, selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected using observation sheets and analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the frequency of visits to adolescent health posts and the nutritional status of adolescent girls (r = -0.083, p = 0.462). It can be concluded that an increased frequency of visits to adolescent health posts does not directly correlate with improvements in the nutritional status of adolescent girls in the Dinoyo Public Health Center area.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is transmitted through the air, specifically through droplets expelled by sufferers when coughing or sneezing. TB is divided into two main types: pulmonary TB, which attacks the lungs, and extrapulmonary TB, which can affect other organs such as the pleura, lymph nodes, skin, bones, and meninges. In the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) work area, 77 new cases of pulmonary TB were recorded from January to April 2025. Meanwhile, coverage of Tuberculosis Prevention Therapy (TPT) only reached 44.7%, still below the national target of at least 50%. This condition indicates the need for increased health promotion activities and community diagnostic approaches as promotive and preventive measures, in order to increase TPT coverage and reduce the incidence of TB. The results of the respondent questionnaire showed that the level of public knowledge about TB reached 64.6%, positive attitudes at 94%, and preventive behavior at 72%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that outreach activities be conducted regularly to improve public understanding, which can ultimately encourage behavioral changes and reduce TB cases.
