The emergence and development of information technology is changing people's behavior. These changes occur in human thought patterns, feelings and actions. Social media can clearly be used by the government to guide public opinion and influence political participation. In a democratic country like Indonesia, public opinion is very important because the government cannot function without public opinion. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research on the role of social media in the dynamics of public opinion and political participation in the digital era. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The data collection technique used was internet searching and documentation studies were used. In writing this scientific work, the first data analysis technique is data reduction, which means that the analysis is carried out to summarize the data, the researcher selects data that is really important to include in this scientific work and displays the data (data presentation). The research results found that in the current digital era, social media plays an important role in political participation and public opinion. Changes in the way people communicate, obtain information, and engage in politics are some examples. Social media influences public opinion and political participation. effects, both positive and negative. Of course, the government must monitor political activities amidst the development of social media in the modern era.

Private business entity workers are one of the segments in JKN participation affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.Research is a qualitative research that aims to explore information about the sustainability of the JKN program for private workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.Variables are explored regarding attitudes towards JKN contributions, attitudes towards health care facilities, attitudes towards BPJS Kesehatan and perceived of behavior control. Data collection was carried out by conducting indepth interviews with 2 people who were representatives of 2 private business entities appointed to manage JKN participation for workers.

The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. General elections (Pemilu) are a key element in strengthening the foundation of democracy, where voter participation, especially among students, plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of a country's democracy. This research explores the determinant factors influencing the decisions of young voters, particularly students in the Civic Education Program (PPKN) at Universitas Negeri Medan (Unimed) with Stambuk 2023. The primary focus of this study is to understand the motivations and barriers to young voter participation in elections. The research aims to analyze determinant factors in general elections, emphasizing the perspective of PPKN students at Unimed with Stambuk 2023. Through a survey approach and quantitative research design, the study reveals that student voters tend to make decisions based on in-depth understanding, personal beliefs, and active participation in political activities. These findings provide profound insights into the dynamics of student voter preferences and decision-making. Campaign strategies that prioritize effective communication regarding political parties, candidates' track records, visions and missions, work programs, and freedom of expression can enhance the potential for garnering support. Further understanding of personal values and individual experiences is also crucial in designing campaigns that align with the expectations and values of young voters. With this deeper understanding, the research aims to provide a foundation for formulating relevant policy recommendations to increase young voter participation at the university level.

The aim of this research is to determine democratic practices in village head elections in Aimas Sorong, West Papua Province. The results of this research show that there are several causes of high community participation in Aimas Sorong, West Papua in the 2022 village elections. There are several main factors for high community participation, namely. There are two theories to find out the factors that cause high community participation, namely political mobilization and then voter behavior. includes a sociological approach, a psychological approach, and a rational choice approach.

Technology develops from time to time influenced by human activities and needs that continue to increase as well. Technological developments also play a role in helping the agricultural sector. Through technological developments, many problems in agriculture can be resolved. One of the problems is in agricultural extension activities, where farmer participation in extension activities is low in some areas. This research aims to build UI/UX design for an agricultural mobile application called Sobatani which is useful for connecting farmers with agricultural extension workers.  This research uses the Design Thinking method which consists of five stages including empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The test results using the Single East Question (SEQ) method obtained a total average of 6.6, indicating that the UI design is fairly effective and successful. Although there are some misclicks, so it is necessary to iterate on the Log in and Weather Forecast pages. The use of the Design Thinking method has proven effective in understanding user needs and designing solutions that can provide these needs.

This research uses a case study method approach to analyze student perceptions about citizenship education and its impact on economic progress. Citizenship education is an important component in the development of individuals as responsible citizens, and has the potential to influence a country's economic sector. In this research, we conducted surveys and interviews with students from various backgrounds and majors at a university. The data obtained revealed diverse perceptions about citizenship education and how understanding of social and political issues influences their views about individual contributions to economic progress. The results of this research can provide valuable insight into the role of citizenship education in shaping students' thinking about economic progress and how such education can be improved to more effectively prepare students to become active and productive citizens in driving the country's economic growth. This research also identifies the potential for collaboration between educational institutions and the economic sector to advance a more effective and relevant citizenship education agenda.

This research is entitled The influence of ethnic identity politics in the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Medan 2020. What will be studied in this research is to see the involvement of ethnic identity politics in the election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Medan 2020. This research uses political anthropology methods with a functionalist approach where the approach This is built on ethnic lineages which allow for political relations with ethnic groups and organizations. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis. The technique for determining informants in this research is Purposive Sampling, where the selection of informants is chosen deliberately based on predetermined criteria, namely people who experience and feel directly the influence exerted by candidate pairs using ethnic identity. So the informants in this research were people living in Medan Perjuangan, namely 10 informants, namely 2 people each from the Malay, Javanese, Batak, Acehnese ethnicities, and 2 people from the Chinese ethnicity. The research results show that political ethnic identity does have an influence, but the people of Medan also consider other factors in determining their choices. Full community participation in elections is related to awareness of the importance of community contributions, while the assessment of candidates is not only focused on ethnic identity, but involves performance, vision and mission and leadership behavior. Overall, the results of this study indicate that while political ethnic identity is not an important factor, the people of Medan prefer to understand and evaluate candidates based on performance and leadership criteria.

The role of the local government of North Sumatra province in the development of Tortor Toba dance and gordang sambilan dance as performing arts that are expressions of traditional culture. EBT (traditional cultural expression) is a form of traditional intellectual property. Tortor is a dance, but the meaning more than the movements states that Tortor is a medium of communication, where through the movements displayed there will be interaction between participation in ceremonies, weddings, and also welcome. On the other hand, the lack of attention of the Indonesian government makes the Tortor dance has no copyright protection, therefore the author is interested in conducting further research on legal protection of the Tortor dance, the important role of the local government of North Sumatra province and the solution that can be provided by the government to the problem of claiming tortor and gordang sambilan dances by neighboring countries. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods, with normative-empirical legal research types. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and data sources from the North Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office and the owner of the Sihoda dance studio. The finding in this study is that legal protection for Tortor's dance has not provided legal certainty specifically for Tortor's own dance, but the law recognizes the existence of regional arts.

This research aims to explore and analyze the application of transformational leadership in Village Service Offices. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with Village Heads and their staff, field observations, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the characteristics of transformational leadership, such as Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration and Inspirational Motivation have created an inspiring and inclusive work environment. The Damarsi Village Head actively motivates village officials and the community to contribute optimally in realizing the village development vision. Positive impacts are also seen in the active participation of team members in decision making, increased creativity and innovation, and development of individual skills. However, several challenges and areas for improvement were also identified.

This article focuses on the government's role in regulating and supporting the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in Aceh. Its background encompasses Aceh as one of the regions in Indonesia with high participation rates in the Hajj pilgrimage, yet facing challenges in adequate management and regulation. The research problem identifies various aspects, including government regulations concerning quotas, facilities, and the protection of Hajj pilgrims. Through policy analysis and empirical data, it was found that the Aceh government plays a crucial role in efficiently and safely organizing the Hajj pilgrimage. The conclusion emphasizes the government's vital role in organizing, overseeing, and providing necessary facilities for Hajj pilgrims. The novelty of this academic work lies in emphasizing the specific role of the regional government in the context of implementing the Hajj pilgrimage in Aceh, along with an analysis of successes and obstacles faced. This study offers profound insights into the importance of coordination between the central and regional governments in organizing the Hajj pilgrimage, highlighting efforts needed to improve policies and related infrastructure to enhance the Hajj pilgrims' experiences in the future.

Where in marketing its products PT. XYZ mostly uses digital platforms. However, the promotions that have been carried out so far do not yet know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the company has in order to be able to compete with other companies. Observing these problems, research was carried out to provide solutions through observation and active participation approaches. The research results show that product marketing strategy analysis using the SWOT method can help companies identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to increase company value

Industrial relations problems are still high, even though they can be overcome by optimizing the role of trade unions in realizing quality industrial relations. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the role of trade unions in optimizing the quality of industrial relations, the factors that encourage and hinder them, as well as efforts to overcome existing obstacles. HRD informants representing labor unions, management staff and government agencies, were obtained purposively. Data was obtained using interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively. Research results: Labor Unions play an optimal role in realizing quality industrial relations; (2) The driving factor is involvement in company, strategic position, communication, and regulation. Inhibiting factors are the quality and quantity of human resources, low worker participation, no cadre formation program, internal conflict, company intimidation, and lack of supervision; and (3) Efforts to overcome inhibiting factors are cadre formation, socialization,solidarity, communication, and supervision

This research aims to find out and analyze efforts to fulfill political rights for first-time voters with disabilities in the general election in Gorontalo Regency in 2019 and to find out and analyze the factors inhibiting the fulfillment of political rights for first-time voters with disabilities in the general election in Gorontalo Regency in 2019 , based on the title raised in this research, researchers see the weakness of Indonesia's defenses from attacks by things that endanger society, thousands of illegal drugs have been circulating throughout Indonesia. This research uses empirical methods. The data collection process examined by researchers in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques that support and are related to this research are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the KPU and the Government have ensured the implementation of efforts to respect and promote , protection and fulfillment of the rights of novice voters with disabilities to develop themselves and utilize all abilities according to their talents and interests to enjoy, participate and contribute optimally, safely, freely and with dignity in all aspects of national, state and social life. By socializing and expanding the network of first-time voters with disabilities to play an effective role in the general election system at all stages or parts of its implementation. Increasing the participation of people with disabilities in elections is also not easy. Every citizen has the right to social security necessary for a decent life and for full personal development. Every person with disabilities, elderly people, pregnant women and children have the right to receive special facilities and treatment. Accessibility problems are one of the factors that cause first-time voters with disabilities to not cast their votes optimally, as happened in Gorontalo where the Gorontalo Regency General Election Commission continuously coordinates with first-time voters with disabilities to ensure that these first-time voters with disabilities are still able to vote. exercise their rights when voting.

This article aims to examine the role of regional government in implementing good governance from a legal perspective. As society's demands for quality, transparent, accountable and fair public services become increasingly complex, the concept of good governance becomes very important. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is library study, which means reading and understanding the content of discussions and various types of culture from newspapers, tabloids, journals, physical books and ebooks. Good governance aspires to create a government with principles such as transparency (openness), accountability, participation, justice and independence, with the hope of achieving the greatest goals for the prosperity and progress of the people and the country.

This program encapsulates comprehensive efforts undertaken by Bina Desa in North Ngadilegi, focusing on community-oriented initiatives such as Focus Group Discussions (FGD), the fabrication of waste sorting buckets, and counseling sessions addressing waste sorting and maggot cultivation. The counseling sessions, attended by a diverse group of 33 residents, including village officials, housewives, farmer groups, and youth organizations, aimed to instill knowledge and enthusiasm for sustainable waste management practices. The community's active participation underscores the potential impact of maggot cultivation in mitigating household organic waste while concurrently enhancing economic prospects. Maggot cultivation, particularly utilizing Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae, emerged as a promising solution for this problem. The study underscores the ease of BSF breeding and its affinity for organic waste, presenting a valuable opportunity for community-based waste management. The residents' demonstrated enthusiasm signifies a positive reception to the initiatives, fostering optimism for long-term adoption. The collective activities orchestrated by Bina Desa lay a foundation for holistic community development, emphasizing environmentally friendly practices and economic sustainability. As the program seeks to expand waste sorting and maggot cultivation infrastructure, it envisions a future where each household contributes to sustainable waste management, concurrently realizing economic benefits. This study contributes to the discourse on community-based waste management strategies and highlights the potential of maggot cultivation as a transformative solution for both waste reduction and local economic development.

PKK is a sub-district community organization that is able to mobilize sub-district community participation in development, and also plays a role in sub-district growth activities. The PKK organization has been institutionalized at the central, provincial, district, sub-district and sub-district levels. The PKK organization in Sindon Village consists of several PKK groups which exist according to the division of cadres. In Sindon Village there are several hamlets, where ward IV itself includes 3 (three) hamlets, namely Sambiroto, Brajan and Manukan. In each hamlet there are several Neighborhood Units (RT), Sambiroto Hamlet has 3 RTs, Brajan Hamlet has 2 RTs and Manukan Hamlet has 2 RT. Where each RT in the hamlet has its own PKK group. This service activity is located in the MI 2 Sindon yard which is in Sambiroto Hamlet. This service activity was attended by 24 participants from three hamlets. The aim of this service is as a means of increasing the cohesiveness and cooperation of PKK Kadus IV Sindon Village

Many students have not fully participated in PAI learning optimally, due to the lack of use of learning media that is able to accommodate students' motivation and interest in carrying out learning in class. Therefore, there is a need for interactive learning media that is able to form students' enthusiasm and interest in learning in PAI subjects. One of the interactive learning media that can be used is wordwall media. This article was written based on Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is research intended to understand certain phenomena. Research data collection techniques can be carried out through several methods, such as observation, interviews and documentation. Observation data shows a higher level of student involvement and active participation during PAI learning. Implementing Wordwall encourages students to complete their assignments immediately. Students show a greater willingness to ask questions and seek clarification during PAI learning. The findings show that the application of Wordwall media at SMPN 3 Guguak District has a positive effect on students' motivation and interest in learning PAI. The interactive and gamified nature of Wordwall engages students, encourages active participation, and fosters a positive learning environment.
