In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

Attendance is important for an agency or company. because it is used in calculating the salary or wages of an employee and from absenteeism can also see the discipline of employee attendance. Therefore, in the implementation of the attendance process it is very necessary accuracy in its implementation so as not to hamper the company's performance.This final project designs an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

Fast and accurate information is really needed by STIKES in delivering information. To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

The system development method used is Prototyping which stages include identifying user needs, making a prototype, agreeing to the user, using a prototype. As a server, using Mikrotik Os where in Mikrotik Os there are several important and interesting features provided by Mikrotik itself, among those features are bandwidth management, firewall, DNS client chacing, and many other features provided by Mikrotik. With this Mikrotik provides stability of internet data transfer in accordance with the management of Mikrotik Os as a server. The client uses a Windows-based operating system, this is because the driver tool used is more compatible using a Windows operating system than using a Linux-based operating system, because it has to compile the driver.

Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

Implementasi dokumen teks bahasa jawa masih banyak dijumpai baik secara onlinemaupun offline. Pencarian dokumen teks bahasa jawa dengan menggunakan mesin pencari atauSistem Temu Kembali Informasi (STKI) yang tersedia menghasilkan suatu hasil pencariandengan dokumen terambil yang banyak (recall tinggi) sehingga hasil menjadi kurang akurat(precision rendah). Tujuan pembuatan rancang bangun STKI dengan metode DICE Similarityagar user mudah dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen teks berbahasa Jawa. Software STKIdirancang untuk memberikan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam jumlah recall rendah danprecision tinggi menggunakan metode pemeringkatan DICE Similarity, sehingga user akanmendapatkan hasil pencarian cepat dan akurat. Metode DICE Similarity akan melakukanpembobotan tiap dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobotyang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query.Rangking teratas akan ditempati oleh dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi hasil pencarian Evaluasihasil pencarian IRS dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision dengan model persepsi. STKImampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen memilikirata-rata recall 0,04 dan rata-rata precision 0,83. Hasil STKI dilengkapi dengan bobot tiapdokumen dan letakknya yang akan memudahkan user dalam pencarian dokumen teks bahasaJawa.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.

This study aims to investigate the effect of strategic performance measurement system on managerial performance that isdirectly tested through four variables; job relevant information, role ambiguty, role conflict and role overload. This studyused the perspective of goal setting theory and role theory in explaining inter-variable relationship. Data collected in thissurvey was primary data from 329 functional managers of state-owned transportation companies under the auspices ofMinistry of State Owned Enterprise. Samples were taken using stratified random sampling. Of 329 questionnaires, 264were used in this research with respon rate of 80,55%. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation models inLISREL 8,5. The result of statistictic test indicated that strategic performance measurement system was, but notsignificantly, associated with managerial performance. Further findings indicated that strategic performance measurementsystem was significantly associated with job relevant information, but no association was found with role ambiguity.However, strategic performance measurement system was significantly assosiated with role conflict and role overload.Furthermore, the result of research test indicated that job relevant information was not associated with role ambiguty; roleconflict and role overload, but significantly associated with managerial performance. Based on the result, it can beconferred that role ambiguity was positively related and had a significant impact on managerial performance. In the otherhand, role conflict and role overload are positvely but not significantly assosiated with managerial performance.The resultof the role test of mediating variables has shown that job relevant information, role ambiguity, role conflict and roleoverload significantly mediated the effect of strategic performance measurement system toward managerial performance.Keywords : Strategic Performance Measurement System, Job Relevant Information, Role Stress Characteristic andManagerial Performance

Bahasa Jawa adalah bahasa daerah yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia yang mulai ditinggalkan.  Perlunya pelestarian bahasa jawa dalam bentuk online yang bisa diakses bagi penggunanya sehingga akanmemudahkan dalam pencarian dokumen teks khususnya dokumen bahasa jawa ngoko.  Software IRS dirancang untuk memberikan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam jumlah yang optimal (recall rendah) dan akurat (precision tinggi) menggunakan metode VSM, sehingga user akan mendapatkan hasil pencarian cepat dan akurat.  Metode VSM akan melakukan pembobotan tiap dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobot yang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query, dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi menempati ranking teratas dalam hasil pencarian.  Evaluasi hasil pencarian IRS dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision. Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan menggunakan IRS  ini didapatkan hasil sistem mampu melakukan proses preprosesing (tokenisasi, filtering, dan stemming) dengan waktu komputasi 18 detik. Sistem mampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam waktu komputasi rata-rata 2 detik, memiliki  rata-rata recall 0,04 dan rata-rata precision 0,84. Sistem dilengkapi dengan bobot tiap dokumen dan letakknya yang akan memudahkan user dalam pencarian dokumen teks bahasa Indonesia.
