The field of architecture has undergone rapid development within both academic and professional circles. Digital architecture, a concise term describing the use of communication and information technology in the entire planning and design process, has significantly influenced architectural education worldwide. It serves as a means to bridge the quality gap between architectural education in developed and developing countries. In Indonesia, digital architecture has been a subject of debate since its inception, garnering both proponents and opponents. Many still hold the belief that computers are merely new tools, akin to drawing instruments, for architects. However, the current progress reveals the availability of numerous computer modeling programs that support architectural design. These programs enable the visualization of building conditions before construction, becoming commonplace tools in consultancy firms and educational institutions, embraced by both lecturers and students. Consequently, the impact of information technology on the evolution of the architectural world is evident. The growing reliance on digital modeling programs in architectural design demonstrates a paradigm shift. This technological influence extends beyond individual buildings to encompass urban modeling, both in physical and non-physical aspects. Therefore, it is understood that the influence of information technology will continue to grow in the architectural realm, with digital programs playing a pivotal role in supporting the building design process.

This literature study aims to introduce the main fundamental analysis and stock valuation methods that daily equity traders apply in choosing stocks for their active equity portfolios. Daily equities traders rely mostly on technical charts and other tools to identify patterns that can suggest potential activity without assessing a stock’s intrinsic value for trading decisions. Chart analysis is designed to find trades with high probability outcomes by establishing precise price targets. The goal of this technical paper is to emphasize the significance of fundamental analysis in the investment choices of daily traders. Fundamental analysis is based on the careful comparisons of a stock’s intrinsic value to the current market price. If the stock’s intrinsic value is higher than the market price, it is reasonable for a fundamental investor/trader to purchase the stock. This paper endorses the idea that using both investment techniques would result in more successful investing decisions for equities traders.

There are still many teachers who carry out learning activities that only pursue the quantity aspect of the material. Teachers usually try to convey all the subject matter even in a limited time, thus ignoring the learning process carried out by students. This is not recommended. Learning should not be limited to emphasizing the fulfillment of the quantity of subject matter but must strive to achieve the quality side. Thus the PGSD Adi Buana lecturer team provided assistance to teachers in Gresik district to optimize their competence in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. The method used in the implementation of this community service is a problem-based approach. The results of training and capacity show an increase in the knowledge of skills and abilities of teachers in designing and compiling learning hots based on independent learning. Teaching materials are one of the important things in teaching and learning activities. To design learning, it is necessary to consider what kind of teaching and learning materials are needed to achieve learning objectives and achieve the required abilities, and for this reason it is necessary to develop teaching materials. In developing teaching materials, we can refer to two things: the context in which education takes place and the form of learning activities that take place. Contextual considerations are made to determine the packaging format for learning materials. For example, whether students bond with each other. Regarding the format of learning activities, teachers need to consider whether traditional teaching, distance learning, or a combination of both. Five factors must be considered when developing learning materials: student characteristics, format of learning activities, context in which training takes place, learning strategies, and tools for assessing learning outcomes.
