STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

And especially in village communities that uphold religious values, as is the case in the community of Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. Sumberjambe itself is an area in Jember Regency which is close to the forestry area and is located under the slopes of Mount Raung. The review used in this research is the maqashid sharia theory in order to obtain an objective conclusion. The aim of this research is to determine the factors behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District and analyze the views of religious leaders regarding early marriage from a maqashid sharia perspective. The approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of field research. And the results of this research are among the first, it was found that several factors were behind the occurrence of early marriage in Sumberjambe District, including economic factors, in this case there were several parents who wanted to immediately let go of their children in the hope of reducing the cost of living in the family. Then there is the promiscuity factor, many people think that communication using social media makes teenagers free from parental supervision, resulting in out-of-wedlock pregnancies and marriage is the solution.

The topic of leadership becomes increasingly important because people are increasingly talking about and fighting over it as a determinant factor of the success of a job. Leadership plays an important role in determining the advance or setback of an organization or group. Joshua can be used as a figure in today's leadership. Speaking of character, Joshua is a very consistent person. This fact can be seen when Joshua became a servant of Moses. His life shows an example of great loyalty, obedience, commitment, determination, communicative and a strong faith. The incident of sending spies to the land of Canaan, Joshua and Caleb were not only determined to do what was assigned, but the determination that was in them was also shown in concrete actions. This event showed when the tasks and responsibilities are completed, the ten spies from the ten tribes of Israel gave exaggerated report about the condition of the land of Canaan and displayed pessimism and an exaggerated impression on the Israelites.

This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

Especially when there are unexpected problems, but because so far the system used is still the old system and is less efficient and often errors in writing the nominal amount and also requires a long time in data processing so that makes the Administration part of the problem. With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

The purpose of the study was to find out "The Role of Catechists inRegenating Worhisp Leaders for Sunday Service for People at St Theresia Talekoi Parish of Saint Paul Buntok Parish". The method used is a Qualitative Research method with data collection techniques, Observation, and Interview. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques. The data obtained by the authors from several informants consisting of 9 informants, among others: 4 fathers and 5 mothers from the St Theresia Talekoi station.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. Abstrak Lahan yang ditempati Warga Kampung Bugis merupakan tanah yang telahdihibahkan oleh Raja Pemecutan pada warga Desa Serangan, dan mereka menempatisudah generasi keempat. Sebelum eksekusi, telah dilakukan dialog dan negosiasi,tetapi warga Kampung Bugis tetap bertahan. Keadaan tersebut mengakibatkanterjadinya penggusuran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya bantuanpendampingan dalam mengatasi anak-anak yang mengalami trauma pascapenggusuran; meminimalkan kondisi kesehatan pasca penggusuran; memulihkankondisi kesejahteraan pasca penggusuran. Prioritas dampingan bertujuan untukmengurangi dari keterpurukan; membantu menumbuhkan dampak sosial yang hilang,sebelum dan setelah penggusuran, khususnya dalam kohesi sosial.Strategi yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini adalah strategi komunitasmarginal/ mustadh’afin. Pendampingan bagi masyarakat dalam kategori komunitasyang lemah ekonomi, tergantung pada orang lain, dan tidak memiliki tempat tinggalpermanen. Sedangkan pendekatan dengan partisipatoris, melibatkan partisipasimasyarakat secara penuh dan aktif dalam keseluruhan proses riset.Pendampingan ini dapat membantu warga yang tergusur dalam mengatasipermasalahan yang dihadapi. Warga tergusur saling membantu dalam mengatasitrauma anak, meningkatkan kesehatan, dan mendapatkan tempat tinggal layak.Kelayakan tempat tinggal sudah mendapatkan respon dari pihak pemerintah, tinggalmenunggu surat resmi tempat tinggal yang akan mereka dapatkan sesuai kesepakatanantar warga pengungsi, tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemerintah.   Abstract Kampung Bugis’s people have beenliving in Serangan Village. Mentoring for the community in the category of economically weakcommunities, depends on others, and does not have a permanent residence. Whereasthe approach of this study is participatory, involving full and active communityparticipation in the entire research process.This mentoring can help displaced people in overcoming the problems faced.Evicted residents help each other in overcoming child trauma, improve health, andget a decent place to live. The feasibility of a place of residence has received aresponse from the government, just waiting for the official residence letter that theywill get as agreed between refugee residents, traditional leaders, community leaders,and the government.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of employee workon the Unit Unit Laka Lantas Purworejo Police. Sampling using the census method, which takes all the population as sempel as many as 6 employees. This research uses Likert-scale data analysis method.Based on the research that the authors do ultimately obtained results for the variable motivation 76%, job satisfaction 91%, 58% workload variable and time variable completing 78% task. Of the four variables the most dominant variable is job satisfaction variable with a score of 55 or 91%. While the lowest variable is the workload variable with a score of 35 or 58% cause factor is due to the unbalanced amount between the workload with the number of personnel available. Leaders must have a policy to increase incentives and bonuses and increase the number of personnel for the team of Laka Unit Purworejo Police to have a balance between the number of personnel with the work load run by laka unit team in order to run the task and finish the work can be more optimal with good results or satisfying and in serving the community can be better, proportional and professional.

The development of information systems is increasingly rapidly nowadays requires a lot of educational institutions to develop information systems in educational environments that do not fall behind with other educational institutions. It's possible the parents and students will move to the educational institutions that have information systems that fast, accurate and reliable way to get the information required with skills no doubt in supporting the learning system. SMK Negeri 4 Kendal is located at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta Kendal, very aware of the importance of information systems. The information that fast, accurate and available at all times would be very helpful in the implementation of the learning process is also in the process of admission of new students. A newly established education institution four years ago was very concerned about the availability of information systems needed by students and parents so that information systems and the fabric of cooperation to do with ease. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. In this research, the application used is PHP programming MySQL database.

Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

SAI APPAREL SEMARANG, the authors try to develop a system in accordance with the needs needed, namely by changing the data processing program inventory system (inventory) that is still using a manual system into a computerized inventory processing program (inventory) based on computerized programming language microsoft visual basic. This change aims to adjust the needs. The use of a computerized inventory system (inventory) in a company or office plays an important role. Because with the presence of a computerized system the data taken and made will be more precise and accurate, while the existing system at PT. SAI APPAREL SEMARANG still uses a manual system so reports that will be given to the leaders are slow.

Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

This study explores the relevance of women’s position in leadership within the contemporary context by considering the roles of women throughout history as well as the values underlying perspectives on leadership in modern society. Through a critical analysis of biblical texts, particularly in the Old Testament, this journal seeks to understand how female figures in the Bible, namely Deborah, Ruth, and Esther, influence perceptions of women in leadership. The findings of this study provide profound insights into the relevance and challenges faced by women in pursuing leadership careers in the contemporary era. In the modern context, women still face a number of challenges that hinder their progress in attaining leadership positions. Some of these challenges include gender inequality. The importance of gender equality in the modern context can also be seen from the relevance previously mentioned regarding the position of women in contemporary leadership. This study highlights the importance of understanding and encouraging women’s participation in leadership as an integral part of creating a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Gender equality is not only about providing equal rights to all individuals, but also about recognizing and appreciating the diverse contributions of all people, regardless of gender.  

AbstractsElection becomes a means of the process of democratization that must be conducted directly, publicly, freely, undisclosely, reliable and fairness. Based on the above norms, especially for the local election, it is hoped that a responsible and potential capable local leader/chief and/or vice local leader/chief will emerge. Yet, there are many disappointed incidents that need to be concerned during and after the election complete, such as the fight between supporters’ candidates, the unfair ballot counting, money politics and other dirty tricks. Those proved that the rules of law are still neglected during the local election. Considering that negligence, it is necessary (a) to recover the article 581 UU Number 32/2004 (b) to compromise between the law assurance, justice and benefits, and (c) to educate people about the culture of law, especially for the culture of personal law to be the open culture of law.
