Education during the time of the Prophet focused on strengthening the belief in monotheism and equality as well as teaching reading and writing. Classical scholars also developed the study of Arabic, tajwid, qiraat, and tafsir. In the modern era, learning innovation and the use of technology, especially smartphones, have become important in maximizing education. Technology-based learning, such as e-learning, can increase students' interest and motivation to learn. Reading is also key in the early stages of learning to understand and increase students' understanding and self-confidence. Apart from that, education in the era of globalization and industrial revolution 4.0 faces complex challenges. The concept of "Free Learning Education" is an effort to create human resources who are able to face global changes and challenges with the ability to innovate and openness. Education needs to be designed to address the complex challenges of the future.  

This research is intended to be able to apply the Waterfall method in developing a website-based queuing system at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) Samarinda Ilir. With a primary focus on improving efficiency and customer experience, this study conducted additional evaluation through Black Box testing. This method systematically tests system functionality from the user side. The stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, Black Box testing, and maintenance, ensure the development of a structured and scalable system. The results are expected to provide effective solutions in modernizing the queuing system, improving services, and meeting needs at the tax office.

This article discusses his thoughts which emphasize universal values such as honesty, simplicity and social awareness as the main foundations of character education. Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Traditional markets are an important element in the economic and social life of communities in various regions of Indonesia, and the Temu Traditional Market around Prambon, Sidoarjo, is no exception. This research aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the potential of the Temu traditional market as a buying and selling interaction process for the community around Prambon. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews and field observations, we explored how this traditional market functions as a center of economic activity and social interaction, as well as how it influences the dynamics of local communities. The results of the research reveal that Temu Traditional Market is not just a place for shopping, but are also important in preserving cultural heritage, supporting people's livelihoods, and encouraging unique social interactions. However, this research also identifies several challenges facing traditional markets, such as changes in consumer tastes and competition with modern shopping centers. Therefore, this research provides important insights for stakeholders and the community in understanding the vital role of the Temu traditional market in supporting economic and social life in the market.

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

Technology that continues to develop becomes a medium of access to see the outside world. Young people as the backbone of the future began to follow the flow of the times and technology. The presence of a lot of content on social media makes young people start consuming foreign cultures, this cannot be separated from the influence of globalization, a reality that has real consequences on how people and institutions around the world run. It is undeniable that the influence of globalization on cultural diffusion is increasingly visible with the development of information technology, so that cultural diffusion no longer has to go through migration but can take place through internet access that can be connected to the world.This research uses qualitative methods by looking for sources of information with a descriptive literature study approach. Social media has become the main channel that facilitates the transfer of Western values such as the concepts of individualism, consumerism, and views related to freedom of expression. Nowadays young people tend to forget local culture as an inherent identity and follow the flow of westernization which is considered more modern and more advanced than local culture which is considered traditional and ancient, this tendency is because young people follow more prestige in the development of the times without thinking about the consequences it causes.

Focusing on “Islamic Traces in Spain,” this article describes the long and prosperous period of Al-Andalus for more than seven centuries. The aim of the research is to explore the cultural, scientific and intellectual influence of Islam in Spain on European civilization. The research methodology involves historical and literary analysis to explore the contribution of Islam in shaping the intellectual foundations of Europe. Major findings include improvements in science, art, and wisdom that came from cultural contact between the Islamic world and Europe. The conclusion of the article summarizes that the Al-Andalus period had a significant impact in shaping a more modern European civilization. Islam's contribution to the European Renaissance provided an important impetus for the emergence of rational thought and scientific research. The implications of these findings pave the way for understanding the complex relationship between Islamic and European civilizations and their long-term impacts. Technology in this digital era is developing very rapidly, but there are challenges and opportunities in this digital era, namely the high level of competition among business opportunities entrepreneurs. The younger generation now has more opportunities to develop their entrepreneurial skills thanks to digital technology.

White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

Social media serves as a tool that enables individuals to easily interact with each other without the constraints of time, distance, location, or additional costs. Its usage has become a societal necessity, bringing both positive and negative impacts on cultural and social changes. The presence of social media has deeply integrated into modern society, becoming an inseparable element of mass media. Its effects are evident in the transformation of norms, habits, and attitudes gradually eroded by the advancements in mass media, replaced by new patterns of behavior. The ongoing technological advancements, particularly in social media, require attention to ensure that the society does not fall prey to its negative effects.  

Modernization isa process of changing societies and cultures with all its aspects from traditional to modern. Modernization, while having a positive effect, can also have a negative impact that one of them is having on the behavior of elementary school students. These effects can happen if we cannot strain that modernization. Therefore as teachers we should be able to minimize the emergence of harmful negative effects on the creation of student character. The results of this study suggest that modernization has hada significant impact on the behavior of elementary school students. This is demonstrated by such oft viewed negative behaviors as brawling, social strife, social promiscuity, misuse of the Internet and cell phones that cause students to become irritable and socially impaired. The research method used was the literacy study of several accredited journals according to the research discussion. This study is intended to enable readers to know the impact that modernization of students' behavior in elementary schools and teachers can minimize the negative effects that will happen in students.

This article discusses the differences in extracurricular activities between private and public schools in Indonesia. Private schools, supported by greater financial resources, offer a variety of activities with modern facilities. On the other hand, public schools, despite their limited budgets, still ensure equal access to education. Comparisons include infrastructure, fees, student numbers and extracurricular opportunities. Factors such as gender, religion and culture influence the offering of activities. Qualitative research methods and observations were used to explain the differences in planning, types of activities and assessment between the two. Field observations highlighted barriers in private and public schools, including facilities constraints. This article examines the strengths and weaknesses of the two schools observed, providing a holistic insight into the impact of educational institutions on student character building in Indonesia.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This study aims to find out how the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village knowing the rules in establishing a house in Kuta Traditional Village, as well as to find out why the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out in the modernization era. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods, data collection is carried but by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that until now the tradition of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out by following the rules, rituals or existing traditions

Human life cannot be separated from economic problems that affect human relationships with other humans. These relationships must be based on Islamic religious norms which regulate all aspects of life, including those related to muamalah issues. As part of our efforts to develop an Islamic economic system, we are trying to find a concept of the main ideas of that time as inspiration and guidance. For this reason, the author tries to convey the main thoughts of one of the scholars, namely: Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taimiyah which relates to economic issues, he has very in-depth knowledge about Islamic teachings. Islam today requires a clear economic perspective regarding what is expected and how these things can be achieved. To achieve these rights requires freedom in the economy and property rights limited by moral law and supervised by a state that is just and capable of enforcing sharia law. All economic activities are permitted unless the activity is expressly prohibited by the Shari'a.  

This research aims to analyze and document the application of customary criminal law in dealing with criminal acts in the Marind Tribe of Merauke. The Marind tribe of Merauke, as a community group that maintains traditional values and local wisdom, has a unique customary criminal law system that is deeply rooted in their traditions. The research results show that the customary criminal law system in this tribe plays an important role in maintaining social order and maintaining harmony among community members. The application of customary criminal law in the Marind Tribe of Merauke involves a process of deliberation, consensus, and the formation of collective decisions by traditional stakeholders. The decision includes traditional sanctions that reflect social norms and local wisdom values. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges and obstacles faced in implementing customary criminal law, especially in facing rapid changes in the social and economic environment. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the dynamics of the application of customary criminal law in modern society. This research offers promise for criminal justice by providing findings that can help create a more effective and balanced approach to addressing criminal behavior. Combining traditional criminal law with a formal legal system can lead to a better and more efficient system for handling criminal activity.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

Data collection on the results of previous research is used as a benchmark to support data in research on the transformation of historical values ​​of Islamic civilization during society 5.0.
