Article 33 (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, is clear that the welfare of the people must be prioritized, however, the problem of mineral and coal mining, at the conceptual level, has not shown an impact on the welfare of the Indonesian people; The author appreciates this change in law. Currently, corruption related to mining has emerged again, namely a loss of IDR 271 trillion, which according to Bambang Hero S. is still an environmental loss or a loss to the country's economy. When compared to BLBI of 138 trillion and Asabri of around 22 trillion, this means that the trading system of tin as one of the mining commodities is the biggest corruption, which was unexpected by the public, but suddenly emerged after the election. Departing from the 1945 Constitution which uses the principle of managing oil and gas resources for the benefit of society and the state. So the problem formulation is how problematic occurs in changes to the regulations of Law no. 4 of 2009 until now it has become Law no. 3 of 2020. At the norm level, changes to the law have accommodated the principles of sustainability and legal certainty, even though implementing regulations do not yet exist. Returning to legal problems in Indonesia, problems often arise in the application of the law, not at the normative level.

The general election is one of the forms of implementing democracy. With general elections, people can directly participate in electing the leader of the country or the person who will sit in parliament. Speaking of general elections. This general election was followed by a political party. Or in other words, these election participants themselves are political parties. In Indonesia itself, general elections are held based on several principles. In its history, Indonesia has passed many elections. From the era of President Soekarno in the old order until now. Elections also have a relationship with state and democracy. The writing of this article, uses normative methods that use legislation to analyze elections, democracy, and constitutionality. The purpose of this research is to be held, so that we know about the electoral system in Indonesia. As the general election is a clear example of democracy. We are in compiling this research, using a normative juridical method approach and the data used is secondary data. The result that we got through this research is that Indonesia holds elections with an open proportional system with an election period of 5 years.

To find out and analyze the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in proving criminal acts in other countries. To find out and analyze the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the perspective of proof of criminal acts at the investigative level in IndonesiaThe type of research used is normative juridical. The focus of the normative approach is to find, analyze and then formulate norms for the use of hypnosis. While the focus of the juridical approach is to explain the use of forensic hypnosis in several countries by referring to legal concepts or expert opinions, legal principles or principles and legal sources that apply universally.Whereas forensic hypnosis has been used as a method of examining witnesses in the investigative process in the United States, Canada and Hong Kong where information from the results of forensic hypnosis is used by investigators to search for, collect evidence and strengthen evidence. Meanwhile, de jure court decisions in each country that recognize the use of forensic hypnosis is a source of jurisprudence and legal legitimacy for applying forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in proving criminal offenses at the investigative level in Indonesia. Whereas the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the perspective of proving a crime at the level of investigation in Indonesia is no different from the method of examining witnesses in the investigation process in general. As a complementary method, it consists of 4 (four) stages namely pre-induction, induction, suggestion and termination where implicitly the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the investigation process is a manifestation of the investigator's enthusiasm in carrying out other actions according to law.In order to further strengthen and optimize the existence of the use of forensic hypnosis as a method of examining witnesses in the investigative process in Indonesia, it is hoped that the legislature will provide confirmation on the use of forensic hypnosis which must be contained in statutory regulations or in standard procedures.

In principle there are two different meanings on Criminal Law , the so -called with ius poenale and ius puniendi . Space principles scope enactment rule law the punishment is divided become four that is principle Territoriality ( territorialiteits beginningsel ), basic Nationality active , basic Protection (National Passive ), and principles universality ( universaliteits beginssel ).

This research is intended to: (1) find out how the review of the imposition of criminal sanctions for abuse of authority by village officials is based on the Gorontalo District Court Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus TPK/2020/PN Gto, and (2) find out what factors influence the imposition of crimes on Gorontalo District Court Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN Gto. This research uses a type of normative legal research that uses legal norms, including statutory regulations, doctrine, and judge's decisions as a foundation for providing arguments. The approach models used are the statutory approach, case approach and conceptual approach. The research results show: first decision no. 1/Pid.Sus TPK/2020/PN Gto, is not completely correct because prison sentences tend to be low and do not comply with legal principles and harm the sense of justice in society. Apart from that, the implications of the judge's decision in decision no. 1/Pid.Sus TPK/2020/PN Gto, if examined from the perspective of the principles of justice, expediency and legal certainty, these principles have not been fully implemented because it can be seen from the low number of judges' sentences against defendants. Second, the factors influencing the imposition of criminal sanctions in case no. 1/Pid.Sus TPK/2020/PN Gto, it was the absence of aggravating reasons applied by the panel of judges, and the public's perception or opinion of the defendant not being considered, which resulted in the sanction imposed being only 3 (three) years in prison.

In classical discourse, Islamic governments that have appeared on the stage of history have exemplified the forms of state income and expenditure. This article describes a comparison of fiscal policy, namely in the income and expenditure of the state treasury according to Islamic and conventional government systems and their implementation which has similarities with fiscal policy in Indonesia. The study method used is literature study, the data obtained is compiled, analyzed and concluded to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that fiscal policy has been implemented since the time of the Prophet Muhammad with the emergence of policy instruments that are in accordance with Islamic principles. As for the fiscal policy that has been exemplified in Islamic government, it has been able to be reformulated in accordance with the legal order and culture of the Indonesian people. It's just that the implementation mechanism is different from what has been implemented by Islamic governments, however, the principles and objectives have much in common. As for the fiscal policies of the State of Indonesia which are considered to be adapted from the Islamic government system, namely kharaj with PBB, 'usyr such as customs with PPn and jizyah such as visas with PPh.

This research aims to reveal the important role of Islamic educational psychology in the Islamic Religious Education learning process. The method used is library research which involves collecting information and data by utilizing various materials available in the library, such as reference books, articles, journals and other relevant documents related to the topic being researched. From the research results, it is concluded that Islamic educational psychology plays an important role in learning Islamic religious education because of the interactive dynamics between teachers and students during the learning process. Without the knowledge of Islamic educational psychology in every learning process, it is certain that learning objectives will not be achieved optimally and the learning process will be ineffective. Furthermore, Islamic religious education involves instilling and strengthening the principles of faith which serve as a spiritual basis. A person's entire being is shaped by the teachings of the Islamic religion, and every attitude and behavior is influenced by his faith.

The advancement of technology has brought significant changes in the banking sector, posing new challenges related to the protection of customers' personal data. Data breaches can harm customers and undermine public trust in financial institutions. To address disputes related to data breaches, the Financial Services Sector Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS SJK) becomes a relevant choice. This study uses a normative legal approach to analyze the legal framework and dispute resolution procedures applied by LAPS SJK. The results show that LAPS SJK prioritizes the principles of accessibility, independence, fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness in dispute resolution. The methods of dispute resolution offered include mediation, arbitration, and binding opinions. Through LAPS SJK, customers can obtain fair, fast, and affordable dispute resolution without having to go through conventional judicial processes. Therefore, LAPS SJK plays a crucial role in protecting customers' rights and maintaining public trust in the banking sector.    

The application of Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility has an important role in forming a company that is strong and has high competitiveness. Ethical business is the foundation of good business principles, this includes superior and sustainable business performance through compliance with applicable ethical and legal guidelines. The Corporate Social Responsibility Program is also one of the obligations that must be carried out by companies in accordance with the contents of Article 74 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. In the context of Christian religious education, the role of the family in shaping early childhood communication through role-playing methods is essential. Through this approach, families play a key role in bringing Christian religious values into children's daily lives. Role playing is a means of encouraging active learning, where children are directly involved in the learning experience. Therefore, the aim of writing this article is to explain the role of the family in shaping early childhood communication through role-playing methods from a Christian religious perspective. The writing method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the library research method. Data collection techniques through analysis of books, journal articles and websites that contain data related to research. The results show that this method helps in developing children's social and emotional skills, as well as helping to resolve conflicts and build healthy relationships within the family. By playing roles related to the teachings of the Christian religion, children learn to apply the principles of morality in their daily actions, and strengthen their overall character.

It is essential to maintain a balance between accepting the influence of foreign cultures and preserving the values of Pancasila as the cultural identity of Indonesia. Furthermore, instilling a sense of patriotism and nationalism in the younger generation is also crucial in addressing the negative impacts of foreign cultures. Pancasila serves as the foundation of the Indonesian state and also functions as a guiding principle for society, containing the most fundamental ideas and concepts about good living. The influx of foreign cultures that alter the lifestyle and habits of society poses a significant threat to Indonesian society

This research investigates the important function of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) in directing and regulating the social interactions of modern teenagers. This research is based on historical narratives in the Islamic tradition and the importance of Jurisprudence in overcoming problems such as juvenile delinquency. In addition, this research emphasizes how important it is for the principles of Fiqh to be applied practically in everyday life. According to this research, Jurisprudence education goes beyond theoretical understanding and requires the application of knowledge in the real world, which integrates theory and action. The aim of this research is to reveal methods for improving relationships in an era of disruption through the science of jurisprudence. This research uses library research methods, reviewing relevant literature to analyze the concept of adolescent social interaction from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The results of this research indicate that Islamic principles are not in accordance with current teenage trends, such as changing clothing styles, increasing premarital relationships, drug propaganda, and materialistic transmission. This article emphasizes that parents and teenagers must help children bridge the gap between Islamic values ​​and modern lifestyles, with the importance of fiqh education in adolescence as a basis for living a life in accordance with Islamic values.

Law is a guide for people in living their lives so that they are directed and avoid negative behavior. Freedom of expression, including criticism of the government, is often considered an insulting act that can result in legal action. This research aims to determine the limits of the criminal provisions for insulting the President and Vice President in the reform of criminal law (Law number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code) in Indonesia as well as analyze the provisions regarding insulting the President and Vice President who have the potential to threaten press freedom. The method used in this research is normative law, namely examining aspects of legal policy through studying the documents of Law number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The results of this research show that criminal law regulations regarding insulting authorities and state/government institutions, especially the President and Vice President, have developed over time. Constitutional Court (MK) decisions have an important role in establishing clear boundaries regarding expression and criticism of authorities and state/government institutions. Criticism of the performance of executive agencies can be a means of increasing government transparency and accountability. However, regulations governing insults against authorities and state/government institutions must pay attention to democratic principles and human rights.

In the realm of Christian Religious Education (CRE), a critical aspect of the educational landscape, SWOT analysis unveils avenues for both refinement and growth. This paper explores the application of SWOT analysis in the context of CRE, acknowledging its pivotal role in shaping individual character, values, and spiritual beliefs. Tracing the historical trajectory of CRE from ancient churches to contemporary times, the analysis underscores the foundational principles upon which CRE stands. Within the framework of CRE, SWOT analysis serves as a potent tool to discern existing dynamics and chart future trajectories. By identifying internal strengths such as robust faith traditions and biblically grounded curricula, opportunities for enriching CRE education emerge. Simultaneously, weaknesses such as resource constraints and technological integration challenges highlight areas ripe for improvement. Furthermore, SWOT analysis illuminates potential opportunities for CRE advancement, including technological integration and policy shifts. However, it also unveils threats such as societal value shifts and information overload that impede effective CRE delivery. In navigating these dynamics, effective educational management emerges as paramount. Without strategic oversight and management, the pursuit of excellence in CRE remains elusive. Hence, this study delves into the pivotal role of educational management in fostering the quality and efficacy of CRE. Utilizing an analytical methodology, this research delves deep into existing literature and textual sources to unravel insights and generate new knowledge. Through systematic analysis and interpretation, this study seeks to enrich the discourse on CRE and underscore the imperative of strategic planning and management. In conclusion, SWOT analysis emerges as a cornerstone in the enhancement of CRE. By systematically evaluating internal dynamics and external trends, SWOT analysis paves the way for informed decision-making and strategic interventions. Thus, this paper advocates for the systematic integration of SWOT analysis in CRE, heralding a new era of excellence and relevance in religious education.

General elections in Indonesia uphold the principles of equality and justice for all voters and election participants. Every individual has the same right to vote and be elected without discrimination and free from the intervention of any party. The holding of elections is not free from various violations, which are divided into Criminal Elections or Elections, namely criminal acts regulated in law and threatened with criminal sanctions, violations of the code of ethics of election organizers or elections, namely violations of the norms and ethics that apply to election organizers, Administrative violations, namely violations of the technical rules for holding elections. In order to maintain the purity of elections that are essential for democracy, lawmakers categorize a number of fraud in elections as criminal acts. The Election Law not only regulates the procedures for conducting elections, but also prohibits various actions that can undermine the nature of free and fair elections, and imposes penalties for perpetrators. The type of research in this study is normative legal research, which is a research method that focuses on written legal norms.

Speaking skills require students to be able to communicate with other students. Many students still have difficulty speaking in public. They may not even be confident in expressing ideas or opinions either in class or in public. Therefore, in Islamic religious education, students must be trained in public speaking skills and self-confidence. This can be achieved at school by using the presentation method of learning public speaking.To build students' public speaking skills and self-confidence by using presentation methods in the Islamic religious education learning process, there needs to be support from various school components, especially teachers, in carrying out learning in class.1. Educator management has a very important role in knowing the level of success of a learning system implemented by educators. With good management, you can develop a learning system so that it will affect the quality of learning carried out by educators. Educator management is tasked with planning, managing and organizing educators and education staff so that they are able to manage all aspects of education well. When carrying out management, you must pay attention to the basic principles of management and procedures in carrying out management, so that this management can run according to its function. Management is an effort to manage educators from the moment they enter until they leave (retire) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. Therefore, the role of management is very important in improving the quality of educators in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review method by searching for related sources.

The simulation method is a teaching approach that uses mock situations to understand certain concepts, skills and principles. Its use aims to train skills, gain understanding, solve problems, increase learning activity, provide motivation, develop cooperation, encourage creativity, and understand and respect other people's opinions. In the context of Islamic Religious Education, the simulation method requires educators who are professional and have expertise in the material being taught. A conducive learning environment can be created when educators act as active facilitators in creating supportive interactions between students, educators and the classroom environment. Good support from educators is very important for the success of learning Islamic Religious Education.

Violations in conversation are found not only in everyday life when people interact with other people, but also, in drama and films performed by characters, in novels, interviews, debates, and other forms of social interaction performed for various reasons. This study examines the violations of Grice's Maxim in the movie Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, focusing on the characters' conversational utterances. Using observation method and note-taking technique, the descriptive qualitative method was applied, analyzing data using the Theory of Cooperative Principles and Context of Situation. The results showed twenty-nine data of conversation were violated by the characters in the movie. Maxim of Quality (51,7%), Maxim of Quantity (13,8%), Maxim of Relation (10,4%), and Maxim of Manner (24,1%).  

This research aims to determine accountability in managing the 2022 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBdes) in Pulau Birandang Village. This research was conducted to see the accountability of the APBdes which is accountable, transparent and participatory by the government of Pulau Birandang Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency, Riau. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses secondary and primary data, primary data is carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from literature studies, scientific journals and other sources. The results of this research show that accountability in the management of the Birandang Island Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget from the planning, implementation and accountability stages is in accordance with the principles of accountability, namely, accountability, transparency and community participation. Reporting and accountability for the village income and expenditure budget in Pulau Birandang village is one of the important stages where the performance report of the Pulau Birandang village government in accounting for village finances is proven by the semester report and final report on implementation realization. The contents of the report on the realization of the implementation of the regional budget program in Birandang Island village are in accordance with the previously planned implementation. In order to account for the use of APBdes funds, the village government makes announcements on billboards or banners containing the APBdes implementation program and its nominal amount.
