The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

Kota Lama Semarang telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang menarik minat wisatawan baik dari dalam kota Semarang maupun luar kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merevitalisasi Kota Lama Semarang sehingga menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Selain memperbaiki kondisi fisik, pemerintah juga memperbaiki dan meningkatkan fasilitas di Kota Lama Semarang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. Knowledge of how to maintain proper dental health will greatly Affects theincidence of dental caries, brushing and rinsing teeth - gargling is one of the behaviors to maintain oral hygiene. behavior based on correct knowledge will last longer than behavior that is not based on knowledge, an effort to increase knowledge is through health education. Online media is one of the educational media to increase knowledge of dental and oral health. The type of research in this study is a comparative analysis or "causal-comparative". The sampling technique which was used is the quota sampling based on 100 people in Puskesmas Minasa Upa as the research location.The research variable was the online media instagram in increasing knowledge of caries. The statistical analysis which was used is the T-test to show the relationship of Instagram in increasing the knowledge.The result shows that there is a role for education through online media in increasing the knowledge of cavities.  

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes after participating in learning with the Card Sort method in SKI lessons on Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty. This research is a class action research (PTK), the subject of this research is class VII-1 students of MTs Nurul Hidayah Majalangu Watukumpul District, Kab. Pemalang for the 2020/2021 school year with a total of 33 students. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed that before the card sort method was applied (pre-cycle activities) student achievement was still relatively low, namely the percentage of students who achieved KKM was 39.39%, after learning using the card sort method the percentage of students could increase, namely achieving KKM in cycle I 72 .73% then becomes 90.45% in cycle II. Overall it can be concluded that the card sort method can improve students' learning achievement (results) in SKI lessons about Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty.    

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use on QRIS adoption intention for MSMEs in Semarang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. An associative quantitative approach was applied in this study. Population of this research are merchants in Semarang City’s traditional market. Empirical data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 based on the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study confirm that product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on the intention to adopt QRIS. The findings encourage the government to continue to accelerate the formation of a cashless society and increase public awareness of the benefit of digital payments in preventing the spread of the virus, especially the use of QRIS.

A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

Dental and oral health education for children is very important to prevent cases of milk tooth persistence. The role of mothers is crucial in ensuring that children receive good dental care. This program aims to increase mothers' knowledge and awareness of children's tooth growth and prevention of persistence cases at the Mangasa Health Center. The methods used include education, interactive discussions, and distribution of educational leaflets. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in mothers' knowledge and awareness of the importance of children's dental care. With this program, it is hoped that cases of milk tooth persistence in children can be minimized.

Utilization of local raw materials available in the market can be the basis for the development of entrepreneurship training activities at the Gembor Farmer Group in the Benpasi area. In the implementation of this activity, it is done by looking for several people who are members of farmer groups or communities in the area to join in developing these activities. This is done to provide knowledge to the community to take advantage of the existing potential so that the resulting product can be sold at a reasonable price at the consumer level and provide hope for an increase in demand for a product. One form of this entrepreneurship is by training to make some processed products or market snacks such as several kinds of cakes which can later be used for the sales process to consumers. This will have an effect on increasing the community's income if the price is sold in accordance with the costs incurred. This training program is carried out by providing a positive influence on knowledge for the community so that in the future they can also play a role in developing these activities.

Role of Entrepreneurship in Eastern Seroja very important in the realization of an increase in economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to see how far the entrepreneurial role in improving the economic welfare of residents in the Village East Seroja Mergosono Kedungkandang District of Malang. (1) the role of entrepreneurship for Eastern Seroja; (2) the representation of entrepreneurship in East Seroja; (3) problems faced by Lotus East. One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. In improving students' ability to understand students' narrative texts, appropriate learning methods are needed. One of the appropriate methods to improve students' abilities is the role play learning method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' ability in understanding narrative texts using the Role Play Learning Method in Class XI IBB Students in the Even Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used to conduct the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection procedure is the test method. From the test method obtained data in the form of student learning scores which are then used for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the application of the role play learning method can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for Class XI IBB students, this can be seen from the students' test scores in the initial test activity from 73.07 increased to 78.20 in cycle 1, and in cycle II increased again to 85. Thus, the role play learning method applied to students can improve students' ability to understand narrative texts for students in Class XI IBB Even Semester in the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Online learning is a learning process conducted in a network that utilizes the internet, without face-to-faceinteractions. In practice, online learning has many obstacles which affect the success of students in the courses. Creating a sense of place in online learning can be done by improving communication between lecturers and students: humanization of students, the socialization process related to online learning, the importance of the role of lecturers in online learning, the contribution of students in online learning, learning media, guidelines and learning targets. With a conducive learning atmosphere, optimizing the role of lecturers and student contributions, can meet the desired learning targets.Efforts are made to achieve effective communication. The success of learning depends on the lecturers and students, each of which has a role that cannot be ruled out. The role of technology has a significant effect on the online learning process, such as internet access, communication media, and learning media.In the end, this effective communication effort is expected to be able to encouragestudents to play a maximum role in online learning, especially in situations where face-to-face learning is not possible, such as during a pandemic.

This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

The problem that occurs is the occurrence of Covid-19 causing various fluctuations in the level of inflation, money supply, imports, the occurrence of unstable inflation from January 2019 to August 2021, low inflation resulting in a decrease in imports and an increase in the money supply in Mexico. , Vietnam, Philippines, Hongkong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China. The analytical method in this study uses the ARDL Panel (Autoregression Distributed Lag) approach. The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system. Legality in a business also has a very important role, because it is used as an indication that the business being established is feasible and running. NIB is a business identity number used by business actors to obtain business permits and commercial or operational permits. The community service activities carried out were creating Business Identification Numbers through Online Single Submission (OSS) and marketing to several small business partners, due to a lack of understanding of gadget applications and a lack of product marketing strategies in Sukamoro Hamlet, Puncu Village. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about the importance of having business legality and product marketing. The method used is observation. The number of umkm in Sukomoro Hamlet is 11 umkm, and 1 umkm does not yet have an NIB. The UMKM was pleased and succeeded in forming an NIB so that it was able to obtain an NIB legality certificate, namely the "Salsabila" banana chips business. The results obtained from this activity were an increase in product quality and customers for "Salsabila" banana chips.

(Dinkes: 2016) The implementation of PHBS is low, because there are still many students who eat snacks carelessly and there is still garbage scattered in the school yard. The UKS exists but the program does not run due to the lack of supporting facilities, and their lack of knowledge regarding how to wash hands properly and correctly. Aims to increase the knowledge of elementary school students in clean and healthy living behavior through the Socialization of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with the Three Thumb system, Provide understanding and awareness to elementary school students about the importance of the school PHBS program Able to reduce morbidity due to lack personal hygiene in the school environment. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, demonstration method and practical method, data collection techniques, namely the initial test and the final test. The result is that there is an increase of 21% of students' knowledge of the importance of PHBS.

The methods used include socialization, interactive counseling, and evaluation of patient understanding before and after education. The results showed an increase in patient understanding from 55% before education to 85% after education. In addition, there was a decrease in complaints of dizziness from 80% to 40% after the intervention. These findings indicate that health education plays an important role in increasing patient awareness and readiness in managing hypotension. This program is recommended to be implemented widely to improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
