This study aims to examine the integration between Islamic education financing and national policies in order to achieve Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) No. 4 on quality and inclusive education. Using an Islamic normative approach, national education policy analysis and human capital theory, this study explores the relationship between the financing principles in QS. Al-Mujadilah verses 12-13 and Law No 20 of 2003 on the National Education System. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature analysis techniques that include the study of Qur'anic interpretations, policy documents, and concepts of human capital theory. The results show that Islamic education financing, which is based on the principles of justice, equity, and sustainability, has great potential to support national education policies in improving access and quality of education in Indonesia. The principles of zakat, waqf and sadaqah as Islamic financial instruments can be optimized to close the gap in access to education, especially for marginalized groups. This research recommends a stronger synergy between Islamic financing principles, national education policy, and the human capital approach in order to realize inclusive and quality education in accordance with SDGs goal No. 4.

This paper presents an optimization approach for a hybrid photovoltaic (PV)-wind-battery energy system tailored for remote areas in Indonesia. Due to the archipelagic nature of the country, many remote areas lack access to the national power grid, making renewable energy solutions crucial. This study utilizes a genetic algorithm to optimize system configurations, balancing energy production, storage requirements, and cost efficiency. Results indicate that the proposed hybrid system can meet local demand with high reliability and at lower costs compared to diesel generators. The study also addresses environmental and social impacts, proposing sustainable energy strategies for Indonesia's underserved regions.

The purpose of writing this paper is to study and obtain information on several work relationships in public services and how to overcome these various problems. Bureaucratic Pathology is a disease that eats away at the very foundations of life in a bureaucracy. Bureaucracy is synonymous with the impression of long and convoluted processes, as a result bureaucracy gets a negative image. There are realities experienced in the government bureaucratic environment, such as tortuous work procedures, uneven workload, slow, inefficient, rigid, lack of transparency, corrupt behavior, these conditions are described as sick bureaucracy or bureaucratic pathology. Research is used to determine the conditions and various kinds of bureaucratic pathological practices in Indonesia and how to prevent them in order to create an efficient bureaucracy. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach using literature study techniques. The research results show that the bureaucratic journey in Indonesia is closely related to national culture and is influenced by existing cultural problems. Culture and habits are difficult to change because they are closely related to aspects of morality, this is the beginning of the emergence of symptoms of bureaucratic pathology. The culture of extortion, bribery, slow service, complicated procedures, corruption, collusion and nepotism has become a habit for the Indonesian people. Therefore, efforts that can be made to prevent bureaucratic pathology are by changing the position and role of the bureaucracy that has been implemented so far. Apart from that, applying the principles of good governance can prevent bureaucratic pathology, especially corruption, collusion and nepotism, to create an efficient bureaucracy.

The increasing ease of internet access has led to its misuse in the form of online gambling. Initially, online games served as the entry point, but curiosity and interest have driven teenagers to participate in online gambling. Kartono (2014) defines gambling as the intentional act of risking something valuable with awareness of the associated risks and specific expectations for uncertain events, such as games, matches, races, and other occurrences. The uncertainty of outcomes generates expectations and tension for gamblers. nawati, Prakoso, and Prihatmi (2015) assert that the development of information and communication technology significantly influences the gambling model and its payment methods. Unlike traditional gambling, which requires face-to-face interactions, physical means, and cash payments, online gambling leverages the internet, enabling games without physical encounters. The rapid evolution of online gambling in recent decades has facilitated easy access to various forms of gambling through the internet. Despite gambling's historical existence, online gambling possesses distinct characteristics that entail specific risks. This journal aims to identify and explore the diverse negative impacts associated with online gambling, while also delving into control measures that can be implemented to address these issues. Employing the qualitative descriptive phenomenology research method, our study will uncover shared meanings of the online gambling phenomenon as experienced by a group of students (Sahputra et al., 2022). The methodology employed here is the literature review method, wherein an independent activity is conducted to collect literature data, engage in reading and note-taking, and process research materials from various sources, such as books, online media, print media, and national and international journals. Online gambling has emerged as a concerning phenomenon globally. This journal examines various aspects related to the hazards of online gambling, encompassing social, economic, and health impacts. Additionally, we discuss control efforts that can be implemented to address these issues, with the ultimate goal of enhancing understanding and promoting more effective actions in addressing this problem. Online gambling presents numerous dangers that can adversely affect individuals and society at large. To tackle this issue, control efforts, including stringent regulations, public education, and rehabilitation programs, are imperative. A comprehensive understanding of the perils of online gambling will enable collaborative efforts to create a safer and healthier environment for everyone. Concrete actions are necessary to shield society from the detrimental impacts of online gambling.

Abstract: Indonesia, which consists of thousands of islands, reaching 17,001 islands, is known as a maritime country because the ocean area is larger than the land area, around 2/3 of the total area of Indonesia. Sea transportation as part of the National Transportation System needs to unite all regions of Indonesia. Maritime transportation accidents occur due to 3 (three) important factors, namely human error, technical factors and weather (natural) factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between the independent variables, namely the Role of Harbor Master, Communication Ability and ISM Code, for the dependent variable, namely Shipping Safety. The population in this study was 130 people consisting of ship crew and employees of the PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Padang Bai Branch who had knowledge classification about shipping safety and the sample in this study was 100 respondents with the technique used was non-probability sampling technique namely by using quota sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this research by testing the t-test hypothesis show that the variables Role of Harbormaster, Communication Ability and ISM Code have a positive and significant effect on shipping safety at the Padang Bai Bali Ferry Port. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.898 + 0.436X1 + 0.214X2 + 0.189X3 + µ. From the regression results, it can be seen that the variable that has the most dominant influence on shipping safety is the role of the harbor master variable with a regression coefficient of 0.436. There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

The United Islamic Cultural Center of Indonesia (UICCI) or the United Islamic Cultural Center Foundation in Indonesia is an Islamic organization that operates in the social and religious fields. This foundation is an Islamic social and religious institution that produces Al-Quran Hafiz who applies the Al-Quran and Sunnah in everyday life while directing them to do good deeds with their knowledge. The UICCI Foundation is better known as Pondok Pesantren Syarief Medan which is a branch of the IFA (International Fratenity Association) or international fraternity foundation in Turkey. The history of the founding of the Central UICCI Foundation in Turkey or the Sulaimaniyah Institute began after the fall of the Ottoman Caliphate in 1924, the Turkish regime under the leadership of the nationalist figure Mustofa Kemal Attaturk began to introduce the ideas of nationalism and secularism, or rather laicism. This is an interesting study considering that Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions originating from Indonesia and UICCI is a branch of Islamic education from Turkey. Because it is a branch of the Turkish Islamic boarding school, it has its own way of learning which is different from Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia in general. The differences lie in the teaching system which is controlled by the center in Turkey, the rules are based on Sufism, the students' learning activities are integrated with the Turkish language, Turkish culture is introduced to the students and the full scholarship for further education in Turkey is given to the students. In this research there are three problem formulations, namely: History and development of the UICCI Syarief Medan Foundation, dynamics, and its contribution to students and society. The approach used by researchers is Sociology. The theory used is Continuity and Change by Jhon Obert Voll. The method used is the historical method, which includes four steps, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The results of this research show that the UICCI Syarief Islamic Boarding School in Medan has a distinctive form and is different from Islamic boarding schools in general. The differences can be seen from the activities at the boarding school which are based on Sufism and tarekat which are followed by Islamic boarding school students, an integrated teaching system with Turkish language and Tekamul education (scholarships for further Islamic education to Turkey). Apart from that, the dynamics that occur at the UICCI Syarief Islamic boarding school can be seen from an educational and economic perspective, namely making UICCI Syarief become the center of Tadris for the Sumatra Island branch and from an economic perspective it can be seen from what was initially free to paid. In terms of contribution, this foundation only focuses on students, preparing student go to Tekamul.
