The implementation of the Hospital Information Management System (SIMRS) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of public healthcare services in Indonesia. With the country's vast geographical landscape and significant disparities in healthcare access between urban and rural areas, SIMRS offers an integrated digital solution to streamline hospital operations and improve service delivery. This study explores the impact of SIMRS on the efficiency of hospital management, particularly in administrative processes such as patient registration, medical records, and resource allocation. Additionally, SIMRS contributes to improving healthcare accessibility by enabling seamless data exchange between healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients in remote areas can access timely and appropriate care. Despite its benefits, the implementation of SIMRS faces challenges, such as limited infrastructure, high implementation costs, and a lack of trained personnel. To overcome these obstacles, it is essential for the government, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders to collaborate in providing adequate training, improving infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable implementation of SIMRS. This study concludes that SIMRS has the potential to significantly improve healthcare services in Indonesia, provided that the challenges are addressed and adequate support is given for its expansion across the country.

Indonesia, as a rule-of-law state (rechstaat), regulates the life of the nation and state based on law, as reflected in the provisions of civil law that govern relationships between individuals, including matters of inheritance. Inheritance distribution in Indonesia follows various legal systems, such as Islamic inheritance law, civil inheritance law, and customary law, each with different principles and rules. Inherited assets include a wide range of properties, such as movable and immovable assets, property rights, debts, money, businesses, and wills. In practice, the distribution of inheritance in Indonesia often involves an administrative process requiring a Certificate of Inheritance Rights (Surat Keterangan Hak Waris or SKHW) to verify who is entitled to inherit and the share each heir is entitled to receive. This study aims to educate the public, particularly customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, about inheritance law and the procedures involved. Additionally, the research highlights the crucial role of notaries as Land Deed Officials (Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah, PPAT) in the legalisation of inheritance ownership, particularly concerning the management of land certificates and other legal documents. Through community service conducted at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) branch in Central Semarang, this study educates the public on inheritance rights and the role of notaries in ensuring the legal validity of inheritance distribution in accordance with applicable laws. Indonesia's plural inheritance law system provides flexibility in choosing the applicable legal system, whether Islamic law, civil law, or customary law. In the case of disputes, notaries play a role in resolving conflicts by creating peace agreements, cancellation deeds, or waivers of claim deeds. This study is expected to help the public better understand inheritance law and the role of notaries in ensuring that inheritance rights are distributed fairly and legally in accordance with the prevailing laws.

The role of State Attorneys (Jaksa Pengacara Negara, JPN) is vital in recovering state assets lost due to corruption, aligning with the principles of Indonesia’s legal state (Rechtsstaat). This study examines JPN's authority under Law No. 31 of 1999, emphasizing its dual role in civil and administrative litigation. Using a normative juridical approach, the research analyzes legal frameworks and conceptual perspectives on JPN’s functions. The findings indicate JPN’s strategic position in representing the state, not only in civil lawsuits but also in non-litigation processes for recovering state financial losses. Challenges such as limited human resources, inter-agency coordination, and protracted case resolutions hinder optimal performance. The research suggests reinforcing the institutional capacity of JPN through targeted training and promoting synergy with related agencies, such as the KPK and police. Enhancing legal competence and procedural efficiency are critical to meeting public expectations for justice and transparency in handling corruption cases.

The transfer of land ownership certificates is an important legal process in Indonesia's land system, regulated by various laws and regulations, such as the Basic Agrarian Law and its implementing regulations. The procedure for transferring ownership certificates begins with a legitimate sale and purchase transaction, followed by registration with the National Land Agency (BPN). However, in practice, obstacles often arise, one of which is when the seller's whereabouts are unknown, which can hinder the process of transferring land rights. In this situation, the buyer can take various legal actions, including filing a civil lawsuit in the District Court to obtain a court ruling confirming the legal transfer of rights, or submitting a request for a decree to the Administrative Court (PTUN) if BPN rejects the application for the transfer of land rights. The perspective of the PTUN legal procedure explains that the buyer can challenge the BPN decision if it is deemed contrary to the law or the principles of good governance (AUPB), with sufficient evidence to support their claim. In this case, PTUN plays a role in providing justice and legal certainty for the aggrieved party. Therefore, even when the seller’s whereabouts are unknown, through the appropriate procedures and legitimate legal actions, the buyer can still acquire ownership rights over the land purchased.

This study examines citizenship as a constitutional right in Indonesia, focusing on the foundational principles of citizenship, the roles of state institutions, challenges in the enforcement of rights, and relevant case studies. The research employs a doctrinal legal methodology with a normative approach, incorporating legislative, case law, conceptual, historical, and comparative perspectives. Data is collected from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources through a literature review. The analysis reveals that the foundational principles of citizenship are enshrined in the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia (UUD 1945), which includes the right to participate in government, the right to decent work, and other social rights. State institutions such as the President, the People's Consultative Assembly (DPR), and the judiciary play crucial roles in the enforcement of constitutional rights. However, several challenges persist, including human rights violations, injustices within the legal system, and barriers to political participation. Case studies related to administrative issues in the 2024 elections, human rights violations in Papua, and the controversy surrounding the Omnibus Law on Job Creation illustrate practical issues in the implementation of constitutional rights.

The study aims to measure the information content of the accounting profits of banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange, as the sample included 10 banks for a period of 4 years (2016-2019). The study concluded that banks that have a high explanatory ability reflect greater stability in the stock price, which would reassure Investors and stakeholders, thus reducing dispersion and fluctuations in the stock price, while banks with weak explanatory power show higher volatility in the stock price, which indicates additional risks that increase the fluctuation in investor returns, and the influencing factors have a major role in enhancing or reducing the information content of profits. Which explains the discrepancy between banks, and the study recommended the need to enhance the quality of financial disclosure, especially banks with weak explanatory capacity, increase transparency, and work to enhance the informational content of profits, which in turn increases investors’ confidence in accounting information, as well as encouraging banks to strengthen their internal control systems, which helps in Reducing accounting errors and the accuracy of declared profits, thus stabilizing the share price. Strengthening the administrative capabilities of executive managers contributes significantly to enhancing the informational content of profits by allocating the company’s available resources efficiently and effectively.

This research aims to analyze the extent of the implementation of Law No. 24/2011 concerning BPJS Employment in providing protection for workers in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to assess whether the implementation of the policy is in accordance with the expected objectives, as well as to identify factors that affect its success or failure. To identify various obstacles and barriers faced in the implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, both from the side of the workforce, the employer, and the government. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The descriptive qualitative method was chosen because it aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Law No. 24/2011 in the implementation of the Employment BPJS program and to identify various obstacles, barriers, and their effectiveness in protecting the workforce. Through this approach, the research focuses on in-depth exploration of existing phenomena, utilizing qualitative primary and secondary data. The results of the study explain that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, which is regulated in Law No. 24 of 2011, plays an important role in providing social protection for workers in Indonesia through various programs such as Old Age Security (JHT), Pension Security (JP), Work Accident Security (JKK), and Death Security (JKM). However, the implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan still faces obstacles, such as low participation of informal sector workers, lack of understanding of BPJS benefits, and complicated claim procedures. To increase its effectiveness, more intensive efforts are needed in socialization to workers and job information providers, as well as simplifying administrative procedures. In addition, the government and BPJS must utilize technology to facilitate access and claim submission. Strict law enforcement against companies that do not comply with their obligations will guarantee compliance and ensure more equitable social protection for all workers in Indonesia.
